Mr. Bill and Mr. Chris were wonderful!  They were friendly, informative and knowledgeable.  We had several repairs we needed.  They came right out and took care of everything within a matter of hours.  They would definitely be the first call I make if I need a plumber.

We noticed that a leaky faucet in an upstairs tub was leading to watermarks on our kitchen ceiling and were able to guess there was an issue with the cartridge in the faucet. After watching a few YouTube videos about DIY cartridge replacement, had a gut feeling I should reach out to a professional. Made a request on Sunday and had Mark out to take a look at the issue Tuesday morning. It turned out to be a great call as the cartridge, which might've never been replaced before, broke off when trying to pull it out. Luckily, Mark was unphased and went above and beyond to clear it out and get the cartridge replaced, leaving everything better than when we got the house, in under an hour. Hopefully we won't be needing any plumbing services again anytime soon, but if we do Lyons Plumbing will absolutely be our firsts call.

His name isn't James Bond but he still came to the rescue when my basement flooded and I needed a busted sump pump replaced ASAP.  More rain was expected on the forecast so it was definitely an emergency.
I searched for a plumber on Yelp and he was among 6 companies I reached out to for a quote.  He responded in less than 20 minutes and gave a reasonable quote.  He arrived a little later, came by to confirm the problem, ran to Home Depot for parts, and did the install in less than 2 hours' time.
My neighbor had the same issue and he was able to rearrange his schedule to help with her sump pump too.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing friendly, competent handyman services at a reasonable price.

This was a five star experience. The gentleman responded within 40 minutes of my request early in the morning, was very responsive and even called me back to see if I still needed his service. I  am out of town and wanted to make my tenant happy and with his amazing service, allowed me to deliver what I wanted. He gave me a very fair quote, fixed everything after he well informed me of the situations and even offered future services that would benefit my home. Even my tenant loved him and said how amazing he was.  Have to say, being in the business of property management and real estate, I am very picky and actually know what I am talking about. This gentleman was phenomenal and I would recommend his service to anyone who truly cares about their property, craftsmanship, and quality of work. I was so relieved to hear from him, receive texts of pictures he sent me as he was doing the work. It made me feel like I was there even though over 1700 miles away. What a class act. Steve's great.  I've been doing business with him regularly for fourteen years at my apartment building on Capitol Hill and at my home.  He has installed plumbing for me, installed a radiator system, responded to water and heating outages, and organized a team to repair a floor and a boiler after the earthquake several years ago knocked it over.  He's honest, reliable and prompt.  I wouldn't call anyone else.

I was extremely happy no one in my family had to take a cold shower Sunday. We woke up Saturday without hot water I called Carson plumbing and Paul and his helper were at my house in less than an hour to replace my hot water heater. I'm happy with the entire experience and will call them with any future plumbing problems.

I needed to have my lawn sprinkler system backflow preventer tested per dcwater.com/compliance. It requires a master plumber to have special training to perform the service and enter data into the DCWater.com system. Most local plumbers don't have the DCWater.com certification and those that do can be extremely expensive for this annual service. After many phones calls and emails, I found licensed master plumber, Daryl Lomax, dhlomaxplumbing86@gmail.…, 240-299-4224.  Daryl was extremely responsive and offered to perform the service at a very competitive price and complete the work within the time frame I needed. Daryl was very professional. He both emailed and called me to confirm the time and keep me updated. He arrived ahead of time. He performed the work and closed out the submission on the DCWater.com official website before leaving the job site. He waited to confirm that DCWater.com had accepted the data before leaving. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I will choose him again next year for this annual service. I highly recommend DH Lomax Plumbing Services.

OUTSTANDING!  For background, I live in a two level condo on the lower level.  For months I had a rancid smell coming through the ductwork.  After having the ducts cleaned and scoped, nothing was found.  

The Condo Association brought in Kiddco Plumbing and Terry (the manager) called in the troops:  Cory, Eli and Filly.   Cory announced they would not be leaving until the problem was resolved which greatly relieved my mind.  Within a short time they found the issue:  the drain pipe from upper unit broke at the elbow below the concrete, 20 inches into the dirt.  The pipe ran into the Living Room and scoping determined the drain pipe was also bowed thus prevent the drain from properly flowing.   This involved tearing up the concrete floor in my dining room/living room.  It was a horrible, nasty, dirty job, but they closed off the entire area with plastic.  The dirt/concrete was all contained within this area and the dust was kept to a minimum.

Customer service was top-notch, and they did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process.  They are competent, reliable, and do quality work.  They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

We had a hiccup with a misdiagnosis, but Limbert, the company's owner, personally came to our house, identified the problem and offered a couple of low-cost solutions. A couple of weeks later, after my getting the flow preventer cocks I needed to replace, he came again to install them. He is an honorable man who clearly cares about his company's image.

I am happy to recommend DJ and Brent from Plumbastic Plumbing.  These guys are amazing plumbers, reliable, courteous and just awesome.  They unclogged a tub drain pipe that two other plumbers told me could not be unclogged and that I would have to replace the drain pipe on the tub.  From now on I will call DJ and Brent at Plumbtastic Plumbing for all plumbing needs for my condo.  They are real plumbers!!!

We've had Duvall out for all our plumbing issues and can't recommend them enough. Most recently Tyson was out to assess a leaky spigot outside. It definitely needed replacing, which he recommended and while cutting an access out of the basement drywall had me come down and explain/show me what he was doing. Knowing our house was going on the market, he showed me some places the siding could be sealed to prevent water intrusion since there was some dampness in the wall where the spigot was replaced. He let me know this wasn't work Duvall did, but just to inform me. Great guys to work with - I would definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with Jiffy. They serviced my heater and gas fireplace. The technician Chris was very helpful and professional. I will use them again.

We have had several occasions to use the services of Live Green Plumbing and have been extremely satisfied each time. Our most recent service call was completed by Aki and Andrew. They were prompt, professional, efficient and quickly resolved our issues. We were very pleased with the service they provided. We will continue to use Live Green Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Don't ever use them. I mistakenly didn't ask Heidi their purported owner their hourly rate. It turned out to be 250.00/hr. just for labor.

UNLICENSED PLUMBER!  I paid this guy $1300 in total and my plumbing was worse after he worked on it.  Every time I take a shower or wash my dishes, I regret letting this guy into my home.  

I paid him to ix my shower and sink, and he did half of the job and then left the country for a month.  I paid by check, so my money was long gone by the time i realized that he wasn't coming back.  I finally got in touch with him a month later, and he still couldn't correct his mistakes.  I have to shower under a trickle of water.  My children can't take a batch in a tub full of warm water---after I paid him $1300 for shotty work!

Stay away from this guy and this company.  you will live to regret if you don't.
