I had a leak in my yard and Emergency Response Plumbers were on it! They were here in less than 2 hours and had the problem fixed same day. I think Christian is the fastest digger I've seen... he is also a hard worker, knowledgeable, and friendly. Imagine this: Saturday night, sewage is pouring out of a drain in the garage, flooding everything it can touch with brown water. There are clumps of toilet paper being squeezed out of the pipe with each flush or shower.

Call up Home Warranty on Sunday morning to see if they can send someone out, but no luck, as very little plumbers work on Sundays. Home Warranty requires at least 24 hours response time, so they ask me to wait. With a garage full of dirty water, I can't wait.

So I call up ERP, and they respond within a few minutes. Arrange for a plumber to come out in a few hours, same day. Of course it was going to be expensive, being a Sunday and all, but the situation at hand can't wait.

Christian shows up, right on time, wearing a mask and shoe covers when he ventures into the home. He quickly diagnoses the problem (main line drain clogged), isolates the source (figure out which cleanout to operate out of) and gets to work. To put it in detail, he even put shoe covers on the wheels of the machines that he brought in.

The wire went to work instantly and within 10 minutes or so, it had found the clog and cleared it up. In about an hour, Christian resolved my problem and all the drains in my home was flowing in the right direction again. He then helped me clean up the towels and newspaper that we had been using to soak up the water, even though he didn't have to.

In the end, the total cost was well worth the service that Christian provided. I will not hesitate to call ERP the next time I need emergency plumbing services.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and we also had an issue with our air gap expelling water when the dishwasher was running. I called a few different plumbers but was not able to schedule for the same day due to a holiday. ERP responded quickly and they arrived at my house about 2 hours after I called. I appreciated the text letting me know when the guys were en route. Ricky and Chris were very professional and friendly and took great care in keeping the area where they were working clean. They also wore booties and masks in the house which was greatly appreciated. They diagnosed the issues, presented me with the cost breakdown so there were no surprises, and they fixed everything quickly. I felt that their fee was more than fair considering the work that they performed. I was very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I called ERP around 8:45pm the night before we were leaving on vacation for what we thought was an emergency plumbing issue. We ended up not needing their services and cancelled the job shortly after our original call but their technician showed up anyway just to check on us and came in about 45 minutes rather than the 60-90 they originally quoted us. Chris and Christian came out to help me assess a slab leak in my condo. They both were extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I love this plumber!! Christian is absolutely the best!! I have used ERP at least 4 times in the past year for both our house and our rental property and Christian has always done a terrific job! He is always super responsive and answers his phone every time! His prices are always very reasonable and he has also saved me lots of money by being very honest about what really needs to be done! I will never use any other plumber. Everyone wants an honest, reliable, and responsive plumber, few exist and Christian is the real deal!! I highly recommend him whenever you need plumbing work! We noticed water running from our lawn into the sidewalk and realized we have a leaking pipe somewhere. Called ERP and Christopher showed up within a few hours and was able to rather quickly identify the source of the problem which turned out to be somewhere in the sprinkler system. He explained the process of fixing it. I mostly admired his honesty when he told me that there are cheaper options than having them do the job. They'll definitely be my go to business for any future problems. It's refreshing to know they're not only after your money and are actually here to help.

Called Chris on a Sat morning...we were without hot water. He was able to fit us in same day and explained the pros and cons of fixing an old water heater vs replacing with a new one. I am really glad I called.

My toilet was not flushing properly and there was a mildew smell between the bathroom and laundry room.

Christian came out with Tim on time, actually let us know when they were on their way.

I had the pleasure to see how he could actually use his state of the art computer to see if anything was clogged 50 feet under. It was cool.

Very friendly, professional and detail oriented.

Clean everything up afterwards.

William took the call and was very nice on the phone. It's 57 dollars to come out and that was refunded from the total amount of the job, I thought that was so fair.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a pipe burst late one night and had to shut off all the water to the house. Emergency Response Plumbers got out to see us that following afternoon where all other places couldn't come until later in the week. this is definitely a case of 5 star review should be at least three times that !! came home to a lovely river running out the back of our garage. called ERP after calling several other companies who could not come out till the next day or later. Christian answered the phone and said he would actually stop by on his way to help another customer in need so he could see if he could even help us. by the time he arrived, which was under 20 minutes, we had a small lake developing in the kitchen. once arrived, he let us know his thoughts as to what was happening and that the repair could definitely be accomplished.
was so worth the wait of only a day to have all piping options explained, for us to decide and to have the work completed. he and Chris and Richard even helped with a long overdue shower pressure issue we had going on at the same time. no charge ! and the repipe was so beautifully done.
it has been a month and everything is awesome !! we now know who to call for anything water related and for pure peace of mind.

I never leave Yelp reviews unless I'm compelled by such outstanding service. After a failed attempt by my husband to fix a leaking shower, we frantically called ERP to avoid further damage. Christian responded promptly first by calling my husband to discuss the issue and was at our house within the hour. The issue ended up being more complicated than expected so Christian stayed late in the evening to fix it. This review is long overdue after my third visit from Emergency Response Plumbers. We all know that plumbers have a reputation for being messy, not so professional and not so on-time. Sorry, all you plumbers out there, it is an unfortunate stigma. These guys recognized this and decided to go out of there way to be exactly the opposite. One of our irrigation pipes broke in the backyard. After three years in a new home we found out that our irrigation line was on a separate shut off versus the main for our home.

But I didn't know this, and I called ERP and the team around 6:30 in the morning and they woke up one of their guys and sent him on his way.

While in route I was able to contact the water company and they recommended a shut off at the street, I was able to complete this and the deluge of water that was pouring through my rear yard, flooding the grass and dumping into the pool was stopped. I called ERP back and said no need to come in that I was happy to pay the wake up fee for their effort.

Not only did they say no fee was necessary, but Tim the plumber who was sent to my home, continued his journey and arrived at the house just to make sure everything was OK.

It's these types of businesses that have an innate sense of responsibility and service and high work ethic that are going to do best as this world changes, I'm very thankful to the team at ERP and wanted to write a glowing review for their service.

My sewage was backing up into my house and I needed to call someone to get my pipes flowing again. I called one of the big guys and they came out and told me what my options were and how much it would cost to fix it. Something told me that I was not getting accurate information so I'm glad I called Chris at ERP for a second opinion.

He put a camera down my pipes and let me know alternative ways to get the plumbing flowing again which did not require the tens of thousands of dollars that the other guys told me I would need to spend. Had I not called Chris and believed what the big guys said, I would have spent tens of thousands of dollars which was not necessary. Chris gave me an extremely fair price and got the job done so efficiently.

He is definitely now my plumber and I would recommend him to anyone else who needs work done.

I found a leak in my garage wall in the evening, so called and was given a 2 hour window and the plumber arrived around 9:15 pm. He checked different things and ultimately thought I may have a pressurized pipe leak, so started drilling into the drywall at 11 at night and then after 3 holes, determined it was coming from upstairs and went and pulled my fridge out and found that the valve that the hose was connected to was leaking. I had him replace the valve then because the price he quoted was only $40 more than booking it for a later time and he left a 1 am and I went to bed feeling relieved. Then the following day, the fridge guys came and it turns out the plumber had accidentally put in a 3/8 valve instead of the standard 1/4. I texted ERP to confirm, and one of the owners (Chris Y) immediately responded and confirmed it was incorrect, apologized and offered to come out the next day to repair it. At that point, my fridge guys had already spent over 1.5 hours finding an adapter and were then able to repair it and didn't think I needed it replaced anymore.

