Really appreciated the great service. Was explained every part of the process. Was very communicative.  They were very thorough and clean inside the, which my wife loved. Would definitely recommend for plumbing needs indoor and outdoor.

We had a back up in our plumbing. He came out and snaked the drain. A few days later we noticed some back up so he came out and rain the line through from the roof. Fixed exactly what needed fixing. He is a life saver. He kept in touch and was very knowledgeable. Even our dogs loved him and they bark at everyone.

This is the second time I have had to use this company in an emergency service. The first time was for a pipeline connected to the sprinkler system, and the second time was for a broken shower valve. Each issue had continuous water flow, which could have led to flooding. Each time Joshua came out rather quickly, fixed the issue rather quickly and was reasonably priced. Great customer service and professional. I will continue to utilize for all my plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! Contacted them on Easter Sunday and they were able to come that same day to replace my bathroom fixtures and fix the shower knob coz the water would not turn off! These guys provided amazing service. On the secondary day of move in our main waterline pipe broke. He fixed the problem with quality materials, and found another problem and fix that as well without expecting anything more. They were professional, explained what they were doing. and provided quality work at a great value. I highly recommend them! Will definitely be calling them back in the future.

I called to see about having a water installed about 2 in the afternoon....they were finishing up a job in Moreno Valley and said they would be over when done.   The water heater was installed and they were gone by 8:00pm.  Will definitely use Tito and Turtle for all my plumbing needs.  The cost was reasonable and guys were great!  Highly recommend!

Turtle and Titos plumbing were Awesome!!! I had several plumbing issues that needed to be resolved and they were so great and fixing my issues. I needed a new faucet and hoses. I had my 3 kids at home with me and couldn't go to the store to get the items. I thought I was going to have to reschedule my service but no!!!... Josue and his assistant went to pick up the items for a small fee. They came back in a timely manner and quickly fixed my sink problems!! Thank you!! I had two leaks within walls one from the shower one from the bathroom sink. I called them up the same day they came and gave me a free estimate and the pricing I think was very good bc previously I had another plumber come and didn't do half the good job they did and charged me significantly more. so they pretty much cleaned up after the previous plumber. They were really cool ppl and will definitely be my go to plumbers for future plumbing needs.

One of my rental unit 's water heater was leaking and flooding the apartment at 11PM, we were very desperate for help. I woke to a blister on my lawn. Yikes! My lawn was  flooding. I didn't really know what to do at first. All I know was that my lawn had a mound that sprouted up over night and water was gushing from the lawn to the streets. I first turned the water line off to the house and it was still leaking so I knew the water leak was in between the meter and the house. No brained right? There's a blister in front of the house. Well. Yes.

I messaged a few companies and they quoted me a lot of varying prices. One quoted me for copper and it was close to $2900. Another was also higher. I called Turtle & Tito's Plumbling and was able to get a reasonable estimate. One thing I did like was that it's a family business. He said that he would work with me on the pricing and I had a good vibe from him so I made an executive decision and called my fiancé. Lol

Anyways we chose to work with Josue aka Tito. He did a really great job communicating the whole process to me. He explained what the work scope would be and the time frame. He was able to complete the job within a day. Thankfully he did. It was a lot of work and today was really HOT. He also sent me progress pictures and explained what he was doing which made me feel comfortable.

Highly recommend Tito's for any plumbing repairs! Had little to no pressure to all my sinks and showers with orange water coming from the hot water pipes, had multiple estimates but decided to call and get a free quote.  Best decision I've made! Professional and thoroughly explained the process and reason's why the plumbing corrodes. Appreciate the help Tito!

Worst service ever. Did not cancel appointment. Did not show up. When he finally responded, he attempted to gaslight me by telling me basically what did I expect from a free estimate.

The odd part is I had paragraphs of messages with this man, We also spoke on the phone twice. He gave me a price and a window. He looked at several pics. And then decided not to show up and made it my fault.

I can't imagine that all of the positive reviews are real. If you take the time to read the negative ones you will see the pattern. Maybe they are good when they actually show up. Good riddance.

We had an outside faucet that had rusted work the water hose attached. We tried everything to get it off. Finally after gallons of watered water, time and energy, I convinced my husband to call a plumber. We are so glad that we called Turtle and Tito. They were able to schedule us within a day. The service man came within the appointed time and finished quickly. They job looks professional and we are pleased. The price was a little less than others had quoted and because of YELP, we got an additional discount. We suggest this company highly. Give them a try.

Just had Josue from Turtle and Tito's plumbing come out to fix a leaking gas valve. He did a great job. He was quick, friendly, and communicated very well. And they did it for half of what some other companies were quoting me. I will definitely be giving them a call next time I need a plumber.

