...Three days after the move in to our new house we had the unpleasant surprise that we needed major plumbing work.
Initially we called our home warranty company to have one of their contractors fix the issue without us having to pay out of pocket but we had a huge issue with their work and their willingness to work with our scheduling.
Unfortunately nothing is ever as it seems, after three days of working with another company and getting no real assistance I desperately contacted Drain Edge Rooter and a handful of other plumbers around 12pm. I immediately heard back from Isaiah with Drain Edge who was more than willing to come out that same day by 5pm and create a plan to get us back to using our toilets and showers. Isaiah and his team showed up that same day assessed the problem and determined the issue (a main line pipe under our front yard that has been been busted and blocked by the roots of a large magnolia tree). Isaiah gave us a quote to fix the entire issue and had his team working each chance they had.
On day two of digging into the ground --what they believed was going to be a 5ft dig-- they discovered the set up of piping meant that they were actually going to have to dig 10ft deep instead. True to their initial quote for the job, they completed the extra work using the all man power they had to and did not try to charge us ore since we had entered a contract with them.  
The additional dept, of course, prolonged the time it would take to finish but luckily Drain Edge understood the importance of us being able to use our plumbing as it was intended. They cleared the pipes enough so that we could use our plumbing normally. Drain Edge came back and worked all day till 10pm finishing the job.
Isaiah was very clear that the job was not done until the dirt was back in the hole and the yard was as close as it could be to when they started and would not accept payment until our requested permit was signed off and the dirt was put back.
While we hated having to go through this experience we really felt like we were in great hands with this team. We will certainly call them for our future plumbing needs.

Installed three toilets and one bidet I purchased from big box store.  Arrived when promised, laid plastic down to protect my floors, and did a great job on the install.

Isaiah came in on Labor Day and within hours of messaging him. I had water leaking through my ceiling (two story home). He and his co-worker came in and efficiently found the issue. Both of these guys  stopped the leak. Would def recommend!

I had a leak coming from a unknown source in which I began to get worried. I looked around on Yelp and sent couple requests out to get some possible answers. Isaiah responded about as quickly as I submitted that message and advised that he will be able to come out the same day and look at the problem.

That was great news for me. Isaiah arrived and introduced himself before quickly getting to work, looking for the source. Isaiah is skilled at what he does and quickly eliminated areas where it could've came from. He didn't stop there though. The water was continuing to leak from the pipe when he found the source.

I can't thank Isaiah and his company enough for promptly coming out, whereas other companies advised that their earliest opening is mid July. Can't wait to use Isaiah for future projects and issues.

You might say adding a new dishwasher to the family should not generally need a plumber to intervene, just hook it up to the existing hot water supply under the sink and airflow to your garbage disposal. Well, I never had these luxuries in this 1939 home and no, there was no water supply to tap into as all pipes were within the walls.

Here enters Drain Edge Rooter with Mr. Isaiah leading the charge on our first meet. He evualuated the situation and check the options.
He assessed three options and choose the less invasive and less expensive option for me which I thought was a great choice.

He completed the job with care, professionalism, and with finesse.

Now we have the LG DH working and a new GB, which I really didn't need, but oh well.  

Thanks to Isaiah he is now our local plumber and I highly recommend him for his puncutality, knowledge of the business, and great affordable rates.
When you own this old house you have to come across many plumbers and I choose Drain Edge Rooter from now on. Kudos.

On Christmas eve My water heater gas valve went out. Isaiah was the only plumber who messaged back, he saved the day by replacing my gas valve and the hot water was back on. He came at the time he said he would, communicative, friendly and completed the job quick. It is hard to find a good plumber, I will definitely call up Drain Edge Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Isaiah is a true professional.  He is up front, explains exactly what he is doing, and no surprise costs or hidden fees! We had a clog today, new years day, and he came out  the same day within 4 hours of contact and fixed all of our issues.  I cannot stress enough how good he is.  He will be the only person we contact in the future.  If you want someone friendly, respectful, and upfront Isaiah is your man!  He left all of the workspaces clean and reassembled everything as it was, minus the clog!  A+++ experience.

I had an issue with my main drain going out to the sewer on Sunday night. They came the next morning to take a look. Very polite employees and they were able to find the issue fairly quick. I needed a pipe replaced outside my home. After accepting the quote, it was scheduled for the next day, but they called me back and said that they can do it the same day. Keep in mind that it was a holiday, president's day. They came back and completed the job by that afternoon. Great job guys!

I have no words to express how grateful I am with Drain Edge Rooter. My main water line in the yard was damaged from a root and cracked an elbow joint. I contacted several plumbing companies but Drain Edge Rooter was the ONLY one committed to sending someone over the same day to check the problem. Within an hour, they sent Javier Lopez to the house to assess the problem. After agreeing on the rate (excellent btw), Javier went to work, and fixed the issue. I thought we'd have to suffer with no water over night but Javier came thru for me and my family. Javier was a class act, professional, super friendly, and knowledgeable. One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again. The 2 dudes from drainage rooter came out the next day and And had to remove the toilet to pull out a big piece of plastic They were both friendly and And thorough.