The reason why I still give them 5 stars is because Chris immediately asked how else he could make it better, and though I decided to just stick with the wrong valve, he refunded me the labor cost of the valve installation and paid for my fridge repair guys' labor. He said I'd see the reimbursement the next day, but I received notification of the refund before I went to bed that night and he followed up immediately the next morning to make sure I received it. He said they're more about forming positive working relationships, which is clearly evident. I'm so impressed with how he handled the situation and his honest and efficient response. I'll definitely be referring them to friends and using them in the future, which I hopefully won't need to.

A 1000 stars!!! Our son broke a water pipe in our yard and we quickly learned all of the yard's plumbing was done incorrectly without proper shut off capability. ERP immediately called me back after business hours and got right to my house in 10 mins! Christian is a godsend! This company is wonderful!
We had a major leak in a wall in the kitchen.

I called them around 8:30pm.
Walked me through how to shut off the water for the night so I didn't have to pay extra for an Emergency night visit.

Next morning they showed up to do the work, talked my wife through everything that needed to be done, explained the different options to fix it.

My wife said their was absolutely no pressure, no gimmicks.

Christian thoroughly cleaned up after himself, then double checked our water pressure just to make sure the pipe popping wasn't related to too much pressure in the pipes.

Loved the honesty and professionalism!

An amazing company. Christian was professional, kind, informative. His work. excellent Iam in the midst of a complete remodel Thw last room my mastee bathroom . However, the plumber that did the plumbing work in my shower left a small leak in the pipe. I woke up to find water running down my wall in my den and my ceiling buckling... a soggy mess.

Had a water leak in my attic after 9:00 pm Friday night just before this 4th of July Holiday weekend. Called EMR and was not expecting anyone to answer but my call was answered and I explained my issue. The Gentleman told me A tech would be calling me shortly. In less then 10 minutes Chris Yerena called and explained my options very clearly. We agreed on 10 am to 12 pm Saturday. At 9:45 am Saturday Chris was en route and was at my house before 10:00 am. Chris diagnosed the problem and it was taken care of. Chris was very professional and honest. Clean and well organized. I was fairly charged for the work performed. I had a pipe breakage happen after hours. The pipe was located outside of my condo in the walls. The water was leaking into my neighbor's garage.

It had to be fixed asap. I immediately went on Yelp to look for a plumber. I chose ERP because of the great reviews AND they had the word, Emergency in their name. It was definitely an emergency. Plus, they operate 24 hours (except Sundays).

I called and left a message. In less than one minute, I received a call back. They were at my home in less than an hour.

Having a dependable plumber is essential and Chris Yerena of ERP plumbing is the best plumber I've found over the years after trying dozens of different companies.
What makes Chris (one of the owners - it's a family business and they really care about you vs a big corporation) so great is that:
1. he is super knowledgable and experienced - he can diagnose problems and also point out preventative maintenance that should be done
2. you get very clear cost quotes and the prices are reasonable
3. he is reliable = he shows up on time as scheduled
4. he does quality work = I have used his company 2 times now and all of the work has lasted and been of high quality
5. he is a nice person = as a woman I feel very comfortable having him in my home while I'm alone
6. he cleans up after himself and doesn't leave any mess
7. customer satisfaction is very important to ERP plumbing and I've always been completely satisfied with them doing high quality plumbing repairs and maintain in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to find me matching faucets when I needed some replaced so they matched perfectly with what I had
They also service tankless hot water heaters in addition to normal plumbing which I appreciated.
Overall, ERP pluming are fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone who wants a reliable, high quality plumber!

Our bathroom sink (double sink) was clogged. I called ERP mid morning - and they came by mid afternoon to fix the issue. Tim was our plumber -- he was very professional and efficient. We had a main water line break. They were able to respond within 4 hours of the call. They arrive on time, estimated the project and began work. the project ended up taking another day, but they provided a temporary solution so we could have water until the next day prior to starting the job the next day. they arrived the next day on time and finished a difficult job with the addition of tree root removal and addition rework so we do not have the problem in the future. I am going to give another 5 star review to Emergency Response Plumbers. I had an issue with a leaking toilet, called ERP and they were out here the first thing the next morning. Ricky walked me through the issue, explaining the problem with photos, then got right to work to replace the rusted flange and install a new wax ring. Everything good as new without having to replace the toilet. Both Ricky and Chris were punctual, professional, and pleasant! We will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Great service! We were having an issue with our water heater (rust sediment) and I decided to flush the tank myself for the first time. During the process I accidently turned the pilot light off of the heating system and was unable to get it started. After calling several plumbing companies, I called ERP and Chris helped me fixed the problem over the phone. I decided to have him come to look at the water heater because I knew the flush did not get rid of all the sediment. He came and serviced the water tank, and replaced the deteriorated anode rod. This is where I had found ERP so I am back here to share my honest feedback.

The plumber that we had used for several years had been missing-in-action for the past 2 years now. Fortunately, we didn't have any plumbing need (or emergency) ... not until now. The pipe outside the house (connected to our kitchen sink) was leaking water out. Not an emergency but I started Yelping to hopefully have it fixed (sooner than later) and found ERP. My husband also tried to reach out to a couple of plumbers he found on Yelp but none of them responded. I called 3 plumbers -- one couldn't come until after a week, one did not return my call, and ERP (my husband asked me to call them).

Christian returned my call within 5-10 minutes and said he (or another team member) would come to our house the next day. They had communicated with me through emails and text messages (to confirm the appointment and to give their ETA/status). Ricky came within the promised ETA, and said if unclogging the drain resolves the leak then there's no need to open up the dry wall to further inspect the pipes. Unclogging stopped the leak! He was in and out within an hour and cleaned up after.

Another reason why I felt the need to yelp is...
There was an unexpected billing-related error due to some miscommunication. When I asked Ricky about it, he wasn't aware of the conversation I had with Christian but did say that he was going to speak with him to get it resolved. Christian immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized for it. Overall, working with these guys was very pleasant and easy.

Ricky did a great job and was very respectful. I do admire him for not brushing me off when I mentioned about the invoice mistake and thankful to Christian for keeping his word. Thanks guys! I think we found our new plumbers.

Our water heater went out and even during the initial phone call they were attempting to solve the problem over the phone without having to come out. As a homeowner who lives in another city they provided reliable and trustworthy information to base decisions off of. I had a double sink clogged in the master bath. I called ERP at 11:00 AM. They had a technician at my door by 12:30. They fixed the drains and installed a trap to reduce the cost of future problems. This company is wonderful! They have helped us while in a bind twice now and they are the first company we will call. Our kitchen sink clogged and our home warranty was being difficult and we couldn't go any longer without it so we called ERP. Ricky came out Saturday morning and we expected it to be a quick appointment, after 2 hours he had to step away for a few other quick appointments because our clog was apparently not simple! He promised to be back between 3-5 and was determined to get our sink working again. He got back at 3pm and after a series of complications with the plumbing out of his control, he was able to get the sink working again by 8pm. He explained everything that was going on so I knew exactly what was happening, what most likely caused it and how to prevent the situation from happening again. I also appreciate that he explained it all to me without being condescending. He also shared some tips for next time we buy a house that will be very helpful and cost saving. I wanted to thank Chris, Felix and Cristian for coming out within an hour of my request to detect and fix my urgent gas leak problem. We are close to the holidays and plumbers are all busy!

