Do you want sloppy? Do you want excuses? Do you want to pay $2800 for a water heater and have the job done half-@ss? Call Hudson Plumbing! They took out the old water heater and installed the new one PARTIALLY on the old wood pad. It hangs off on one side. They also attached new copper pipe to 35 year old PVC pipe when I requested the attach it to the copper pipe that the old PVC ran to -which would have been EASIER, LESS TIME CONSUMING, REQUIRED LESS COPPER and the same distance going the other direction. I also requested they delete an old valve and excess piping to a second water heater-did they? No, of course not. Called and got the excuse express from 'name redacted'. We are calling a new plumber to fix Hudsons mess. I wish this would let me post photos of the sloppy, crappy workmanship so you could see how lame they are.
DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys, they fixed a major issue in a hurry for a fair price (I got 4 quotes, so I'm sure about this!). They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Would give them six stars if I could. Family owned business that actually acted like they wanted our return business. We had a quote from another well known company that tried to talk us into $10k with of unnecessary repairs. Economy only fixed what was broken and had it done within 24 hours for a fraction of the cost.

Very quick. Easy to talk to. Gets the job done right.
That's what I'm thinking but evidently Yelp wants a higher word count so...
Punctual
Reasonable prices
Explains stuff
Are you serious Yelp?!?! Take my review already!!!

Friendly, professional and efficient! They came out the same day we called and gave us great service and a price that was far better than the competitors! I would highly recommend using them!

I had a great experience with Efficient Systems. Sean, Jeff, and Brian were all very kind, easy to work with, and worked quickly to get our furnace replaced. I was very pleased with their communication, and will certainly use Efficient Systems in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Karl and his crew at Cobra plumbing have done multiple jobs for me, ranging from very complex, to replacing a toilet. They've always done an incredible job and I've found them to be very good with communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend them!

Steg Plumbing was fantastic. We have used them for any and all plumbing services over the years, and they never fail to disappoint. They are fully committed to customer service, and doing whatever it takes to make your experience as positive as possible. They are very responsive, and are great to work with!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There is promise of doing a comprehensive pool leak detection. However our experience comprised of a gentleman in swim trunks using a fanta 20 oz soda bottle filled with red dye and just pouring it around potential cracks. He didn't wear scuba gear, didn't take the lights out (which is a must). He said the lights were leaking and was confident. So we fixed the lights just to have someone tell us the lights will always show a leak if they are not taken out prior to testing. We spent over 500 dollars filling our pool for him, paid him 350, fixed the lights for over 200 based on his recommendation. He never pressure tested the pipes or even got under the water. He said he would come back if it was not the lights due to light rain, which the management of the company said it wrong because many tests can be done with rain. This was an utter waste of time and money. Now we are stuck with a leaking pool still and have to refill (spending another 500) and hiring another (hopefully more competent) company. I even went to management who agreed this was unacceptable and said he would take care of the situation. I NEVER HEARD BACK. This company will drain you of money and not even care. STAY AWAY! Unless you want to waste, time, money, energy, and frustration. This company only responded to me when I said I would put up a review of my experience and still never remedied the situation.

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They were called out by my warranty company for a service call and first tried to not show up to the appointment until I called them. When they showed up they were dirty stinky and I did not feel comfortable having them in my home. They then went and reported back to the warranty company something completely different than what they had told me and my wife and lied to them about what the problem was so that they did not have to fix it under my warranty but would still get paid for their service call. I then had another plumber come out and confirmed that what they had told the warranty company was not true.

In May of 2021, I purchased my first home. As part of my closing cost I agreed to buy a home so long as a sewage line was repaired. The company the seller chose was John Fowler Plumbing.
I was given the check at closing for John Fowler Plumbing. The amount was nearly ten grand. I contacted the company. They came and took the check, in full, prior to rendering any services. I didn't think anything of it, so I let them have the check-assuming that the work would just be completed. The company came to my home to obtain the check. They said they would be out to complete the job; which they had to re-scheduled. This wasn't a problem. I understood.
When the plumbing company finally came to do repair they disconnected me from city sewage. Then, expressed this wasn't the job they thought it was. It was then insinuated that either me, my family, or my neighbor need to contribute to the cost of this repair.
I felt that the company should take some accountability and shouldn't have quoted for a job they couldn't perform. I also felt that they should be asking the seller to pay as this was part of the agreement for purchase of my home. So, my family and I contacted an attorney. After the attorney was involved, things were able to finally be resolved to have the sewer line replaced. However, after the company left they left my yard a complete mess! There is rocks, clay, debris everywhere as well as a huge dip near my house.
I felt that this huge dip of dirt near my house could be problematic. My neighbor was concerned about it as well. So, my neighbor calls John Fowler Plumbing and asks if they will fix the damage they incurred to his yard while performing this project and if they could fill in this dip that he has left next to my home. They immediately say no, landscaping wasn't part of our agreement. I later received a text and advised that landscaping is not part of the price that was paid and that eventually the rain will settle the dirt after a few months.
John Fowler Plumbing, in my opinion, does not care about people. They will take no accountability for any mistakes they may make. I feel that they only care about trying to get as much money from you as they can. If you're not willing to give them several extra thousand dollars in addition to what already quoted to do for a job, they will not treat you well and they will destroy your yard and leave you high and dry. They did not care about the safety conditions of raw sewage in my yard and they will did not make much effort to clean up any feces or toilet paper that was in my yard because of the disconnect that they performed.
If you live in Indiana - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about hiring literally anyone else. I suggest Second Opinion Plumbing or Seriously 24/7. I had them come out and inspect what was happening at my house. The people at these companies were really sweet and they were willing to work with me to help resolve my issue very promptly!
