Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app.  Eric came out and diagnosed problem.  The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house.  Rate for services was very fair.  Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial.  Would highly recommend!

We had an issue with plumbing in the basement. They ran lines for a water softener and replaced an outside spigot. After a couple seasons the outside spigot caused issues again due to harsh weather conditions. They came out and took care of the issue. There is no other plumbing company I would rather use in the area for any plumbing issue. Don't waste your time and call them first.

Tech was fast and knowledgeable.. Definitely recommend Cornwell. They did the job for only $125 where another plumber (Hope) wanted $750.

Plumbing issues great and small, I've called Mishler for them all. Seriously though, the work these guys do is phenomenal and they are very honest and straight forward about pricing and availability. They might not be the cheapest in some areas but as with most things in home repair, you get what you pay for. I'm always happy to pay and know it will be done right the first time and with high quality. Highly recommend!

The best, the best, the best!  After working with them in a previous life (or marriage), when my HVAC system went belly up in my newly purchased home, I knew exactly who I wanted to handle the job.  The first tech came out to diagnose on a Tuesday and by Friday afternoon I was up and running with a new reliable Trane system.  Everyone you deal with excels in customer service, efficiency, and they aren't in the business of overselling you more than you need.

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

We had these guys replace our water heater. They left a gas leak! When I called to see if they could come out to fix it I had to leave a message and didn't hear back from anyone until 8:30 at night (4 hours later). I talked to the man who installed it and he made a gas leak seem like no big deal stating, Unless the smell is so bad you can barely breathe, it isn't really harmful. What?! He said the could come out the next day to check it since I had a one year warranty on the labor. We called FOUR times and no one retuned out calls. We were forced to have another plumber come out to fix the leak. We are now having our credit card company dispute the charges. What a mess! Do not use these guys!!!!

AttaBoy was at my house within an hour of my call and promptly replaced my kitchen garbage disposal and re-piped my drain.  The also identified the cause of the problem further down the drainline and fixed that as well.  I can't say enough how professional and responsive they were.  And, some of the most friendly people I've contracted!

My oh my was this a story full of cataclysm, angst, and drama.

Bizarre situation but we had a precious item of jewelry fall off and into the toilet AS THE TOILET WAS FLUSHING! To make matters worse it was like 11 pm on a Friday. Almost every plumber we called said to kiss it goodbye. But roto-rooters told us to shut off the water and don't flush any toilets and wait for them to come... they eventually sent out two absolute heroes to our house.

They put a snake camera in the pipes and located the jewelry. They tried to fish it out with a coat hanger but the jewelry was close to falling over an edge and being lost again. So the man, Terry was his name, exercised expert judgment and said we would do best to came at it from underneath, through the dry wall. He said he knew exactly where it was and we don't want to give that up. (This turned out to be a genius decision and may have saved our bacon).

He called another man named Juan that came out to cut the dry wall and pipes. He said he was nervous but Juan acted with pure poise under pressure. I'm talking Jordan in game six. Im talking Tom Brady down 28-3 in the SuperBowl. Hall of fame performance from Juan and Terry both. He cut as soft as possible so the jewelry wouldn't fall down.

They shined a light and could see it in the pipe. It was so close to the drop! I'm talking 2 inches away from falling over a cliff. They had the clever idea of putting a drill bit right thru the middle of the jewelry to hold it in place - I mean Terry was out here making Bill Belichick level game-time decisions. They then cut the pipe and for a moment we waited with baited breath cuz we thought we lost it again. But then Juan handed it to me. We cried tears of joy.

God bless you, Terry, Juan, and Roto-Rooters! Please give these men a raise or infinite job security. I am forever grateful. Just typing this up makes me want to cry all over again.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

Sewer back up. Nick was the service tech. Thorough job unclogging the line. Service is a little pricey but he took his time and fixed the problem.

Horrible Redneck family who doesn't pay for work that has been done. If you sub contract work out you still have to pay!!!! Refused to pay after they couldn't do their own work!!!!

These guys are excellent and Mike was courteous and professional. He came out and checked for leaks after a dramatic increase in the water bill. He found nothing wrong and then provided possibilities as to why my bill skyrocketed, which ended up being the problem. After all that great help, he did not charge us a thing.

Frankly, I think these one star reviews are just angry people that underestimated their own circumstance.

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