These guys are awesome, and Josh is the man! Had an urgent situation/emergency that called for a same-day repair, and Josh was able to make the tight timeline work. He's an absolute lifesaver, and if it weren't for him, the pressure regulator in my home would still be reading 140lbs. not to mention putting the plumbing at risk. Could not thank these guys enough - add top-notch responsiveness and customer service to boot, and you've got the real deal here!

We had a leak out in our front coming from the main water line. Turtle and Tito's wasn't the first company we called to get an estimate , but they were the company we went with for repairs. Why? Fast reliable service. Took a fraction of the time it took our old plumber to do the work and over 100 dollars cheaper to do the same work. Very polite and friendly and their prices are much cheaper than everyone else I contacted.

The response was quick over Yelp messages. Very friendly and informative. The work was done about 45 mins outside the time window that was given. Once they arrived we agreed on service that was reasonable.

The owner, Joshua, came by to give me an estimate for a drain replacement, and main line replacement/jetting. He was very honest, and answered all questions I asked. He sent over a detailed quote (itemized), with different options that best fit my budget. He even went out of his way to give me a special detailed inspection of my main line. His quotes also are extremely competitive, if not better, than other plumbing companies I contacted. Definitely give these guys a call for your plumbing needs/questions!

We hired Josue to install brand new Hybrid water heater and he did really good job. With a flexible schedule and competitive prices we're happy with his service, would highly recommend.

My toilet started to back up after I just replaced the entire toilet. so I was obviously pretty upset, so my lady looked up Turtle and Tito's plumbing and they showed up immediately.  They were polite, which made me feel Really comfortable, but also really knowledgeable. I was shown pictures of previously completed jobs and was convinced these guys knew their craft.  They got the job done quick and we're really communicative throughout the entire process.  I give them a 5 out of 5 for sure. Do yourself a favor and call these guys up for any plumbing issues.

I am so grateful for this team who came out for my condo. I've been having a leak for a while and I have had four different plumbers come through my condo recently to find the leak and they didn't do have as much as Joshua and his colleague did when they were here. They know what they are doing, they are thorough, committed to finding the true cause of the problem and take all the steps necessary to narrow down the possible causes. They take the time to explain to you everything about the possible causes and what they discover to be the issue. I truly appreciated a real honest company that considers the customer and is open to be transparent about questions to better understand how to prevent further leaks/issues. They were completely professional, on time and didn't leave until they did everything possible to get the problem figured out. It's hard to find good companies like this so I recommend them 100%!!!

Scheduled a service with Joshua. He never showed, never called to say he would be late, nothing. After leaving messages he finally responded an hour and a half later saying he got tied up on another job and that he could come out the next day. When I asked what time I got the same lousy customer service no response.

Maybe you shouldn't advertise service when you don't provide it. Wasted my time for a simple faucet replacement.

Highly recommended! I called Joshua yesterday to see if he could give me a quote for a leaking bathtub valve. He came out right away this morning to check out the leak and gave me a quote free of charge. His prices are highly competitive, better and more reasonable than other places. I decided to go ahead and get the valves cartridge fixed and he was in an out in less than an hour. I also got a 90 day labor guarantee. Showed up at my house within the appointment time. Gave me a good quote. There was another problem that came up but he was willing to work with and getting it fix.

My bathroom faucet was leaking. Joshua and Hussein came, asked questions, discovered the issue, went to the store to buy the part, fixed the issue and put everything back together within an hour. LEAK SPECIALIST 100% - THE REAL DEAL.  

I have a two story home.  My kids bathroom sits above the kitchen.  Water starts pouring into my kitchen from the ceiling - no visible leaks from toilet or shower - everything looked normal - no water on bathroom floor.  It is 8pm on Wednesday night - called various plumbers - no one is answering - I called Turtle and Tito's Plumbing - Josh was professional and fit me into his schedule. He came out and found the leak - fixed it like the experienced plumber that he is.  

It is difficult to find individuals who pride themselves in their trade.  I highly recommend Josh for your plumbing needs.

Today I went on Yelp for a plumber due to my toilet not flushing.  It apparently had something in it that prevented it from flushing  When I went on Yelp they gave me several plumber's and I chose this company.
They said they would respond today for what I needed.  When Jovue and co-worker came I explained what I needed and they started right to work on the problem.  They unclogged my toilet and explained to me what had clogged it.  I was happy to pay him because of the service he and his co-worker performed.  I let Jovue know that I will call him in the future for other jobs. I am so happy with this company.

Joshua is very proffesional in the job, he resolved the problem I had with a broken valve cartridge in the shower. He made the fix and he did it very well for an affordable price. I highly recommend him!!

