White Plumbing Company

I had my ejector pump installed by this company.  I was able to schedule them  and get the pump installed on the same day.  Mr White is very professional, courteous and friendly.  I would recommend him for any job small or big in the Virginia area.

Something is funky here. Very funky.

Over a year ago, we hired Capital Remodeling to install a kitchenette.
They lied and have deceived us.

The work done was crap. There was evidence of a leak.

Capital, who says that they only use in-house employees, sent White.

They cut out a a large piece of the ceiling in the garage, where a stain had appeared. They spoke with my wife stating that there was so issue. A one time minor occurrence. No leak. Nothing to worry about.

Now, where they cut out they said was in an upstairs bar area.

It wasn't. It was a leak in the wall from faulty installation right where Capital had installed the kitchenette.

Oh, and they left the damage they did, without concern.

They also left a 5 pound piece of drywall dangling up in the air at forty five degrees that could have fallen on someones head.

Low and behold, not long after, the flooding started. It caused $60,000 in water damage to all 3 stories of our home.

The kitchenette is destroyed. Now, here is where the dirt is.

Capital blames a subcontractor they hired. They were not supposed to hire one. They have been a nightmare, just like Capital.

That contractor is Pyramid Granite. BUT, we were never told this.

Now, the day of the leak, CAPITAL REFUSED TO HELP IN ANY WAY TO HELP STOP THE LEAK. They would not call White. And they did not call Pyramid.

Why? To have seen the leak as it was happening would have immediately shown the schlock work was the cause.

Are you getting this so far? If there was evidence of a leak, why did Capital call White, and not the ones they now say did the work?

And why did White misdirect us as to where the leak was?

And why did they just leave the damage they caused?

And why did they not determine the cause of the leak?

They trashed the ceiling, said no worries, and then left.

Now, here is where the dirt turns to mud.

After the leak happened, we asked White for a report from the day that they came. We were denied this.

Our insurance company, AAA, asked for their report. They were also denied.

The claim was denied because they said the work was faulty, and they said the leak started....ONE WEEK BEFORE WHITE CAME OVER AND SAID THAT ALL WAS GRAND!!  WELL, ALL WAS NO SO GRAND!!!!

Now, the mud is quicksand. Why?

Because the damages are so severe including personal injury, and both civil and criminal charges against several so far that we allege are collusive in nature.

HEY WHITE, WHY DID CAPITAL CALL YOU AND NOT THE ONES THEY NOW SAY DID THE WORK???

HEY WHITE, WHY DID YOU DENY US A REPORT, AS WELL AS OUR INSURANCE?

HEY WHITE, WHY DID YOU DAMAGE OUR HOME, LEAVE, AND NOT GIVE A BLANK?

SOMETHING STINKS HERE, AND I AM GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!!!

WE ARE OLD, WITH MEDICAL ISSUES CAUSED BY THESE COMPANIES.

OUR HOME IS DESTROYED AS IS OUR HEALTH.

AND EVERYONE BLAMES SOMEONE ELSE.

BUT, WHITE,....HUMMMMM?????  WHAT'S THE DEAL?

We are deeply disappointed in the process in which the White Plumbing Company handled our service request. A request was submitted using our warranty company with an explanation of the issue, specifically for the plumbing line to be snaked. The technician showed up unaware of what the issue was, actually having no information about the issue. After orienting the technician to the issue, he informed me that he did not have a plumbing snake with him and would need to call his boss to find out what can be done. After the call, the technician informed me he cannot do the work as a plumbing snake cannot be obtained today or anytime soon. I have since cancelled my work order with this company and scheduled with another, who now cannot come out for an additional day. How does a plumbing company not own or provide their plumbers a plumbing snake. I'm happy to discuss the issue with the company owner.

The White Plumbing' service has gone down hill over the years. I guess the owner grew his business to the point when he doesn't care about his repeat customers because he's too busy to catch new clientele. I've used this company few times over last few years, and was always happy with the honest work and reasonable pricing. Yesterday I was charged $180 for fixing a noise in a toilet flush ( not sure what was done, never saw a bad part taken out of the tank). The guy didn't show up next day to get a slow drain fixed. No show no call.
I will never use this company again. It seems like the company has been falling apart because of dishonesty and greed that are driving this business now.

I received awful service from a previous plumber here in Woodbridge, and sought plumbing services from White Plumbing, LLC afterwards. Greg from White Plumbing was awesome. He was very courteous, provided a quote/contract, and solved my basement flooding problem that was exasperated by the previous plumber. Greg and James installed a sump pump that I purchased from Amazon, in my stairwell and secured the required permit from Prince William County. I would highly recommend White Plumbing.

His motto says it best. Greg White is my forever plumber. He has saved me many many times with exemplary, efficient, and affordable service. He has fixed my pipes, my toilet, my dishwasher, my sink, and now my water heater!!!! You can trust the quote and the quality of his work. No matter where I go, I will always call White Plumbing to save the day!

I highly recommend this plumbing company especially in the Stafford, Woodbridge, Fredericksburg area. They were prompt, Covid safe, professional and really friendly. If I have any other plumbing issues or questions this is the only place I will call. Thank you guys again!

I have had the privilege of doing business with White Plumbing Company on several occasions now.  First, during an emergency replacement of our water heater (which had, unfortunately, flooded our basement), and second to perform plumbing work/inspection for our new basement shower we recently added.  On both occasions, Greg White (owner) was absolutely wonderful to deal with.  He is personable and jovial and extremely professional.  If you are in need of a plumber, you need to call Greg.  My husband and I have recommended Greg to our neighbors, friends, family and other home improvement/contracting professionals due to how easy it was to work with him, and how responsive he is.  He is both respectful of your time and situation, and just a general pleasure to deal with.  Bookmark this page right now (or screenshot the contact info) and make your life easier.

We highly recommend White Plumbing. We've used them twice so far for our aging home and have been very pleased both times.  They are prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable.  This time we had to call turned out to not be a plumbing issue after all, but an electrical issue.  They stayed and helped troubleshoot and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue.  Their rates are very reasonable and they are our go to for plumbing issues.

Called Mr. White on Saturday night after realizing my water/heater no longer worked and was leaking water. I called several companies and he was the only one who actually answered my call (and personally). I do realize it was a weekend but it was good to hear someone's voice. He was out of town but by Monday I had a new water/heater, fully installed and working! His service and promptness I can't say enough about. I highly recommend him for ALL your plumbing needs. He knows the business well and it shows. Best customer service I've seen in a long while. I will definitely be calling on him again for ALL my plumbing needs!

I called and the next day they were out to unclog my kitchen line.  They arrived early (no problem) and snaked the line.  $150

I called Mr. White at 8am on a Saturday due to our upstairs shower leaking into the family room. He was at our house by 9am to fix the problem! Appreciate the quick service, pleasant demeanor and most of all, knowledge and ability to fix our shower. Would definitely use again!

Mr. White is the best service provider I have had in Stafford. He came out and installed a water heater on less than 4 hours notice. We originally had 3 separate tradesman come to the house to figure out the issue. They all had different ideas and none seemed to remedy the problem. Thankfully we had used Mr White through our home warranty company previously and he was referred again. Mr. White came and diagnosed the issue in little to no time. After this week long ordeal with other companies and our home warranty, we  will not use another plumber again.
