Rick Adams came and installed a new filter on my pool. He came right away, completely analyzed the problem and fixed it. I had to leave and felt comfortable knowing he would fix my pool without worries. I came home and he explained everything easily. Will call him again without question. BTW my pool looks fabulous!! Very Happy!!!

Major shout out to Troy the Plumber! We had a major water leak on a Sunday from a broken pipe/valve by our softener. It was a real gusher. My wife called at 5:18 am and Troy had us back up within the hour. New pipes and a new shut off valve. Amazing work and the absolute best customer service! This was Sunday morning and he actually saved our home from a catastrophe. This is the third time we have used TROY THE PLUMBER. Whether routine or emergency, I highly recommend you call Troy.

Andrews was the best by far when I had to replace the furnace in my modular house three years ago. One company didn't think there was a high efficiency furnace for the house. Another one wanted a crazy amount more for their furnace. I am very pleased with the 95% efficient furnace I purchased from them. They were just out to service it today, the first time since I purchased it. I am also very pleased with the efficient and quality service received in repairing two furnaces at my local church last year. I highly recommend Andrews for their quality work and good pricing.

I highly recommend this family-owned company. They have been a blessing to us when we need immediate help. Right there within an hour and correct the issue the same day. They have even helped us when we were leaving to go out of state and stayed with me on the phone giving me updates. Excellent company!

Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

Stage two of my plumbing leak saga - after TSI Energy Solutions located the leak for me I needed to have someone come out and repair it. I contacted Roby's and another company prior to knowing where the leak was (since I was honestly just gathering information) and not fully understanding what would be covered under insurance. Very stressful time.
As part of the quote process, Roby's and the other company both thought I would need a completely new line (again - prior to knowing where the leak was). Roby's gave me a very detailed handwritten quote for both a new line and a quote for repair if the line was outside of the home. The other company was sort of meh on a repair and really just wanted to run a new line (which was about 4X the cost of repair if it could be done). Once I had the location of the leak outside I decided to go with Roby's for the repair.
They wanted the water off for a couple of days prior to repair - the ground was so saturated with water (and it was in late February there was 6 of snow on the ground and it was flipping cold). We had the water shut off on Friday and it was off for a good five days prior to them coming out. They started work on Tuesday. He also indicated that due to the saturation of the ground and location of the leak they would hand dig to the water line since the excavation equipment would have really torn up the yard and sunk into the ground.
Day 1 - the master plumber's (Jason) helper started digging and they had a hard time finding the line. He spent about 3 hours digging and still couldn't find it. They had to sump water (and mud) into the side yard as the hole kept filling up. What a mess.
Day 2 - they both came back and after a couple of hours found the pipe about 5 feet down and a bit off the mark from TSI. Small hole in the service line - likely an impurity in the copper. Replaced the section of bad pipe with CPT, checked the water again at the meter and house to ensure there were no additional leaks, and started filling in the hole.
A few days later - the helper came back and finished up the hole filling in and cleaned off the side of the house.
The total cost for the line repair was labor rate for the plumber ($115/hr) and helper ($45/hr) plus materials for the repair. This totaled out to just over $1300 which was an accurate representation of the time spent. This was slightly higher than what they quoted but with the time it took to find the line it was right.
I was exceptionally pleased with Jason and his helper's professionalism and diligence. I'm not privy to the conversations had on their end but in my eyes this was a very difficult and hard repair due to the digging required and my guess there were several f-bombs involved.
A couple of weeks later - we received a card from Roby's thanking us for our business along with a comment card that we could fill out. Very cool since I don't know I've ever received anything like that. I found out later that Roby's had also run a gas line at my parents house and they were also impressed with their professionalism and diligence/attention to detail.
While I don't hope I need them, I will most definitely be calling Roby's in the future for my plumbing needs. I was exceptionally happy with my experience with them.

What a Joke - Called with an emergency plumbing situation. They informed me that someone would be out within an hour. 90 minutes later we receive a call stating that someone would be out within an hour. The customer care person did not give an explanation why they could not get out when the original timeframe was set. I hop onto their website and see I can live-chat with one of their representatives. I explain our situation and he is very apologetic. He asks me for my phone number and e-mail address and that he would be forwarding this onto corporate (whatever that means), and then asked if he could help me with anything else. I responded: you did not help me in the first place other than to pass me onto the next guy. They have now caused me to take a half day off from work and possibly more depending on their schedule I would not recommend them because nobody will take responsibility for answering a question.!!!!.

Had Mansfield Plumbing take a look at plumbing issues at my rental property. Initially told them there were two issues.
Received a phone call after they had went to the property, they only checked one issue and never checked the second.
I was using a home warranty company and I made this clear during my initial conversation, they said there isn't any issues with that. When I called a second time per the home warranty company they have to speak with the plumbing company directly to get the diagnosis.
Before connecting them to each other I called Mansfield plumbing and spoke with Ashley to let her know this, she sounded irritated right when she picked up the phone and you could tell had zero interest in my business.
She was short, rude and had attitude with every question. I connected her with the home warranty company so she could give the information to them, again she was rude, short and had attitude (she was asked probably 7 simple questions).
I can't comment on the quality of their work because I won't be using them simply because of Ashley's horrible customer service.
On top of that even the home warranty representative commented (after Ashley hung up) that she was being short and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. This was definitely the worst customer service I've experienced since I can remember. I only leave reviews for businesses that do really well or really terrible, my terrible list is very short, but this business has been added to it.
Again to be fair, I have no idea how their quality of work is so I'm not reviewing that, but in regards to customer service my experience with them was very poor.
