Used their services at a home I was previously renting.
After moving and new home warranty ran out switched over to AllTech for HVAC maintenance and to double check some of my plumbing issues.  

Customer service is always good over the phone and in person with their techs. Techs all have been great and go the extra steps to log everything they see and do for future reference.

Account problems could be cleaned up a little better (asked a few times on phone and email) but minor overall.

I will give the company a star for their follow-up. I'm grateful they followed up, but the follow-up was like hot, flat beer.

a) They did call me for a follow-up concerning the A/C (good)
b) They confirmed the price for the first two pounds of refrigerant (BAD). They suggested this is fair and reasonable, and lower prices may indicate a lesser product  (like recycled from another system). The $75/pound quote from another company is for a new product, not recovered.
c) They offered to extend the coverage of my maintenance contract for 'free' for the next six months, which I declined. I'm burnt enough that I just want to go, and the only service in the next six months would be the furnace. They also wanted me to remove my Yelp rating on them in return for the six months free contract extension. Um, no.  
d) They said there's a Cancellation Fee to cancel the maintenance contract, which is complete Cr*pola. The lady who called, S*, said she'd waive that, so I chose not to call her out on the phone. But I would definitely deny payment for any contract cancellation, especially since the contract had run multi-year. Basically, it's company policy to charge you a fee to quit them.

What they did NOT offer was to send someone out to complete the A/C condenser cleaning that was left undone by N* in the original visit, even though they clarified he should have done the 'basic clean' when he was there. The 'special clean' with the 'special soap' is once every five years and S* explained that N* should have informed me of that. All I wanted was a basic clean -- it gets cleaned every year, either by myself (prior to the contract) or by the HVAC company doing the maintenance (until this year).

Well, why didn't he do the basic clean, and why didn't All Tech offer to come back and make up for his lack of service? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Air-conditioning broke, company was responsive but very expensive.  Cost me over $1000.00 for a warranty repair, a single run capacitor and a refrigerant fill of 2.5lbs.  Air conditioner is running and it was a hot day, but feel like I was racked over the coals.  Tech was very knowledgeable.

Had them out for an HVAC issue.  The tech was good but the prices are off the charts.  I got charged $450 for the installation of a $25 capacitor and $250 for the tech to pour some water down the drain line to flush it.  Give me a break!  He also quoted me $550 to install a new PVC drain line.  Come on!  I can get PVC at Home Depot for $10.  Basically this company marks everything up 400%.  Please go elsewhere!

They don't even deserve a zero !  they came out for quotation $169 then they asked for $460 extra to tell us what we need to be repaired. But they don't know how much it will cost unless we pay in full! Scummers from top to bottom company .

I've had these folks do a few projects around my house and they've always done a great job. The biggest job I've had them do is replace my AC/Furnace. They worked with me on price and the equipment I wanted for the house.

They were very punctual and they tidied up after everything was done. They were very considerate of our kids and were kind of my son who wanted to watch everything they did.

The price was a bit high but for this area I didn't find a better price from a company that was reputable.

I would highly recommend this company if you want quality. If you want a good price you may have to negotiate.

This company's prices are inflated.  I called them because my compressor on my home HVAC system was not working.  The tech was fine, but they charged me $450 to replace a $25 capacitor.  Then, they needed to flush the drain line by pouring water down it.  $250.   For what?!?!?!?!  This company is garbage.

I had been a Alltech Total Homecare Customer for almost 4 years, that ended today after a long decline. Over the last few yrs, service quality has steadily decreased and price gouging has steadily increased. Technician competence and service execution has also steadily declined.

In those 4 years, What did I learn you ask ?
1. DO NOT sign into the Total homecare package, it is a leverage play. There techs have always attempted to upsell addl service or repairs every year when the included annual inspection was renewed.

2. Read the home warranty scope of work, and hold them accountable for all items they claim to provide (Hint, they will still try to sell you services for items listed as provided under the Total Home Warranty package like cleaning the HVAC blower) they tried this the last few years.

3. Always run the sanity check on any quoted service (especially if you are a Total Homecare Customer). The last 3 repairs I have relied upon there assessment, only to be quoted an obscene amount to repair. In all cases I have declined to have them continue, and have taken my business elsewhere for a fraction of there quoted price.

Today was the last straw. I was quoted over 300$ to just remove a toilet to see if there was an issue. This is for work , I know to only take no more than 10 mins. A year ago I was suggested a service over 500$ to replace 2 hoses on my washer, again a 10 min item. This past winter I had an issue with our water heater, and was quoted a price 3x more than I expected. I called a local alternative, and got explained the suggested scope of work was unnecessary. The list within recent history goes on... But it was not always this way...

I would have given them 5 of 5 stars 4 yrs ago. They were stellar, fair and ethical... This result is a change and reflection of there status to me today...

In that time they lost my trust, my business, and I am sure they will loose more unless things change there. Sadly, I Cant recommend them anymore and would advise to stay away.

Fantastic service and the best deal on a top of the line HVAC system. Installation was quick and effective as promised. When we had a small mistake, they came out next day to handle it fast. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I've used this business a couple of times. The first time was to have a faucet installed. The tech told me he wouldn't recommend doing it because I could do it cheaper myself. I appreciated his honesty but didn't want to take another day off of work so I paid for the overpriced faucet. The tech told me he was going to grab it out of his van then I watched him walk out to his van and sit in the drivers seat for 45 minutes. He came back in and said sorry for the wait. That was annoying as I had some plans later but it got fixed so I disregarded that my business wasn't valued.

I have a condo that has to have the A/C unit inspected and the water heater annually. When speaking to Olivia about scheduling my appointment I informed her I needed a copy of the COI. She said that is pretty standard with condos and won't be a problem. Bryce arrived to do the inspection on AC he already seem agitated by his account of dealing with northern VA drivers he was glad he didn't live up here anymore. As we were walking in he realized he forgot his mask in the van he looked at me who was wearing a mask and says oh I forgot my mask do I need one figuring I'm already vaccinated I said don't worry about it. He smiled an said glad to see we're like minded.

I've called the company four times and have sent two  emails showing them that the management company needs a copy of COI or I get fined. They continue to disregard my messages. Every time I call I get completely blow off. On 5/20/21 Danny told me the person I need to speak to was in a meeting that I would be transferred to their voicemail, and I should follow up with an email. I wasn't transferred just hung up on.  Maybe this review will get someone's attention.

I have used AllTech previously for plumbing repairs and have been satisfied. This last repair was to replace a shower/tub valve that would not fully close. I feel it was extremely expensive to replace. $1,940 billed. I never received an invoice on the work done. The replacement did require a drywall cut, thankfully not on the tub side, so the shower is still usable. Yes, I signed off on the estimate, but with the house water shut off and only turned on for showering with a family of five and two dogs I signed to get the work done. Four days later it was completed. The shower tub diverter valve is about $200, and knob and tub spigot was the cheapest one you could buy at Home Depot or Lowes. Yes, I signed off on the selection get the repair done. Oh yea. They also replaced a sink faucet, about 10 bucs.  So about $300 in parts, and maybe two hours work, excluding smoke breaks. And four days without running water and nearly $2,000. I'll not be using AllTech for future plumbing work.

Responsive and helpful.  Had a problem with a repair they did a few years ago.  They refunded all my money and still did the repair properly.  Now I'm close to being ready for a full hvac replacement, and I'm going to have them do all the work.

