Jeff did a fantastic job! Another plumber came in here and told me we needed to get a new hot water heater to stop some flooding/leaking in our basement. Jeff looked at it for a few seconds and told us that our AC water condensation valve was backed up and he just need to snake it. Literally saved us thousabds of dollars.

This is the second job I've used them for and for the second job the Tech was also informative, thorough and professional. He was on time for both appointments and clearly walked me through the work needed and costs, as well as possible future costs. Would definitely recommend!
I had a basement flood that seemed like a disaster. When I explained the situation, Heil Plumbing came to my house within hours when other places said they were busy for days.
I assumed it would be a big and very expensive repair, but immediately they identified the problem as a blocked pipe behind a wall, found a way to snake and fix it without cutting through the wall, and fixed it within a hour for what seemed to be a fair cost.
Pretty thankful for Heil and would highly recommend!
They were fast at responding and did a great job repairing two toilets. They even came back to adjust something that we had trouble adjusting. So much appreciated!!!

Dave did a great job on the faucet installation. He was careful and I appreciated the care he took with our granite. No scratches.
We noticed a spot on the ceiling on a holiday. So we stopped using the upstairs bathrooms. Because of the location of the discoloration, we suspected the toilet. The next day, we called Heil. Eric and Steve came and looked around but saw no smoking gun. They were suspicious of the shower. They asked permission to start a leak investigation and quoted me the price. They helped me unhook a bookshelf from a wall (with the understanding I'd need to reattach it myself) so we could get to an access panel. There they discovered four leaks. Three of them they could fix, and one would require replacing the tile. They repaired the three they could and left the fittings for after the tile is replaced. After the tile work, they will return and put in the fittings. The total for the repair and investigation was about $1100, including the return trip to install the fittings.
They were pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and were transparent about what they would do and what it would cost.
Had a mystery leak right before leaving out of town for a few days. Heil Plumbing was able to schedule me in immediately.

Jacob came out to do an estimate a week ago and I was very impressed with how thorough he was in both evaluating the setup and explaining to me what he needed to do. He was polite and easy to talk to. When he left I felt very confident in booking a water heater replacement.
The replacement was also fantastic. He took great care of my house as he moved things in and out. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and what I needed to do to maximize the lifespan of my new water heater. He even made a point to explain what the relevant codes were and what an inspector might look for.

Not long after purchasing our home, we noticed that our basement shower was draining slowly and backing up. DIY solutions weren't working so we reached out to Heil Plumbing and received a response very quickly. They were able to provide availability and an estimate for the appointment in the same day (all via Yelp chat).
The day of the appointment went smoothly, starting with a SMS (w photo) when our plumber was on the way (+1). He was then able to address the issue, provide an estimate, and clear out the drain in less than an hour.
If I need plumbing help in the future - I will definitely reach out to Heil Plumbing first!
What an amazing experience! Total professionalism was shown from the beginning to the end.
I got email updates both before the appointment (an email to confirm the date and time) and after the appointment (a thank you email with the invoice) AND I got a text when the technician was 20 minutes out. Plus they were very prompt! You have no idea how much I appreciate that they realize the value of my time.
Now about the actual plumbing service. I met them by their truck and you can again tell that they take their job seriously by the organization of the tools and parts within their trucks. I had a clogged toilet and another leaky one. They had back up toilet kits which they brought with them and was in and out in under 45 minutes. Oh and they wore shoe coverings which again I appreciate.
Totally will use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Had two dripping faucets and a kitchen sink replaced. Also uninstalled a stacked washer/dryer. Marvin & Carl did a great job were fast efficient and professional. Came on time gave a estimate before starting. At that time you have the choice to go ahead with service or not. Would use them again.

