These guys are very honest. We had a large leak from our sprinkler so we had to turn our water off. Mike came to our home first thing in the morning the following day and he was even early. Him and his colleague took a look around the house and suggested we get a sprinkler guy to do the repair using pvc so the pipes don't corrode again and because it'll be much cheaper since their focus is mainly on larger plumbing issues. Of course they were right. We won't hesitate to use them if we have plumbing issues in our home. They are very honest stand up guys.

I was calling around to try to find a plumber to come to my house same day when a pipe busted inside my wall on a Saturday. With two small kids, including an infant, I was desperate. None of the other plumbing companies could send someone that day. I found Mike's company through the Eastvale Facebook page. There were soooo many GREAT reviews and recommendations - I had to call. Mike didn't have time to come out that day, but recommended some other companies he trusted that I could try to call and he gave me advice about my specific issue over the phone. Apparently Mike could tell I was desperate so he called back to let me know he REARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE to come fix the pipe within an hour of my first contacting him!!! I seriously could've cried y'all! This man is sooooo professional, helpful, honest, timely, well-intentioned. I couldn't be more impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

TO ANY AND ALL HOMEOWNERS THAT NEED A FANTASTIC PLUMBER!!!
I called Mike at 7:30 AM about some problems with our plumbing throughout our house, mainly a faucet leak.
I left a message. Within 20 minutes Mike returned my call.
He stated he was very busy, but would do the best you could.
We set up an appointment for the following week.
I could tell from his voice that he was upset that he could not take care of the work sooner.
He called me back, a few hours later and wanted to know if I was available for him to stop in a few hours.
I was ecstatic and said yes.
Mike and his son showed up as promised, put on all the protective gear (for them and me) and we walked throughout the house, so they could see all the problems that needed to be fixed.
Mike and his son started working immediately.
As the problems were worked on/resolved, Mike and or his son showed me what needed to be done and why.
This really impressed me, as I knew that they were not just doing work, just to make some extra money.
Some of the small jobs only needed a simple adjustment or a tightening of something and it was fixed.
Mike and his son were professional, down to earth, and extremely reasonably priced.
I would recommend ACCU SERVE PLUMBING & DRAINS 100% if you need an honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable pr plumber.

On Friday, September 25th, late in the evening I contacted AccuServe Plumbing & Drain via text concerning our broken water heater. I was pleasantly surprised to a reply within two minutes. I had an original water heater (16 years old) that finally gave out and I needed it replaced as soon as possible to avoid more seriously cold showers. Contacted Mike and he got back to me immediately with a quote. I went with AccuServe because the company was local and because of the great reviews -- and I was not disappointed. The side of my outside house was flooded I thought it was a slab leak because my water meter was turning but all my faucets were turned off. So I called Mike to come out. Within 10 minutes he said it's Not a slab leak. So he asked where my water main was for my landscape. So I showed him and he turned it off. The water meter stopped turning. He said it was your irrigation leaking not inside the house like I thought. So after digging around I found where the sprinkler pipe was leaking and fixed it myself. I cannot stress enough how honest Mike is. He could have charged me for a repiping and I never would have known it. I now have a Honest plumber if I should ever need one.

I just became a loyal customer!
I needed a new bib on my outdoor faucet and have not been able to use it for months. Mike came out and was done in less than 10 minutes. I had thought it was going to take a long time to repair since it needed to be soldered. Not only did he complete the work quickly, he gave us a great new bib that we could replace ourselves if we wanted to in the future to keep it hassle free for us. It was also a quarter turn bib for easier use. We were so pleasantly surprised he did that for us. I would definitely be using him again for all of our plumbing needs.

I had issues with my toilet at around 5 AM today. The water came back up and got all over my floor. I contacted Accu Serve Plumbing at around 6 AM and Mike promptly responded. he said he can help me around 9-10 AM.

Mike came by and we found out that too much toilet paper caused our sewer drain to be clogged. He unclogged it and even cleaned up the mess from the drain started spitting out into our garage. He also quoted a reasonable price. He got everything fixed in about less than 30 mins.

Overall great service and really awesome and friendly guy. He also gave me some education about all the issues so that we don't have further issues in the future. He also showed me that there may be a potential clog issue with the main neighborhood line. I definitely recommend Mike if you're having the same issues as me.

