Best plumbing service in the area. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

We have used Lee D Home Repairs for a few different projects over the past year.  The first was to install two sets of built-in shelving and cabinets in our landing areas.  Lee was responsive and helpful when we wanted to tweak the original design during construction and still got the job done in a timely manner.  His team was respectful and careful to wear masks at all times due to COVID.  The results are beautiful!  We also used him for light installations and wall repairs, all done in a timely manner and true to the estimate provided. We are already planning to use this company again!

Lyman came to my business in April to fix a toilet that wasn't working.  He promised to come back and finish working on another one and we never heard from him. I called him again over the weekend (now October) to come out to fix the toilet that was truly not flushing now and he said he'll come out Monday.  No Lyman! I called Tuesday and he complained about parking near my business.  I suggested an easy fix.  He shows up, does the job in less that 20 minutes (not counting the time he went back out to his car to get his tools) and charged me $650 claiming he hadn't charged me the $400 from April.  If someone owed me $400 I'd certainly collect it!  I had no way of proving we didn't or did owe it as my manager handled it.  He charged $90 service that was not deducted from the total bill on top of his $160 an hour (cause he rounds up his 20 minute job to an hour).  His energy is so bad and he is so negative he will never set foot in my space again.  there are too many other plumbers I can call to fix a non flushing toilet for $700 in Arlington.  
So!  Update!  The toilet he fixed 2 days later no longer flushed properly and then continued to constantly run.  I will not call him and will have to pay for another plumber.  There are too many other people looking to do good, honest work to waste time on this guy.

I called Thomas the Plumber yesterday when I found out that my pipe had burst in my house while I was on vacation. He said he could fit me in the next morning. He arrived even before the 8am scheduled time and let me know that he could diagnose and fix the problem same day. His price to cut out dry wall and replace the broken pipe with new faucet to the outside and a lever to stop the water so it wouldn't happen again was $225 and he was in and out in an hour. Very professional and friendly. I will call him again for any other plumbing needs.

Michael was friendly, professional and did a quick but thorough job replacing faucets and a valve. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have numerous rental properties and have been using Triple State for about 10 years. They have been terrific. Excellent response time, clean, quick repairs, and fair prices. They have on more than one occasion called my tenants and told them how to fix something themselves, saving me lots of money.  I highly recommend them.

This is where a homeowner meets an old fashioned expert at his work.  Fred and Joe showed with our replacement indirect hot water heater, actually Joe showed up in the am to get started removing the old one and Fred showed up with the replacement.   Since it was a warranty replacement, all they asked for was time.  Fred worked it out with the company to get a replacement for us and more importantly told awesome jokes on the phone.

I know when I find a Gem and Kensington Plumbing is definitely one of those keepers...

This father and son team came in and I could just tell, they came to fix the problem!!  I loved how they worked together, so friendly and competent.  what a team!  And fix the problem, they did!  Their expertise was so evident, and their approach to the clogged drain was exploratory and thorough.  And charged such a reasonable rate!  As someone else said, they have my business on the next job!!  Thanks, guys.

Brian K was extremely pleasant and helpful in detecting the source of our leak.  We have had several people out to diagnose the issue and he is the first person who was able to ID the issue.

Henry kept me informed through texts of his progress to my home and arrived on time. Very friendly, polite, and professional.  Fixed our issue quickly but took the time to educate me on the problem, explain what he had done, and things we should consider for the future.  Henry even went down into our crawl space to make an educated price estimate for future work we may eventually want to get done.  Final charge for work today ended up being slightly LESS than initial estimated price given via Yelp and he did a great job of cleaning up the work area.  This was our first plumbing issue since moving to Rockville a year ago and TW will be our go to company for the future.

After being told by a franchise plumbing company that they would need to call me back to see if they had the parts needed to fix my toilet before telling me whether or not they could do the work today (we are talking about a flapper valve, handle, lever and new bolts to connect the tank to the toilet), I checked on Yelp and saw that Fred & Son Plumbing had a 5 star rating. And so, I hired Fred and am glad I did. When I called, he answered the phone and I told him what I needed for my broken toilet. No hesitation, he said he could do it, and would call me when he was done with the job he was on at the time. Less than 2 hours later, Fred called and said he was on his way. He and a helper had to cut through rusty bolts to be able to replace them. They also provided all new parts, upgrading from the old ballcock and ball float to the fill value style. All work was completed in less than an hour and Fred was very professional and friendly. His prices were very reasonable too. I'll certainly be calling him again if I have a need for a plumber.

I called Tom Hardisty for a pin hole leak on my main copper pipe and he showed up in 2 days to fix the leak. I also asked Tom to fix the high water pressure in the house by replacing an old pressure regulator and leaky toilet. He did an awesome job and I now have a trustworthy plumber in my address book. I forgot to mentioned that Tom was recommended by my neighbor friend.

We used Fry to snake the main drain to our house.  They were very reasonable compared to other companies we looked at.  It ended up that the blockage was in the street, so DC Water had to come out and do the repair.  They walked with us and showed us where the block was in the street with their beeping tool.

They also gave us a quote to replace some galvanized pipes with copper, and it was a little high, so we didn't use them for that.

We've been using Sykes for a few years now and they've never disappointed! Very reliable, friendly and prompt. They take their time and tell you what's going on.

Horrible.  Charged $675.00 for an initial visit.  Took our garden hose and sprayed water at the front of our house.  Once water started coming in, they stopped testing...didn't test all the way across.  The person also broke our hose sprayer.  Never use this service.  Total rip-off.  They also don't fix anything.  Our plumber provided better leak detection services for a quarter of the price, and they fix stuff.