They went down into our unchartered underground crawlspace and mapped out where everything was, then thoroughly pressure checked all of the appliances and gas pipes and made sure they didn't miss anything. They located where the gas pipe leak was. They cut and capped that line, eliminating the device. In the testing process they replaced two of our old gas valves, and found and fixed two additional small gas leaks that we had not noticed.

They got the job done in less than 3 hours. This was awesome. They also alerted us and personally showed us a water leak that they had discovered in the crawlspace, and let us know that the size of the gas pipe feeding to our pool heater was too small for that heater, was not up to code and was probably the reason why our pool heater had crashed a few times ever since we bought the house two months ago. They recommended that we follow up with our home warranty to fix these issues.

During the Presidents Day weekend I got a call from my tenant at my rental home. She said there was a huge leak in the upstairs bathroom. My previous plumber moved out of the area so I had to scramble to find one now. I searched through yelp and found ERP. Roots growing into our pipes have always been a problem, but so has finding plumbers who are not only skilled but honest, friendly, communicative, and trust-worthy. We've gone through quite a few plumbers before reaching out to Emergency Response Plumbers, and these guys are THE BEST. They are passionate about what they do, and they do it with integrity. They will tell it to you straight, and the work they do is quality. They take the time to answer questions, they're thorough in their triaging, and the finished result of any work they do is quality. We hired ERP for the second time when our downstairs bathroom was backed up with a gnarly blockage. We enjoyed our experience the first time we called them (smaller job that was a band-aid fix - a decision I made to buy me some time for a bigger job which is what the second call was for - felt no pressure by them while making this decision). We already knew roots were a problem, but unsure if they were connected to this blockage (spoiler alert: it was). Christian came same day - on a Friday no less - (within 2 hours of us calling), and he spent time to answer all my questions and walk me through what issues he was seeing. He fed the camera through and basically gave me a director's cut of what we saw through the camera. Long story short, we decided that getting an outside clean-out installed to hydrojet the roots to oblivion was the best course of action (recommended during the first visit by Chris). Christian was able to schedule us next business day (Monday), giving me a one hour window. He arrived with Richard at 9:30 am on the dot, and they immediately started the work. Super communicative throughout the whole thing, and after almost 7 hours of excavating, installing the clean-out, and hydrojetting, Christian and Richard took another solid hour or so explaining their findings, showing me the tie-ins and how the water flows through the pipes, and showing me the end result of all their amazing work. They were incredibly thorough. I would've been tired after 7 hours of work and ready to go home, but Christian and Richard were so thorough with their explanations, and they really took the time to help me understand the conditions of the pipe, things I might need to consider in the future, etc.

I can go on and on, but it really boils down to this: these guys are the best plumbers I've ever worked with, and they have given me absolute peace of mind. And we've seen a lot of plumbers due to our old pipes. Legit cannot sing enough praises about them. So easy to talk with and super communicative. Competitive pricing, great service, and quality work. Definitely going to stick with them for as long as they're around! If you need a dependable and honest plumber, go with ERP.

We got a leak last Sunday and immediately called insurance. They sent out 2 plumbers who couldn't find the leak but said call us if it starts leaking, we will come right out. Plumbing may seem easy, but I messed up despite being professionally trained via YouTube. My plumbing error led to turning off the water main for 14 hours. I called ERP after hours after detecting a slab leak in my down stairs powder room. Chris was very helpful and we found the water turn off. first of all, someone on call did called me back on thanksgiving day morning. It not your dispatcher, office is closed or no dispatcher that day.
I did credit you for pick up the phone to help me out, and said someone will call me back, which he did.

This is the point. He did not want to go to work at 11am.

so for the service price and do not want to go to work, why advertised 24/7 ? I am servicing my customer here in Vegas, and tried to get service in Mission Viejo. And you give excused that you only do with homeowner when I am paying for it. That incredible. My family has always been the DIY type of family. I decided it was a good idea to use a saw near copper pipe while remodeling my powder room. You can guess how this story ends...

I was in a huge pickle because my shutoff valve decided it didn't want to actually shut off the water to the house. Like I do often, I turned to Yelp to find an emergency plumber.

These guys took my call and dispatched a plumber as quickly as they possibly could. Tim arrived at my home within the specified ETA, and within 2 minutes Niagara Falls turned off.

I realized on a Saturday afternoon that I had a leak, which caused significant damage to my hardwood flooring, base boards and dry wall. I thought it was possibly a slab leak. I called Chris on a Saturday afternoon, expecting to leave a voicemail, but Chris himself answered the phone. He proceeded to walk me through various detection methods to determine if it was a slab leak, and gave me advice on what to do. He and his colleague, Ricky, then came out first thing Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed what turned out to be a leak from the toilet. We turned had a shower that was turned on and then wouldn't turn off. I called a bunch of places that wouldn't be able to get to us for days (unless I wanted to pay double for an after-hours call). I contacted ERP, and they were able to get to give me an arrival window an hour after I called them. I even received a text, giving me a heads up that they were on their way to my house.

Christian and his assistant were able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Apparently the faucet is a specialized fixture that required a particular part to fix. If he was unable to get the part, he told me how he could temporarily cap the fixture so we could turn the water back on to the rest of the house. Fortunately, the part was available. Christian drove out to get the part and returned quickly.

I most appreciated ERP and Christian's communication. Christian took the time to explain to this plumbing layperson what happened, what was going on, what needed to be done, and even followed-up with me.

Needed a terrible leaking pipe fixed asap and found ERP online. We had a previous pipe issue that needed to be fixed and I was not happy with the previous company we hired to fix it. They made a big hole on our ceiling which was impossible for my hubby or I to patch up ourselves. It's always a flag when someone creates such a mess that can cost us double just to seal the hole on our ceiling.
So glad we found ERP. They responded back pretty quick. Fairly new company, but gosh were we happy we went with them. Chris and Richard were amazing!! Slab leak. Two words that strike fear and dread into the heart of homeowners. A few days ago I was the unfortunate victim of a slab leak. I was preparing to go upstairs to bed for the evening when I found a large pool of water in front of my refrigerator. I had been hearing what sounded like running water for a few days but could not determine the source until that evening. I called ERP at 1am and William said that he could send someone out or I could simply turn off the water and wait until the following morning. I chose the latter and the next morning, a nice young man named Tim showed up and diagnosed the issue as being a possible slab leak. He informed his office of what he discovered and then told me that Chris and Christian would be coming out to further diagnose the issue I was having.

Chris appeared on my doorstep shortly thereafter and informed me that he would be joined by his twin brother Christian to assist. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and politeness and he was dressed appropriately for this Covid time we're in. As Chris was getting the layout of the house as well as the location of all of the water fixtures, his brother Christian arrived and they began searching for the source of the leak in earnest. They informed me that they would be cutting no more than four holes in the drywall to locate the water manifold and were true to their word as only three holes were cut, one of which I suggested they do because I'm stupid.