Highly recommend Mike and his son. They are on time, courteous, and honest. Even put on shoe covers before entering my house. They came to descale my tankless water heater. Ended up not doing the work since it is too risky due the fact that the system has not been flushed for 5 years. They explained to me the risk involved and gave me detailed instructions on who to contact and approximately how much it will cost me depending on which option I go with. They did not charge me at all even though I offered. I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. And after I get my water heater's heat exchanger replaced, I'm going back to him for annual descaling.

Mike and his son Shane are the most friendliest and honest plumbers I've ever met. They were at my door within 15-20 mins after I called. Thinking there was a leak in my family room, they thoroughly inspected any places in my home where there might be a connection to this leak. We had a water heater leak that was fixed by a different company. This company overcharged us and did a lousy job that wasn't up to code.
We called Accuserve to install a water pressure valve for us. They came the very next day on time. They're very professional and helpful, reasonable prices, explained everything and answered all our questions, not pushy or rush you to have the work done. My mom's had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe and water was dripping down the outside of her house and down the walls of her office. It was a Saturday, late afternoon, and in a panic I started yelping 24 hr plumbing services.

I came across Accu Serve and gave it a shot because they had good ratings and seemed close enough. Let me tell you, they sure lived up to their 5 star rating! Mike and his son, Shane, were able to come out within 30 mins and had a diagnosis right away. They got on the repairs and instructed my mom about calling her insurance company and got another company they work with to come out right away and start the drying process. I appreciated his help so much, especially because my mom lives on her own after my dad's passing 3 years ago and doesn't really know how to deal with issues like this since my dad handled everything. He made it so she really didn't have to worry about doing much footwork other than calling her insurance company.

They are truly honest people that take pride in their work, and it shows 100%! Not only were they prompt, made me feel comfortable and grateful that they didn't take advantage of my mom, but they're just friendly and kind at their core. Can't thank Accu Serve enough for all the help!

Mike and Sean came to the house well within my appointment time. Friendly, knowledgeable and polite. To rooter by upstairs sink. Their original estimate was $85 total. No fee to come out. I needed an extra pvc pipe they installed for free. But had to locate the blockage. Mike quickly figured out the location and had to do a clean out. To reach the spot, he proceeded to do some custom work, less expensive, but quicker because he diagnosed the spot of the blockage, and it didn't require the entire clean out. Quickly, efficiently, and correctly cleaned out the total blockage. I would completely recommend Accu Serve plumbing and leak service to everyone. Fair, and extremely honest. As well as prompt and efficient. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys.

This review is long overdue. Long story short, we had a leak in our home. The first plumber we found (via a local Facebook group) cut our ceiling open and was not able to complete the job (family emergency of some sort) so we were left with a large hole and continued leak. I called AccuServe Plumbing because of the 5 STAR yelp reviews. I am SO glad I did. Mike and Shane were able to find and repair the leak within 90 mins. (Which by the way was no where near where Plumber #1 cut the hole). They are honest and reliable. They are so good at what they do. Highly recommend. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Would never go back to this guy again. I had a dripping faucet and he quoted me $200 for the faucet cartridge job. I was not home and he wanted my wife to pay $50 extra for installing a ring? Give me a break. How can anyone install a cartridge without expecting putting in a ring? The cartridge itself was under $40 on amazon. What's the remaining $160 for? Just swapping the cartridge? Beware of this extra $50 trick. Off my list forever!!

My wife and my young kids were without a water heater for over a week. It was not ideal in this cold winter weather. I called around for the best possible price and after many days of searching I found Mike listed on Google maps. As soon as i called him I noticed his great customer service skills, fair pricing and gave me very helpful information for what I was asking about. This was around 9am and later around 12pm, I called back asking him to come over and install the water heater as soon as possible. He was able to fit me in later that day around 3 to 4pm. He showed up with something better than promised. We talked about a specific model over the phone and since he was not able to get that he gave me a upgraded model with no extra charge. Now that is what I call customer service. He took a hit for the customer and did not ask for 1$ extra in return. He took his time and didnt finish with the job until 8pm. If your looking for someone who is a great plumber and cares about his customers then Mike is your guy. I highly recommend him as he was nice, fair, affordable and knowledgeable.

