Great customer service, price and most of all responsive to our issue. Called early Monday, Troy said they would be out that day but after the lunch hour. They called at 1205 and they were there at 1230pm assessed the problem and what we consider a major problem, completed by 300 pm. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. Andrews was the best by far when I had to replace the furnace in my modular house three years ago. One company didn't think there was a high efficiency furnace for the house. Another one wanted a crazy amount more for their furnace. I am very pleased with the 95% efficient  furnace I purchased from them. They were just out to service it today, the first time since I purchased it. I am also very pleased with the efficient and quality service received in repairing two furnaces at my local church last year. I highly recommend Andrews for their quality work and good pricing.

I highly recommend this family-owned company.  They have been a blessing to us when we need immediate help.  Right there within an hour and correct the issue the same day.  They have even helped us when we were leaving to go out of state and stayed with me on the phone giving me updates.  Excellent company!

Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

Estimate 8 hours $1200.00,  finished in 4 hours $1139.00.  $285.00 an hour REALLY!  What a rip off!  Make sure you get everything in writing or you will have a very upsetting outcome!

Pros: Alacritous response time; expeditious and unobtrusive service. Cons: Exorbitant costs.

We manage 50 rental properties and have been in business about 28 years.  During July this year (2017) we had 3 of rain in one day.  A basement at a house had about 5 of water in it from the storm sewers backing up the drains.  I called Mr. Rooter and explained the whole scenario and that the cleanout was in the basement and we needed it cleaned out.   Their technician showed up at the house the next day and said I can't go in the basement because it has water in it.  He then stated that he can't service us in any way until the water is out of the basement.  I called back the receptionist (and they say they record all conversations) and we agreed that there would be no charge for them coming out......but to call them back when we have the water out of the basement and they can help us then (Hello?   Does anyone see the irony in this?).  I called another plumber that wasn't afraid of getting his shoes wet and he cleared the lines no problem.   I never heard from Mr. Rooter since then (July 12th, 2017).    Then, on August 15th, 2017, out of the nowhere......they charged my credit card for $59.00.    I have called them twice about this, each time them telling me the almighty person would be calling me back to correct this......no calls.   I have since called my credit card company to tell them not to pay this corrupt business.

Had Mansfield Plumbing take a look at plumbing issues at my rental property. Initially told them there were two issues.
Received a phone call after they had went to the property, they only checked one issue and never checked the second.
I was using a home warranty company and I made this clear during my initial conversation, they said there isn't any issues with that. When I called a second time per the home warranty company they have to speak with the plumbing company directly to get the diagnosis.
Before connecting them to each other I called Mansfield plumbing and spoke with Ashley to let her know this, she sounded irritated right when she picked up the phone and you could tell had zero interest in my business.
She was short, rude and had attitude with every question. I connected her with the home warranty company so she could give the information to them, again she was rude, short and had attitude (she was asked probably 7 simple questions).
I can't comment on the quality of their work because I won't be using them simply because of Ashley's horrible customer service.
On top of that even the home warranty representative commented (after Ashley hung up) that she was being short and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. This was definitely the worst customer service I've experienced since I can remember. I only leave reviews for businesses that do really well or really terrible, my terrible list is very short, but this business has been added to it.
Again to be fair, I have no idea how their quality of work is so I'm not reviewing that, but in regards to customer service my experience with them was very poor.