Great plumber if you're looking for some work done. They came to replace the water heater, repair some leaking pipes, and install a new wash tub. From the quote to install, it was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work you need.
We had a bad pressure regulator and it was leaking. I called Hail Plumbing 8:30 am and Jacob arrived promptly at 11:30 am same day. Jacob was very professional and polite. Pro: professionalism, tell you the cost upfront, communication. Con: none. I have been having a drain issue for the past 2 week and it was driving me crazy. At first the drain outside would be block and cause the drain in the basement to back up and flood. The first plumber we contacted in July 29 came and only snake the outside drain & did some hydro washing but that didn't solve the blockage issue. They did say it was cause by a big grease problem. The second plumber( Champion Plumbing & Drains) was very unprofessional and didn't even show up in the appointment time due to a fail communication). So after searching around for another plumber( hopefully third time the charm) we came across Heil plumbing and they did the job right! Making an appointment was quick and easy plus they even send you a text telling you when someone is on the way. Our plumber Jacob George came out and did a thorough inspection. Initial he though it was a main drain issue but it turn out to be a pipe by the laundry sink that was block by a lot of grease. This job requires a lot of tools and seven out of labor to clear the grease from the pipe. Throughout the work Jacob explain the process in detail and was very professional. Unfortunately, we did discover some crack in the old pipe that will require replacing which we got an estimate. Our experience with Heil plumbing was so great that we even schedule them to come replace our pipe. All in all, any plumbing issue you might have I highly recommend that You call Heil plumbing DMV.

We had Heil come to do a camera inspection of our waste line from the inside clean out. Jake was tried everything to get it to open and in the end we opted to have a new one installed. Jake did that quickly and professionally. The camera inspection showed roots growing in the waste line beyond the outside clean out. Jake cleared the roots and got their estimator to schedule a visit for the next step. All the work was done well and professionally. Jake was friendly and knowledgeable. We will call on Heil again when the occasion arises.

We recently moved and had a couple plumbing issues we wanted taken care of before getting fully moved in. Heil Plumbing DMV was fantastic to work with, especially for new homeowners.

Using service of this company for the first time. Everything was great from scheduling appointment to fixing the leakage. Scheduling has some flexibility, which is great with my work schedule. And finally price was reasonable, no additional rip off.

A little expensive perhaps? Get a rough estimate before they come over if you're worried. But I thought he was worth it, and he did a more complete job than I expected. (Fixed something I thought needed a part to be ordered.) Courteous, professional, cleaned up everything.
Jacob George did a fanastic job in replacing the bathroom sink faucet and two shutoff valves. He covered the work area and kept the area clean. I appreciate he could arrive on same day 2 hours after I called the company for estimate. I am happy with the overall service but not happy with the price. The estimate I got on the phone was $310. But Jacob said $310 is only for replacing the faucet and it costs $140 for each shutoff valve. $280 for replacing 2 shutoff valves is expensive. I asked for a price break. He refused as the price is fixed by company and is not negotiable. I took off one star for high price and providing wrong estimate.
Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We just bought a new house and couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first plumbing emergency + follow up work. Service was explained and options could be quoted on the spot. Tips were given on how to extend the life of our pipes. We opted to look at our pipes with a camera before and after cleaning and could see a big difference! Would highly recommend and will call for any plumbing issues.

Jordan came out last week for a non-urgent issue. Basically, we just moved into a new home and a sink (that we wouldn't use very often) doesn't work. Unfortunately, his visit turned into mostly a consultation, because after confirming that he would have to cut into the wall and the cost, I decided I had other priorities and that the work will have to be done down the road. That said, he helped me with a couple other very minor issues, gave me a verbal estimate on getting the sink working again and was friendly. As no real work was done, I only paid the minimum service call cost which was very fair.
When I need more plumbing work done in the future, I will stick with Heil. They were professional from start to finish and a pleasant experience.
Best plumbing company I have ever used. Ken was upfront, told me the cost and got the job done. The best part was, after he cut into my wall to fix the piping, their was no mess!!! I have never had someone come to my house to do work and leave without me having to go behind and clean up. Just AMAZING!
Came the next day, thorough repair. Recommended ways to avoid the same problem in the future.

Only issue - was told via email when setting up the appointment the estimate was free but told by the associate that the estimate was $125 but was not charged if I accepted the quote and had the work done. Still will use this company again.

Their professionalism, friendliness (everyone including the first phone contact with Elissa to the technicians who came out - Eddie and Jorge), communication, punctuality, work quality and yes pricing (which was literally three times less than Mallick) were stellar - second to none.
Of particular impression: communication was just wonderful. They tell you when they'll be there, and then even send you a text with a picture of the technician coming when they're on their way. How much do you love that!?
The total amount we owed was also not a penny more than what they quoted.
So we got a gas line for a new gas stove and they also replaced a stubborn water shut off valve.

