Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

Literally owe them big time! We had no water on Christmas- until A-Team came and saved the day! Literally felt like they should have had superhero capes on! It was Christmas! I felt horrible that they were missing time from their family. They came and fixed our busted pipe so that we could have water! Not being able to flush toilets and wash hands on Christmas was brutal- so we are very thankful to everyone who was involved. From our family to yours, Thanks a ton!!!!

We were a part of the jobs that helped him launch his business!  Lately though, we've emailed and sent text messages requesting his service on at least 3 occasions!  We got no response with either type of contact!  We're aware that he's doing a lot more commercial jobs now which we're assuming is the reason for ignoring us!

So I finally had it with the tapping noise in one of our bathrooms. Fearing the worst (a leak) even though I had let this go on for some time, I decided today was the day to get a leak detection done.

To my surprise, Chris and Zack actually were able to work me into their schedule on the same day. The whole process took about almost 2 hours, but they were very thorough. Fortunately, the issue wasn't a leak and was just contracting/expanding older pipes.

I really appreciated the thorough explanation and answers to my questions. Chris and Zack were friendly, and it felt like I was talking to neighbors that were helping me out rather than someone I hadn't met. Chris is the business owner, and he offered to help out in the future should the need arise (and we both hoped it won't)! It's always reassuring to know that there are reliable service providers out there who take care of their clients whether it's first time service or return business!

Hamm & Sons we're prompt, polite, and efficient! I had an emergency bathtub overflow and they were here the day of to unclog my drain. Definitely will call them again!

Excellent! Thank you. Mike Jenne was my technician. He did a great job and was considerate regarding cleanup, which is amazingly better than previous plumbers who have been to my house. Mike was also wonderfully communicative, updating me on the process throughout. I really appreciated all of the information he gave me.

I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

Super quick and professional response. They were able to come the next day for a quote and were able to complete the work in the same day. Had a pipe start leaking below the slab. They were able to chip through the slab to repair and patch the slab before leaving. 10/10.  Will call again.

We had a plumbing leak in our basement. We called Service Plus - two different guys fiddled around the entire day and then they let us know that they were going to need help from a more senior guy who could come out later in the evening. Until then, no using water, period. They called later explaining that it would be even later than expected, possibly 10 or 11pm, which turned into later, which turned into the next morning. They sent a more senior guy who came out and said that we needed a new grinder pump which, with installation, they estimated at $7782.

Sent them away and called Covalen, who charged me $3382 with tax and installation.  Covalen, Rick 317-308-2957

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Shaun  recently serviced an extremely annoying faucet leak in my home. Not only was he punctual, and knowledgeable regarding the problem, he did it a professional way including wearing shoe coverings. I would recommend him without reservation in the future. What an asset to the LE Isley Company.

Our hot water heater went out during a snowstorm and even though schools were delayed, James and the field
Manager Dave came out first thing. They were incredibly helpful and taught us about piping issues with our old home. They had us fixed up quickly and now we're back in hot water!

I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiries, kept me updated on their arrival, and were quick and professional during the work I needed (replacing my garbage disposal, and tightening wiring on my in-floor heating). Definitely would recommend if you need help with some odds and ends (like I did).

Wanted to make sure the AC was good before I bought the house, so I called Johnson Heating and Cooling to check the AC out. Technician said it was in great shape. Moved in a couple of weeks later it has froze up three times. Called to see if they would look at it, since the technician said it was great when it wasn't. They want to charge me to look at it. I could have got credit toward the house for the AC, now im out who knows how much.

So businesses, like ARS/Rescue Rooter, read Yelp reviews and take them seriously which is how we received an email from them stating we should have informed them of our dissatisfaction than they finding out about it online.  Fair enough.  Duly noted.  They wanted a chance to remedy the problems ASAP, and true to their word, they quickly sent two guys to our house to review all the problems we had.  The project manager apologized for the mess created for lack of tarps and the sloppy job done by the previous serviceman who has since been terminated for having done same to other homeowners.  

The two servicemen who came out to review our problems were very nice and thorough, listened to our concerns, tried some cheaper alternatives to fix the problem but agreed with us on the solution which was to install dampers in the vents to regulate and quiet down the airflow.  They installed the dampers for no extra charge, and no charge for the travel and labor to do so.  They were very neat and tidy, and we couldn't even tell someone had been in our house doing work when we came home.  It's always a relief and convenient to have a trusted company perform work in our home without us having to be present, especially for those of us who work all day.  To compensate us for the previous drywall mess, they fabricated a custom, metal cover for our insulated vent tunnel free of charge.

I can now say I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to perform service work on my home because I can count on them to care about my Yelp review and remedy any problems I have at lightning speed to my utmost satisfaction.  They are also a stand-up company in that they were quick to apologize and accept responsibility for their employee without making any excuses.  With more free work and free material from them, I don't think I could have done better price-wise, if I bought and installed the furnace, ducts and vents myself.

Called B&W to look at a hot water heater. Repairman didn't even evaluate the unit. Just wanted to see how much he could charge me.  Quoted me $1,200.00 plus $250.00 to move a washer next to it! Went to Home Depot and got same unit installed for $700.00! What a rip off company! Wouldn't use them to hook up a garden hose.

A really rude employee named Carl came to my house. I had sewage up to my basement steps when he left. He drug his sewage covered equipment across my brand new carpet after he was given a tarp to lay down to avoid the disgusting mess. He scoffed, and said I'll buy this carpet. Owner Leon finally called me a week later, berated me for calling his good guy employee out, asked me if I was perfect cause everyone has bad days, asked me if I wanted him fired so he has to tell his kids they can't eat because he got canned for me complaining. Also, my carpet was not taken care of. When Carl was walking out, he took a personal phone call and said he just finished the job from h***. Leon didn't apologize for Carl's conduct. Least his supervisor Jake did. Stay away from this joke of a business.

Well, I am done with this company.  After being satisfied with their technicians initially, they are an unreliable and disingenuous service company.  My frustrations specically deal with their service plans and scheduling team.  On numerous occassions, I scheduled time away from work only to receive calls that they need to reschedule because they had other jobs go longer.  When dealing with their customer service team, I repeatedly recieved false updates and the run-around about why they could not make their commitment.  Matter of fact, today I had a plumbing service call scheduled for the morning and the HVAC scheduled for the afternoon and neither showed!

Simply put, they do not value customers and will put anything they can ahead of the people of purchased equipment from them and pay for their service plans.  

I encourage you to look elsewhere to get reliable service.
