Had a big problem today, neither of my toilets were working.I called and the woman on the phone was really friendly and helpful. I had a plumber out within the hour and he fixed my problem super quick! I would highly recommended these guys to anyone who has a plumbing problem. They are fast,friendly and trsutworthy!

Water main sprung a ferocious leak and called lanes plumbing on the reccomendation of a friend in a panic. The owner made his way to my issue immediately to help me out with a temporary fix late at night and came back the next day to replace it entirely. All for an incredibly fair price too - can't recommend enough.

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

Called Jacob due to a stagnant bathtub.  Tried to snake out the tub and even climbed on the roof to access the vent.  Problem not solved.  Looks like I have bigger problems than I thought.  Need more money to fix my issue that I cannot afford to address until next year.  Handed over Jacob my debit card and he handed it right back to me.  All he asked was that I call hime back when I was ready to address the issue, and that I give him the first opportunity to work on it.  Honesty and professionalism go a long way with me and as soon as I have the money ready, I'll be calling Jacob Plumbing.  He came to do a job on a hot day, climbed on the roof with a snake machine on his shoulder and left with nothing but a promise that I'd call him back.  Respectful, honest, punctual and professional.  Thanks Jacob.

Leo and his team were prompt, very professional, respectful, friendly and helpful. They fixed our leaks and some other plumbing issues we had. They wore masks and cleaned up after they finished their work. We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Leo!

Upstairs toilet was leaking thru the garage ceiling below. Sent a quote request to Selvin and he replied quickly. It's the day after Christmas and I really didn't expect such promptness! He said he would send a team out to do a free estimate in the afternoon but that time didn't work for me. He quickly adjusted his time and the guys were here on the dot! They found the issue right away, explained how it needed to be fixed and gave me a reasonable quote. As they entered the home, they put on booties, they had floor coverings ... There was nothing I had to clean afterwards. I saw how good (and fast!) they were and asked if they could accommodate an additional request -- a clogged bathroom sink. Again, fair pricing, fast quality work. I was thrilled! Thanks Selvin and team.

David was great and Nicole was very helpful!  Everyone seemed very honest, which I appreciated. Will use again.

Contacted David in the morning about an emergency drainage issue. He was here within 2 hours and our problem is resolved! Explained what the issue was, and even crawled under the house to see what he was working with. He went well beyond what our previous plumber was doing to fix the problem. Save his number, nothing beats a reliable plumber!

Great service but couldn't complete the job.

Called for a clogged drain and was told by the answering service that I would receive a call back in 15 minutes from the on-call plumber. I received a call back within 10 minutes, and Sidney let me know he would arrive at my place in an hour. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, spelled out the contract and got to work. Unfortunately neither the snake nor the auger he had in the truck had a swivel head and he wasn't allowed to go on the roof and clear the blockage from the vent pipe, so he was unable to clear the blockage.  He cleaned up after himself, resetting the toilets with new wax rings and caulked them back in place. This would have been five star review if Sidney had the right tools to complete the job, or was licensed and bonded to be able to clear the blockage from the roof.

This company saved me. My water pipe busted and I thought I was going to have to spend thousands to repair it since it was under concrete but Kelly found an alternative solution that was both permanent and within my budget! I am very thankful I reached out to this company, literally within an hour of calling the number on yelp Kelly was here to fix the problem.

Water heater master have got to be the most honest company out there. I had them come out thinking I had to replace my water heater, they checked it out and said, It works fine. I need a plumber. No dishonesty there. Thank you, Brian.

William and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed someone to replace an old gas line after a leak was found and our gas was shut off. He came out on short notice to provide an estimate which was very fair and honest. He got the work done right and quickly, understanding that we were in a rush to get our hot water back. William is knowledgeable and transparent, and explained his work throughout the process. The cherry on top - when PG&E came out to turn on our gas, their ridiculously incompetent technician couldn't restart our water heater and just bailed, telling me it was broken. I knew that wasn't true, and so texted William who graciously agreed to come out after hours that night to help bleed the line properly and get our hot water back up and running (so we could finally shower). Talk about going above and beyond. These guys are saved in my phone and will be our first and only call for plumbing issues in the future.

Many thanks to Ruben and his crew. 5 Stars on a copper repipe he performed on our house. That as well as replacing the vertical drains. Attention to detail and customer service were spot on. Hands on owner who does not sub-contract out the work which was very important to me. We got on great, I almost bought him a beer!

Just used J&J because I read a good review. I have had other plumbing  problems with similar  clog sink problems. Last year had to call 3 times and my bill was an average of 300.00 to 400 dollars a service call. This plumbing  service  J & J was 86 percent  less than what I was paying before. This is an honest business  man took care of the problem in and out in 20 minutes.  Very easy on the pocket book not trying to do more that does not need to be done. Try him he is the best in Delano I speak from experience.  He number  1.

Ron was the second person I called to come out for a leak in my yard. The first company came out twice before calling it a day becuz he couldn't find it. So I researched again and found Ron. This time I was specific in my questions on how and what equipment he had to find my leak (listening/sound equipment is important). The leak was under either grass, asphalt or cement and my house is on about 1/3 of an acre, and it's a challenge for anyone. It prob took Ron longer than he thought, maybe a little over an hour, but he FOUND it! He heard noise under the cement in my backyard, and then asked if he can drill a small hole in the seam to stick a long rod in. When the rod came out, it was wet. I had plumbers come out and an old capped off galvanized pipe was worn and leaking! Look no further, call Ron if you need to find any kind of leak!

Slater replaced our gas water heater with an efficient tankless unit with a return pump which was their suggestion. Now we have hot water much faster than before at the showers and sinks, very nice! Quick and clean install and friendly techs.

I used Pete's for a gas line repair from the gas meter. They had to come out several times because they could not determine if there was a leak in the gas line. In doing so, one guy made several mistakes and appeared to not understand how to determine if there was a leak. After several attempts (three calls) Pete's finally sent another plumber. While the first plumber apologized for his inadequate service, the company still charged me for two call backs even though it was their mistake. The new plumber assessed that I had several leaks under the house that would require several thousands of dollars in repairs. It was evident that he was not truthful as in our conversation he kept adding additional costs. When I got a second opinion from another plumbing company, there test under the house found zero leaks and the test passed the city requirements. When I contacted Pete's to complain about the numerous service call charges and misinformation, they refused to remove any costs. Will never use of recommend this company.