I've used AllTech to replace my home water heater twice. Both times they were prompt -  I mean when the tech said 8 am he was in the door at 8 on the dot. For this last tank install I inquired about water softening systems to hopefully extend the life of my water tank and other appliances and Brandon my tech was very knowledgeable about the subject. I wanted more info about the brand so I stopped by their Sterling location today, but clearly it was a (very  busy) shop not an office, but Josh was outside and kindly escorted me into the shop to get my question answered by a young fellow, Shawn. Shawn put down his meal and chased down a product manual for me to look at. Josh and Shawn went out of their way to help me with a question and ease my concerns about purchasing and maintaining a whole-house water softener system. These guys pretty much compelled me to move forward with the purchase and install of a very nice system (Water Right) that's made right here in the USA in Wisconsin.  My install is tomorrow but I am leaving this review now because everyone has been so genuine and technically capable at Allltech in sterling.

After experiencing wetness on floor around my heater/ac, we called AllTech who sent out cards for maintenance check for $55.  The service tech arrived and said I needed new coils to the tune of $3,800.   In 2010, I replaced my AC Trane and heating system for $5,500.  And, in 2016 I replaced Aspen coils which I have a 10 yr warranty on it.  The service tech talked us into getting their twice a year maintenance pkg for $199.  Well now that I informed AllTech that I have a warranty for my coils, they have not returned my phone calls after several attempts.  Then I get a phone call from the Manager John who said he would email me to get the documents that say I still am under warranty.  He never emailed me, then I called again and spoke with Augustine and he went to get John who refused to come to the phone.  He gave me their email address which I included verification from Aspen that my coils were still under warranty and for them them to contact a distributor to obtain the coils for replacement.  AllTech just wants to make money off you and will not call me back.  Stay away from this company and their maintenance service, they just want to find and say there is something wrong so they can bilk you.  They have no attention of replacing my coils since we will not be spending $3,800 (which is almost the cost of a new system).  POOR SERVICE, POOR MANAGER, POOR  ALL THE WAY AROUND.  i WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS...

Not sure how to start this review.  I'm not a huge reviewer, in fact, this is the second review ive ever written.  I had such a horrible experience with this company, i think it is my duty to share my experience i've had with All-Tech Services who service Hvac and pluming.

I ran into some bad luck with my hvac units for my primary and rental property two summers in a row.  I called All Tech Services and purchased two brand new Hvac units for both properties.

The new unit i purchased for my primary resident broke down within the first 3 years.  They send someone out and told me a piece broke.  They charged me $1.895 to replace and fix the part.  The same part then broke the next day.  I called All tech back and they came back and made fix to it that lasted about a week.  Same thing, they came back to fix it again, i was happy to see the piece lasted all of the rest of the summer.  It broke again first thing the following summer.  When they came back and fixed it again, a few days later i notice the house was not cooling down.  All Tech sent out a technician and told me there as another issue with the HVAC.  Thank god it wasn't a pricey fix but i still ended up paying them another $300.  Lets not forget this was a brand new unit they installed just 3 years ago.

Hoping this was an isolated situation and just bad luck until the new unit i purchased from All Tech Services also broke in the first 3 years.  I thought this unit still my be under warranty so i hesitantly called All Tech Services.  There technician said a piece broke, the unit is still under warranty for the parts and ended up charging me $1,300 to repair the part.  Obviously i was pretty upset and wondering why 2 brand new units in two separate places both broke in the first 3 years on being installed?  Their service manager John Whately told me that i should of bought the yearly maintenance plan with the units???  Honestly, after purchasing brand new hvac units from this company i wasn't expecting to have any hvac issues for 10-15y years.  Instead, after paying well over $10,000 for two new hvac units i've occurred roughly $3,100 in repair charges from All tech within the first 3 years of installation with no explanation,  just there manager trying to talk me into spending more money with them for a maintenance plan?!?!  Unbelievable!!  You just cant make this stuff up.

To add insult to injury, when i received their invoice, they double charged me for the visit by accident and their invoice was wrong and i had to call the to correct it.

If you're looking for a new hvac or hvac repairs, u can call All-Tech Services but there's a better than good chance it will turn into a huge money pit.  

If this happened just once i wouldn't be as upset.  But to buy two brand new units from them and have both break down in the first three years is pretty absurd.

Friendly front desk gets everything off to a good start.... called based on yelp reviews when we realized our 13 year old air conditioner wasn't cooling.  They were able to come out same day which was a plus and even worked around existing appointments we had that couldn't be changed.  We found their text update system worked well so all good on getting things started.

Our tech Tom Goldsmith was professional and knew what he was doing.  First issue was chipmunks or mice who had taken up residence.  Second and the big issue was loss of coolant.

Because of the age of our unit Tom let us know that come 2020 we would be out of luck to get this unit serviced due to phase out of r-22.  However we elected to do a injection of coolant to get us through this season and hopefully a touch longer.... time to save up for a new unit....  

Loved that Tom was willing to take the time to chat technical stuff with Hubby.  Also appreciated his thoughts going forward without dealing with a sales pitch.

Throughly professional and will be thrilled to work with them again as we need to!

We had Jack Lewis visit our house and he pointed out some things that needed to be done for maintenance that should have been checked on before.   Nothing was wrong, just wanted us to be prepared in case something did happen.

Overall Jack did a fantastic job and I would be happy to have him work on my HVAC again.

After having two different plumbers misdiagnose our plumbing issue following two sewage back ups, we contacted Alltech after our THIRD  sewage backup. Instead of fixing the clog, they found the root of the problem - what was causing the clog, finally! They excavated our yard, removed the culprit from our main line, replaced part of the line and put our yard back together very neatly.  Mike Ayoub was great and friendly.  It cost a pretty penny but after this repeated nightmare,  I don't care!!!  I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing and worth every penny for major plumbing issues. 5 stars without hesitation!

We had a slight accident with some PVC piping from the HVAC.  Contacted AllTech on a Sunday and first thing Monday they were there and took care of the problem in under 30 minutes.  Jason was the assigned tech.  He was polite, efficient, had good social distancing skills, and completed the job on a very timely manner.  Very very highly recommended for our business.  We now have AC...very important in a TV studio.  Thank you AllTech!

AllTech is good when it comes to service. They came out on a busy Saturday late in the day. Joey was knowledgable. Diagnosed the problem. Helped to implement a temporary fix. Part was ordered and Jack came on Monday at 11 AM to fix it.

Problem is with the fees. Joey said that they charge a flat fee for their work which is an average of the time it takes to get a job done. He said it might take an hour or up to two to make the repair (replace induction motor on carrier heater). When Jack came, he finished the work in about 20 minutes. Which is good. But then the labor charge comes out to somewhere between $1000 and $2000 per hour. Maybe Jack is the best darn tech out there. But even if he took a full hour, I dont think the going rate for HVAC labor is $500/hour.

I messaged to their customer service and they gave standard line 1) OEM part you could not have done it yourself 2) we came on saturday and repaired issue within 72 hours 3) technician was very experienced 4) 1 year warranty.

All that is fine but a) it's not good business to leave a potential repeat customer feeling like they paid 2x or 3x on labor. b)  not good to quote 1-2 hours of work and then do the project in 1/4 the time but still charge full amount.

If I had an emergency I might call All tech again but I would definitely get multiple estimates to make sure i'm not getting fleeced.

