My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

I will never use another plumber. These guys are great. They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy. No one can compete.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

We needed a drain pipe fixed in the crawl space and Zac promptly came for a estimate and explained everything and took pictures. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem. I had another plumbing company tell me that they wouldn't fix my issue, only re-pipe the entire house. A VERY expensive option. Zac fixed my issue for a fraction of that cost. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing and will absolutely call on them in the future when the need arises.

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Darren came to service both of my gas fireplaces, one of which was old and  had a gas leak.  He cleaned it out, replaced the valve, and got it looking brand new.  Best of all, no more gas smell coming from the fireplace!  He showed me step by step how to light the fireplace and checked both for potential leaks while I was watching.  I suspected a gas leak coming from my stovetop and Darren performed a test, which indicated a few leaks.  He charged nothing additional to make those adjustments and had my stove working perfectly in no time.  He was super helpful and very friendly too!

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

We had to have our water shut off valves under our kitchen sink replaced. They were able to come out the next day and took about an hour to fix the issue. Avery was very nice and explained everything well to us.  It looks brand new where they replaced everything. He was even kind to our dog that wanted to get up close and personal. I would definitely use them again if we need plumbing issues fixed!

Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

Our Septic pump went out and from assessing the problem, quoting and completing the job, Earl Gray communicated and performed above our expectations. This is the second item we needed repaired within 60 days (Water heater replacement prior). These guys are the best in the business. I would Highly recommend them,

I can't say how his business is but he drives wreck less is a neighborhood full of kids. When asked to slow down that's there's kids in the neighborhood he replied they better stay on the sidewalks, that's what they're for! Ok well douche canoe kids make mistakes, run for balls or animals , and as your coming up to a stop sign so fast you can barely stop ask yourself this. Would it be ok that you hit a child cause they weren't on the sidewalk? Guaranteed a parent won't look at it like that so please be mindful of our kids in the neighborhood

We hired Mr. Taylor to do both electrical and plumbing work on our home and it was a huge mistake. The work we hired him to do was at most a 4-5 day job. He would show up work for an hour and then claim an emergency and say he would be back and then wouldn't return for days. He finally after 3 weeks got our water heater installed and a new electrical panel installed. We paid him for that with the understanding he would come back the following Monday to install electrical boxes for lighting fixtures. 6 weeks later and just b.s. excuses from him. Always saying he will be there tomorrow but never shows. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAZY LYING THIEF. He was paid for work that he didn't and for some reason won't complete.

Don't attempt to use this company.  They don't show up when they say they will, and don't have the common courtesy to call and say they aren't coming.  Waiting around for them all day was fun.  Pam is the office worker who scheduled the appointment.  Not impressed with the lack of any shred of professionalism.

My furnace stopped working so I called for a technician to come look at it and give me a quote for a repair.  Because I intended to call several companies to give me quotes, I asked that they waive their $89 fee for sending someone to my house, which they did.  The tech arrived and told me I need a new furnace ($9000).  I told him I can't afford that as I was about to go on disability.  I asked if it could be repaired.  He said he could replace a part for $4000 but didn't recommend I put money into it since the furnace is already 13 years old.  Instead, he kept pushing me to  get a new furnace and to finance it.  I told him again that I am going on disability and cannot afford any extra monthly bills.  He then admitted to me that when he is sent on runs for a free estimate, he isn't really even supposed to touch the furnace, or give me a repair quote, he is just supposed to give a quote for a new one.  He said my furnace was overheating and he reset it and removed the air filter so it would run a little longer.  He assured me the furnace would definitely shut off again in a few hours and I REALLY need a new one.  After he left, I had another HVAC tech come out, someone that was recommended by a friend and works for himself.  This man told me I just needed to replace my $30 air filter.  I did and I haven't had any other problems.  How many older or disabled people has this company taken advantage of?  Why not just admit you aren't sending out techs, you are sending out sales people to scare us into spending thousands of dollars ($9000 for a furnace is WAY above what it should cost) we don't need to spend.  Shame on you.   My next review will be to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get warranty work completed.  They refuse to do the work, have missed scheduled service appointments and will not return calls regarding this issue.  

Avoid this business at all cost, they do not stand behind their work.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. He showed up at 4pm to replace well pump. Ask for money to buy parts and left. At 11:30 pm he showed back up with used pump. After trying to set the pump all night we still had no water. He busted our pitless adapter.  And then he pulled one from the back of his van that he said he pulled at another job and began hammering a pipe into it. He said the threads were stripped but he would make it work. ( We were charged for a new one) . After several more attempts he said the riser was tilted and he would have to replace. ( He was the person who put it in) . This guy is a joke and his company is a scam. After trying to get more money from us we ask them not to return and took legal action.  Save yourself money and headache and stay away from this clown and his partners. AKA girlfriend.