This is my first review on any social media/app. My husband Sean called them on Sunday night and he was told what the problem could be over the phone. The next day, Mike and his son came to replace the pipe which next to the garage door. There is a break on the T coupling and they are not just fixing it but also showing you what the material they are using and what's the better pipe layout. Their work is very detailed and thoughtful.
On top of that, they accept credit cards and also we live very close by so I definitely will use them for the next problem.

Absolutely amazing service. We have called in the past and they have always been prompt and professional. We have even referred them to a friend who lives in Ontario and she was just as happy with the service as we have been.

Recently we got homeowner's insurance and used a plumber they recommended and after that consult I felt that we were being overcharged and felt the whole explanation of our problem didn't sound quite right...so we called AccuServe for a second opinion (I would've called for the first opinion) and glad we did!

Their service was leaps and bounds better than the other plumber we called. They scheduled an appointment pretty quickly and the window was a short hour wait time and they came on time! Already this was 180 from the other guy who came over.

Next, I got a clear explanation of what the problem could be, what it definitely could not be, the work to be performed as well as upfront cost of work. In under 20 minutes they fixed the problem.

It is so hard to find maintenance professionals you can trust and not only did their work speak volumes about their business, they really showed a lot of respect to us as hardworking people too. As soon as they left I knew I had to write this review. Exceptional!

I hardly write up a review but I must do today to express how much I appreciate Mike's high quality services!

We had the water pressure regulator problem for about three weeks. We have called around and asked several plumbing companies but none of them makes us feel professional enough or trustworthy enough.

We finally found Mike. He was even trying to help us over the phone to see if it's something can be fixed easily with his 'free' instructions. Turns out he has to come to help us out.

Mike and his son figured out the problem right away, not only about the water pressure regulator but also our toilet flush that's making sharp noise and loosing water.

Accuserve Plumbing is a great, honest plumbing company. We had our water heater leak and seep through the wall into our house. We had a home warranty that came with our new house but after waiting 3 days for an appointment and then the plumber who came out telling us that it would be another couple days before it was replaced was just unacceptable. We called Mike the night it happened for a quote because the warranty company couldn't come right away. He advised us to wait for our warranty company to come because it would save us money yet helped us over the phone with draining our water heater so it wouldn't cause any more damage. After the warranty plumber came out 3 days later and told us it wouldn't be replaced the same day I called Mike right away because my family had been without hot water for 4 days. I was willing to pay for quick, reliable, honest service to have hot water again. Mike and his son squeezed us in and were out to our house within an hour and a half with our new water heater. We will definitely use Accuserve plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Had my line cleaned from my kitchen sink. I had originally asked for hydro cleaning however when Mike came out he suggested to not go that route considering I have cast iron pipes and to instead run the snake as a precaution to damaging the pipes. I took his advise and had him snake it instead and it actually cost me less money and it cleaned up my pipe unblocking the drain line. They were done in less than an hour. Mike was really great, our dog dropped his bone down the toilet and then our daughter flushed it and it was clogged! The first plumber came out and wanted to charge $350 to remove the toilet to retrieve the bone, I thought that was crazy so I called around and found Mike. He showed up within an hour was very reasonable and professional and was able to simply Declog the toilet for $95 with the right attachment. Thank you to honest people still left in this world! This is a family owned business with a really honest and helpful owner. After another plumber tried to create a bunch of extra plumbing problems so they could charge me $3,000, I called AccuServe. We had a leak in our irrigation pipe outside of our house. It was discovered on a Sunday night during a holiday week.

We quickly went on yelp and called this company because of the great reviews. The owner was already working in an emergency job and was unable to repair the piping but he provided us great advice to call our builder as it may be under warranty as well as advice on tips to correct the issue ourselves.

After back and forth call between our builder and their plumbing company it was determined it was not covered under warranty and we called this company back a couple days later to see if they can repair. Luckily, they came out quickly and fixed it within the hour.

The people who serviced our house we're courteous, fast, and explained everything to us. We are so thankful for this great company! They come highly recommended!