I was a holder of the home care program and I have to say, that instead of getting a preferential treatment, you are falling on a second burner in my opinion. They rescheduled my appointment twice in one day and both times it was some kind of emergency. I feel like once you are a home care customer they don't have to try too hard for the business especially for the semiannual checkups, since they don't charge for them.

Once you get the guys in and working, the service is good and I never had a problem with it. So for that reason the rating is 3 stars instead of 1.

It's unfortunate I can't give less than one star. Hopefully this review deters people from using this company until they improve their customer service. Perhaps they're so busy they just don't need new business. Either way, below is a description of the horrific service we received from this company:

We contacted Alltech (Wittman Mechanical) to diagnose a problem with our Geothermal system, as they were the company which initially installed the system before we purchased our home. They were quick to schedule an appointment and Frank showed up on time, albeit at the end of the day (perhaps his last appointment).

While he was diagnosing the system, he found the geothermal lines unable to hold pressure and I found a bad connection shortly after. He wrapped up his analysis, all the while chatting with someone back at the office, to determine if the condition might be covered under warranty. He first said there would be no charge as they determined warranty status and the proper fix for the issue, but then changed his mind and collected the minimum arrival fee.

After stating another contractor would need to repair the lines before the system could be recharged, Frank closed out the appointment saying they would research the warranty and contact the contractor the next day. The next day, shortly after noon, we reached out to get a status and John then said he would reach out to the contractor. John called back shortly, explaining the contractor had the details and our information, and would be contacting us shortly. After 5 pm that evening, and having received no call, a follow-up call to Alltech gained a I will let our CEO know - who's currently in a meeting - and someone will be contacting you shortly. No call was received.

Following the weekend, another call to Alltech was forwarded to John, who this time provided the contractor's number. A voicemail went unanswered and a follow-up call the following day revealed a contractor leaving for vacation (after having to explain the issue, as it had not been relayed by Alltech).

All in all, seven days have gone by since Alltech first arrived, no follow-up has been performed, and all communication has been driven by us.

We have been All Tech clients for over a decade and they NEVER disappoint! Tony Stango was our guy today and replaced an old and awful toilet quickly and just right! Gave us great tips on some DIY care we can give in the future, and was extremely friendly and professional. Our dog liked him instantly which is a strong endorsement!  

This is why we return to Alltech for any and all needs- they are honest, efficient, skilled and easy to work with.

We turned on our AC on one of those rare spring days we have had this year where you actually needed it.  It did not cool at all.  It was time to get our AC fixed - again.  We had been using another company for years and they had been bought out and the service had gone downhill.  My other half said find a new company.  I looked up AllTech and saw all the good reviews and gave them a call.  Penny called first thing in the morning to say someone would be here that day.  Ed came out and looked at our unit and said that the previous company had gutted the AC unit outside and it had major issues.  He also noticed that our coil was in the wrong position.  Our house had never been really cool and the AC seemed to struggle to keep up.  We would need to look at getting a new outside unit and coil.  

The salesman came out, went over our issues, and drew a complete layout of our current system and what needed to happen. I was very impressed as with his through knowledge.  We went over the options and picked out a new AC and furnace.  Thankfully we had cooler weather and were able to wait the 6 days it took to get the unit in.  

When they took out the furnace there was all sorts of water damage in it as the AC was not working right and was freezing up sometimes and dripping down into the furnace.  They put in new duct work and a new flow damper that allowed us to adjust the air a little bit better so the hot parts of the house could get more air.  It was all done in a day and they were so neat and clean too.  

We have a gas fireplace and realized that the pilot light was off.  The gas had been turned off the the fireplace.  One of the techs came back out that day, turned the gas back on and worked on the fireplace as it was failing to start.  It was so great as he took the time to make sure it was right and even figured out why the remote had stopped working!  Thank you!

Highly recommend AllTech!  They are great!  Wonderful team!

Wow, just wow. Abe & his team are the real deal. I reached out on a Saturday with no hope of finding help until Monday. Abe's guy showed up at 3pm, covered his shoes in my house and managed to fix and have my air conditioning working within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done right the first time.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Abe & his team. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I finally have my HVAC system replaced.

I initially met with Jack to plan things out.  Jack did an excellent job with the proposal and help answers all my questions and concerns from start to finish.

On the day of installing the new system, the team showed up on time and did a very good job of replacing my system.  The team consist of Gerson, Jose, and Jose.  Similar to Jack, Gerson did an excellent job of explaining everything and address all my questions, and concerns through out the day of the installation.

There are a few minor things that I didn't like with the installation, but that's just nit picking. (1) The new HVAC system didn't perfectly line up with the air return trunk.  (2) They kept putting screws wholes into my air return trunk.

Overall, another great experience with AllTech Services.  Highly recommend.

This company will rip you off based on the way that they price their services.  I had a plumber come out to fix a pipe.  He charged me $384 to fix the pipe and $454 to replace the pressure regulator on the same pipe. After he left, I started looking up the cost of the parts.  The regulator and copper pipe cost about $200 (max).  The total job was $838.  So I was charged roughly $638 for labor for about 1 hour of work.  When I called to speak with the manager, he said that they use by the job pricing, they do not price by the hour.  The issue is that their price book on their mobile device considers the pipe repair and the pressure regulator as 2 separate jobs.  This is a total rip off.  Do not use this company.

We hired AllTech for our gas conversion project last fall and we were very satisfied with every part of the project. AllTech came out to our house several times to adjust the estimate based on our continually changing ideas for the project- no complaints from them and very easy scheduling. They gave us the best price (and we certainly shopped around. I got 7 estimates from other companies) and were the best to work with. They responded to e-mails quickly and answered all of my questions. They were easy to reach by phone and always returned calls if not.

Although I was not home for the actual work, my father was and he couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was explained along the way and the men made sure to clean up after themselves. We had lines run through our home for a gas fireplace, range, dryer, and new tankless hot water heater. While several other contractors refused to or said parts of the project just weren't possible (getting the hot water heater where we wanted it, hiding the gas lines), AllTech said no problem and did everything exactly how we wanted it, and kept it to code.

Overall a very honest, decent, hard-working company that will work with you to get you exactly what you want a need. We will definitely call them again in the future!

I recently moved and had an issue with my HVAC system. It was a more advanced Trane Tam7 that a different HVAC guy could not figure out. AllTech was able to get me in for an appointment within a day and their technician's knew what they were doing. They were on time and provide notice of when they are on the way. I felt the price was fair, will use them again

As you'd expect my hot water heater died on a Saturday. I called AllTech on Monday morning and spoke with Abe who took the time and answered all the questions I had about the service call as well as the hot water heater model they use, which is manufactured in the US. He provided an estimate, but recommended I have a service tech come by and provide a written estimate with the understanding that if I chose to accept the estimate they would perform the work at that time.

He advised me that they would arrive around noon, but would give me a 30 minute call prior to arrival. At 11:30, I received a call from the office that the service tech was running late due to another call and would arrive later than originally planned. Not an issue, but I appreciated the call.

As agreed, 30 minutes prior to their arrival I received a call. Upon arrival, Greg and Michael introduced themselves and I showed them the the hot water heater and explained what had happened over the weekend. Greg, was very helpful and explained that my current water heater was the original and just over 20 years old, so I was not too upset that it finally died.

He took a few minutes to put together the estimate and it was right in line with what Abe had provided earlier. I accepted the price and within a couple hours, the new water heater was installed, the old one removed and the entire area was cleaned as if nothing had happened.

