We used Dutton plumbing to sweep our chimney and they were fantastic! Quick scheduling, very responsive, and friendly! They are knowledgeable and efficient! We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

Rick Adams came and installed a new filter on my pool. He came right away, completely analyzed the problem and fixed it. I had to leave and felt comfortable knowing he would fix my pool without worries. I came home and he explained everything easily.  Will call him again without question. BTW my pool looks fabulous!! Very Happy!!!

Major shout out to Troy the Plumber!  We had a major water leak on a Sunday from a broken pipe/valve by our softener.  It was a real gusher.  My wife called at 5:18 am and Troy had us back up within the hour.  New pipes and a new shut off valve.  Amazing work and the absolute best customer service!  This was Sunday morning and he actually saved our home from a catastrophe.  This is the third time we have used TROY THE PLUMBER.  Whether routine or emergency,  I highly recommend you call Troy.

Andrews was the best by far when I had to replace the furnace in my modular house three years ago. One company didn't think there was a high efficiency furnace for the house. Another one wanted a crazy amount more for their furnace. I am very pleased with the 95% efficient  furnace I purchased from them. They were just out to service it today, the first time since I purchased it. I am also very pleased with the efficient and quality service received in repairing two furnaces at my local church last year. I highly recommend Andrews for their quality work and good pricing.

Excellent customer service from Michelle over the phone and Nick was very professional when he came to the house.  I needed to have my septic pumped and ended up with another issue Nick discovered.  Nick went above and beyond to explain my options and offer advice for care on my system.  I feel confident we made the right call and will use again.

Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

Our water heater broke and, while we were without hot water for three days, Roby's did come as soon as they could on Monday and fixed the problem in the quickest way possible. Everything was covered under warranty and went fairly smoothly.

Pros: Alacritous response time; expeditious and unobtrusive service. Cons: Exorbitant costs.

I've had two bad experiences with Mr Rooter.  The first was when I had a running toilet.  Fortunately this job was completed (after two visits and 5+ hours of working on it).  It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, but I didn't know enough to know whether or not that was the case.  When I got the quote I told him that was a lot more than I had expected and the plumbers response was we're not known for our low prices.  Seemed very unprofessional...

The second experience was even worse and why I'm writing this review.  I had a pipe burst back in November, connected to a hose outside (my bad, the hose shouldn't have been connected).  Mr Rooter was there within an hour and fixed the pipe.  Two months later, the same pipe burst again.  Unfortunately I wasn't home this time and the water ran for 10+ hours.  And unfortunately all the feedback I'm getting is this is a result of a very unprofessional plumbing job.  After getting opinions from other plumbers in the area, they said the work done was unprofessional - the wrong type of pipe was used, there wasn't proper insulation around the pipe and Mr Rooter never filled the area in around the hose spicit allowing cold air to get around the pipe.

The bill in November with Mr Rooter was $500.  The bill to get it fixed the second time, by another plumber, who used the correct pipe and did a professional job - $275.  Not only did Mr Rooter do a poor job, but was nearly twice as expensive.  I now have a house that has extensive water damage which is taking weeks to dry and will take months to repair.

New addition to my previous review. Owner called and said because I left a bad review they are not willing to even attempt to make a recovery or even look at my project. Basically said they're too busy and don't feel like they can win me back and I'd say that's accurate when you're not even willing to try. They told me time and again they are a mom & pop shop which o typically love and appreciate but also see why places like this go under when they aren't even WILLING to make an effort. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. Would not recommend solely based on their lack of care for the end user.

One thing in business is we all make mistakes and upset customers but it's how you bounce back and fix it or make it right that sets you apart from the competition. They didn't even want to join the race. Simply bowed out.
