Gas was shut off by gas company. Had an appt in two days. I mentioned the gas being off and withing 30 mins I had George here. Everado responded to my queery on Yelp about what is the requirement for water heater installations for my multifamily complex in Moreno Valley, whether the tanks have to be put on 18 stand if inside the house utility room, or is that rule only in the garage .  Everado volunteered to call the City of Moreno Valley for me to find out what their regulations are.  

I also called, and got called back by an inspector who told me the specifics about water heater installations inside the house, outdoors, and the garage, which I told Everado.  

Although Everado did not provide any physical plumbing services to me, I could tell how this business has 5 solid Yelp stars, in his willingness to do the research for me.   I see other Yelp reviewers have the same experience of good service they speak about in their reviews.   I would keep this business in mind when I need a licensed plumber.

First off, I decided to save money by digging the main water line myself due to a leak. Everardo showed up to give me an estimate while I was outide digging this trench. Everardo asked if I had any tarps to put my dirt on and I said no. Everardo then asked if I had a pump to pump out the water, I said No. Mind you I have not committed to having Everardo do the work yet as I was still getting other estimates. Everardo went to the back of his van, pulled out a bag of tarps, hand pump and a shopvac and said- here you go, Let me know if you decide to go with us, but in the meantime, you're welocme to use the tarps, shopvac and hand pump. Who does this?! Again, I had not commited to giving the job to Everardo, bet yet he lets me borrow all this stuff that i didn't have; not to mention, I would've had to buy! I myself working for a company that's a service manager provider, I know how important Customer Service is.Everardo did just that and even though I had 2 lower estimates, Everardo won my businees with his display of going above and beyond to earn my business. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing and Drains if you want a company that cares more about thier customers than just making money!

Richie did plumbing work for me on a multi unit home. We ended up having to re-pipe both units and install new waterless tanks! Richie did a wonderful job with staying in communications with myself, the tenant, and the property management company. he also was flexible with scheduling. I appreciate the service from Richie and the company. They have gained a loyal customer.

They ruled out external sources of water which narrowed the leak to within the box around the spa. They were very thorough and answered questions well. I highly recommend them! While they weren't able to fix the problem, they clarified the issues surrounding it.

I used him to install my whole house water filter system. He is very professional, communicative and fast. Every other plumber I contacted pushes me months out and isn't professional. When it comes down to the ability to fix a pipe at the end of the day, I would imagine you could probably say plumbers are plumbers. But from the very start elite plumbing showed that they were more than just Plumber's. They came to my house for a leak behind the kitchen cabinets, and were able to refer contractors to us to give us a complete solution. Professionalism from the start is the best way to describe this organization. Always wore shoe covers when coming into my house, even though it was already a disaster because of the water leak. The owner gave us a great deal of personalize care and support through the entire process.

We had a slab leak and called a few plumbers out for estimate. Jorge from Elite was so knowledgeable and professional. They promised they could get the job done in half the time others quoted and didn't disappoint. Their work was top notch and they contained the dust and craziness like the pros they are. We have found our plumbers and would 10/10 recommend to friends and family!

Outside area drain was clogged with roots and mud. Elite plumbing was the only company that could get it clear using their Hydro Jetting system.  Very fair and affordable price for their service. I definitely recommend their team for your plumbing needs.

We had an issue with a leak under our kitchen sink and Richie did an amazing job fixing our leak.Very professional and courteous

It all started with a slow draining toilet. The toilet was replaced in Oct. 2020 by NexGen for the same symptom. Roots were found in 2020. So, I called NexGen. They did a camera inspection and discovered a section of the sewage line was buckled with roots intruding. NexGen quoted $70K!!!

So, I got on Yelp, started a project and requested additional estimates. I am thankful Elite Plumbing responded. They pinpointed the problem and recommended a less aggressive (so less costly) but thorough solution. They were honest; they did not try to sell something that was not needed. My husband and I had a sense that we were in good hands. Their quote was 80 percent less than NexGen.

Richie and his crew were professional and helpful. They kept a tidy work area. Richie did a great job of keeping us informed and updated and explaining the scope of work. Also, it was cool to have the owner, Everardo (a third generation plumber), working the project.

When I was leaving for work Monday morning I was shocked when I saw my yard flooded and a huge water pocket under my lawn. I reached out to Elite Plumbing and they were at my property in less than an hour. I received a beyond reasonable haggle free quote and they had the job done by the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers.