They then listened very carefully to the cluster of pipes to determine which one was leaking and discovered the culprit. They were able to trace it back to the other side so they knew where the other end of the pipe ended. I was then presented with a couple of different choices to remediate the problem; epoxy or re-routing the pipe around the leak. I chose epoxy and a team of subcontractors came out to perform the action.
The following day, Chris came back out to reinstall some of the drywall (a portion had to be left off so I could get an estimate from a restoration company, not affiliated) and cleaned up after the epoxy team finished their testing and reinstatement.

In the end, I have to commend ERP for having such wonderful employees. Chris and Christian are true professionals and have set the bar very high for the industry. Their knowledge, work ethic and empathy were exactly what was needed to ally my anxiety regarding the whole slab leak experience. I've had other good plumbers in the past but these guys were truly exceptional and I will always use them for any future plumbing need and implore you to do the same. You will NOT regret it and will sing their praises just as I have here.

Very reliable, and came to our home for an emergency situation on a Sunday. They were much faster to respond than any of the other large plumbing services. ERP had a much narrower window for arrival, where the larger company said they would come within an 8-hour window. This is an updated review. After going without hot water for a couple of days, which I don't recommend, we decided to have ERP install the new water heater. As before, I had a time window and they arrived very close to the earliest time and got to work immediately. They were very friendly, yet professional at the same time. The water heater was installed in no time. I was surprised at how quickly the work was done. Even my neighbors who were outside putting up their Christmas lights made nice comments about them. Later in the day my son went to take a shower and the water was just warm so I called Chris and let him know. He wanted to wait on the phone until I had hot water but I told him I would run the water and let him know if it didn't get hot. Well, it did heat up perfectly and I was so happy to get my Thanksgiving dishes done! Just a note, the other plumbers I called on Wednesday have yet to return my call. It is now Sunday. I would again highly recommend ERP.

I was in a sticky situation after another plumber failed to show for a job requiring my hot water heater to be moved so that a patch of wall could be addressed by an asbestos abatement team (following a sewage leak some weeks prior). A relatively small job - temporarily disconnecting and relocating a HW heater by just a few feet and adding some extensions - but the team of Chris and George put the emergency in Emergency Response Plumbers because they were here just an hour after I reached out to them! True life savers because had they not showed right then, I would have had to postpone the abatement project, which would have come at a great expense.

You just can't beat having a good plumber to rely on when something goes wrong. I will definitely use these guys again.

Woke up to an overflowing toilet leaking through the floor and into the garage. My wife immediately called ERP for help based on the terrific Yelp reviews. The employee who answered her call was professional and told us we'd have help within a 2-hour timeframe. Tim showed up to our house, very friendly and professional. I had a bathroom sink that was clogged, full of water and leaking in the cabinet. Unfortunately I have people coming to stay at the house and needed it fixed right away. I must have called 10 plumbers at 3:00 on Friday who either didn't answer or just couldn't do it. Then I called the Emergency Response Plumbers.
Ricky Macias came out and did just a super job. He diagnosed the problem, kept me in the loop with how it needed to be handled. When the pipe still had residue that he couldn't get rid of (after clearing the pipe) he actually switched out the pipe for no additional cost. 5 stars isn't enough for Chris and his awesome team!!!

In the past month,I have needed the service of Emergency Response Plumbers twice, once at our business location and the other at our personal residence. While that would normally be a nightmare in itself, I am pleased to say that both situations were handled quickly and efficiently, thanks to Chris and his hard-working crew!

At our business location, we were hosting a large event and had a couple hundred people in attendance at the time,when the ladies room toilet became clogged. I called ERP around 7pm and by 8pm, the problem was fixed completely, the bathroom cleaned up and back in use! I don't think any of our guests even knew there was an issue at all!

Last night, we had a plumbing emergency at home...while someone was showering in one bathroom, the water was not draining properly and became backed up in the other bathroom, leaking huge amounts of water all over the house. It turns out that the drain that goes out from the house to the street had gotten clogged over time, from tree roots that grew into the ground pipes, and water was backing up into the house in an awful way. Chris sent George over right away, and he quickly cleared/cleaned the major clog with a drain snake, even sending down a camera for closer inspection of the root damage.

All of my interactions with this business have been easy, professional and pleasant! I am so thankful to know that I can rely on them! And I highly recommend Chris and his team for any and all of your plumbing needs!!!

Very impressive service! My call was answered very quickly, I was put in touch Christian who both gave advice over the phone about fixing the problem and coordinated with me and my landlord in order to figure out what to do.
Christian arranged for a different plumber to make the house call so it could be done earlier. The other plumber was just as friendly, and even though the problem was fixed very easily he spent a good 20-30 minutes giving advice on avoiding such issues and suggesting how it could be fixed myself next time.

I've been told by many, there are a few quality professionals you'll need and place your trust in your life. A doctor, a mechanic and a plumber.

This year has, we've had to use the plumber WAY MORE than we'd like, but we've definitely found one we'll keep and trust for many years to come. The guys at ERP, have helped us through some messy situations this year, including a slab leak, which needed their expertise in: leak detection, isolating and capping the leak, which then needed a re-route...to our water heater leaking requiring a full replacement, to simply fixing a leaking toilet where a massive tree root was removed and then toilet was reset. All of which were done exceptionally well.

What puts Christian and Chris, above the rest is their attention to detail, their education of your current situation and also going over preventative measures to ensure you know how to handle the situation, if a next time occurs. Most of all, their kindness and patience through a stressful situation. These guys have become family with how often we've needed them, and we couldn't have asked for a better group of guys. They are always prompt and thorough in their work and I would highly recommend ERP to any of my family or friends needed assistance with anything plumbing.

These people are absolutely the best!! Had a sewage spill late one evening, they were there within an hour, located the problem, coordinated with the city and took care of everything on my side. Had main sewer drain back up into the bathroom ,laundry room and kitchen was a mess. Last week hired a plumber who had snaked the drain but did not use a cam to see what was happening and we had a second backup, Chris and his team saved the day they came over Cam and all found the blockages , installed new clean out backflow preventer , and hydro blasted the lines. I was happy the problem was diagnosed , Chris gave me different options and went the extra mile as you can see he was in the trenches working and also left my space spotless (see pictures) . There are many plumbers out there and we are happy with our choice . I would highly recommend ERP Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I would give Ricky & ERP 6 stars if I could. We had the joy of a spraying pinhole leak in the wall, and called a number of plumbers for an emergency repair on the weekend as we had to shut down all water to the house. Living that way for any period isn't fun, but Ricky saved the day coming out on Sunday for the repair so we could begin water mitigation ASAP.

Ricky was extremely professional, had great communication, and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Called them to fix a leaking connection/fixture that was in place when I moved in 2 years ago. I had added a brass connector to run a water line for my refrigerator. I was quoted a $95 fee; it only needed tightening or so I thought.

when the technician arrived, I was quoted $289 to repair my dripping washer connection. It's dripping and I cannot price shop at this point so I had them fix it.