The entire experience was as pleasant as it can be when you have to spend money unexpectedly and will definitely use AllTech in the future for any plumbing or HVAC issues.

I was really impressed with this company.  I came to yelp looking for a place to fix my furnace that conked out.  I chose AllTech because of the high rating and good reviews.  My experience was also excellent.  I called on wednesday before christmas and they sent a technician out a few hours later!  Ed was my tech and he was excellent, very professional and knowledgable because he knew right away what the problem was. (And cute, so that was an added bonus) ;-)  
He fixed it in no time and also did diagnostic and cleaning so it's good to go.  I would highly recommend based on my experience.

These guys/girls are real professionals. First of all, their communication: they email and text before they come, every single time. They also respond to emails promptly (even on weekends!)  

We had a 20 year old AC/Furnace that was not working too well, Stewart came out, on time, diagnosed the issues and explained the problems in detail. There was no scare-tactics, just straightforward technical details what can/can't be done, what is worth it what's not. The conclusion was to replace the system.

Then Jack, the sales manager came, on time, provided multiple quotes, detailed explanations of each possibility, its capabilities, pros and cons. We selected a system, negotiated the price - all of this through email - Jack was impressively responsive.

Then today, Gerson and his team came, on time. They worked all day, did a real professional job - and the new system is up and running like a charm. No mess, no issues. When you look at the system you can just immediately see that it was installed by real pros. At the end, Gerson took 30+ minutes to walk us through every detail, and explain the next steps (follow up visits, warranty, etc.)

This was probably our most impressive contractor-experience during the last 10 years. These guys/girls are good!

Our water heaters (gas & electric) die last week.  After reading the yelp reviews we called AllTech Services.  

Pros:
Same day service
Very polite
Replaced gas heater next day
Clean up after themselves
Locked up after they left

Cons:
The helper asked to use our broom to clean up. Haven't seen my broom since.  :-(

Several miscommunications:
-We said a 10am appointment won't work because we had another appointment at that time we could not change but they could be here while we were gone
-We wanted 8:30am - they arrived at 7:30am so the could finish the job by 10a.m.
-At 10:10 I stated we need to leave.  I was told we are wrapping up now.
-At 10:20 we left saying we would be back shortly.  No one was here when I returned the invoice was on the kitchen counter.

UPDATE:  We have had AllTech back to our home 3 times since the initial review.  They remounted a kitchen sink, fixed 2 toilets and the master shut off valve.   They are always on time (or early), polite, conscientious, and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.  They even offered to replace a broom that went missing.  We are happy customers.

We had the opportunity to use AllTech for the following jobs on separate occasions:
1. Gas line installation, outside of home, underground, from meter to 2 separate fixtures.
2. Over 10 HVAC services, installations and repair appointments (multiple invst. properties)
3. Plumbing related repair and solution to a tricky problem.

The staff at AllTech never cease to amaze me. They are professional, courteous, and patiently explain their recommendations. They coordinated with county inspectors when needed, always showed up on time and never cut corners. Zero complaints and across the board outstanding customer service and work. Their techs are detail oriented and show tremendous care to your personal belongings and equipment.

I called AllTech Services for AC unit replacement. Starting with phone consulting with Raymond and he also visited my house for assessment. Ray explained very well and I could tell he knows what he is doing. It was very good 1 hour education session for me. He gave me a couple of choices with my budget and I decided which system I wanted to go with. As I expected, installation was very smooth and Josh and Jose did excellent job to install new AC unit to our house within the time window (4 hours). I paid exact amount on the estimate and no additional sales during the installation. I give a lot of credits to the owner of AllTech Services (I know it is not easy to train employees with high standard) and happy to choose right company for replacing new AC unit.

I had a scheduled appointment with these guys today between 1 - 3pm.

At 2:45pm I called to ask what was going on. They said that the tech was nearby.

At 3:20 they sent me a text message that he was on the way.

At 3:45pm I called and they said his car was parked a mile away.

When the guy showed up at my door at 3:55pm I told him not to bother. I would rather go with another company that respects my time.

Dealing with plumbing issues is not supposed to be pleasant, but dealing with AllTech Services made the situation less sucky!
Earlier this month there was a leak in my yard causing water to gush out from my lawn into the street. After spending some time looking at Yelp reviews, I decided to contact AllTech. The ladies on the phone are very polite and efficient. They were able to get a technician out to my house on the same day for a quote. I originally went with another local guy whose price was significantly lower but he was not able to fix it, and Joe Klein from AllTech came to the rescue. He dug up a hole in my yard and fixed the leak within 3 hours. Joe is very genuine and knowledgeable and I would definitely call him up next time we have a problem!

Wow!! I called Alltech when our ac stopped working last night and our regular service provider couldn't get here for over a day. I saw the great reviews and decided to try them AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They gave me a same day service time of 12-2 and then called and said they could probably come earlier. I received a text when they were on their way over. Ed, the technician, showed up at 11am and quickly identified the problem. He had to leave to get a part but was back in an hour just as he promised and it was fixed 20 mins later. My system was up and running 4 hours after I called!!! Couldn't be more pleased. Also, Penny, who took my call was very nice, knowledgeable and responsive. Thanks Alltech. YOU ROCK!!!

The first two times they came out I had Alex and Joe who are amazing guys and were more than willing to answer any questions I had about my system. Today I had Ed come out and I received the exact same amazing service from him as I did Alex and Joe. On top of receiving great service and stellar customer service, they also don't try to nickel and dime you like other companies and truly only recommend what is needed for your system to run the best it can and as long as possible. I called AllTech this morning to get a quote on a new sump pump. With all the non-stop rain the past couple of days, every plumber is inundated with calls and appointments.  AllTech moved some things around to fit me in within the hour! They thought ahead and knew to stock up on sump pumps... Thankfully!

They came promptly, gave me a quote, replaced the pump and waited around for at least 20 minutes to make sure it was pumping the water out.

Requested that they come out to perform an estimate to install a new gas line and replace an existing water heater. The window for the estimate was 9 to 11:00 am.  Well it got to be 10:30 and no technician. So I called their office.  The technician was delayed and would be late.
If I hadn't called them I would just be kept waiting with no call.  Estimate cancelled and will not use Alltech for anything.  It's funny that the night before they called me to make sure I  had not forgotten the appointment. I guess they think their time is valuable but mine isn't. First and last time I'll call them for anything.

Called AllTech just this morning. They were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour! Alex, the tech, just came out a few minutes ago to perform a check of our air conditioning unit. We had a leak that was coming down through our ceiling. It turned out our condensate line was backed up and Alex was able to ultimately find that the A/C unit was backed up with water, as were some of the tubings coming into and out of the unit. He helped take gallons upon gallons of water out of the unit from where it was situated. Can't stress enough how helpful Alex was and I will personally ask for him by name next time we have any sort of A/C problem. I generally read reviews and don't write them but this warranted one. Thank you for the prompt and complete service.

Came home last Sunday and the house was a toasty 88 degrees, A/C was dead.  Did some research on Yelp of course and called a few places, once I talked to Ed from All Tech I was pretty convinced this was the company/guy.  Ed was professional, he was upfront about the weekend rates and seemed to be on the ball.  He arrived a little early and quickly identified the problem --pretty small problem actually--and within 20 minutes we were back to cooling.  As the saying goes, you get what you pay for...I'll gladly pay for their services again, if needed.  Thank you Ed.

