We had to have our water lines replaced.  The guys did a great job.  Our estimate from Absolute Comfort was a fraction of a competitor's estimate.  They also moved the lines for our washer, cleaned out our crawl space, and installed a water softener.  We have more work that needs to be done, and we will be using Absolute Comfort again!

Great service & price. Had an old water softener replaced & a tankless water heater installed. The owner personally called me & made the quote, visited the job in progress, and visited after to make sure I was completely satisfied with the products and the work. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, & professional. My water system is much improved! Highly recommended.

Sam with May Plumbing did a fabulous job installing a new outside faucet for me today.  They were able to give me a very reasonable quote and even do the install the very same day!  Extremely efficient and obviously skilled and experienced. I will absolutely call them again!!

A father daughter team completed work on my house. Replaced the main valve at the street, my main shut off valve inside the house and a hose bip. They also prepped me for future soft water installation. Both were patient. They spent almost an entire day at the house. Total cost was around 2k. They used quality parts and were honest about what was going on.  I know dropping that kind of money on plumbing sucks but I felt like they earned it.

My wife and I picked up a Groupon for an A/C tune-up and check. I'm glad that we did. The service was prompt and even though we had to reschedule a couple times, they were very accommodating, calling prior to arrival (extra important with a 5 month old at home). We were given a breakdown of our problems and a list of recommendations and quotes. The interactions were very professional and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. I would recommend them for others looking at evaluating their heating and/or cooling!

We had Just Drains out 9/17/21 for a clogged drain backing up in toilet and bathtub. Gentleman couldn't fixtures problem so they said they sent the supervisor out and it was fine. Called back 10/6/21 to let them know that it wasn't working again and the property is a rental and is vacant and has been vacant since they were out in 9/17/21, and they said they would call me this morning 10/7/21 and they didn't and I called the office and the lady in there was so rude and stand offish and kept hanging up on me because I couldn't tell her what they did because I was driving and didn't have the invoice in front of me however I gave her the date, name and address and asked if she could look it up and she told me I was rude?!!!! She was the rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. She has no business dealing with customers period. I am requesting a full refund and its a shame we have several rental properties have used them over the years, and I will NEVER use them again. They don't want to honor the 30 day Guarantee as it states on their website or don't know how to fix it, and thats fine, them just return our money and I am calling another company.

I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm and the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

A/C went down and they came out within a few hours after calling them.  They went thru the diagnostics and explained everything they did.  I decided to purchase a new A/C and furnace we have been milking the furnace for the last few years.  Got a great deal and they are coming out tomorrow to set it up.  They were also nice enough to leave the part that fixed the issue on our old unit at no charge for the night.  Highly recommend them. Kelton and Tyler were great and very professional.

I tried to schedule a service appointment and both people I talked to were very unhelpful. I ended up changing my mind while on the phone with them and decided to find someone else. If the customer service reps are that unhelpful, it doesn't give me much confidence that anyone else there will help. There is no shortage of plumbers in the area, and I'm sure one of them will be better than this!

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