I am still not sure why it cost this much, I had the parts newly purchased from Lowes which he refused to use. Charged me triple the price for his own parts, plus mileage from his last job which wasn't disclosed on the telephone while making the appointment. Somehow refunded the $95 visit fee so why did it cost nearly $300? I don't know.

it was a galvanized pipe for the house connection, still should have been upfront for all the charges before the visit. I do not plan to use them again.

On a Friday night around 9 pm, the ceiling below my bathroom starts dripping into my cabinetry downstairs, it's contents and flooring. I had called ERP previously, Tim showed up soon after and gave me a great estimate and work. So I thought of ERP first since they were reasonable and did a great job last time. Christian showed up soon after my call, even though it's Friday night, while the covid-19 issue is still ongoing. Even under the circumstances, he did a professional job all the way through. He gave me a few choices along with estimates and went to work right away. Did everything the right way, took all the precautions and didn't cut any corners. I definitely don't recommend doing business with this unprofessional company. Had a leak and my insurance requested they first speak to any plumber I selected prior to removing drywall so everyone is on the same page. I discussed this with William and he was completely unprofessional and rude about the very idea. No respect for the customer at this place and in my books a business to stay away from.

Update: In response to Chris's comment, I asked William to first communicate with insurance so everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises. His plumber wanted to make a hole in the wall and my insurance agent wanted to review and discuss with the plumber everything before anything was done. But William was incredibly rude to me and told me not to tell him how to run his business after bringing up my insurance company and that in the past I have had plumbers I worked with first engage with my insurance. This is professional? I wanted my insurance involved per their request, but William did not engage in this conversation in more detail after cutting me off and implying I was telling him how to run his business. Shortly thereafter I found another plumber who has been actively in touch with my insurance and this has helped smooth the whole process over.

10 PM and shower tap broken clean off at the metal rod, with water gushing out into the shower area. No master control valve in the bathroom or to the 2nd floor of the house. Shut down the water supply to the house and called ERP. They couldn't send a person right away but scheduled Tim Hudzinski for 8-9 AM. He was there on time, and gave me a frank assessment. I was staring a likely large bill outside of labor, but as the work progressed, Tim salvaged enough to save me a ton of money. He used facetime to validate a way forward with his boss when faced with a choice. He was fast, open, helpful and tidy. After fixing it, he quickly helped with two other problem areas. I would recommend Tim to anyone who is faced with an unfortunate plumbing situation!

I used this company before and the rep was awesome and it was $59 and he said it pretty much fixed itself. But last week I called and 430 and yes someone came at 530 but now he says $95 to just show up and after a 5 minute snake of the master toilet I owed $284! He also couldn't stop saying how he was there after 5 and that's what they charge now during the pandemic. Seriously? Very disappointed in their integrity. Did they come within the hour? Yes. Did they unclog a toilet? Yes took all of 10 minutes from entry to done. Taking advantage of people during a public health Emergency is disappointing

We had flooding in our bathroom that was discovered early Saturday morning. We called several plumbers only to hear that they did not work on Saturday or only had one plumber who worked on Saturday and therefore they could not come to the house for 5-7 hours. Fortunately we called ERP and they were able to dispatch someone much sooner.

I called the ERP phone number on 2/15/22 and Christopher answered (the 2 brothers, Christopher and Christian, own the company) and I told him that I needed the valves on the water lines to my washing machine replaced. He quickly: gave me a quote, gave me a 2hr time range he could be there the very next day, AND sent me a pic of the valves he would use to replace mine with. Now THAT's excellent customer service! As promised, Christopher and Rickey showed up within the promised time frame, replaced my valves with ones that matched the pic he sent, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. When done, he saw another plumbing problem I had and offered to fix that (for an additional charge, of course) and so I was also able to get that fixed. Love these guys!!! Can't say enough good things about Christopher. Will use them again in a heartbeat!

ERP came out on Labor day when we discovered our water main line sprung a small leak. We never actually saw the leak, it was somewhere under the long stone steps up to the house, but the water company and the smart meter all said we were spilling about 4 gallons an hour.

They ran a bypass to the house, which made sure we had water without having to worry about the leak and then they dug out the start and end points of the mainline the next day. The following day they used a trenchless method to shoot a 'bullet' in a straight shot from the beginning to the end so we didn't lose all our landscaping and the last day they restored everything back to how it was - including helping me replant a bush that was sitting right next to the house where the main line enters.

They were super patient with my wife, happy to answer all her questions and kept her reassured everything would turn out well. Which it did, not sure what else they could have done better, very happy with the service and will certainly be using them again next time we need a plumber.

Chris and crew saved us when our water heater started leaking in the midst of the coldest winter to date. He responded promptly and tried his best to save our tankless water heater, which was only 3 years old. Rheem gave him and me the run around, so we opted for a new Noritz tankless water heater, which is serviceable parts locally. Chris recommended this as a quality heater, and using this for the last 3 weeks.... he was absolutely right. It is so much more responsive than the Rheem. He also installed a prefilter to help our heavy SoCal water not destroy our piping and fixtures. Not only did he do a great install, but he corrected a builder shortcoming, in that the builder placed our tankless heater in our 3 story condo attic without a drip pan. Chris installed a drip pan for us, therefore bringing our residence up to code should we ever sell. He also returned to teach me me how to flush the new heater and how to replace the filter. Honestly, I think I will just have him out once a year instead as to avoid operator error on my part. We are very appreciative for Emergency Response Plumbing helping in our time of need.

I feel so thankful that I found ERP. Chris and Ricky came this afternoon and were able to unclog the kitchen drain, which had been clogged all week. I had a plumber #1 out on Tuesday and he was unable to resolve the problem, and did not have any solutions other than to hire another plumber. I tried plumber #2, and he had a plan, but said I had to wait 5 days before he could do the job because he lived out of state.
I spoke with Chris this morning and he was able to make a plan and scheduled me for this afternoon. Our house is attached on the kitchen side, so there is no outside access to a clean out. He was able to use the hydro jet to clear the pipes and also, I was able to see the finished work with a camera.
He and his brother made sure the kitchen floor was protected and they cleaned up everything upon completion of the work. Thank you so much for your honest and professional work. I really appreciate it.

We had a faucet leak in our bathroom. We called Emergency Response Plumbers, and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our assigned plumber is Christian.

Even before Christian came, he called us to figure out some details and ensure the appointment will go smoothly. In particular, he recommended a particular brand of faucet that is most reliable based on his experience with clients. As new homeowners who do not know much about plumbing, we really appreciate his advice.

When Christian arrived, I asked him whether or not he would allow me to observe, so that I can learn some plumbing tricks and try to handle these things myself in the future. I didn't have much hope because this request may slow down his work and reduce his future business. However, he graciously agreed without hesitation, saying he truly wanted to help. Moreover, at every step of the work, he took the time to explain the motivation and details, making sure I can get the most out of this experience. This was a unique learning opportunity for me, and I wholeheartedly thank Christian for it.

During the repair, we encountered many obstacles due to the house and original faucet being old, but Christian easily and effectively resolved all of them. Since I observed the whole process, I can definitely tell the work is top-tier and will last a long time.

