I recommend Will Way highly. They are professional, knowledgeable and really clean and tidy.. It is so nice to have a plumbing company I can trust. Their pricing is better, their quality of work and attention to details are great.  I am so glad to find plumbing company  that is simply NOT trying upsell  you  at every opportunity. Calvin took his time and explained everything in details. If you trying to find a Greatt Plumbing company,  call Wilway immediately. You will be glad that you did.

I used Lee again for a much more extensive job than just power cleaning the front stoop this time.  Lee was, as ever, very professional.  He replied promptly through any mode of communication and at the end of the job, sent me many pictures of the entire process and what was accomplished.  I know that a lot of contractors will charge you just to come out.  Lee had to re-diagnose the plumbing leak (my property manager's guy had already done so, but though they were in communication, this key information was never relayed).  It took a significant amount of time and he kindly did not charge for that.  

If you're looking for dirt cheap labor, this is not it.  Lee's crew is bonded and insured.  They do the job quickly and thoroughly (with minimal disruption to the tenants, which was key).  The price is fair for the level of work he does.  I will continue to use them, b/c I trust Lee.

Mr. Stutzman was honest, professional, and friendly when fixing our leaky garbage disposal.  He cut to to the heart of the problem within just a few minutes, and was able to provide a sturdy fix that will last for years.  His expertise and experience were obvious.

We highly recommend his services.  Great plumber who is native to the Arlington area!

This company was great! I had a broken toilet, and they were able to come look at it the next day. They gave me a 1-hour window and showed up within the first 15 minutes. They didn't charge a diagnostic fee like many other companies do, and had everything on the truck to be able to do the repair once they gave me a quote. They kept me informed the entire time they were fixing the problem and the price was very reasonable. The technicians were friendly,  and made sure to leave my bathroom in perfect condition before they left. I will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing needs.

I called George, aka Thomas, to go to my rental property and assess a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was leaking and staining the living room ceiling.  I had a previous plumber (Banford) go out to assess the situation and while he was onsite he quoted me around $900 and then for weeks, when I kept asking for a written estimate, he sent me a quote for over $2k!  I chose to call Thomas, who went out the next morning, even though he was leaving for vacation the same day, and called me with an estimate of $195!!!  He was able to repair the problem while onsite and no issues since!  I appreciate honest service with reasonable prices, and George, aka Thomas, really delivers!  He will be my permanent plumber moving forward.  I trust him.

Haha!  Don't get any ideas, Sir!!  Lol!  I honestly think that the other plumber did not know exactly what the issue was, so he was going to do an overhaul of the plumbing in that bathroom. It was clearly not needed!! Thanks again!  Keep giving us accurate diagnoses and fair prices and you'll have customers for life!!

I had a great experience with MJW Plumbing last week. Michael made himself available within 24 hours to replace my basement sump pump. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend him to any and everyone in need of plumbing services!

Well they NEVER showed back up to finished the job.  Kathy was especially condescending she lied and told me they were ordering a part for my toilet and it typically takes a day or two to come in.  She never called back!!!!  This woman didn't realized or just didn't give to s$#t that we were flushing our toilet the whole time with a bucket!!!  Horrible!!

I've used Kensington Plumbing for a few projects. Robin in the office is great, and gets back to you asap. I prefer communicating via text, and she has no problem with that. The guys that come out are professional, extremely courteous, and look for the most expeditious, and cost effective way of taking care of your problem. I highly recommend! Will always use them.

Missed first appointment, then came unexpected and unannounced a day later. Refused at first to even give a written estimate (apparently I'm not the only one based on the reviews) but when they did they wanted to charge me close to $150 to replace a brand new flush valve and flapper I'd just put in that week (said it was broken but obviously wasn't) and also a loose toilet handle.

After saying the flapper and value is brand new and I just bought them so they don't need to be replaced, I was told Well it's only a few dollars to buy them again so why not? Clearly he felt the money I already spent was meaningless and wanted me to pay twice for some odd reason to replace something that didn't need replacing.

Weird experience. Cannot recommend.

If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars because the service provided by American Leak Detection was well above my satisfaction. Brian D. was the technician sent to locate my leak. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was professional, quick, and meticulously explained his findings. I am so thankful for his expertise. While searching for the leak I was concerned about, he discovered other sources that could eventually lead to future leaks. He detailed these potential leaks in his report. I feel completely armed with all the information I need to resolve the elusive leak.

I've used this service several times and have always had professional and reliable work done at a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

I have used Tim Whistler Plumbing several times since moving to Silver Spring a year ago. They do excellent work, with all costs made very clear up front. They are a little expensive, but look for the least expensive solutions to your particular problems, and I am happy to pay for quality work. The scheduling system is great, and they are always on time. The plumber is masked and careful to take appropriate Covid precautions. They leave the work area clean, and explain what they have done. I am very happy with my experience with Tim Whistler.

They charged my wife $417  for guts on one toilet. I feel like someone got raped. They also refused to install new replacement parts on the sink. Tried to sell a new faucet for $500.

Tom is a gem! So glad I found a reliable honest plumber.  He was timely with his response to my initial call, made time for an appointment for me right away, and was pretty much right on with his initial estimate.  Most of all I appreciate his being upfront about there work he would perform, and clearly very knowledgeable!

I contacted four companies for some plumbing work that I needed done.  Fry was the only one that I felt had comprehensive pricing.  $150 for the first hour, and $110 for each hour after that.  It's not cheap, but it was efficient. Scheduling wasn't bad and while Thomas (the plumber who arrived) was a little late both times (25 min) he was hard working, efficient, and you could really tell he wanted to a good job.  He needed some parts to finish the job (that I bought and picked up) and split his time over two visits, and didn't charge a premium for doing so.  They are local, and I would use them again!

Was getting solicited messages. Asked them kindly to be removed from mailing list. They mentioned they didn't pull the info from the county. They got it from the mortgage company. This is a complete lie. Through lies and deceits is how they operate their company. If I were to ever hire a company, truth in information is critically important

Do not use this company. They misdiagnosed where the leak under my slab. First, they said the leak was in the power room. The plumbing company jackhammered there but found no leak. Then they said it was in the kitchen near the wall adjoining the power room. They jackhammered there but again no leak. The plumbers themselves found the leak on the other side of the kitchen. American Leak Detection refused to refund the $675.00 that the worker promised that if they were wrong about where the leak was and because of that I have three holes to repair instead of one.
