Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I needed my garbage disposal changed. Showed up on time on a Saturday wearing a mask, friendly, professional, completed the job fast and cleaned everything behind. My experience was just perfect I guess.

I have used Hamm & Son's for the last 7 years for my 1965 home in northern Indianapolis.  I have had good customer service, prompt on-time service, fair pricing, and lasting results.  I highly recommend them.  My services calls over this time have included update of sink shut off valves, replacement of toilet during upgrade, and most recently clogged main drain.

Ciriello Plumbing is our go to company for all of our plumbing issues at our business. We have used them to install a new water heater, faucets, drainage issues, and they have always sent knowledgeable, professional, and friendly experts our way. Great value for the money. I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

Super quick and professional response. They were able to come the next day for a quote and were able to complete the work in the same day. Had a pipe start leaking below the slab. They were able to chip through the slab to repair and patch the slab before leaving. 10/10.  Will call again.

I am SO thrilled with my service from Jesse Jones from Covalen in Indianapolis.  He was professional, respectful, and very accommodating. He explained all of what was going on to me in a way in which I understood. He answered all questions that I had and made me feel a lot better about my situation. He is knowledgeable in this field and knows what he's doing. Jesse is an A+ employee. If I ever need to call this device again, I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting him.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Our hot water valve for the washing machine wouldn't shut completely. I called after hours, leaving a message describing the problem. L E Isley called first thing the next morning, put me on the standby list for that day. Corbin and Adam arrived early afternoon, courteous and professional. They quickly had the valve changed out. The charges were very reasonable, too. We will continue to depend on LE Isley.

We recently purchased our home and shortly after moving in we started having septic problems. We had a few other companies come out and they just told us to be careful about how much water we were using as we had an old septic system, never once did they look deeper into our issues. One went so far as to tell me (sight unseen) that we needed a new system and it would be $30k.

Jump forward to 2 septic pumps in 2 weeks, I decided to call Acme to come out and try to diagnose our issues. The person I spoke with at the office was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, telling me they would have someone out very early the next day.  Michael came out the following morning, took time to listen to me and try to understand what we were experiencing then immediately went to work. He discovered we had a compromised leech field and began discussing our options. He very easily could have told us that we were out of luck and needed a new system but instead he told us a rejuvenation would get us back up and running for a fraction of the cost. He sat with us patiently while we were waiting for the financing coming through, as soon as it did he got right to work. The same day he came out he had diagnosed and fixed our problem while also identifying some other issues we were having, which we (homeowners) opted to skip for the sake of saving money.

A few days later those issues he was concerned with, ended up becoming bigger problems. Michael came back out to take a look, free of charge, and confirmed that it was a bad pump. Again, within the same hour we had a new pump on site and he was hard at work replacing it for us and explaining the whole process to me so I could better understand our system. Extremely impressed with his professionalism.

This could have easily been 10x more stressful on our family and our finances but rather than gouging us, Michael saw to get us back up and running in the most cost effective way.

ACME will be the ONLY number I call when I have any issues with our septic. They have earned my trust and confidence time and time again. Do yourself a favor and call these guys!

(There was a few other individuals that showed up to help with the job, however I unfortunately do not remember their names but they were also extremely kind and professional)

Kit is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and very investor friendly. He has helped us in different situations from getting a house rent-ready to trimming trees and changing lockboxes. We trust him and can highly recombed him for anyone!

I don't know about anyone else, but I am super paranoid about who I have work in my home. If you watch Unsolved Mysteries half of the time the crazies who kill the little old lady are the guys who did work on her house. That's why I try to hire local family owned companies who have a low employee turn over. Johnson Heating Cooling and Plumbing have taken care of my furnace for 11 years. I just had them replace my air conditioning unit that was over 20yrs old. Both employees who came to my home expressed their gratitude for working for such a great company. They are local guys, committed family men who love the Greenwood community. This company, like many other Greenwood businesses is very proactive in their generosity to our wonderful city.

I called ARS late one evening and Rick was available early the next morning to assist me with my leaking faucet. He noticed that the knobs for shutting off the water to all three of my bathroom sinks were so tight that I would not be able to shut off the water supply to them if the leaking were more serious. My bathroom sinks are over 25 years old so I agreed to have this done also. He spent several hours repairing them for me in addition to replacing the old faucet and repairing the leak.
He worked very quietly being careful not to leave a mess behind. He explained what he was doing and he did a walk through of his work afterwards. I cannot comment accurately on the cost for the repairs.
He did show me the anticipated cost sheet so I knew ahead of time what the fees would be. It was quite expensive--over $1000 ( but I am pretty sure plumbers are not cheap anyway!!)...I was not able to compare shop since I made the decision while he was here. I have seen comments that others have said ARS services were higher than most other plumbers in the area but I made the decision on the spot since I live alone and I need the peace of mind to have my plumbing in good working order with winter weather coming on.
The work was done efficiently. My sink no longer leaks and now the knobs turn very easily.
I have no complaints at all about the work Rick did but the fees were most probably higher than if another plumbing company had done the work.

Excellent first rate service. P,umber was on time with mask and shoe covers. He fixed the problem quickly.  I was very pleased! Well recommend company to my friends and family.

Don't even think about calling B&W Plumbing. Their technicians are incompetent and caused further damage to my a/c and now I will have to spend thousands on a new one. I would have been better off if I had never contacted them. I found them on A. List and since I complained to them today, they have conveniently  been removed from the list.... a sure sign of a scam!

If you want someone to make you feel incompetent call just drains. Called to get an estimate on something that it would cost to get a clean out but I don't know where the spot is for my clean out. She told me I would have to know where it was to get a clean out. I told her I'm not a plumber and I don't know these things. She then yelled at me that neither are they and hung up on me oh. Great customer service from them

Summers saved my weekend! Came out same day within hours and my technician, Ryan had a solution within an hour! Very friendly and very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future