Alex came out initially and helped pinpoint the general location of a leak that another plumber couldn't locate. Showed up on time and was completely professional. When it became clear that there was a large volume of water that needed to be dried out, Alex referred me to a Restoration company who had also been very responsive and professional. Once I got the restoration worked out with insurance and demo work was done, Alex and Gio came out and helped further locate the exact source of the leak. It was a tricky one that ended up not being pipes at all, but instead a leak in the shower's fiberglass. Alex didn't give in when the leak was difficult to diagnose, but took the time to figure out exactly what was going on. Can't say how much I appreciate their help and guidance in areas where I am completely ignorant. While I am hoping not to have any more plumbing issues, if I do, I know who to call!

Our main pipe to the house burst and leaked water all over the street. Elite was prompt to call me back on a Sunday and give me all the information needed to move forward. We scheduled for Monday at 9. Jorge Nunez was my technician and he was informative and professional. He kept me updated through all the steps of the repair. My PVC pipe was replaced with copper and I'm confident it will hold up.

Just wanted to take time so if anyone is looking for plumber,  definitely would recommend this business , I called late Friday afternoon and they came to my parents home and took care of problem and they even showed me what the problem was, also if you want to know about the pricing very reasonable

Wish I had know about these guys before getting in bed with another service. These gents are pros. Courteous, responsive, and up front.

Running water was found behind my toilet due to a leak in the water line.  I notified Elite Plumbing & Drains for an estimate.  George arrived to perform the diagnosis and Junior later arrived for confirmation.  Junior's explanation was simple, transparent, and recommended the cheapest option to reroute the water line.  The water line was properly rerouted, and the drywall/stucco patch looked like no rework was ever done.  I highly recommend Elite Plumbing & Drains and will be my go-to for plumbing issues moving forward.

Our water pressure was too high and caused issues to the pressure regulator in the garage. It started leaking and we were unsure of who to call. Elite Plumbing and Drains was very helpful, quick response and professional. Definitely the right choice for the service. Will call again for the future.

Although we haven't officially hired this company to replace our outside hose bibs, I wanted to leave a review of their customer service and honesty. I do not have any knowledge when it comes to plumbing and I was worried that our air gap and dishwasher drain line needed to be replaced, so I contacted Elite Plumbing. The technician arrived on time, wore booties inside, and inspected under the sink and tested the drainage system. He was honest and said that everything looked fine and he wouldn't recommend replacing anything. Then he gave us a very reasonable quote to replace/fix the outside hose bibs. I had the quote in my email a few hours later. I asked the technician if there was a service or charge for the call, he said no. I asked a few times are you sure?, and he still said no. I will definitely be using this company for future plumbing issues and repairs.

I had a small issue that could have become a big issue if left unattended. I reached out to a couple of plumbers on Yelp, Elite plumbing was the first to respond, but I felt I couldn't take the first option so spoke with a few other companies. Evervaldo at Elite Plumbing not only offered the best price but he did the best job of explaining the issue and my options. He came to my home a few hours later for a free estimate and did the repair in the same day! I mentioned wanting a water treatment system so he stayed after the job was done to explain our options, the pros and cons of each, and a rough estimate of each option. He's very knowledgeable, great at communicating, and great response time. No doubt this will be my go to company if I ever have another need for plumbing work.

We noticed our floor was extremely warm in some areas of our home and after some googling we determined the most probable cause was a leak in the hot water pipe. We immediately started making calls to local plumbers who were all too busy to check it out except for Elite Plumbing and Drains. The Elite name is extremely fitting! Jorge Nunez picked up the phone and although he was extremely busy himself he squeezed us in and was a God send.  He found the source of the problem and walked us through everything step by step explaining what was going on, our leaky pipes and water heater were replaced the very next day and I've never been more grateful of having running water in our home. Needed a replacement for a leaking pressure and shutoff valve in the garage.  Elite was quick to respond on Yelp and made it out same day.  They were very professional and made detailed recommendations on work needed for a long-lasting repair.  The replacement piping, parts, and installation are high quality with much better craftmanship than the original the installed by the homebuilder.  We also had our tankless water heater de-scaled, which produced significant amounts of scale material to dispose of.  Glad we did that, our water heater is more efficient now.  Thanks Elite!

Thank you to Jorge and Gio and for coming out to fix our kitchen pipes ! We had to contact our property management since there was a leak coming from our water heater to our kitchen, and Elite plumbing was able to come fix it very quickly!! This company was gracious by granting me a same day appointment. My service Technician Jorge was great. He was professional, quick, and explained my plumbing issue in lay terms. I thought the charge was a bit pricey but they fixed my clogged sink in no time. I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely you this company again!

