I work for competing HVAC company. I do not know how good they are at HVAC.  I have to say Bowman's had their trucks out plowing snow and they took great care of the roads.  Their team was fantastic.  I have lived on West Redwood Rd in Sterling 14 years and I have never seen anyone plow our street so well.  I really appreciate what wonderful job they did.

I've used Mr. Sa several times, and he provides superb service every time! This past week, he promptly came out to my townhouse to estimate the installation of a new gas water heater. My utility room is extremely tight on space, so the installation was going to be more involved than a straightforward replacement. As a licensed master gas fitter and master plumber, Mr. Sa is very knowledgeable and he clearly communicated upfront about what needed to be done for installation and compliance with code regulations. In my case, he had to relocate the new water heater to another spot for more clearance space, expand the ventilation line, reroute the hot water heater water line and gas line, replace the gas flange for the water heater, and replace and raise the flange for the furnace, AND relocate my washer and dryer and laundry machine water lines. A few unexpected things came up along the way due to the configuration of my space, and it required more work and time than anticipated--and Mr. Sa and his team were very efficient yet thorough and stayed late into the night to finish. He didn't even mention the extra work or additional hours or charge me beyond the initial estimate, which was very reasonable to begin with. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I highly recommend him, and would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Dennis came to our house to investigate what we thought was a more involved toilet issue. It turned out to only be a clog that just needed to work itself out. He was kind, professional and thorough. We obviously thought we would be paying him for his time, even though he didn't have to fix anything as that to me is standard protocol. He would not accept our money. My husband is a military vet and we like to support veteran owned businesses. We recommended Dennis to my parents and would recommend him to others and will also call him with our future needs!

Good experience. Matt and the other plumber(sorry name escapes me). These guys are good honest folks. They did a great job sizing my water jeat to the space and even caught that a finish carpenter had shot nails through the pan.  Great experience and great job. Heater not jeat

After Fairfax Water turned the water off to repair a leak on our cul de sac then turned it back on, the shut off valve on the water line coming into our house failed.  We could not turn the water off and it was coming through the leaky valve in a small but steady stream, necessitating emptying a 5-gal bucket every hour.  We called Woodbridge Plumbing at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning, they were here by 10:00 AM, and the repair was finished by 11:00 AM.  The plumber and his assistant were extremely professional; the repair looks great; and they cleaned up any mess they made.  We cannot recommend them enough.

I had an appointment today at 8:00AM.  George showed up exactly on time.  I had a water pipe value that needed attention.  George fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  He was not going to charge me!  I gave him $40.00 anyway.  He is my go to guy for any future plumbing needs!  What a great experience!

I was very impressed with these guys.   First, they accommodated my schedule, when they didn't have to.  Very prompt.   Second, they appeared to be very proficient and knowledgeable. I actually threw at them 3 issues: a leaky faucet, an HVAC heating unit that wasn't heating, and a fireplace that wouldn't start.  Jafar knew what to do, and fixed all three in a flash.  Then, he didn't even charge me for the fireplace.  The fact that this company does both HVAC and plumbing is such a plus, cause if you have both problems at once, you get only one service call charge.  Oh, and did I forget to mention that the customer service is very friendly and pleasant.  Excellent all around.  Cannot go wrong here.

I had a complicated installation of an electronic toilet. Renee was not intimidated by the project and worked through the problem from start to finish. He was professional, kind, courteous, and fair in his pricing. I would definitely recommend R-Plumber and will use Renee again.

Came out same day to clear out kitchen drain. Daniel G. was on time, courteous and fast.  Job well done and would def. use Cardinal again.

Extremely fast response time. Clean and professional. Price was very fair (shower drain, drain pipe, and trap replacement) and work was completed quickly. Would highly recommend to others.

Had to get water pipes going from the outside bibbs on the front and the back done, along with updating the shutoff valves on the bathroom. The sinks and bathrooms were checked to make sure everything is up to code and no issues.

The work quality is excellent and recommend to do business!

Hoping to avoid any repairs or maintenance until COIVD-19 was over but apparently fate had other ideas. My air handler started making weird grinding noises and winter coming around, I decided to call C.B. Lucas. Bill was sent to our condo and there were no regrets. He took a look (face mask and shoe covers) and identified the problem as the fan motor controller. Bill was transparent about the cost upfront and provided options because the repair cost was steep. Without hesitation, I scheduled the repair. On the return visit, Bill was done in less than 30 min, and my unit works flawlessly (quieter than before surprisingly). Thanks Bill for your help and just in time for Fall temps!

This place has an amazing selection of beautiful things. Great for window shopping (I guess more if you have the funds :) ), and the staff is very friendly and approachable. I've never seen so much unique tile in one place.

Caveat - They did not do plumbing work on an emergency for me because they were too busy ...... BUT ...... Richard was the only plumber out of 5 that I contacted through Angie's List who replied to my email. He was helpful and even better rearranged one of his workers schedules to come out and take a look at my situation. Unfortunately for me I went with a plumbing company that was able to come right out (See my review of 4Fast Plumbers). He even connected me with a crew who cold dig up my yard. I will use him next time

Our toilet got flooded due to the refrigerator. He agreed to fix our bathroom ceiling with paint and living room ceiling for $600 total. Once he started working he started complaining and started saying its too much work i and I am just helping you we paid him $300 to get the supplies. He messed up our walls and said he never said he will be painting the whole ceiling. This guy was trying to find ways to get more money out. He simply refused him and asked him to leave. We were not going to pay more for the job which is still unfinished and very poor job. Now he started to post my pictures my kid's pictures my house pictures on social media and he has started to harass me and my wife. I would not recommend this person at all. If anything happens to me or my family this guy Edward would be responsible

This was my first experience with H& S Plumbing and it was a good one.
I got a call in the morning from a gentleman telling me that my service rep. was loading his truck and would be on his way shortly.   In a few minutes, the service rep named Gary arrived and quickly got started with replacing flappers and faucet cartridges in on bathroom. He did not have one replacement flapper with him but someone brought one very quickly.
A cutoff valve had to be replaced in one bath and Gary; a 35 year veteran of H&S took that in stride as he did all of the other work.
I was happy with Gary's work and the price seemed to be reasonable.
I'll be using H&S in the future.

Had to replace an old water heater. Jonathan N came to give an estimate on the same day of request. The company informed you when the tech was on his way. Next morning Jonathan came back to install the water heater. He was professional , knowledgeable, fast and experienced. He did an excellent job installing and cleaning up afterwards. No issue what so ever.

I've been a Grayton Plumbing customer for years, found them to be reliable and reasonably priced; plus I always like to support local businesses.  They have recently been bought by CroppMetcalfe and their price structure has changed significantly.  

This morning, they came to snake out a clogged kitchen sink.  Let me help my neighbors save some money or prepare for a shock.  The visit fee is $86.95, which is pretty standard.  However, to snake out a kitchen sink, I was quoted a whopping $405!  $405 to snake out a kitchen sink, a basic plumbing activity.  This is nothing but highway robbery.  I paid the very polite, timely, and professional representative the $86.95 visit fee and will hire my local handyman to resolve this problem.