Our kitchen drain was blocked at dinner time. After we checked the sink tube and the outside access, we quote the drain service on Yelp at night. Surprisingly they respond so quickly that we realized it was too late for negotiating the service details.  

    The next day we had to join a booked family activity and thanks for their waiting time with a discount price. Actually, we quoted another lower price for dredging before they came, the reason we didn't choose the former one is that the drain machine looked old-fashioned. So, when the Drain Edge Rooter showed us their drain machine that was similar to the ones shown on Home Depot's tool rental, we preferred their service.  They were patient and gave me an impressive illustration about draining before starting dredge.  Meanwhile, they worked efficiently and took maybe only 15 minutes or less!  Afterward, they offered a  free7-day warranty, and turned out the drain has completely dredged!

Isaiah did a great job!  He was professional, friendly, and his price was fair.  He re-did some of the pipes and installed a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink.  He tested everything afterwards, cleaned up, and everything looks and works well.  Would highly recommend him and we will be using him again.

We had a late night plumbing emergency. All of our drains were backed up and we couldn't flush the toilets.  I contacted a few places and Isaiah responded to my message in less than 10 minutes.  He had the most affordable pricing out of all of them and was able to come out in about 30 minutes.  He cleared out our drain and also did the camera just to make sure nothing was missed.  He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again if we have another plumbing issue.

I started to notice many small leaks within my home, a hot spot and soon noticed an increase in my water and gas bill. It was confirmed I had a slab leak somewhere in my home! I was given my options and decided to bite the bullet and repipe my entire home.

This big project took Drain Edge Rooter 3 1/2 days! In these 3 days, I dealt with a professional and respectful staff! Repiping an entire home is a little overwhelming when seeing open drywall and this group of professionals walked me through it the entire way making it seamless.

A couple days later the company they subcontract with to patch up the drywall started at 8am and was out by 3pm! Having OCD, I was a little worried because I honestly wasn't sure if they would meet my expectations. I definitely was stocked once they were done. They met my expectations and more! I was very pleased with their work! During this process the owner and the lead of the project stopped by to make sure everything was on track. I brought to their attention that there was old piping that was never cut and although the drywall was already added to the other side, they ask for it to be removed so they can cut it!

Both groups came in to get the work done and by far exceed my expectations! I would highly recommend!

Had a serious issue with pipes at a new old house. No drainage all of a sudden first few days in. No one could bathe or use the toilets. Kids and wife were in a panic. Got in touch with Isaiah afterhours and explained to him what was going on. I figured he would come the next day since it was already dark, but he told me he was already on his way because it was an emergency. Who does that nowadays? He had cameras in my pipes and cleared a bunch of roots out within the hour.

I had another incident with an old valve outside of the same house in the next couple of weeks and he was there with his crew as soon as he wrapped up the job he was working on when I called him. It got taken care of in a couple of hours. I'm not a person that writes a lot of reviews but I have to do what I can to let other people know that there are still businesses out there who care about how they do business and treat their customers. My shower was dripping.   Needed to have my 25 year old valve replaced.   Also discovered my pressure regulator was not working.    My house was registering 100.   Scary that I could have had serious damage if other valves.   So glad they checked my pressure before they left.

Saw a small drip leaking at faucet next to door entrance. Got many quotes from plumbers on Yelp but Drain Edge Rooter was first to respond and clarify that it's not a faucet but a Water Pressure Regulator leaking. I felt comfortable that they identified and knew what they were doing. They were professional and responsible. I ended up paying double the initial estimate but the payment is not my concern because I agreed to it but the next day, my sprinklers popped off and the water pressure from the sprinkler line shot into the sky was very high. When we turned off our shower, pressure was stronger in the house.

When they came out, they tested the pressure and it was 82 and since there's a small leak they said it's more like 85-90. They changed the whole manifold pipes and adjusted the pressure down to 50ish and everything looked great bc no more drip, but within a day, we still notice same pressure coming from house but it seems the water pressure is even higher.

We called to report what happened with the water pressure after they changed the part and they say they are not responsible. They  mentioned something about putting a separate pressure regulator on the sprinkler system but if the home has been built since 1990 without a sprinkler regulator and didn't have issues or have a separate regulator, why do they suggest we get one after they came to change our whole water pressure regulator at the front door?

Just disappointed. They were quick to respond before we paid them for a job but when an issue related to the job was brought up, they wiped their hands clean and said they're not responsible and suggested getting separate regulator, even though this home never needed one for 40 years until after they worked on our premises. (Shaking our head) Makes no sense at all and they should be able to make more sense.

Our kitchen sink sprayer was leaking and I called Drain Edge Rooter for a quote. They responded promptly and arrived literally the same day. We appreciated that they made time on such short notice (and it was a Saturday!) and even called to update us where they are. They didn't get to fix the sprayer (it was out of their hands, the pipes were old and original to the house) but they gave us very valuable advice (what to do, where to get parts, etc) it was a pleasant experience overall.

Highly recommend Isaiah. He came and fixed the toilet issue promptly and left the area clean. Also was quick to respond to another request for service for one of our other properties.
