After having him tackle a lot of minor repairs, installations and assemblies, Hector is now my new regular handyman. I look forward to working again with him next week and on future projects!

I hired this company to come out and repaint the exterior of my house. I left a message for someone to call me about a paint job. As with most painting contractors it seems you always have to leave a message to get someone out for a quote. The owner of this company called me back promptly and I had left messages at about a half dozen paint companies. The rest called me back over the course of a week or two. My job had already been completed by JA painting by the time most of them returned my call. The owner is the one that came out and gave me the quote. It was not a big job so he said he could fit me into the schedule on the upcoming weekend. The price seemed fair and the man was very nice and courteous. The owner (can't recall his name) came out when his crew was getting started and he popped back in several times over the day to check on things. I think he probably has a couple crews working different jobs at once. The english proficiency of the work crew at my house left something to be desired but I did not have to talk to them very much. They did do a good job and were professional. I will use them in the future if I need more painting done.

I could not be more pleased. Very responsive, on time as promised, clean and professional. It is not often that you need a plumber but highly recommend the services of Alpha Plumbing when you do.

Thank you so much Eric for saving me the heartache and the bucks out of my tight budget.
I was having a problem with the disposal and Eric showed me how to fix it over the phone!
It was simply pushing a button at the bottom of the disposal!
I will definitely use your services with any plumbing issues that may come up!
Thanks again. I appreciate it ,,

Abe is amazing, he's a civil engineer by trade and obviously incorporates these skills into his plumbing work! I watched him do the entire job at my house after a pipe burst. He was meticulous, confident, clean, and very friendly. He showed up at our place on short notice on a Saturday morning! He's awesome and would call him again without question for my future plumbing needs!

Marine Plumbing was absolutely amazing. They had to come out to our house two days in a row to fix a broken shower. They were extremely courtesy, on-time, and did an amazing job. Their price estimate was right on target too.

Axel was punctual and answered all my questions. He did a great job installing my shower. This is the person you'll want to have as your plumber. Pricing was fair & I was very pleased with $50 military discount as well. I will definitely be hiring him for future plumbing needs.

Great experience working with Carlos from Daniel Home Services. Answers the phone every time I call from the estimate to post work. One of few plumbers to come see the work without charging. Very fair estimate for plumbing work provided, provided necessary paperwork for documenting license and insurance, on time arrival to complete work, and answers the phone for any additional follow up. Workmanship is well done and has extensive plumbing work completed in Phase 1 and still work for phase 2. Electrician will move the dryer plug.

I highly recommend Trade Pros ! I had issues with my water heater on Martin Luther King day. Trade Pros responded very quickly and Edgardo came the same day at no charge. He explained and diagnosed the problems. I was offered option to repair or change my 14 year old water heater. I decided to go ahead and replace it. It was done the next day by Edgardo who is very professional and friendly. Also great customer service, very nice and efficient.

We have had Guerrero Plumbing come out three different times - for three unrelated issues. We have had both Milton and Hector come to our house. Both are kind, helpful, and professional. We have had them come on the weekend as well and within a 24hr time period. Their prices are more than fair. We have used Len as well, and well Guerrero fixed what Len didn't and at a more reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Edmund and Max did a wonderful water heater replacement for us on a Saturday. I woke up to find no hot water and they had us back up andd running within hours with a new unit. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient work.

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

My mother (who lives in Seattle) had a clogged drain and called for an afternoon appt. The plumber arrived at 8:30AM. My mother is 90 and was sleeping at the time. He put a camera in the pipe and stated that it was blocked at the foundation and that the pipe had likely shifted so he needed to dig down 7' in the yard at a cost of over $8,000. My mother said OK and the race was on. My sister called me soon after and I cancelled the excavation, even though less than 2 hours later they were on their way.
I called the plumber and he stated the problem was he could not get his roto snake down the stairs. I asked if he had a smaller one and he said no. So I called an honest plumber and he had it cleared several hours later for under $500.
This is nothing less than taking advantage of the elderly and RR should be ashamed that their employees (or contractors) are allowed to behave like this without any supervision. Never again.