These guys are expensive but great. Got a late Friday night call from my tenant saying that the hot water heater was leaking. My renters were currently without hot water and heat. This was in the middle of winter with some really cold nights coming up. I tried calling various places to find them closed. Alltech was the only one to call me back the same night. A tech guy (I think his name was Mike or Will?) came in THAT SAME NIGHT to take a look and kept me updated on the status (I was unable to be there with a newborn at home). Turns out we needed to replace the whole unit, and luckily I was able to get him to come over the next morning (over the weekend) to install it. (I got calls from other places the next morning but most would only do work during the weekdays which would be too late.) The only thing was we had to pay extra for the emergency service since the warehouse where the new water heater is usually didn't open during the weekends. We couldn't just get any random water heater because of the space restrictions and its location in the condo.
Tech was awesome and professional. He explained everything and took care to keep the house clean. After the job was done, I could tell the good quality of work. The previous water heater was installed weirdly with random PVC pipes jutting out the wall at all angles - he fixed it all up so it no longer was a tangled mess of pipes and everything was sealed properly with a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend!

I contacted AllTech Services to have them fix airflow problems. From their email they said We can most definitely help you resolve air flow issues, as we know it can be stressful. I then hear from my wife that they said they couldn't do anything. What a crummy experience, this is not what I expect when I pay $95 dollars to have a professional come out after they have told me they can fix it! Stay away, they are just after their $95 inspection fee.

These guys are great!  Two weeks ago my hot water heater blew.  Literally, water pouring out of the unit and spilling into my garage.  Mike, the service man, gave me all kinds of options from replacing certain parts to get more life out of the unit to replacing the whole unit.  There wasn't a hard push to up-sell me at all. His job was to do the job to our liking and he did.  We finally opted for a new unit that he got and replaced in 48 hours.

Coincidentally, our HVAC unit was having issues, so we decided to get that checked out.  Kelvin, our service man for the unit, was also very knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was happening to our 25 year old unit and why it wasn't always working.  He too, have us options for a partial fix vs a whole unit replacement. He too seemed very honest, and we greatly appreciated that.  We finally opted for a new unit.

Today, Raymond, Ed and Nick came in to install my new unit. Ed had a great idea to replace my leaking condensation line through the garage vs going through the ceiling like it did before. This eliminated the need for ceiling holes and greater $$$ spent replacing the drywall.

Everyone I met from AllTech was very professional and friendly.  I liked their concern for my house's well being by putting down cloths on the floor and plastic booties on their shoes to limit the dirt and damage that would be done to my floors.  I am very satisfied with All Tech and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I can't say with certainty these guys are the cheapest but what I can say is that they are honest, communicate well, are professional and deliver what they promise. I'm not saying they are expensive, just that once we started working with these guys we stopped looking elsewhere.

They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and my wife and I have been happy with previous services and the HVAC install they just completed.

Today, Vinny from AllTech visited my home due to A/C unit leaking water in the basement. I cannot begin to tell you about the great service that I received. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgable about his job. He explained every phase of the work to me and recommended the appropriate services to remedy the problem. I contracted AllTech about a year ago to do some repairs in our guest bathroom as well as install a utility sink in the laundry room (that was not piped for it). All the work was top-notch, and done pretty quickly. They even went above and beyond and installed shut off valves for the utility sink. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was their price. They were a bit more expensive than other places, but you definitely do get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, trustworthy AND reasonably price plumbing and heating/AC Contractor the search stops here.  Had read the reviews after being referred to Alltech by my brother in law.  Was absolutely amazed after dealing with 3 of the big name companies in the area at the level of professionalism and expertise from a relatively smaller local company.  

Every person that came to my home was in a clean uniform, presentable, polite and very professional.  

The install team that replaced my AC and furnace arrived on time in professional vehicles with all the tools and equipment for the job.

Was floored when I saw the level of care taken with my landscaping and then left speechless when I went in my basement to find every inch of flooring and carpet protected.

The work was completed in the time stated and we had heat back on I'm the afternoon.  My basement and furnace room were cleaner after they left than they found it.  

The service manager (may have been the owner) even stopped by in the afternoon to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

There may may be cheaper vendors out there but the level of service, attention to detail and peace of mind I have knowing I was treated fairly and had the job done right was worth it.  

Don't go for the cheapest guy outh there but also don't let the big boys with their blue vans scare you into thinking you need to pay an arm and a leg.  Altech is the perfect blend in my opinion of reasonable price for exceptional quality and service.  

Last note, after researching the unit and features Altech recommended I verified that everything the salesperson told me in regards to efficiency, seer rating and long term value to upfront cost was 100% accurate.  They actually sold me the best product for my needs and the fact that I plan on being in my home for 15+ years not just what they had in stock or made them the most money.  

I hope the Owner/managers of the company see this as they really need to know that their employees are doing a great job and they have a phenomenal company.

Yesterday afternoon the A/C unit at my condo stopped producing cold air; however, the fan was still functioning properly. After having a similar issue in the past, my wife and I turned the unit off overnight to troubleshoot. When we woke up this morning we turned the unit on but it was still not producing cold air. I called my father-in-law, who spent his entire career in HVAC and he recommended having someone come out to (possibly) refill the refrigerant.

After reading mostly positive Yelp reviews, I called Alltech and stayed home from work to wait for the technician. I was pleased with the same day service, and he arrived within the window I was given by the scheduling office.

The technician was polite but not overly friendly, and seemed somewhat disinterested when I mentioned the initial troubleshooting steps we'd taken. In addition, he seemed unfamiliar with the make/model of our A/C unit and referred to the diagrams on the front of the unit several times for assistance.

After completing his troubleshooting steps, which he did not thoroughly explain, he concluded we need a new compressor for the unit, at an estimated cost of $2000. When I asked him whether he'd located and cleaned the unit's condenser coil, which can cause the elevated pressure and amperage values he provided to me, he said the coil was not easily accessible on the unit and again claimed the cause of the issue was the compressor. He reassembled the unit and told me to try to stay cool until the compressor could be ordered and replaced.

Once he left, I spoke with my father-in-law and provided him the information I received. Based on his feedback, I called for a second opinion. The individual I spoke with via phone was much more helpful and came to the same conclusion as my father-in-law, that the condenser coil most likely needs cleaning, which is a $400 service.  He went on to explain that cleaning the coil is important even if the compressor does need replacement, because an unclean coil would only ruin a new compressor. He was honest, thorough, and even asked me to text him pictures of the unit, on his day off!

Needless to say, I will be using the other company and their technician moving forward and do not recommend Alltech based on this initial experience.

As a final note, when I looked at the reassembled unit, I found screws and parts that the technician removed that were not reassembled with the unit, which is concerning. After paying a $95 service fee, I expect my unit to be in the same condition in which it was found.

Note: The woman from the Alltech scheduling office called to follow up on the compressor quote and seemed receptive to my feedback. She said a supervisor will call me tomorrow. That said, I plan to update this review if warranted.

Update: On Tuesday, one of the managers from Alltech, Abe, called for a follow up based on my negative feedback from the service appointment Monday. He was very helpful and even refunded the $95 service fee due to my lack of satisfaction. Then he offered to come and inspect our unit himself, at no charge.

He came out this morning and was extremely professional and thorough. He explained every diagnostic step he was taking and made every attempt to repair our unit. He wasn't able to access the necessary compartment, but provided an estimate for removing the unit for cleaning/servicing.

Based on my experience with Abe, this is clearly a company that, at the leadership level, values their reputation among their clients.