We had a recurring plumbing issue in our home, and reached out to Heil to address it based on their five-star reviews. They did not disappoint: customer service was prompt and responsive, and workmanship by the technician (Ken) was great - outstanding experience overall.
I was really pleased with the team that came out from Heil Plumbing. Eddie and the gentleman who accompanied him stood out for being courteous, explaining clearly what they would do, quickly diagnosing the problem, and fixing it quickly. (It turned out just to be a very badly clogged drain, and they informed me it would have taken longer if it had been one of some other possible problems.) They also fit me in the same day I called.
As a bonus, when they asked me if I had any further questions about plumbing, I tossed out a big, unrelated one about where we might consider adding a bathroom to our house if we were to remodel, and Eddie took the time to look around and give me a really thorough and helpful answer.

Great experience overall for an electric tank water heater replacement. Very responsive via email and phone during the scheduling process. They advised on various solutions when providing a detailed quote/bid. Jordon and Eddie was very professional and worked efficiently to complete the work. Their experience and problem solving skills showed when the tank wouldn't drain, they dismantled the hose bib and used a pump to clear the debris/clog. They used tarps and booties to protect the floors and cleaned up completely before leaving. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and are willing to work with you if you get a more competitive bid. Give them your business and get an attentive personal experience from a local (Montgomery County, MD) business instead of going with one of the other huge companies.
Ok...the scariest thing that can happen to a home is a sewer backup, and after my experience with Heil Plumbing DMV, my worries are over.
Eddie Heil and his team came to my home and analyzed the issue and used a video snake to determine my issues and not only did he show me the video, but he did the entire procedure as I watched to make sure I saw what he was doing and that proved his quality and integrity right on the spot.
Eddie fixed the problem and fixed a toilet that was giving me issues, and frankly, the quality of his work and his willingness to show and explain what he did just reassured me that he was the real deal. I have been a homeowner for 30 years, and It took this long to find someone that I trust with my most important asset. All my plumbing needs are now sound, and knowing Eddie and his team are there for me allows me to rest easy when It comes to the plumbing in my old house.
Oh, yea...the follow up was great, and I would recommend Eddie Heil to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

From my 1st call to schedule an appointment (after my old plumber never returned my calls), I was impressed with this company. I described the work I needed to an informed person, who promptly scheduled my service. I was notified of the proposed arrival time, and Ed arrived on time (actually 15 min early). He spoke with me about the atypical work I needed and together we came to the best option (which was not the most expensive). I watched the work being done (I like to learn) and was impressed with Eddie's knowledge and efficiency. Part 2 of this project was completed 1st thing the next morning by a different service person- who was equally professional and efficient. Their pricing was fair, they informed me of the service warranty and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Heil Plumbing, and I am not easily satisfied by most service work so this is high praise!
We needed to replace a water main main pipe leading from the sidewalk into our basement. It was old and leaking water inside our home. Heil Plumbing was super responsive, sympathetic and assured us their work was guaranteed. They showed up punctually and worked for 2 days getting permits, digging up the old pipe, replacing it and arranging for an inspection. There was a follow up issue that they resolved quickly. I can't say how nice it is to have a dry basement and know we can call on Heil for all of our plumbing needs!
Cant say enough good things about this company. Darrel was the plumber who helped us out and he was an awesome guy. I'm a first time home buyer and don't know anything about plumbing, so he gave me tons of gold nuggets to remember in case anything goes wrong. He also explained everything he was doing so I know what to do if anything should happen again.
Lastly, he came to repair our faucet. He said I get an automatic 1 year warranty. I used Master Plumbing to put the faucet in originally, and after it broke, they said it came with no warranty.
Darrel was a class act and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

Eddie Heil is what happens when a first-class plumber, is also a first-class gentleman. Integrity, honesty, encyclopedic, the best of the best..., nothing but superlatives.
Eddie is by far the best plumber I've had in the area. We had a water leak, he immediately identified the problem, resolved it, tested it, and explained each of the steps he performed. I had another unrelated plumbing question, and Eddie showed me how to solve that too.

