Best Plumbing Services in Indianapolis, IN
We live in Monticello, Indiana and had our AC unit replaced last week. Jarmy Johnson was a complete professional replacing our AC unit! Absolute Comfort was one of four contractors we received quotes from. Jarmy came out to do our estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. During the replacement, Jarmy and Jason were wonderful! Even when they encountered unforeseen issues during the installation, they were able to troubleshoot and quickly solved the problem and still came in at their original quoted price.

Flowpro crew was great. Quick responses to my inquiry and follow up questions on Yelp. Competitive pricing. Randy removed my old, broken water heater and installed a new one that was up in running very quickly.
Definitely recommend.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

This is the cleanest plumbing company I have ever used. They came the same day to repair my toilet and water jetted out a clogged sink drain. Great price great customer service and all around great company to work with. I will never call anyone else.

Hired to free a drain. Two guys came out...both nice and professional. However, they were unable to unclog the drain....after paying nearly $200! I spoke with the company owner who refused even a partial refund!!!! I had used them successfully 3x before......Will not use again!!!!

We had them come to open up our clogged drains. Boy! Did they open the drains!!! It is now running though our downstairs ceilings. The company will not take credit. Said it was our fault because we have old pipes. They advertise licensed plumbers but both gentlemen where not licensed, they told us that, after they were finished. After contacting the company, the lady was very rude and won't give their license number or bond information.
Dont use them..

We live in Meridian Kessler neighborhood in a mission style house that is over 100 years old. It did not have air conditioning when we purchased the house, but Summers Plumbing selected a system and assured us it would cool. The cost was almost $30,000.
We are now several years in and the system does cool the house. It does cool the hallways where the units are placed, but that is it.
In addition, although we pay for a maintenance contract, Summer Plumbing continues to fail to deliver reasonable services in the following ways:
1.) The water drainage tubes for the cooling system hangs from an outlet on the second floor. It was never connected to a drain. As a result, the water drips onto the house and the foundation. Although we raised this issue numerous times, nothing has been done to complete installation of the system. Damage to the house continues to occur from the dripping water when the air conditioning system runs.
2.) Water leaks from one unit onto the wall and under the unit directly on the 100 year old custom, hardwood floors. The leaking water and damage to the floors continue. (We put buckets to capture the leaking water.)
The technician was not able to fix the leaking when called. He offered to schedule another visit to re-mount the leaking unit as a possible solution, but refused to fix the leak during the visit. Summers Plumbing consistently charges a fee to view the problem and consistently suggests a follow up visit to do the work for, of course, another fee.
3.) Technicians that visit to service the units are not experienced and routinely suggest that a manager is needed for consultation. Again, this results in a requested fee for the initial visit and another fee for the manager to come on site in subsequent visits.
4.) Fees charged are excessive & Staff not allotted time or tools to perform repairs. Our experience is that a homeowner pays for a technician to perform a diagnostic call, but then we typically hire another plumbing company to perform the repairs.
Our annual maintenance contract is almost at its end. We do not plan to renew. In addition, we wrote this review so that other homeowners can choose not use Summers Plumbing. Instead, select a company that has pride in their work and delivers what they set out to do.

We called to schedule a service request at 11:00am on Sunday. We were told that a tech would call us when somebody was able to come out the house. After waiting for 3 hours, we called to check the status and gave no update except we were on the list. After over 5 hours of waiting and still not hearing from anyone we decided to cancel the request.
The lack of urgency and communication was very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone, let alone if you had an emergency.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts. I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber! I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.
The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