The Gas Company shut off our gas because they believed our indoor pipes were leaking and would not turn it back on until we had the problem identified and repaired. After calling 20 plumbers who I thought were closer to me (Laguna Beach) and who didn't answer the phone I called ERP. They answered my frantic call and were at my house within 45 minutes. They found the problem within 1 hour and gave me a fair quote to repair it (the gas line from the meter to my house under 3 palm trees and 4 feet of hedges).

They sent the entire crew the next day, arriving 10 minutes early and finishing by 8:30pm; they did not stop working the entire time. Job site was immaculate; dirt was piled in garbage cans (which they brought) and not on the driveway, problem was fixed and they left the job site without a trace; literally. They assured me that I would not know they were there; and they were 100% correct.

The Gas Company inspected that night and our gas was on again before we went to bed. No more cold showers! I am so lucky to have found these guys; they will do all of our plumbing in the future. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!

They were great. Clogged shower-Drano didn't work, a snake I bought didn't work, and I really wanted to take a shower. I had a leak detector company come out to the house and they said the leak was due to the rain. Once the rain stopped the leak continued and I called ERP and Chris and Christopher came out to assess the situation. I was Sooo... impressed with their thorough leak detection which the other company didn't do a third of what they did and better yet they found the leak and fixed it quickly. They also assesed a leak in the shower and advised how they could minimize the cost by giving 2 options and fixed it immediately. And since they were there I had them clean out my old copper pipes and alerted me of some root growth and the clean out area and how it could be remedy the issue in the future. I was so IMPRESSED with them and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERP. Oh, and did I mention how professional, friendly, HONEST, and their fair pricing. So on Thanksgiving day my husband was kind enough to help me in the kitchen early in the morning by helping me peel potatoes. We were expecting my parents and in-laws over around 1pm so we started cooking around 7:30am. While I was cooking I heard this terrible sound coming from our garbage disposal, only to find out that my husband had put all the potato skins down the disposal causing it to clog! Dark brown water started backing up in to our sink and at this point I could no longer use the sink. I had so much cooking to do and we were hosting Thanksgiving so we needed a plumber ASAP. My husband found them on yelp and we called them immediately. They gave us a 1.5 hr window and arrived within that time frame. Chris was very friendly and professional. He unclogged our disposal and also noticed that our pipe needed to be hydro jetted.
So we called them again to come out at a future date to do the hydro jet as well as install our new kitchen sink we bought on Black Friday. That time George came out to complete that job and he was also so nice and professional. He draped our floors and wore booties to minimize mess, which I really appreciated. He had a smile the whole time and did a great job. As a homeowner, it is not unusual to have people try to rip you off when you are at the mercy of a home repair. Sad but true. This company seems honest and I really value that. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and I would recommend them to anyone.

You never want to need an emergency plumber but if you do, you want this company! We called ERP on Thanksgiving for a bathtub faucet that would not turn off. Ricky was fantastic - prompt (at our door within 60m) professional, and he even showed us how we could fix this type of issue ourselves in the future with some specific parts! Needless to say - if I could award 10 stars, I would! We had a ruptured gas line under our fire pit, and when fire shot up out of a hole in the pit, I panicked. My wife and I just moved into a new home that had recently been completely renovated. We called SoCal Gad out to turn the gas on and it took a week to get an appointment. So no gas for a week (no hot water). SoCal finally came out and ended up finding a leak in the house line. SoCal can't turn on the gas with a hazardous leak and told us we needed to get the leak fixed. Needless to say, after a week of no hot water or stove to cook on, we were fairly desperate to get the leak fixed. We called several local plumber but none of them could help because they didn't do leak detection. Finally I found Emergency Response Plummer's. They were more than helpful on the phone and were quick to send out to techs to fix the leak. Within two hours we had two techs at our house. They were both very polite, professional, and gave me regular updates on what they were doing and how far along they were. They got right to work. After three hours, it was almost 9:00pm and they had discovered multiple leaks. They took care of everything in a very timely manor, and we were able to have SoCal gas back out the next morning to turn the gas on.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Emergency Response Plummer's. They we fast, professional and did great work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a professional experience.

I was very satisfied with Emergency Response Plumbers from the start! Ciara and Chris were very helpful with scheduling my service and were upfront about service fees from the first call. Ricky was my technician and he was very professional and thorough in his service for my kitchen sink. He took the time to cover the cabinet and my entire kitchen floor to keep it clean and was able to work quickly in a tight space. Christian, Chris and Jim were very proactive - respectful. Came out the Saturday evening before Easter 2023 within an 1 hour on late night plumbing copper water line leak. They were quick at identifying the issue and for kind and support. I have disabled son's and one with blood cancer. They were very respectful to my family special needs. Chris and Ricky did a great job of locating and repairing a pinhole leak that was inside the wall of home. Chris communicated the specific details of the leak and he was able to produce photos of the internal pipe that was leaking. Very neat, very careful, pipe connections were very neat and straight, Christian and his assistant worked hard and were very nice. Really knew what they were doing. Very professional.

The water feed from the meter to the house started leaking. Called a couple of plumbers I used before. Neither could come out right away. Found ERP on Yelp. Sent them a message and arranged for someone to come out the next day.
Christian came, checked out the problem and gave me a couple of options. I decided right away. Christian ran a temporary line so there was no leak and I had running water. A couple of days later, Christian came back with his assistant. They dug a hole near the street and one near the house. since my front yard is raised they had to dig down a good 3 1/2 feet. A couple of days later, they ran a new line and filled the two holes. Total time was a couple of days and a couple of hours. Total time without water was maybe 3 1/2 hours.
They used trash barrels to store the dirt that they dug up instead of piling it on the lawn. It kept things much cleaner. I have artificial turf in the area they had to dig up. Christian warned me that while he would be careful pulling up the turf, it could get damaged. There was no damage to the turf.

Everyone's nightmare ... got home at 5:pm and had water in the garage. Slab Leak!!

Called the Team at ERP and Chris De Losrios was fast to respond. Came out that evening ... did a basic check and shut off the water. Team of three with two trucks was there at 8:am the next day and checked all lines and found that I not only had a slab leak ... I had TWO.

I have been having a constant problem with my kitchen sink clogging up. I finally got frustrated and looked for a plumber that could hydro jet the pipes. I called Emergency Response Plumbers on a Saturday and even though my problem was not an emergency for the weekend, they answered my first call, took the time to talk to me about the situation and was open to scheduling me first thing that Monday. I shopped around and got several quotes, ERP was the very reasonable and I liked that it is family owned and operated. They did an amazing job and were professional and honest. Wow! Chris and his team are amazing. Woke up to flooding in our garage and we knew the water heater was leaking. We called the emergency line of the company that installed it and they said they'd be over within 2-3 hours. This was in the morning... every 2-3 hours, we'd call dispatch and ask what the ETA would be. By 3:30PM we weren't getting any responses anymore and so we decided to cancel on them and call ERP.

ERP returned our call within a minute. Chris mentioned that he may not be able to diagnose and get the heater as the supply shop closes at 4:30. We went ahead and sent him a picture and decided then to just replace vs. repair (the tank was old anyways and we didn't want to waste time on a fix that wouldn't fix). He asked one of his crew members to go rush to pick up the tank as the supply shop was closing, while he and another crew member came straight to our house and started working on the leak.