They had to reschedule for reasons beyond their control. They were honest and in time. Called before coming and texted when in the driveway.
The technician was really good at looking for the problem and even said we could forego the snaking of the central drain pipe. But we did it anyways. Its usually $395 . But I feel you get what you pay for and this is worth it.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! I was able to book an appointment online on a Monday afternoon for Wednesday morning to look at two faucets with slow leaks, a tub handle that wouldn't stay attached, and provide a quote for a new water heater. The online booking was SO easy - no calling around required. Shortly before 9 am on Wednesday, I received a text that my technician, Jacob, was on his way and included a picture of the tech. He arrived within 30 minutes of the text and quickly assessed the issue with the sinks, the tub handle, and looked at the water heater. He gave us very transparent information about the pricing. We really liked that the pricing is consistent for everyone and includes discounts if you have multiple tasks done while the tech is already there. After he completed the tasks that we'd requested, getting our approvals for each task along the way, he offered to look at anything else that concerned us and ended up fixing both of our toilets. With the multi-task discounts, we saved about $600 today and are now leak-free :-) We will definitely be using them to replace our water heater when we're ready to do so - highly recommend Jacob as a technician and Heil Plumbing as a company!!
I used them for leak detection and leak repairs. They were prompt with response and everything but I took out a star because when I called them for an estimate for leak detection they gave me a range, which was decent. However when the plumber came to my home they said it's a fixed rate and quite high. I was little pissed about that. If it's a fixed rate and non negotiable then you should always inform that when someone calls for estimate. Since they were already home and I took off time from work for this, I didn't have the luxury to start the process all over again.

They came quickly, fixed our clogged drain quickly, and were very clean and professional. I also appreciate them telling me their rates per hour and the likely time required, rather than saying they would tell me when they saw the problem.
Fix the problem the two other plumbers could not fix. They were prompt and started a big job the same day. We are extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Darrell Slayton saved the day for me today! Water started pouring out of a pipe in my wall. It led to the outside spigot. I called at the last minute standing there with a bucket and Heil plumbing sent somebody out immediately. Darrell fixed it instantly, was honest, extremely professional, very nice. We had a main drain line back up and flood a downstairs toilet. Heil was able to come out the same day and clear the line quickly. They use a camera system that allows you to see exactly what's going on in the line. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to not only make sure they did the job at hand well, but added small touches like checking my water pressure and answering my questions even after they tallied the cost. You have a new customer!
Heil plumbing has been great in helping us install our gas line for backyard! Their office staff and Eddie has been amazing and so kind all the way through from beginning to end! From the moment we first communicated with them they were very friendly and assuring and at the time they were very professional.
We had terrible experiences from previous contractor. And wasted tons of money with very disappointing service and work outcome. We spoke with Eddie and also his wife few times before we actually signed the contract and they were very detailed and friendly in consulting the work. They scheduled to start of the job and that day it was raining and we automatically figured the job was gonna get postponed. But to our surprise they came as promised regardless of bad weather and did a very professional clean job. We dealt with other plumbers before but hands down these guys were the best. After searching with other plumbers in the area the price was also the best. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs plumbing service. Btw, the work performed in our house was replacing the entire water line coming in from the curve. Thank you Tim, Eddie, Joseph and wife for great service and great experience.
Great experience starting with an excellent customer service rep who helped get an appointment within a couple of days and offered some flexibility. this was back in November, when we experienced a minor leak, not really an emergency but still very happy we got derive in timely manner and by a reliable technician who came to fix the problem. Jordan was on time for the appointment and answered questions and explained what he will do before starting the job. He finished up within 30 min or so and made some recommendations for preventative maintenance. Price was on the higher end of the spectrum but given that it was a small job and the fantastic customer service, I was not too concerned. Still happy we found a reliable plumbing service.

They provide very good service. Their staff Eddie helped me resolve the gas line problem of the stove. And he gave me very good suggestions to save my money. He also notice other safety issues in my home. A very nice guy and very reasonable price he offered. This company provides online invoice and payment. Started getting info for a water heater replacement on Tuesday night. It's now Friday afternoon and it's already installed. I cannot say enough positive things about this company - great (and quick!!) communication, helpful guidance when making my decision, super quick response time, took great care in my home (masks, shoe booties, plastic runner for the stairs, carpet and main hallway) and outstanding pricing (cheaper than big box store by $1200!!!).
I will definitely be bring my future plumbing needs to this company moving forward!

I was able to schedule same day, they worked with me and my work schedule to make sure I was home and they had a technician available. The technician was courteous, professional, and explained if job done at the conclusion of the visit. They have reasonable pricing, outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this company. I hope I don't need to use their services in the future, but should I even need plumbing assistance I will 100% use them again!