All that said, while I already sought a second opinion from another firm, I would consider using Alltech again in the future and would highly recommend Abe, personally. The only reason I did not update the review to five stars was the initial experience with the previous technician.

AllTech provided great service.  They responded promptly (arriving in the early evening within an hour of contact)  to a frozen, burst pipe leak at a home I rent out in Reston.  The technician investigated and discovered the root cause of the problem.   Repairs were made promptly and communication was good throughout the process.  My tenants got the repairs they needed in a timely and cost effective manner.  Kudos to AllTech.

We called AllTech for a winter maintenance check on our heating system.  The technician and his assistant were very professional and courteous.  They were efficient, and clean.  Everything about the visit was a pleasant surprise.  We usually get poor service from companies - we're a bit cynical from being burned in the past.  But everything about the service was excellent - all the way to the followup.  

I called the office to get a quote on filters and the service manager recommended cost saving advice.  He was patient and spent time explaining my options.  We also received a hand written post card thanking us for choosing AllTech.

I'll definitely call AllTech for future HVAC needs.

To follow up - AllTech did call a week or two after and I gave my opinion of their service.  It was relayed and a manager called back to voicemail but I did not hear from them again.  Recently they followed up again (6 months later) with a refund check, without an actual conversation.  I give them a lot of credit for the follow up and refund.  Based on other reviews, it seems like I may have had a one-off experience.  Still, watch out for any repair service that quickly diagnoses an expensive repair without a clear diagnosis.

A $79 dispatch fee (aka let me come out and take a look and then give you my estimate fee) ???!!!
I declined the service because the dispatch fee is so high that any repair fee will seem worth it just to discharge the come-look fee.  
Therefore, I cannot comment on how well AllTech would do the drippy faucet repair since I'm not open to the blackmail of the dispatch fee.

We picked AllTech after reading their reviews on Yelp. We got estimates from them and Costco (Furr). Costcos estimate came in just a couple hundred less than AllTechs but we chose AllTech because they treated us like people, not like a sale. We replaced our oil burning system with a heat pump system and we are very happy with their service. They got the work done quickly and were very polite.

This company was a highly pleasant experience to work with from the ladies who answered the phone to the technician (Jack) who came out to my home. The communication with Alltech was clear and the response was always prompt. I had an issue where my heating system was blowing cold air and they quickly scheduled Jack to come out and diagnose the issue. He diagnosed quickly and gave me the estimate, which really was quite fair in comparison to other quotes. They immediately go the part needed and did the repair. Jack was thorough and gave sound advice about efficient use of the system. He was professional and cleaned up the area back to the way it was upon his arrival. Lastly, they worked with me around my schedule, which is very much appreciated! Would not hesitate to call Alltech in the future.

Great experience.

To make a long story short our AC went out just as the weather was starting to get hot and we need to replace our heat pump/compressor and blower inside. While we were at it, we decided to have our aging hot water heater replaced as well.

We originally had one of their competitors out that gave us an estimate and said that they could probably get back out in 7-10 days to install everything. When we called in to schedule the service, we were told that it would then be almost a month before they could help us out.

Not wanting to spend all of June without AC, we started calling around, found AllTech based on some good reviews here, and a little over a week later, we have working AC and a new heat pump (and they were able to beat the competitors quote).

The installation process was quick and the guys were great. My dog, who usually likes to be in everybody's business, was not bothered by their presence after getting to meet them.

Nobody wants to have this kind of service or replacements, but if it's needed, I would highly recomment AllTech.

AllTech responded to this review quickly so they take their reviews on Yelp pretty seriously.  I was able to schedule a fall HVAC maintenance appointment during a time that was flexible to my job as a teacher.  The tech arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window, put booties over his shoes, and did a thorough inspection of the HVAC system in my house.  The tech was friendly and professional.  I'm really glad that they reached out to me to make the situation right...plan to use this company again.

The company seems professional but their prices are unreasonable. The service call fee for them to show up at my home, was charged in addition to the repair fee (not credited even in part toward the repair cost). I will not use them again. I don't like to get ripped off because of a very small problem made my heat pump not work properly. All-Tech took advantage of the fact that heat and cooling is a necessity at times and way overcharged for a quick fix.

We are replacing one AC unit, humidifier, water heater & adding an air purifier.  We have used this company in the past to service/diagnose our units & were so impressed we returned to use them for replacement when it was time.  Jack Posey was professional and took the time to explain the options we had.  We are very happy with everything.

Your company was contracted to replace our main water line to our house in Ashburn.  We knew that it was going to be a very big job.   I was personally impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of both Joe and Kenny Who did a tremendous job!!  They worked from 7:30 AM until 11 PM the night of the repair to ensure that my family had water the same day.   They even came back a couple of days later to finish up some fine-tuning points.  I would say that if anyone is looking for a high-quality company for plumbing needs this is your company!!  Great job guys!!

Great experience, my heating unit wasn't working so I decided to give them a call. They are the only HVAC company with 5 starts in Yelp around my area.  The diagnostic was $95, they were able to accommodate my appointment quickly and the technician was at my house within the appointment window.
He quickly realized that my thermostat wasn't working and he actually demonstrated it by jumping a cable on it and showing me that the unit heated up.  At this point I decided I would take care of replacing the thermostat just to find out that the unit still wasn't pushing warm air. I then call them asking them if they could come to my house and take a second look since to me it seemed that the thermostat wasn't the problem they send the same technician free of charge to look at my unit again and found out that the mixing valve for some reason wasn't pumping water hot enough he adjusted this recommended i replace the mixing valve in the future and left me with my heat working fine. What a great company, I don't think any company would send a technician for a second time free of charge.  All in all I don't think I would call anyone else if I need any future services.

Well I had my heating unit go out last night. I called Alltec this morning and they said  they could get a technician out this afternoon.  They came out as promised and fix the unit. Ed, the technician was excellent, very knowledgeable  and professional. I'll be using these guys again.

This company is professional, on time and estimate was fairly priced. We called them based on the yelp reviews and so happy I did. My water heater started leaking and we needed to get it replaced quickly. A tech, Joe came out and diagnosed the issue.

After did my part and called other companies for estimates. All of the other plumbers were late, unprofessional and quoted me 3x as much.

It is rare these days to find a professional and trustworthy company!!!!! This place is awesome!

I called AllTech on Thursday as my garbage disposal seemingly died, and they were able to send Joe out Friday, which was fantastic as I happened to be off work anyway!  

Joe finished an earlier appointment ahead of schedule so he called to see if it was ok that he come early (HOORAY!), and inspected the disposal.  He adjusted a couple of things, tightened it up, and let me know that it wasn't dead, but the blades were jammed up.  He showed me how to adjust it, but told me I'm looking at replacing it in another year, maybe two.  

I really appreciate his courtesy, professionalism, efficiency, and candor.  I will definitely call AllTech in the future, when I need plumbing work!

Technician arrived on time, but did not inspire confidence and required a lot of hand-holding in order to diagnose the problem, such as the basic question of where to find the model number of the unit.  I had to point out that it was on the part he had removed and placed on the floor.

These guys are great...highly recommended.  They replaced our HVAC unit and did some other work for us and they did everything you could ask.  They embody professionalism.  They were on-time, clean, friendly and professional.  I, literally, have nothing bad to say about them.  Zero problems with the unit.  Great front office as well...The owner (?) came and sat with my wife and went over all the different systems we requested.  Abe...great guy, great company.  Call. Now.