Amazing work..great fast..only plumbers that were able to tell me an actual number or the phone and beat out the ones that came out to give me a price when they did come out to look...not only did they replace my 2004 water heater but they also changed my valves that didn't shut off the water and leaking slickers in backyard and front and they did my sink garbage disposal and faucet...these guys are straight beast....100 percent awesome.

Had a party on Saturday night and one of my guest notice our valve behind my fridge was leaking water. Next morning after calling 20 different plumbers I Called Turtle and Titos and they were the only one that were able to come out on Sunday I spoke with the Tech Josue he was very polite and knowledgeable and was at my house in a hour and half  and completed the job very quickly.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED quick service, great pricing, and reliable.

Water heater went out had an outrageous quote from another company so landlord called these guys and they are the best! They picked up the water heater and installed it in a few hours and made sure I was kept in the loop the whole time. I texted them a question after they left and I was called right away. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

My husband and I were initially referred to Tito's by a friend. We had a small leak coming from an outdoor faucet and also had drain issues with the bathroom sink. We decided it was finally time to get them looked at so we went ahead and made an appointment with Josue(owner). When Josue and his helper, Who, arrived they were very polite. I feel like sometimes contractors or plumbers can be somewhat intimidating but it was definitely not this way with them. They were very friendly and transparent from the start. They inspected the outdoor faucet and bathroom sink and were able to give us a free estimate. He and his helper came to fix the issues the following Monday. We were very happy with their service and pricing then. He also told us although the outdoor leak was fixed for now, we were most likely going to have to replace the main line and repipe the whole house eventually. The leak had been going on for far too long which caused damage to the other pipes. Plus the pipes were old and most likely had never been replaced before. We took note of that and got an estimate for those jobs because we knew they were the ones we were going to call when the time came. Well the next day comes around, and we noticed that there was a lot of water coming from a different pipe near the one they replaced. We called Josue right away and he informed us that they were currently in Yucaipa but once they were done they would come straight here. My husband was not there at the time so I didn't know what to do but Josue talked me through on how to to turn off the main line over the phone so water could stop coming out. They arrived pretty quickly to inspect the leak and informed us we had to replace the main line. They were unfortunately unable to to do something the day of but made sure to arrive early the following day. We also went ahead and booked them to repipe the entire house because it was eventually going to fail as well. We can't thank Josue and Who enough! They worked with us to get us great pricing for the services they provided and made sure to get these issues in an efficient and timely manner. They did not rush and took their time to get it right the first time. The entire time Josue and Who were very friendly and respectful. Josue explained each and everything they were going to have to do. Sometimes it's hard to know if you're being overcharged or getting quality work but with Tito's you will never have to question that. If you're reading this review and looking for a plumber please be sure to give them a call first! We truly are so thankful and from now on they will be the only plumbers we will ever call!

My main line was clogged.  Tito's plumbing located the problem, and explained what he was doing. Josue located and showed me where the additional water / pipe lines were. Josue is very nice and professional. I would definitely contact their company, as well as recommend Turtle and Tito's Plumbing again.

First time using this business for plumbing and I can honestly say I was pleased with their service. I had an issue with the tubs filling up with sewage. Josue was friendly and made himself available to service my property same day. They were able to provide a free estimate and communicate their findings. They snake the drains and fixed the problem. I like that they sent me photos of their process. I definitely would recommend them.

I was sooooo happy I came across these guys! I had a leaky pipe and had gotten a couple of estimates, between $4600-$5800 to fix less than 50' of pipe! Long story short, Tito (Joshua) and Who came right out to give me a free estimate. Tito explained in detail what the problem was, how they'd fix it and that they could get it done that Monday (this was late Saturday afternoon I had the estimate!). Their communication is excellent, they are polite and professional. The work was done on time, they were friendly (even with my bratty children aka my pets, lol). The price was less than HALF of the cheapest estimate I had gotten. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and hire these guys, they are THE BEST and I'll be using them for the foreseeable future!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and I couldn't get anyone to come out for same day service. Tito called me right away and was able to squeeze us in his already busy schedule. To make the situation even more stressful we were communicating via text and phone as I was at work and left my Son at home to let him in. He was very professional and communicated everything he was doing, he found the issue and was able to clear our drain. His pricing was very reasonable and fair, I would definitely recommend his services

Our kitchen faucet began leaking badly. I tried to close the shut off valve for the sink. It didn't work, so I had to shut off the water to the house. I called Turtle and Tito's. They said they had another emergency, but would be there when they were done. They came later that day and fixed the shut off value so we could turn the water back on. They were very helpful and did a great job.

Came in for free estimate, started the work which was a big job multiple things they had to do. Done in a few days and kept us in the loop and prices where reasonable. The team was respectful always on time and considerate when kids where at home and safety was issue. They're fast safe and very professional.