Eddie showed up on time for a free evaluation of a pipe with a joint that looked corroded to me. It was green and appeared to be moist. Eddie looked at it and told me that this is just flux residual that had not been wiped clean and corroded - no leak, so nothing to do. We then looked at other issues that I had noticed.
Eddie is objective and offered us quotes for issues that I pointed out, but there was no sales pressure, just a promise to provide a quote via e-mail, which he provided quickly. He did not even an ask to review his service.
We are very happy with his service and his expertise. We'll definitely will use him in the future.
Eddie was prompt, thorough, and did absolutely professional work. I tend to be very details oriented from my own work ethic, and looking over Eddie's work I couldn't find a single thing that I didn't think was done with the idea of the work standing on its own for a very long time.
I would absolutely hire Heil Plumbing for future projects (and plan to)!

I can honestly say having Kenny fix my clogged drain was a fantastic experience! Everyone working at Heil Plumbing was incredibly customer - service oriented, starting with the very nice lady who answered the phone. Kenny arrived quickly, was super courteous and conscientious. Excellent work. We had TONS of work done on our 100 year old house, which was rife with bad plumbing practices from back in the day/ from prior owners. Eddie gave us all the info we needed to figure out what needed to be done immediately, as well as the jobs that could wait. He was straightforward and credible and clearly knew what he was doing. New efficient water tank, new sewage pump, replaced old leaky copper pipes, etc etc etc. Anytime he ran into a problem whilst working (old house surprises), he knew exactly what to do. Prompt service and upfront billing practices. I felt the prices were fair for the extensive work he had to do from top to bottom. Some things he said we could easily do ourselves, and gave us pointers. Highly recommend.

We are so satisfied with Heil plumbing. We called regarding a leak in our bathroom and the appointment was made the very next day. Eddie showed up on time diagnosed the problem, and got to work right away. He was very professional, had his mask on the whole time and maintained social distancing. His pricing was very fair. We highly recommend him and his company and will certainly be using them for all future plumbing needs.
These folks are genuinely like able, professional, honest and prompt. There was no attempt to talk me into work, just straightforward suggestions to solve the issues we faced at our new home. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We recently completed a kitchen remodel and needed to bring a plumber in to install a dishwasher, set up the sink/faucet area, and finish any remaining hookups. We were very pleased with the professional and personable service that Eddie provided. I particularly appreciated that he was upfront about costs and very forthright about cost-conscious options should we need those alternatives. He maintained a clean working area, paid attention to the details, and was very friendly to boot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire them again.
A+++ service. Our kitchen drain stopped draining, and I had two other plumbers out to snake the line, but they were not able to fully resolve the problem. Eddie was able to come out the same day I called - he listened closely to my concerns and provided excellent service. He used a camera scope to find the source of the blockage and fix our issue. Eddie communicated each step he took and was very upfront about pricing. Even though the job took several hours, Eddie was not in a hurry to wrap things up and leave, but was willing to take the time to make sure that our problem was fully resolved. When speaking to him, you can tell that Eddie is a MASTER plumber - his experience and knowledge are apparent. I cannot recommend Heil Plumbing enough.

Heil Plumbing did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet for us. Their online scheduling portal on their website is really convenient and easy to use. They were really experienced and professional, and their prices are very competitive. They even went above and beyond the scheduled job and provided some advice on a couple other plumbing issues we had kicking around. Would highly recommend them.

Heil Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my kitchen faucet in less than 12 hours of me requesting a quote. They were on time and covid safe using face masks and shoe covers. The new faucet I had purchased on my own had short supply lines and they had the parts to extended them on scene. The resulting work was professional and neat.
We had a leak from one of our upstairs bathrooms. Ed and his partner came out. They wore shoe coverings in the house and places drop clothes under the areas in which they did their work. They explained everything they needed to do before starting work and were very thorough.

Eddie did a great job to fix a toilet leak and also to reset toilet after new flooring. I utilized their consultation, Eddie explained everything that needed to be done and provided a reasonable cost. He was very careful and neat when doing the work, fixed the problem, and explained what he did. One of the best plumbing service experiences I've had.
Great, professional service at very reasonable price. Had Mr. Heil come to replace a valve. Highly recommend.
Response time was almost immediate and the service was quick. They also helped with another minor problem free of charge and gave advice on a problematic faucet. Would recommend 100% and will definitely use them again.