Received an estimate for repairing and replacing outside drain by breaking concrete and repairing pipe up to 5ft into the home as needed. Estimate also including back-filling with concrete up to the previous level. I authorized the ESTIMATE OF SERVICE and the credit card was charged by the vendor 3 days before the work was scheduled and almost a full week before it was actually performed due to rain. After contacting vendor 2 days after the rains to obtain a schedule for the repair, I was advised that it would be the next day but the time estimate didn't seem certain. After having someone wait all day for the service, I advised the vendor that if repair wasn't performed by the rescheduled date, a new plumber would be contacted.
The work was done on the rescheduled date after 5pm. The actual repair required only replacing outside drain and 6-12 inches of pipe. SIGNIFICANTLY less work than estimated. When I inquired as to a discount for the service that was performed, I was advised that there are no discounts because the scope of work was with the anticipation of having to go further. I advised the vendor that the auto repairman doesn't charge me for what he could have done when the work turns out to be something different, and that I was disappointed, but learned a lesson. To that I received no response. Had I been there to monitor the work, I would have asked about revising the estimate and had I known there would be no change in the amount, I would have had them dig out and replace the full 5 feet of pipe to get my money's worth.
I advised the person who recommended this vendor that I was disappointed and would never use or recommend them for future work. She indicated that she had never received a negative response from any recommendation and I told her that I guess someone had to be the 1st.
The shame is that had the work been more than estimated, you can guarantee the vendor would have required additional payment. But since the service was less, I as the customer, am SOL. Sadly, not even the 10% discount from the vendors website was offered as a concession.
I would love to retain business cards and request or recommend repeat business by the service providers I've used, but after having dealt with 5 contractors in 5 years. I have yet to find 1 who doesn't do sloppy work or sloppy business.
This is my review. Take it for what it's worth.

the technician came 5 times to look at our heating system that wasn't working (that they had installed a year ago) and couldn't fix the problem. He cut open one of the pipes to let the outside air flow in. another company fixed the problem and reconnected the pipes properly. Michael and son came back to take a look and they wanted to charge $350 to install a collar to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. really? when their complete incompetent technician cut open the pipe didn't lead to carbon monoxide poisoning but when someone else properly fixed the problem, you claim that a small crack (not the open pipes) lead to the poisoning? and the manager who called me to resolve the disputes was a total jerk - all be could say was that he trust his guys (the complete incompetent technician must have felt stupid for not being able to fix the problem and was told by another professional that he did a lousy job but you don't then try to charge money to your customer by claiming some bogus excuse. That only makes him even more unprofessional to the point of being malpractice and fraudulent). I've been pretty disgusted by Michael and son in the past (with their effort to sell you all the useless services and charge exorbitant price for them) but this one tops them all. Stay away if you can!

I was notified on June 22, 2023 by American Home Shield that one of their trusted (they are not accredited with the BBB) contractors (METROPOLITAN PLUMBING AND SEWER LLC) would be fixing my plumbing issues and after I told them exactly what the issue was they came out on June 27th after having to reschedule for the repair. They did not complete the repair and July 6th the repair is still not complete. I cannot get anyone on the phone and I was guaranteed a completion on June 28 and I have already paid. This company and my home warranty company have been terrible and all I want is for someone to allow me to find my own contractors to do the work at this point and reimbursed as this has been outstanding for weeks. The customer service of both companies has been atrocious!

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Took a day off of work to wait for these clowns and how unprofessional could they be. Gave me a window of 12-4 for service. Received no call of any kind all day and decided around 3:30 I should call to see what was going on. Woman answered and immediately put me on hold. Some guy named Joe gets on the phone and tells me they called me twice and that they now can't perform service until Wednesday. Informed him that I took off of work all day to wait for them and that no one called and he needed to make arrangements for service today as they had promised. He refused and made no effort to make it right. Had my phone with me all day waiting for these people to call - why would I be calling them at 3:30 saying no one called if I received a call?!?!?! Makes no sense whatsoever. Asked how to contact the owner and asked for Joe's last name. Neither of which he would provide. Horrible. Will never call them again and will be telling everyone and anyone I can about their lack of professionalism and disregard for other people's time. Horrible way to run a business.
