I've never had to deal with a plumber before, but we bought a house and needed a new, tankless water heater. We were referred to Sean from our furnace guy, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is Sean ultra-competent, but he worked well with our other contractors and got everything done within the time frame we needed. Shortly after we moved in, our toilet started leaking, but we contacted Rose and she got Sean to our place to fix it. Seriously, if you need a plumber, Sean at Collins is your guy.

Sean at Collins Plumbing was great. They came recommended by another reputable plumber that only does new construction and install. Sean solved a couple of problems we have been having for several years on the first pass. He was very honest and clearly explained the issues in a way we could understand. His pricing for the work was also very fair. I can highly recommend Collins Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing firm going forward.

Plumbers are notorious for being the prima donna's of the construction industry. But Sean is anything but that he is dependable and makes sure the job gets done. Sean and his crew installed a tankless water heater for us and it was a simple and straight forward process.

Collins plumbing is the best!  We recently had an issue that prevented us from having hot water.  They came right out and did not leave until the job was done.  They kept me up to date with the progress on the job and are super trustworthy and reliable.  They treated our house as if it was their own and when they left it was as if they were never there.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a very old house in Berkeley and for any plumbing problem  I will always call Sean. It has been over 10 years now (like I said..OLD house!) and each and every time he has been a great help - and explains everything and fixes things to last. He is very responsive and even came by on a long weekend on zero notice when we discovered a broken pipe under out house. He and Rose are great people and I highly recommend Collins Plumbing.

Amazing service. When a job only took a few minutes he told me I had paid for an hour so what else needed fixing. We've had some emergencies and he's come out the same day. He knows how to work in old houses with unusual plumbing. Will never hire another plumber willingly.

Collins Plumbing has done major work for our remodel. Sean is Great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about what is required by the City. Communication is great. Very happy with the quality work and would recommend their company to anyone. Rose is great as well with scheduling.

Excellent service.  They really know what they are doing.  They checked the fixtures before installing to make sure that everything was good to go, put the new fixtures in to comply with code which the originals did not comply with (which we wouldn't have known), was incredibly neat, thorough in their work, timely.

5 stars. They are pleasant easy to work with and did a perfect job! They are very busy to you may have to wait for an appointment. Super trustworthy and helpful.