Within a few hours, they were in and out and we had hot water running and no more leaking! They were courteous, professional, clean and well priced. The best was how easy it was to get in touch, diagnose digitally, and get things resolved. If we had waited on the other technician, he would've likely come and said it was unfixable and would not be able to replace it until the following day or longer... and with small kids in the house, hot water is a necessity. Do yourself a favor and don't wait on plumbers who don't have the same urgency as you do when you see a leak in your home... call ERP, they care.

I do not wish on having more plumbing issues, but in the event life happens again, we will 1000% be calling Chris and his team at ERP. Thank you, Chris and team!

A bit late posting this review; however, it's no less sincere. When returning from a 2-week vacation, I noticed a leak, at the curb, from my water meter. I called Moulton Niguel Water; it was determined to be on my side of the meter....unfortunately, my responsibility. Not knowing who to call and based on their Yelp reviews, I called ERP late that afternoon; they were out the next morning (which was a Saturday). Needless to say, their service was excellent. They give me two estimates relative to the repair; one if the break went under the driveway; the other if it was repairable at the meter. Thanks be to God it was at the meter! They immediately went to work and within 3-4 hours all was well. Organized, efficient, clean, and fairly priced. I appreciate everything about the service I received and would highly recommend ERP for your plumbing needs!

I had a clean out plug issue where the thing was rusted and the typical cap wouldn't screw in anymore. I thought I needed to replace the whole thing, which I'm sure would have been extremely pricey. After sending them a few pictures they gave me an over the counter solution that basically cost me 6 dollars! Even though I didn't actually use their services they definitely have won me over! They really care about helping their customers even if it means not making money! They are great and if anything does go wrong in my house they will be the first ones I call.

Sunday after Thanksgiving our kitchen sink would not drain. I checked the trap and it was clean but then after putting it back together it leaked. We had a leak coming from somewhere upstairs leaking into our living room in Labor Day weekend. Called a few places and left messages but the only person to return my call couldn't come out until Tuesday. Understandable since is was a holiday weekend. I saw ERP in yelp and called them. Christian answered and said he could have someone out in 2.5 hours. True to his word Chris V.showed up at the early part of the two hour window (10:30) and went to work. He checked in to see if wanted him to wear a mask. Put on booties and assessed the situation. He explained what he wanted to do and got our approval. He found the problem quickly and replaced a cracked section of pipe. He explained everything to us. Cleaned up everything and left with a relieved household. They guarantee their work for one year. He was done by 12:45. It was a great experience with nice, professional people. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I called ERP at around 8pm and scheduled work for the next day even though they could have come out that evening. They were so incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to take care of our pinhole leak including handling two other areas that were on the verge of leaking.

Chris and his brother came this morning to help us with an emergency toilet overflow situation. My dad had previously called coast plumbing and they were the absolute worst on the phone to where I hung up on them. I promptly got on yelp (because my dad and step mom don't really know how to use Yelp or find people with reviews) and I saw that ERP had quite a few positive reviews so I called. Had a bad experience with this company. I called and let them know I sense a gas leak and they said they'll come the next day (they we responsive and quick in scheduling the appointment). They also said the service fee is 125 and I agreed to that. Chris then came the next day and before doing anything he said for me to do a gas leak test I will charge an additional $250, which shocked me because what is the service fee is then for? To show up and do nothing? You know the issue was gas leak, you quoted 125 to come and diagnose. It's called a service fee because it's a fee for providing a service not a fee to show up, otherwise call it show up fee. I would have even been fine if he said the gas leak test is 250 but the $125 is incorporated in that. I basically paid 125 for drive to my house. Typically, all the companies I have dealt with quote a service fee and then say if the issue costs more money to fix, we won't charge the service fee.

But Chris said no, we don't do that during weekends!!! And was very upset by the suggestion. Ultimately, he said i have to pay 125 even if I want him to leave at that point and so have some thinking i asked him to perform the job because when you have a kid at home, you don't want to have a gas leak. And I think unfortunately Chris sensed the desperation and took advantage of it. Ultimately, this guy wasn't a bad guy but I expected a lot more from an owner of a business. This job took less than 30 mins and I was charged $375, there was no gas leak and he just had to turn the water heater on manually without the pilot system.

So we had water leaking from the kitchen sink trap as well as from behind the stucco on the other side. We recently purchased the home and have a home warranty, however the home warranty plumber came out and didn't do an in depth diagnosis. After being extremely frustrated with our homeowner's insurance, home warranty, and others, in come the heroes of ERP. Within an hour and a half of calling them their plumbers showed up and had a diagnosis of a clogged pipe that was backing up into a broken pipe that was leaking all of the water. They even sent a camera down the pipes. The guys were extremely professional and were very good at explaining everything that was going on. They repaired the pipe and the clean out and even repaired the stucco. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again guys!!

My 92 year-old dad lives alone and had a stopped kitchen sink. Christian came out and fixed it for us but it clogged again. I called him and he agreed to come out again and check the garbage disposal which wasn't working. He found a broken glass in the drain which had blocked the drainage and caused the garbage disposal to not work. He fixed it with no charge and we are so grateful. The customer service was amazing. I called with an issue with my shower handle, it had broken off and the water wouldn't turn off so I had to turn off the water for my whole house. When I called they were out in the field but Christian was able to FaceTime me and walk me through taking my shower handle apart so we can detect the problem. They were able to give me a guess on what was wrong with it from looking at it through the phone. My friend was able to fix it with the knowledge that they provided us. Get a GREAT plumber, today? Yep. I couldn't believe it when the ERP dispatch booked my job with a timeslot mere hours after I made the call. Honestly... I expected some random plumber to show up (as if ERP was the Uber of plumbers) but was pleasantly surprised when Tim showed up clearly looking like part of the team and not some outsourced lackey. I knew up-front (during the dispatch call) what the rate was and that is was a straight hourly charge. Was it a little more than other plumbers? Not when you consider they got to me within hours! My simple DIY project had gone south and after 2 trips to Lowe's I'd had it. I loathe plumbing so it was a relief, actually, to have a pro fix my issue AND explain where I had gone wrong (without mocking me). Turns out, I was never going to fix it on my own with consumer-level hardware, and TIM had all the pro parts in his truck so he was able to fix my shutoff replacement fairly quickly. As this was part of our replacing a toilet (which I planned to do myself) and we still had some time, he helped me fit the toilet and get it all sealed up within an hour. Ok.. being honest here: HE installed the toilet and I merely helped get it into position (heavy, 1-piece skirted). The charge for the couple parts was reasonable as was the warranty. To top it off, with the COVID stuff, they also came in gloved, masked, and with shoe booties. Professional, courteous, and fast. I'd highly recommend them (and they are locally owned and operated).