We had a main line stoppage on a Sunday, called many plumbers but they were the only ones that answered the call for help.   They were professional and knowledgeable.  They are on my phone book.

We were having some draining problems in the beginning but then our water heater started leaking and then our ceiling.  So we had a mess. Found some hot spots on my ground floor and called Elite same day. Everardo, the owner, answered and was very accommodating with answering questions and scheduling an estimate in person.  He personally made it out to our home the same evening, and this was almost 5pm already. He came out did some inspection and determined what was happening, we had a slab leak of the hot water line. He gave options and provided a very professional quote quickly and could start the next day. We felt great about his candor and openness and didn't feel haggled. We decided to go with Elite based on Everardo's great impression. The next day his team came and really honed into the issues and with some road blocks from old footings and older pipes they found multiple issues and corrected the problem very quickly. This included quite a bit of  wall cutting and new pipe work through the house. Jorge Nunez and his co-team really worked smart, clean, and efficiently. Their work was excellent and you could tell they had great knowledge and skill set. They went above and beyond to replace the piping and even correct bad plumbing jobs from previous issues. They had the hot water pipe re routed and back up in under a day and really made a bad situation much more pleasant. Elite's team that handled the re-surfacing and wall replacement and stucco were also excellent, on time, efficient and very effective, when all was finished it was as if nothing has ever happened with seem-less work. The only thing the team didn't handle was re-painting work , which wasn't a problem. I couldn't be more grateful and happy with Elite's work and Everardo's professionalism and Jorge's work. Thank you so much, they will definitely be our go-to plumbing team for any further needed work.

Amazing service. And some often overlooked professionalism that really separates them from others. Jorge came over, figured out the problem and instead of rip the walls apart, he took time to listen and figure out the actual problem areas. Only taking down the drywall that needed to be taken down.

Since time wasn't on his side, he stopped for the night and cleaned up everything. Then went home. Came back the next morning and fixed our leaking pipe. Again, taking only what he needed to and nothing else. Leaving us with way less to repair and way less to move around. Once done, he cleaned up everything and went to the next job.

Others can probably do the same fix. But they won't clean up and do as little damage as possible even though it makes their job more difficult.

Jorge was great, and while I hope we don't need his help again, if we do, I hope they send him.

Quick and efficient work! The men that came over (sorry i can't recall their names) were very respectful and explained everything that needed to be done. Scheduling service for our semi-emergency was easy and fast-they were able to come out the same day! Our tub spout was leaking and had been dumping water into the ceiling below, so we are very happy they could fix the leak (we did not get the ceiling looked at by them). I don't know average plumbing prices to compare, but i felt what we paid was reasonable for the situation.

I've been searching for a reliable and great company to help install a filtration system at my house. Elite plumbing was on time, and so polite with a quote that was a fraction of the price that 3 other companies quoted me on. We noticed muddy grass and water seeping out from underneath a sidewalk concrete on our front yard. It turned out, it was leaking from the cracked water service line. After got 3 quotes, we decided to go with Elite Plumbing and Drains. From our conversation we could tell that these guys are professionals! Everardo explained all the possibilities of the work needed. Not only did they come with the best quote, they also saved our cypress tree which other plumbers said it has to go in order for them to do the repair. Everardo and his team cut open the concrete, dug  and found the leak. After they repaired the pipe, they patched back our concrete sidewalk neatly! If you need any plumbing work, reach these guys!

What an awesome reliable and fast turnaround time for a company. They came out to my house the same day I called. Jorge and Duane were very helpful and knowledgeable about detecting an upstairs leak in my master bath. I would recommend this company for any plumbing services needed.

The first who came to our calling of rescue was Elite. Never pushy from the beginning. Professionally explained what would happen and even provided a visual diagnostic for us to really see what we were up against. These alone made up our minds to select this company and entrusting them with what we needed. Everyday they showed up early on time and ready to work and tackled on even emergent situations during the work day. I didn't have to even call our water department, Elite took care of contacting them and having them over stat.  Everardo the owner himself was there for us to ask concerns all throughout the job, and indeed I had a lot of questions. Good to know there are still honest people and companies out there that you can trust from your initial consultation through the completion of the whole services rendered! Elite plumbing and drains are very responsive, polite and professional. The price was less then I expected. They didn't charge to give an estimate which I think is the way a company should run if they want you business. They were very nice and kept in touch by text with a written estimate and they also have financing. Alex was the technician and I give him a big thumbs up.