On the morning I was leaving out of town, I woke up to a backed up kitchen sink and a flooded laundry room. I called Accu Serve plumbing at approximately 7am and Mike was at my residence by 8:30am. I called Mike from AccuServe this morning about a leaking kitchen faucet and a new water pressure regulator for the house. He was on another job but came over when he was finished. He was at my place in less than two hours. Mike looked at the faucet and fixed it. The fix was so quick and easy he didn't charge me! He checked the water pressure and sure enough we are way above what we should be. I live in Eastvale and this is common. Mike gave me a very reasonable estimate and I plan to have him do the work in the next week or two (waiting for a free day off). He and his son were very polite and personable. Just bought a house and the home inspectors suggested getting our line hydro jetted. I called a few places and ultimately decided to go with Accu Serve. Thank you Mike and Shane for fixing the leak behind our shower wall!!!! I had used bigger plumbing companies in the past, but my favorite plumber left and I didn't like how they send out a new plumber for every job. Some weren't as good as others.

2 days ago, we noticed a small puddle on the Master bathroom tile floor. It appeared after we used the shower and I didn't think anything of it at first, just assumed some water sprayed out during showering. When it appeared again the next night, I knew something was definitely wrong and when I touched the dry wall behind and next to the shower, it was actually soft. My heart sank cuz I knew something was majorly wrong.

I was super stressed since I didn't know who to call with so many options out there. I remembered someone had recommended AccuServe on my community Facebook page and I looked them up. They had lots of positive reviews and I really liked the fact that they were a father and son team, so you're always dealing with the same people.

Mike answered my call even though it was kinda late at night, I was expecting to leave a message for him to call me back. He was already super helpful on the phone and immediately put me at ease after explaining what he thought the problem could be. I even texted him photos of the problem and he called me right back to explain further. He was able to come out the very next morning! He communicated well thru text/phone and showed up even earlier than he had originally scheduled me for.

Mike is honest, professional, up front about costs, and has extremely fair pricing. He doesn't overcharge for his services, doesn't try to upsell you or offer things that you don't really need. He was able to detect the problem immediately, which turned out to be what he had thought it was over the phone....a pin hole leak in the copper pipe. I can't believe this happened in a house only 10 years old!! They fixed the problem in under an hour and my shower is back in service!

I am SOOO happy and grateful to have found a reliable, honest, and fair priced plumber who is also local. I am definitely recommending him to anyone that needs a plumber.

Mike is our go-to guy for all plumbing needs from now on!!

Had a bit of an emergency the other day at my sister's house. She and Mike are now on a first name basis and when we needed help he was there. Super sweet and really easy going. I asked him a few questions about the valve under the kitchen sink and whether I could replace it myself. Like a gentlemen, he didn't make me feel like an idiot, walked me through a few steps of what I would need to do and said let me know if you need anything else. Mike and his Son arrived at my home and instantly started working on the water leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom down into my kitchen. Keep in mind this was on a Sunday. These guys problem solved and provided great advise. Mike and his Son drove to the store to purchase parts they needed to fix my problem and they also assisted in helping me file an insurance claim so I wouldn't have to come out THOUSANDS, out of my pocket. Our toilet backed up into the shower -- an awful mess. Out of the three plumbers I called, only Mike returned the call. He came late in the evening and worked in the dark in cramped conditions where access to the pipes was very difficult. He gave me tips along the way on how to clear out the roots in the lawn drains and what to do to prevent my toilet problems in the future. I found him honest and trustworthy and his level of service was above and beyond. This isn't a worker bee who's in a rush to get home. It isn't someone who is trying to hit me up for as much money as he could wring out of me. He worked hard and earned every penny. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