I had a slow water leak that created a lot of damage to the dry wall and flooring. I contacted Chris and he was very responsive getting back to me promptly. They also came in with a much lower estimate for the repairs than another company I received an estimate from. Set up arranged time and Christian came out. He was fantastic. From the time he came to the door my dog rushed out and he was very friendly with him. Christian did an amazing job and he was very communicative as to the process and letting me know what he was doing so that there wouldn't be any surprises. I'm pretty surprised that these people have good reviews. I had a very very different experience. Called them because my water heater wasn't working properly and I had a guest. Someone came out and attempted to solve the problem but never could. Meanwhile, my guest was having to help him because the guy couldn't figure it out. Finally, my GUEST was able to get one of the tanks partly working (hot water in only some parts of the house). I guess that was good enough for Emergency Response Plumbers. Next thing I know, Im told I owe $437 bucks. I couldn't believe it. I asked for what exactly? You pretty much did nothing and my guest, who happened to be pretty handy, had to help you the entire time. The servicer seemed surprised that I wasn't pleased by the service and basically said well I got one of the tanks running (hardly). I didn't even want to bother with these people.... just paid for it because I don't want to waste my time. After, I Called Swift Water Heaters. Someone came out and had it fixed in less than an hour. Took Emergency Response Plumbers THREE HOURS to decide they didn't know what they were doing, then charged me for it. Will not be using them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

The toilet in our powder room recently got clogged. I contacted Christian from ERP and explained my situation. He recommended that I try a few things to see if I can resolve the issue myself. I really appreciated his advice and gave it a try. But unfortunately it did not work so I called him back to schedule an appointment.

Richard, one of the techs from ERP came to work on my clog and he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing but ultimately we had to use the big cable to clear the clog from the sewage clean out located on the side of my house. Thankfully we didn't have to pull the toilet.

The clog was more challenging than we thought but ultimately it looked like he fixed it and I saw it with my own eyes and agreed. However later that evening I noticed that the water wasn't draining again. I texted Christian and Richard to let them know and they both insisted they come back out that night to resolve the issue.

About 20 minutes later they were both at my house determined to fix the issue. After about an hour it was fixed. Wow, awesome service and they really took it upon themselves to complete the job that night. Even when I told them it was ok and we could schedule for another day.

Honesty, integrity and accountability from a service provider. What more do you need?

We had a simple clogged sink, and Tim was more than accommodating in fixing our issues. Other plumbers had quoted us double what ERP eventually charged us. Overall great experience and would highly recommend their services.

Had a water heater break. Called ERP and within minutes I had an appointment for next day repairs. When driver arrived ( Chris Y) he asked where is a good place to park and was very nice. He detailed all that was going to be done and how long. Repairs were done in a timely manner, any mess was cleaned up and the entire time he answered any questions I had. I strongly recommend ERP for any repairs needed. Great company, great service and friendly.

It was 1:00am when we heard the sound of water rushing in our backyard. Found that it was coming from a fractured water line. Planters were filled with several feet of water and a 25 foot tall tree was being threatened with erosion. We immediately called several plumbers. Within minutes, ERP responded and said someone was on the way. Little time passed and Tim from ERP was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue and shut off water. Needing assistance to dig out the problem, Tim promised to bring help at first light. Only a few hours later, Tim and Chris from ERP were back and making repairs. Within a few hours, planters were drained, bad pipes replaced and home water flowed again. ERP is a truly professional, fair, respectful and responsible organization. I recommend ERP highly. Great contractors are very hard to find. ERP is a rare breed!

Needed help with a backed-up kitchen sink on a Friday night after a long work week... sent them a message and they were here in less than an hour. They were very clear that this was after hours and it would be a higher charge... they also gave many tips and suggestions for the future. Super nice company and will definitely use them again in the future.

4 PM - Went for a quick afternoon shower. Shower handle decides to call it quits with water still running. Panic. Found Emergency Response Plumbers on Yelp and was surprised to find out they could get someone out to me within the hour. They were very upfront about time and costs.

5 PM - Chris and Ricky arrived. Timely and courteous - they got right to work. They replaced the entire shower cartridge and reassembled the shower handle.

5:45 PM - Work complete - Chris and Ricky take their leave. Long weekend saved!

I'm still in awe of just how quickly Emergency Response Plumbers were able to fix my shower. They get my highest possible recommendation!

If you're looking for top notch professionalism, service, and experience...look no further! I've had a lot of plumbing issues in my house and have worked with a lot of plumbers through the years but have not been as satisfied as I am with ERP. They are quick, affordable, and reliable. Christian came through big time when I needed my toilet replaced. He came the same day I called and gave me a great deal on a new Toto toilet and installed it quicker than I expected it would take. My wife was happy to see that he respected our house as he worked and even put on shoe covers before entering the house! No other plumbers I've ever had put on shoe covers while working on my plumbing before. He was very knowledgeable and personable and even answered questions I had about other plumbing issues around the house. From this day on I am calling ERP for any and all plumbing work I need done. If you want things done right and efficiently I highly recommend ERP. I would give them 10 stars if yelp allowed it! Thanks again Christian for the pleasant experience!

I had a plumbing issue at my house and wasn't sure how to go about handling it. I found emergency and I gave them a call. I would 1st like to say thank you Chris, he was able to walk me through my issue at home and even received a few follow up questions. He took his time with me, responded quickly and walked me through my issue. It's great to know that their still good, trustworthy tradesmen out there who aren't just about making money. Came home to a leaking pipe on Sunday night. I had to turn off the main house water. Called ERP and they agreed to a Monday service call. I liked that they sent me formal confirmation with a time frame. They sent a text when they were on their way. They diagnosed the problem and provided me with a quick estimate which I agreed to and signed on his tablet. The work was highly professional. They are very proficient. I plan to use them for future plumbing projects.

Woke up to clogged toilets. Called ERP and they arrived within 90 minutes. Tim showed up first and snaked the pipes, fixing the problem. Christian showed up shortly thereafter and ran the camera, showing me the problem. Both Tim and Christian were beyond professional, exceptionally polite, and hard working. They gave recommendations on how to avoid the problem in future; quite possibly taking business away from them. The price was excellent and more than fair compared with others. Highly recommend this company. You guys have customer service and knowledge of job nailed down. Keep up the great work.

Tim Hudzunski came out and did a fabulous job! He had to do some troubleshooting to find the leak, he was able to do it with minimal damage. Hands down the BEST plumber in town! I had a tankless water heater leak and Chris, the owner, picked up on a Sunday evening saved the day. He was so patient, kind and attempted to help me over the phone to help me save the cost of having someone from his team come out. He literally said, Based on what you're describing, this seems like an easy fix. How comfortable are you with doing this yourself if I walk you through it. It'll save you a lot of money and if I can do that, why not? I'm using them for all my future plumbing needs and have already referred them to a couple people. I'm not a fan of plumbers (who is?), but I am definitely grateful that for Chris and his team!

This was our first time using ERP and I am impressed. With that said, I am all about customer service and a bit picky about how a job is left once completed. Okay, let's be honest, I am really picky.
When I called they answered the phone rather than having it go to voicemail, which I appreciate. Once they got some basic information (nature of the call etc.) they were able to schedule me the same day because they were already in the area.
Chris and Felix arrived within the promised time frame. They utilize an app that sends you text notifications of your appointment, their arrival time, and your paid invoice. Efficient.... Yes!
Chris and Felix were clean and professionally dressed (for a plumber, sorry no ties), and followed all COVID guidelines as well. Communication is excellent. They fixed our issue, made sure everything was operating properly, and left the work area very clean.
Thank you ERP for helping us out! You have earned another loyal customer.
