We had old copper pipes leaking behind our lower kitchen cabinets. I don't know how Tom and Chris did it, but they squeezed into the back corner under my sink and countertops and got all those 60-year old pipes switched out with PVC pipes. These are not petite men - but they got it done! So grateful!! They were determined and know what they're doing!! We've used this company for 30 years and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend!

This company has been assigned through my home warranty a few times and I am always relieved to see them assigned to my claims. They are polite and professional. They explain things to me at a level I understand. They double check their work. They are on time and have even been able to make it earlier than the appointment times more than once which is really nice!

UPDATED REVIW FOR ATWELL PLUMBING
DECEMBER 5. 2015:
We had a water leak emergency on a Saturday so I decided to call Atwell Plumbing in Noblesvilke. They came within a day to make repairs. At first look they thought we had a leak with the shower faucet which they repaired and we paid $175.00. About 1 hour later we realized that we STILL had a water leak. I called Atwell Plumbing again and this time spoke to Jim Atwell to explain what happened. Within a few hours he came to check the repairs made earlier and (On the 1st visit we had 2 different repairmen) found a leak where a hose bracket cracked in half right next to the shower faucet. Jim made the correct repair and there was NO CHARGE for this visit. He explained to me why this could have happened and how he made appropriate repairs. Atwell employees were professional and clean!!

We had Cecil's Septic out to pump out our septic tank. The driver called ahead and was right on time. The Cecil employee was very courteous and attentive to making sure all my questions were answered. He asked if I had already been quoted a price and confirmed that would be the price charged. I would definitely recommend Cecil's Septic based on the devotion to customer service by the Cecil employee.

I have been a customer of Bedell Plumbing since I purchased my home in 2012. I have always had courteous interactions and a good experience. That is until recently.
I am on septic system and after my parents moved in with me, it filled up quicker than expected. Unfortunately, my toilets and shower backed up and flooded my main bath and hallway. I called Beddell and they did come out promptly eventhough it was on a weekend. Was told that it was a full tank and had to have it emptied and then he could clear the clog. So, I called and found a company to empty that evening. That technician said the septic was working fine and really didn't need emptying. (I had just had it done less than a year ago.) Well, ok, paid them and asked Bedell to come out the next day to clear the line.
The next day, they came and the plumber got his snake stuck in the pipes leading out to the septic system. Ok, stuff happens...next day, I was told that I had to put in an outside clean out access in order for them to get the cable out. $$ I wasn't happy as it is on them that he got the equipment stuck, but ok. Following day, they came with an excavater and dug up my yard, put in the cleanout (which is now in the middle of the backyard :( ) They left before I got home from work. Next day, toilets and shower backed up again! I called and Bedell sent 3 what looked like very young and new technicians. They did something in the backyard and ran a snake, reset the toilet. Told me it was warranty work, no charge. Ok, great. Then someone from the company called and said he'd drop the price down to $1250 since the cable being stuck was on them. I reluctantly agreed.
Then...wait for it...the next day, Sunday, the toilet and shower backed up again. I was not happy to say the least. I called their on call number and finally got a return call about 3 hrs later. During this time, I once again I have to shut all the water off. I take care of my elderly parents.
The gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude. He told me he couldn't get anyone there that day. I explained the ongoing issue and shared that I felt since this was an ongoing problem, I should have prescedence. He said he could give me the name of a company they work with. Ok, thinking it is someone they contract with, I agreed. This company was great. They were there within 2 hours and repaired my issue within 4 hours. When he gave a bill for another $400 I was perplexed. I explained that the guy from Bedell gave me their name/# -warranty work...? He said htey are not contracted with Bedell, pay me. Ok, at least he actually fixed the problem. Said my toilet was set incorrectly, new line to septic was full of mud. Nice.
By this time, my subfloor was ruined, as was my hardwood in the hallway. I had to have the floors in the bathroom and hall replaced.
This was right around Thanksgiving. So, my parents had to move out for 30 days while the back of the house was being worked on. I couldn't decorate for the holidays,, etc. I eventually received a bill from Bedell for $1250. I made a mental note to call and give them copy of the $400 bill, but in all honesty, with workers in the house, work and holidays, I forgot.
Today I get a snippy call from their office person.. LONG STORY SHORT-DON'T USE FOR ANYTHING MAJOR. NOT IMPRESSED.

This company came out the same day requested ( through utility shield) and went out of their way to make sure we understood what was going on as far as a leak under concrete slab. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We will use them again for any future repairs and would highly recommend them.

The Royal Flush plumbers are not just highly-skilled professionals but they are courteous, prompt and thorough. When we lost water one evening during zero degree weather, a pair ofRoyal Flush pros were at our home in 20 minutes. They diagnosed the problem (relay) and had our water back in 1 1/2 hours. Fantastic attitude and a reasonable price.
I've referred many friends to RF and all have agreed the skill, quality of repairs and attitude of the staff is top-notch!

I made an appointment with Lawrence Plumbing on a Wednesday for repair of a leaking outdoor faucet on the following Friday The time came for the appointment and no one showed up. I called Lawrence Plumbing twice soon after the appointment time to request a status report and each time left a message when no one answered the phone. I never received a reply and subsequently hired another plumber.

Recently we had this company clean out our grease trap, which they have done many times before. The gentleman running the truck dumped gallons of grease waste from their truck into our kitchen. They had no back up plan or equipment to clean it up so it took them 30 minutes to even start cleaning this horrible mess up. We lost hours for our employees and the smell after they were done with a very surface clean up was horrible. When I, the owner, arrived at the end of what was 3 hours to clean up the issue (which again is just surface, the stench is still very much there) the man who caused the issue made excuses and never once said he was sorry to me for what happened. We are now dealing with the smell of grease, which we don't even use in our restaurant. It's been a nightmare of a situation. All mats have had to be replaced, they damaged our wall during their clean up and it goes on. Mistakes do happen but the worst part is they have not given a true apology or even acknowledged why this is a problem. The owner took over 24 hours to look at the issue. I asked for a call and instead he showed up in the middle of lunch rush and looked at the kitchen and said he doesn't see the problem. The smell get's so bad we cannot have our door or large window closed. His response was it's just grease - the smell eventually goes away and you know grease isn't a hazard right?. I'm so surprised at the lack of care and concern and even just basic customer service. Especially for a company we've used for years. It's already cost us over $1,000 in lost wages and mats alone and I have no idea what the cost will be for our damaged wall and floor.

To be clear, I have not used their services, but I did witness the man in glasses and the gray van yell in a violent and overly aggressive manner at the car in front of him because of the traffic. The work may be good - who knows - but do you really want to support someone that is verbally abusive and aggressive to a stranger when in standstill traffic? Thankfully, the company name and contact was on the van to clearly identify them.