Last night I noticed that my condenser fan was not working.  I called a number of places, most of which did not answer since it was late.  I did find one that had an answering service and they scheduled an appointment for a week later.  I continued to see if I could do better and tried AllTech.  I spoke with someone and he told me the dispatcher would call me first thing.  She did and said a technician would be at my home within two hours.  An hour and a half later he was there and made the repair.  

Frankly, I was amazed with the level of service from everyone at this company and the knowledge and professionalism of the technicians. I've had other contractors and they were good, but AllTech is in a class by themselves.  Truly an exceptional company with exceptional employees.

Having some issues with a product that was installed but alltech is attempting to remedy the issue. Abe is certainly being pleasant about it, and they guarantee it will be fixed.

Had another company come out to look at my furnace that quit working in the middle of the night. This company told me my furnace was done and I needed to replace it. The cost was over $3500.00 for the replacement. Obviously, directly after Christmas this isn't what you want to hear. So, I decided to get a second opinion and had All Tech come out. I did not tell them about the other company because I wanted to see what they had to say. They responded quickly and the tech was very knowledgable about the problem. It seems it was corrosion on the igniter and this was stopping the unit from firing. I was relieved to learn that it wasn't a major repair or that I needed to replace the furnace and it cost me less than $150.00. I was very thankful that the tech was honest and when I told him what the other company said he just laughed. He said that unfortunately they're dishonest guys out there trying to pad their checks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am amazed that this place is not #1 on Yelp.
January 2009 - A contractor was doing some work for us and while he was there, our furnace had an Issue.  As we were new to the area, he recommended AllTech.  Abe, the Tech, came by the same day, showed me what thingy wasn't doing its thing and said he would run back to his shop to get the part, as my HVAC was not-typical. He was back 30 minutes later and the price was VERY reasonable.
I want to point out that Abe is what made the visit a pleasure.  Don't get me wrong, I don't need to hear about some guy's kids or talk sports with everyone who does work in my home.  However, I do appreciate a personable technician who will smile, listen, take the time to show you what is going with your system and candidly answer questions about the system (When is it going to die?)
Summer 2010 - I called AllTech again to have a check-up done on my system and Abe was there on time.  Very positive guy, who enjoys his work and believes in his company.  Another thing he did was make me a aware of a small water pipe leak near the HVAC.  I suppose other folks would do it, but I appreciated his concern and bringing it to my attention.
December 2011 - HVAC is 16 years old, still running with no issues, but we wanted to look at getting it replaced.  I knew I was going to call AllTech, but I had three other prominent companies come over to give estimates.  Two of them spent less only a few minutes looking at my system and approached me with estimates like they were used car salesmen.  Really, $15k?  Both of the systems had not great reviews online and were 2-stars with regard to their efficiency-ratings.  The third company (blue trucks with the guy on it) was really nice and the guy spent quite a bit of time discussing options.  The system they recommended was decent and the price was under $10k, which was a nice thing to see.
I finally called AllTech and who answers the phone but Abe; A good sign in my book.  When I asked when he could come by, he asked what was best for me.  I said 4pm tomorrow?, he said, See you then.
Abe came by on time, we chatted for 20 minutes and the next day he e-mail'd me a detailed proposal and said they would have the equipment available in a few days.  I researched the equipment and it was 4/5-star top-notch stuff with 10 year warranty, two-speed heat/fan, and a super SEER rating.
Before I called him to setup the install, I looked at my work schedule to figure out when I take time off.  Abe asked when I would like to do it, I mentioned the few days I could massage my work schedule, the Abe simply said, What about Saturday, 8AM?  Uh, yep, that works perfect for me.
Friday at 2PM, Abe called me to confirm the appointment and Saturday at 7:55, they were rolling up outside our home.
Abe was leading the crew of two other nice guys who took great care to put down plastic over our hardwood floors/steps. They introduced themselves, said hi to the dogs/kids.  As I mentioned before, it's nice when the guys are personable; makes me feel comfortable to have them in the house.
Abe said it would be about a six-hour install and at 1:45PM, they were pulling up the plastic and doing op-tests of the system.
After the tests, Abe showed me the new system and details of things I should know.  While we were downstairs, he answered questions I had on Vent-cleanings and Variable dampers candidly, which was nice.
CONCLUSION:  As a retired Military Guy, I value honesty and quality service. Too many companies are trying to make a quick buck, AllTech is NOT one of them. I have NEVER done business with a home-service company (HVAC/Plumbing/ GENCON) like AllTech and a Pro like Abe.

Best customer service orientation of any service provider I have worked with. It starts with a two hour appointment window. Then when the service technician is on their way to the house you receive both a text message and an email. The email not only has a picture of the service technician but also a description of their background. Very impressive.  I had a problem with a hot water heater. The first company spent 15 seconds looking at it and tried to sell me a new one. The second company did the same. When I pushed back they told me you could not get parts for the water heater.  Alltech actually looked over the hot water heater. Said it was fine and just needed a new fan. Ordered it and installed it. Saved me several thousand dollars. Their customer service coordinator, Penny, is a Rock star and a terrific communicator and coordinator by email. I wish Alltech could take care if every problem in my house!

With this company you get professional, knowledge service each and every time. Today's work was completed by their technician Alex and he rocked! We were a blue truck we can household for years. While running out of the house last Friday we discovered that our heating system decided to stop working! YEAH! I called our stand-bye who had me on hold for a very long time, announced an outrageous dispatch fee which had increased $50 in 3 months and then oh sorry, first available is late on Sunday. Not acceptable.

What is acceptable was a professional and understanding customer service rep who told me at 10:00 am that a Tech would be at our house that day between noon and 3. I would get a call an hour before so I could make it home in time to meet the Tech. It was easy, no annoying up sell on the phone and better yet SAME DAY. Fast forward two hours later.... Ed show's up at my house, explains to me in depth (didn't mind my hovering!) what the issue was with our unit. Apparently the blinky light DOES mean something :o) He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and DID NOT UP SELL. He was prepared with the part and potential back up to fix my problem. In less than an hour we had the heat cranking and he was explaining the history of the company to me. The cost was surprisingly inexpensive compared to the blatant overcharging we've become accustomed to over the years.

I could go on and on, but I'll keep it short and to the point. HIRE THESE PEOPLE - they are AWESOME, HONEST, and RELIABLE!!!!!!!!! So happy that we took a chance on Yelp. I've already recommended them to many co-workers and family.

This company is absolutely TOPS. they are honest, forthright and don't charge you for work that you don't need. We called on a Sunday because our furnace broke, and they actually recommended that if we could wait a day, there wouldn't be an additional weekend emergency charge. NICE! they are prompt, polite, licensed, knowledgable, carry inventory of pieces on the truck, and they ALWAYS get the job done. We have had humidifiers installed by them, and now our 10 year old furnace is back to 100%. THANK YOU ABE and Alltech Services- we've dealt with rude, dirty, dishonest companies before and it's GREAT to see an honest company in action.

My a/c stopped working last night, and after little sleep I got on Yelp and looked for a company to call. AllTech had excellent reviews, so I decided on them. My call was answered at 0630, and the dispatcher was friendly and helpful - he told me they had 49 service calls already but since I was close by he would see if he could get me squeezed in somewhere. Sure enough, a tech was at my house by 0800! My tech was Ed, and he was awesome. He was friendly and courteous (putting on booties before coming in the house) and super quick - he was in and out by 0830. I had a blown capacitor and he informed me that the landscaping company didn't do me any favors when they threw mulch in the a/c unit (you can bet I'll have a discussion with the HOA about that!). Anyway-  HUGELY impressed, would and will be recommending this company to friends and family. Thanks for the incredible service, AllTech!