5*****++++++...... Our parents had come a few days early during our Christmas holiday vacation week. Upon their arrival, they noticed water coming out from our garage. Consequently, we were out of town when my parents called to let us know there was water. We had to cut short our holiday vacation due to a water leak with our water heater. I know Accuserve Plumbing has always delivered what it promised with our plumbing needs. We have used Mike and Shane from AccuServe on our last plumbing projects. This would be the fourth project. With the holidays, I was concerned, like all other businesses, that Mike and Shane might be on vacation. To my surprise, AccuServe was open for business despite the holidays. I spoke with Mike on the above issue and without hesitation he was more than willing to come out to our emergency despite his full work schedule for the day. Upon Mike and Shane's arrival, they assessed the situation and immediately had an action plan to resolve our leak. The work was clean and professionally done. Since we used AccuServe several times already, they always gave us a fair and competitive price. It was not any different for this project. Mike gave us a reasonable price for the water heater and labor. He did not even charge us for certain parts that were required to bring the water heater system to code. I even priced other plumbers and their prices were $200 to $300 higher than AccuServe. We recommend AccuServe for any of your plumbing needs. They are a contractor you will want to keep in your rolodex since good plumbers are hard to find. AccuServe is competent, reliable, trustworthy and provides fair and reasonable prices for your plumbing needs. Try them out. This review is for the manabloc. Three years ago our manabloc started to have a leak on one of the valve. I called around and Mike from AccuServe Plumbling was able to take a look at the leak. Both him and my husband was able to get the problem resolved during that time. Three years has passed and now another valve started to leak. I knew to call Mike since he help us the last time. I called and left a message. He called back within 20 mins. I explained what happened and he was able to come out to take a look the next day. When Mike and his colleague arrived, we looked at the manabloc and decided it was time to replace it. There was hard water particles built around all the caps. I didn't want to wait till it's too late and where the leak gets bad on multiple valves and it floods the wall. Mike called Viega the company that makes the manabloc. He asked about the process to ordering a new one. The call was on speaker and I was able to hear what needs to be done. Mike and his colleague helped me with the size on each valve. I took detail notes and pictures to send to Viega to help me with the ordering form.
Fast forward, after one month I received the new manabloc. (It was a mission to get it custom ordered.) I reached out to Mike to let him know and we had scheduled the date and time to have it replaced. I was nervous and stressed a few days before. It's the plumbing system that controls the water going through your whole house. Just praying the new manabloc works.
Mike was on time with his colleague. The process was time consuming. Of course we had so many valves/line on the manabloc. Mike was unlocking one by one and vacuuming the access water coming out of each tube. After that was done, he was testing to see if the old lock-in nut will work with the new manabloc. Unfortunately it didn't. We had to use the new connectors . Mike had to cut and crimp each one. When the new manabloc went in, he had to be creative to get all the individual pipeline to connect to the manabloc. Some lines were shorter than others. After 3.5 hours later Mike completed installing the manabloc. I followed his instructions to turn on all the water in the house to let all the pressure out. He made sure all the valve/lines were OK and not leaking before he left. We are so grateful and appreciative of Mike and his colleague. It's has been easy to communicate with Mike through text and he has been so helpful through the process.

How lucky I was to find Mike as I went thru the list of big shot plumbers who could not respond to an emergency leak in my front yard that forced me to shut down the main water line to the house. He was prompt, very professional and really educated me about my problem. He really knows what he's talking about and found the best solution to my leak even though it could have cost thousands more to replace the whole line. He kept me abreast of every detail of the repair and made sure I had options and assured me of the best one. He indicated that what he did was what he would do to his own house should this had happened to him. I can't even write a good enough review so I'll keep it short and sweet. I have used Mike and his plumbing service four times now. They are geared more toward the bigger jobs - supply line leaks and major repairs. I have recommended him to friends and coworkers. He is on time, polite, and most importantly ethical and honest. He will not play games or lead you down a path of inflated quotes to try and make a buck. In fact, I know for a fact that he is the most honest and respectable contractor we have ever used. After quoting me a set figure he was able to later reduce it slightly when the job was less severe than he originally thought. He easily could've kept that money and I would've been none the wiser but he returned a small sum which, happy with the speed of the repair and the efforts made to accommodate me last minute I returned as a tip. AccuServe is top notch and you will not find a better team for your plumbing needs.

My 20-year-old water heater, picked the week of Thanks Giving to, shall we say, meet it's maker (Rheem ?!!?), shuffle off its Mortal Coil, Bite the Dust. Well... at least it went out with a bang. Needless to say, a difficult week to find anyone repairing anything!

Whenever possible I will use small owner-operated businesses. These can be hit and miss, but the large corporate businesses simply can't match the level of knowledge, quality, and integrity you get when you find the right small business. In this regard I find Yelp ratings very relevant. Along with a great rating, AccuServe has a state contractors license, is bonded, and has no complaints at the BBB. Its like winning the plumbers' trifecta!

Mike and I had several rounds of text messages and phone calls to work out the details and price for the job. In all our correspondence, Mike was articulate, prompt, courteous. His quote matched our actual cost. Never any pressure.

The work was done on schedule, as promised. No surprises. Workmanship was great. He left the water heater closet in far better shape than he found it.

This is a small business, and in my opinion, the owner Mike, takes pride in his work, knows his craft, is ethical, communicates and presents himself well, and takes his life-long career path seriously. His son, Shane, who is learning the craft from his father, was also professional and courteous.
