Best Plumbing Services in District of Columbia
Scheduled an appointment with the company to fix my garbage disposal and waited for the whole afternoon at home for nothing. Made several phone calls but only one went through. He told me that he would call back in 5 min and stop by soon. But no more call is returned and no person showed up. Not sure about the quality of their service. But their treatment of customer is clearly one of the worst. They should at least tell me that they won't be able to make it today. Highly not recommended!

I've hired Ben twice, once for a clogged toilet and second time for an extensive plumbing job where he added a hookup for a washer (hot/cold/and waste line) in the basement.
His quotes were reasonable plus he did great work. He troubleshoots issues, does tidy work, and cleaned up after himself. He's highly recommended.

My GO TO guy for allllll things plumbing. I've never seen someone fix a problem so fast. Not to say that the issue wasn't intricate or elaborate. Gary just knows what he's doing and he's been doing it for a long time.
When you have plumbing issues, you want a professional thats not going to lie to you or rake you over the coals. Gary is the guy to call.
He has fixed several different properties for me and will continue to be my go to man for plumbing. Its like when you find a good mechanic or hair stylist or barber, you're loyal!

Scott & Bobby were very professional, friendly, and very competent. They came to my house to repair my whole house humidifier and with 35 minutes they had replaced my humidifier's relay switch and filter pad and even cleaned it. They thoroughly explained how the system works and what they were doing. They even save me money by offering their parts at a discounted rate. I would recommend Scott & Bobby to anyone.

Right Now Plumbing rocks!!! Andy came out to replace my hose bib that popped off and cracked the water wipe during the awful storms we had this winter. He was super professional: even insisting on wearing booties in my home, after I told him it was not necessary!!! SO POLITE. SO EFFICIENT. Thanks so much, Right Now!!!

We had an extremely slow leak coming from the pipe that connected our sink to the main sewer line in our utility room. We found these guys through our realtor and I'm very glad we did. They came out the next day, didn't charge us for an emergency, and did their best to minimize the damage to our cabinets while they looked to find what was wrong.
Once they realized our options were to put a man-sized hole in the back of our cabinets or remove them, they found a contractor and contacted him for us. It was decided a hole should be taken out of the side of our house instead of removing cabinets ($600 VS $6,000) to get at the pipe. It took all day but they fixed the leak and even replaced our old cracked cast iron pipe going to the county lines. They replaced it with PVC pipe which looks much cleaner and installed an access valve in case we ever have to have our sewer pumped; this was a nice preventative measure for them to do without prompting.
It took them until about 7PM but they stayed to get the job done and I totally appreciate it. It was a bit pricey but for the work involved I still feel it was a good value. I will absolutely use them the next time something else in my house breaks as they were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced.

First Choice Plumbing and Mr. Linneer were excellent. He is very responsive. The day of my appointment, he called to say that the appointment before me cancelled and he could come to my house earlier. I was happy to hear that. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, calmed my nerves and repaired the problem. He had all of the equipment and supplies on his truck, he made the repair quick without fuss and muss while I was able to participate on my work Zoom call without interruption. I am definitely having him come back to replace toilets and any other repairs I can find.

Troy showed up early for his appointment. He was so nice and professional. He explained everything clearly and his price was very reasonable. He will be my go-to from now on!

Made and appointment and was told someone would be available later in the evening. Later I confirmed the appointment. The guy said he was on his way and he never showed. I called and nobody picked up his phone and I never heard from anyone at plumbline the next day. I hope he is okay but I found it odd that nobody ever called me to tell me what happened.

Hot water restoration . Tech named Ron came out gave me an estimate of $1700 to fix and regain hot water . Told me many parts are not working and I have to fix this in order to gain hot water. I called first class mechanics and all I needed was a hot surface igniter which part was $52 and labor was $150.

They have the worst customer service! I just spoke to a woman about exchanging my hot water heater and her question to me was the whole hot water heater? When I told her yes, she stated they didn't do that type of work, although according to the manufacturer's website, they do. When I asked to speak to the manager, she hung up on me. I would never give them my business!

This is a scam and a ripoff. Someone came in to look at our garbage disposal in the sink for 15 minutes. They fixed the clog and charged us $165 for it! Then they said the garbage disposal had a crack and we should replace it. When we inquired how much it would cost, they said it would cost $565 including service. The garbage disposal costs $130-$150 at home depot. We pushed back and said that they were significantly marking the price up. When we checked the prices online and let them know, they said it could be done for $425. We refused. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. The guy who came in looked like he didn't want to be here. I do not recommend using them. The big mistake we made is that we should have inquired about the cost before having them come over for servicing.
