Priority Plumbing & Drain

I had a leak emergency and Priority Plumbing came over on short notice and solved the problem, a backed up HVAC drain pipe. The plumber was professional, polite, informative and competent. He also gave me a free review of my plumbing. Finding my sump pump was worn out, they replaced it too. Pricing was reviewed prior to any work commencement. I intend to use Priority should I need any plumbing service in the future. They are my plumbing 'guardian angels'.

Had a slight leak that was dripping on to the next floor under my bathroom. I reached out to Priority a little late in the evening and the response was very quick. Not only was the response quick I was able to get an appointment early the next morning. Zach and Tim was sent out to me to fix my leak and these guys were on it. They were Respectful, Knowledgeable, Prompt and full of Wisdom. Both of these guys didn't just fix the issue they also went beyond by explaining what they were doing and why, to follow up with any benefits or things to look out for in the future to prevent my issue happening again. I honestly couldn't ask for better customer service, from the initial contact to getting the job done. Thanks Priority Plumbing!!!! I will be calling again.

After a lengthy rainfall I was having some trouble with leakage coming through my master bedroom ceiling drywall. I threw out a project quote request on Yelp to a few different plumbers, and Zach from Priority responded quickly and succinctly. Although I was worried about getting a quick turnaround from my project request, Zach was able to shuffle a few projects around and come by same day to do an inspection and assess what the problem might be. Turns out that a roofing job I had done a few months back wasn't quite stopping moisture from coming through the roof so I would need to follow up there, but Zach was able to explain the situation clearly and give me some next steps on how to approach the issue. His team was very easy to work with and worked quickly and quietly, which I appreciate. Will look into seeking more work from them in the future as the need arises.

I recently purchased a new home and needed to get something replaced asap. I also looked to have the toilets replaced. I reached out to a few companies, but Zach (the owner) got back to me quickly and with a fair prices. Zach was very patient,  was upfront on the cost, and answered all of my 200 questions. He got me scheduled quickly. The day of the service, everything went great! Tim arrived, explained what he would be doing and got right to work. Tim had great humor and was easy to chat with. Once he was done he showed me everything and answered any additional questions I had! Even after the service, I had one follow up question for Zach and he got back to me the same day.  Zach and his team are reasonable, on time, and worth it. I recommend them 100%.

Priority was super fast in responding to my quote request. I was able to schedule immediately for my garbage disposal replacement. Priority was on time and very fast and efficient--the work was completed in half an hour. Kudos!

My garbage disposal stopped working. I have no plumbing knowledge so I reached out to several plumbers for quotes. Every business sent me quotes for $400 or more. This business went above and beyond by giving me suggestions on how to fix it before even hiring them. Their suggestions worked and I ended up fixing my garbage disposal without paying hundreds of dollars. I definitely recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs!

Called this company on a Sunday evening, and Dustin come out very quick to help solve the clog that we had. He was honest, friendly, and kept us in the loop the whole time to what steps were being taken and what the problem was. They discovered a bigger problem within our line and came out and knocked the job out.

Zach and his team do great work and are reasonably priced. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we knew we could trust their word. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They hooked it up!

Zach and his crew were timely, professional, and let me know the status of their arrival via text.  They solved my problem quickly and gave me recommendations for the future to avoid my problem.  They are very knowledgeable and respectful of property.  I highly recommend them!

I have a close friend who is an incredible plumber and until I moved to MD from FL was the only one it trusted. Glad to say Zach and Priority Plumbing are top notch in service and skill. To anyone thinking they are expensive, try hiring a cheaper plumber, then still having to have Priority Plumbing come out to fix what the other company screwed up. Now that would be expensive. Save yourself the hassle and money and call Zach first.

The team showed up on time and worked quickly. They were professional, respectful and took the time to explain exactly what was happening and made recommendations to prevent the drain from clogging again. I recommend the team and believe you will to.

Priority Plumbing was recommended to me by a trusted friend after 2 other plumbing companies failed to show up for scheduled appointments.  They arrived on time, let me know they were on their way, fixed my issue quickly and cleaned up the worksite before leaving.  Definitely would call them next time!

I used Priority Plumbing to connect my fridge to a water line and to get a possible leak in the bathroom checked out. They did not give me an estimate before coming, but told me that the vast majority of their customers are happy with their prices. This should have been a red flag, these guys are expensive and have an attitude. They did a good job installing a new water line but it cost much more than I had anticipated (based on the time they spent and an hourly quote from another plumber). I asked them to come back because the water still tasted bad after a couple weeks. They argued with me, came over, and charged $95 for about 10 minutes of labor. It turned out that the fridge was the culprit for the taste (still needed to run more water through it) but they shouldn't have charged me for this. As for the possible leak in the bathroom, they dismissed the noise, so I'm still living with it.

EXTREMELY grateful to Zach and his team. We had an emergency situation where a pipe backed up in our home causing flooding through our ceiling. Zach was out here immediately and spent a good part of his night working on the issue. They returned promptly the next day and did a wonderful job getting our pipe all fixed up. I highly recommend them! Zach also let us know that we could give him a call at any time should an issue arise!

Contacted Priority Plumbing based on their online feedback. They did not disappoint! Zach was clear on their cost over the phone. Crew showed up on time and were professional throughout the visit. Calling in a plumber is not cheap, so when you find someone dependable and honest up front, you recommend them to anyone who will listen. Excellent job guys!

We had a weird drain blockage affecting two toilets.  They were able to solve the problem and went the extra-mile by making sure the entire mainline was snaked clean.

Honest, friendly, and totally reasonable.  They spent a few hours at my residence and didn't leave until we were all 100% sure we had free-flowing drains from every point.

Believe the 4 and 5 star ratings; they've earned it.  I'll definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing or drain help.

Zach came over at about 730 pm and put our minds at ease over a sudden ceiling leak. He didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the after hours visit, and he clearly explained our options AND how we could try to repair part of the issue ourselves if we wanted to save some money. Then he checked a couple of other issues we've seen and gave some insight as to how to tell when to make repairs. He didn't hard sell us or tell scary what-ifs and I appreciate that kind of honesty so I think we've found our plumbing guy for future repairs.

Horrible experience.  Zach did not shut water off to our house, a pipe broke, our kitchen flooded,  our basement was damaged because water went into the basement., which cost us 600. He was late coming, did not respond efficiently to text, lied, tried to up the cost of the pieces of our new kitchen sink and did not show when he was supposed to to put it all back together.  We had to hire another plumber.  We were 6 days without a kitchen sink and dishwasher.

Zach and his team are fantastic. They're honest, efficient, and most importantly, they clean up after themselves. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing & Drain.

It took a few un-returned calls to other plumbing companies before I was lucky enough to reach Zach at Priority Plumbing. Zach's response was immediate, and he was accommodating right from the start. He worked around my tricky work schedule to take care of the plumbing needs. He is professional, and did not try to sell me additional work or 'find' other issues (meaning more $$). He really knows what he is doing. He uses email and texting to let customers know of appointment times, and when he's on his way to your house. I've never had this level of customer service from a contractor before. I will be using Priority Plumbing from this point forward, and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Priority Plumbing is fantastic! We needed the plumbing redone for our new kitchen sink. After calling and contacting several plumbers, the only one to answer my call on a Saturday was Zach. His price was flat fee (no hourly charges) and there were no surprises - he was totally upfront with his prices (unlike others who nickel and dime you). Zach and his staff were courteous, cleaned up after installing all the new plumbing, and talked us through his process so we were aware of what he was doing. I highly recommend Zach and his team at Priority Plumbing to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing!
