Best Plumbing Services in Indianapolis, IN

We stopped in their showroom on our way up to Indianapolis.  We hired them to flush our tankless water heater, and we liked their work so much we decided on a membership.

i was pleasantly surprised how much they have in their showroom.  My spouse discovered the delta faucet she wanted for the kitchen.  The staff was extremely helpful.  The faucet will be installed the day they flush the tankless water heater.

They are so much more than sink and tankless water heater people.  Find what you are looking for and purchase it.  They'll install it and maintain your plumbing needs. They even work on new construction.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys, they fixed a major issue in a hurry for a fair price (I got 4 quotes, so I'm sure about this!). They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the most overpriced Plumbing I called I called them out on a gas line leak and their price started at $275 for the first hour and $100 every hour after that. I paid for the first hour as they were already at my house. But after that I called around and found out other places start out at about anywhere from about $79 an hour to 150. I found out that 275.. all I can say is if you do decide to have them come out I would 100% suggest getting a second estimate because I can almost guarantee you you will be overcharged if not .. also beware they will tear your stuff apart and then increase the price after the work has started and to feel stuck so beware of that as well with them I would suggest anyone but Cobra Plumbing.. after Cobra Plumbing was finished I found three other leaks that they missed in my gas pipe...Poor Workmanship and Way over priced!!!!!

I always here about this company having horrible quality, failed parts and bad service. My son bought a home through DR Horton, which they plumbed, and within 8 months there was a leak. Turns out the plumber that came and fixed it said the toilet line or something was dry fitted, it got fixed but it's the principle.

Water bill was very high, so I hired a plumber. He determined that I had a leak from a water pipe in the cement slab the house was built on. He said I would need to hire a leak detector specialist to pin point the leak to minimize the damage. I found an ad on the internet for Mr.Leak Detective. He came out with some gauges & determined the leak was in the slab between the lower kitchen cabinet & the vanity in the MBR. He did not bring a marker or tape to mark the spot. I had to go out to the garage and get some tape & supplied a marker. He said he was positive that was the spot. I paid him $300. before he left. The plumber came in a few days later & had to remove the lower kitchen cabinet, made a hole of 8 x 12 in the wall & then used a jack hammer to go through cement to pipes. The leak was not in that spot. The plumber worked another hour and he found the leak 4 ft over, just under the stove. The previous damage wasn't even necessary! The stove could be rolled out and the plumber had to use the jack hammer and make another hole in the floor & repaired the leak. I then had to pay $250. more to the plumber and had to hire a handyman to put the cabinet/counter top back and repair the hole in the wall.  This so called leak detector did not know what he was doing and caused unnecessary damage to my home. He wouldn't answer my phone calls until I used a different phone. He knew about his mistake because my plumber called him and told him.  I requested a refund of the $300. fee he charged, but he will not give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR WATER LEAK DETECTION!

This B.S. company should be placed in a clogged toilet that Assurance Plumbing must come out and fix. I clearly stated that I was to be contacted on my work phone and not my cell between 8am-4pm.  What did they do?...call my cell phone. Therefore, I missed the call.  Once, I was able to check my cell phone and reach out to the ASSurance Plumbing, I was placed on hold and then disconnect without conversation. I called back and explained that I was disconnected and that I was scheduled for service today. The ghetto girl tack-head from Nonprofessional University indicated that I would have to 'reschedule cuz I didn't answer the phone and the plummer called and came out already so is Thursday good? I asked if he got out of the car and rang the door bell? She says, No. I explained to her that her plumber was lying and had not come out to my home because my retired mom sat in the window waiting as early as 9 am.  Ghetto girl replied that my mother was lying. Really? Please do NOT use this trashy company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They were called out by my warranty company for a service call and first tried to not show up to the appointment until I called them. When they showed up they were dirty stinky and I did not feel comfortable having them in my home. They then went and reported back to the warranty company something completely different than what they had told me and my wife and lied to them about what the problem was so that they did not have to fix it under my warranty but would still get paid for their service call. I then had another plumber come out and confirmed that what they had told the warranty company was not true.

Able to get you in for same day appointments. Quick, professional and no complaints. Will continue to use this company for our plumping needs.
