Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app.  Eric came out and diagnosed problem.  The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house.  Rate for services was very fair.  Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial.  Would highly recommend!

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!

We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.

I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

Not only were they four hours late but they changed their price for coming out three times, were at my house until modnight (i had to get up the next morning at 0430), and they broke my clean out for my sewer line!  Will NOT  USE THEM AGAIN!

Firstly, the person that answered the phone the first time I called to ask questions and make an appointment was very polite and professional. She was able to get me scheduled and on the day of the appointment to have my water heater looked at, she kept me updated on how long the plumbing crew would arrive. The crew were very professional and explained everything they had to do. They even called me an hour after they were finished to make sure my water was hot again. Really appreciate them  will be using this company for all my plumbing needs in future.

So far we've had Brett here to work on our HVAC and George to work on the plumbing. We bought an older home that had a few issues!  Both technicians were extremely courteous and friendly, on time, and best of all knowledgeable!  
Brett performed maintenance on our HVAC system to ensure it was working properly. In doing so, he discovered our AC wasn't hooked up correctly after another company had installed a new thermostat. He quickly remedied that for us.
George came in to fix a multitude of problems that we had asked him to address and he was able to find and fix a leak, find a solution for a wobbly freestanding faucet in our bathroom, and provide information and recommendations for a sink in the kitchen that needs to be reset.
Both technicians did a great job and we were not over charged for either visit. I highly recommend Commercial Services and will be using them again as needed!

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Quick response time. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and had clean appearance. Found our problem quickly and completed repair with new parts. Pricing was fair.

No!!,Don't use this company!! I had one of their service techs quote me $1800 on a $800 job. Yes, I'm a middle aged woman w a 3 legged dog. Guses he thought I was crazy....lol.....

It's been 3 years and they still have not finished our prepaid contract. They don't remember what they promised and create more problems than solutions. For instance they gouged corners of our freshly painted walls done by another company, and that was 12 months ago. The caulk is still apparent and nothing had been done since. So our lovely paint job is waiting for them to fix it. We originally hired them to do our guest bath and the sink is too close to the wall and the cabinet cannot be opened fully, as the hardware won't allow, because it hits the wall. They hire subcontractors and do not use their own employees. During the 2 days to put in just the shower, Indy Concrete was able to install a patio and fireplace in the rain in less than a day. Indy Renovations workers took more cigarette breaks than actual work time. The shower was installed improperly as the water would pool in the middle and seal for the glass is not complete. Every shower there is stream of water coming out into the bathroom tile.
We were without floor trim for 12 months and the flooring installed was gapping at least 1/2 to 1 inch from the wall. Our front door tile grout is already in pieces and they installed metal transitions that should be in an office building. They forgot the floor transition to and from guest bathroom.  They have tried to charge us twice for the floor trim and didn't have info on the prepaid fireplace. It was only when I pulled out the contract of what we've paid for that still had not been done. Our floor trim is still unfinished after two visits as the nail holes are very visible and the pieces of trim combined have huge gaps.
We actually contracted this company in 3/2020 it's soon going to be 3/2023 and the still not finished and on their side unclear of what they were paid for. Terrified of the job they will destroy on our fireplace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... It will cause you nothing but shoddy work, mishaps, and then asking you to pay for services already paid for. You will get the runaround about every aspect of the job. They will leave trash, nails, as well as their installation trash.
When will this nightmares

Very unprofessional. Refused to come to my neighborhood at 5pm in the afternoon because they said it was unsafe. My gas has been cut off for 3 days and I've just had major surgery. I can't cook, shower, or heat my home. They originally said they would be at my place in 20mins then called back and said 9am the next morning because my neighborhood was unsafe at 5pm in the afternoon???? When I called to make a complaint the dispatcher said I was irate ( which is a lie) and said they would not come at all. They basically didn't want to come to my neighborhood (aka black neighborhood after dark) at all anyway...I suggest not using this company at all. Racists and unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