Work was done well and that is why two stars. But I was given one price range on the phone and technician charged another. Very very expensive to change a water heater. Should have gone to Lowes but I had an emergency. If  you have any flexibility with your situation shop around and get multiple quotes. Or just go via home depot or Lowes. Also remember there are limits to shopping around. All of them will charge a visitation fee to check your home in person.

Abe, Ed and team are as honest as it gets.  I started here on YELP to get some 5-star rated companies and AllTech delivered.  They were at my house within an hour to quote me a new heat pump system.  The sales process was not pushy at all and completely open.  Abe even educated me on what to look for when getting other quotes to make sure I understood the facts.  Ed is one of the lead technicians and knows his stuff.  Ed ran the install of the new system at my house and was completely done in less than 6 hours!  The team even stayed after to help setup the wi-fi capabilities of this new system!  Most of the other companies I spoke with didn't know anything about the newer generation wi-fi enabled units!  You should be calling AllTech for your HVAC needs.

I called AllTech to have the pressure regulator on my Water heater and the flapper on my toilet replaced.  Their phone representative was cheerful and helpful and arranged for me to have an immediate appointment.  The Service Technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job completing the repairs.  He was knowledgable and courteous and cleaned up after the work.  I'll use AllTech again and definitely recommend them to others.  Thanks for a job well done at a reasonable price!

My AC had been showing signs it was in need of a replacement. I'd received several referral suggestions from friends and co-workers, researched alternatives with my previous provider, then contacted AllTech Services.  From the first call to AllTech, throughout the sales process with Raymond S.(highly recommended!), and installation by Josh and Jose (extremely neat, timely and professional), I was impressed by the quality and professional service delivered. Throughout the process, Raymond consistently demonstrated his industry knowledge and his strong customer service skills; he offered me several HVAC options that were amenable to my budget. Raymond also made recommendations on a few small adjustments I could make to improve airflow in my home. The installation went smoothly, and Josh and Jose arrived on time and completed their work quickly and efficiently. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended!

I called AllTech because my kitchen sink garbage disposal/ insinkerator stopped working. I assumed it was time to replace it. When I called AllTech, the customer service rep scheduled an appointment but told me look at the bottom of the garbage disposal for a red reset button to see if that worked.  When I got home from work, I found the button (had no idea it was there), pressed it, and it started working again like new. I then called and cancelled my appointment. I appreciate that they could have sent a technician out and charged me $100 but they didn't. Based on my experience with them and their integrity, I'd recommend them to others.

I submitted an online scheduling request this morning for repair on two toilets.  The plumber was here and fixed both toilets in less than 2 hours for less than $150.  This was not a complicated job, but it was handled quickly and professionally by a very courteous technician.  I have additional plumbing projects that I need to complete and will not hesitate to call them back for service.

Who knew that this kind of service still exits.  Our water heater died last night.  I don't know any plumbers so started looking at reviews.  Called AllTech around 10:00 and spoke to Kayla who was very pleasant. She told me to take pictures of the heater and she would give me an estimate.  The heater was well over ten years old and in need of replacing.  Sent the pics and within a half hour was contacted by a staff member who quoted me a price.  A solid quote.  Mike and Mike were to the house by 1:30 and had the old heater removed and the new one placed by 3:30!!!  They were polite and courteous.  We had just installed new carpet and I was concerned they would make a mess.  Nope!! Put down drop cloths and wore booties over shoes.  Clean and no mess.  In less than six hours the entire project was completed and we can avoid cold showers!  Thanks to everyone who helped us get hot water.  OUTSTANDING!!!

I have called these guys for all my plumbing issues (and yes I have had several) in the past 9 months and they have fixed everything quickly and correctly. I have had three different plumbing leaks, one frozen drain, two strange plumbing noises, and two minor maintenance requests and both Joe and Greg have been out to fix all these issues to my satisfaction. I feel happy to have found a plumber I think I can trust. Abe and Penny in the office are both so friendly and have been a great help as well.

I had not had good luck in HVAC services in NOVA. I had horrible to mediocre experiences at best before I found AllTech. After servicing my home for over a year now I am comfortable rating them 5 stars. I realize timing is everything but they really seem to manage their business well to provide great service. They have not only exceeded my expectations, the gentleman who does my service calls is always completely professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Great, great, great experience. Called over the weekend in mid summer. They offered to come out that day but we chose to wait til Monday. Showed up at the EXACT time they said they would be there (that never happens anymore). We had someone give us an estimate and he was personable, polite and very straightforward. We decided not to replace the whole system and he recharged our system. They weren't pushy or rude when we decided against replacing the system. Very honest and when our system does go for good, we will definitely use them again! Quick, efficient, and RELIABLE! 5 stars.

Called AllTech to come check out our house after having significant flooding. The cause ended up being from a large entanglement of roots within the outside sewer line. The technician was nice enough, but didn't seem determined to get to the bottom of the issue and help resolve it. Rather than give us options on how to resolve the issue, he instead said the only way to fix the issue was to cut down a tree, excavate and replace the 10-12ft of line. This was going to cost us upwards of $5k. He left the roots in tact, charged us $500 to come and pinpoint the issue and left. We spent the evening calling various other plumbers and getting second opinions, and good thing we did! Roto-Rooter came out an hour after we called, offered to grind up the tree roots and clear the problem. Within two hours the problem was resolved, and for a SMALL FRACTION of the cost. Needless to say, always get a second opinion!

Had my AC go out on me during the hottest week of the summer and gave AllTech a call.  Even though I'm sure they had hundreds of calls due to the extreme heat and power outages from the crazy wind storm they still mananged to get out to my house the same day I called.  Abe came out and was able to diagnose the problem and we both agreed that it was probably best to replace the unit considering it was over 16 years old.  From there Abe took care of everything and ordered my hard to find AC unit and got it shipped and replaced within a couple of days.   Both him and his staff were very professional and obviously very well educated in their line of work.  Overall the price was more than reasonable and more importantly i found all the employees and their business overall very trustworthy.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC/Plumbing work.

AllTech Services helped fix a leak in my condo's shower by replacing some of the piping behind the tile and installing a new faucet and remodel trim kit.  At every point in my dealings with AllTech Services I encountered professionalism and excellent customer service.  The office support was courteous, prompt and professional (they were able to provide a technician that same day and gave me a courtesy call prior to their arrival).  Joe, the technician, did an outstanding job appraising the problem and provided a detailed cost estimate.  AllTech Service's cost was significantly lower that the two other appraisals I received. I chose AllTech not only for the lower cost but because I felt that Joe had a solid understanding of the problem and I felt I could trust him.  He did excellent work and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need - much appreciated.  He even tried to re-install an old part to try to save money, but that didn't work out. Joe tidied up afterwards and was always polite and respectful.  Joe is an excellent plumber and I'd certainly call AllTech Services again - plan to use them for my heating and a/c as well. Thanks, AllTech!

There was a leak coming from my HVAC unit.   I was able to schedule an appointment at a suitable time.  The tech was prompt and very knowledgeable.  He quickly resolved the issue and instructed me on how to prevent it from recurring.  And the price was lower than other quotes.  I highly recommend AllTech for any HVAC needs.
