The shingles that came off were sent back to the manufacturer to be analyzed. The shingles were found to be defective. The whole roof was stripped off and replaced at no cost to me. The roof replacement was finished last week.

While they were replacing the roof they addressed my other concerns from my first review. Now I am satisfied with the work performed.

We were very pleased with Frank Londono Construction. They put a new roof and gutters on our house, they paid attention to detail, clean up and the job came out beautiful. I recommend them and will use Frank Londono Construction again.

Last winter, I found out sooner than expected that I had to replace my roof altogether when I had 4 major leaks throughout the house. With financial concerns and having in mind what the scope of the repair altogether would be, I reached out to Frank Londono Construction for an estimate. Frank quickly responded to my questions and was able to provide an estimate and time frame within days of my inquiry. We went over the contract together as well as the logistics of how long the project would be completed and materials. As they had begun removing the first layer of the roof, he discovered major structural damage and set out a couple of recommendations and options to move forward. Although the damage would raise the cost of the project, Frank did his best in keeping us within the estimated increase and was able to complete the project altogether within a week. Frank and team were professional and ensured that no debris was left over from the immense project of replacing my 1,900 sq. ft. roof! Overall, I am been very pleased with the results of the replacement of the roof and would highly recommend Frank and his team!

Great Quality work. A few years ago I called Frank Londono Construction for the first time for a plumbing issue. I spoke with Frank Sr. and he was so helpful being that this was my first home and I know nothing about home repairs. He was so kind and willing to help my husband and myself understand what the issue was and wasn't offended by the fact we wanted to get other quotes for our own peace of mind. In the end we selected Frank Londono Construction and we were impressed. Now anything that goes wrong in my house, I call Frank. He's done at least five projects in my house and we have been very pleased with all of our projects. I would recommend Frank Londono Construction to all of my family and friends.

We were due for a new roof , I received an estimate from Frank Londono, for stripping off the old roof and hauling it away and installing a new roof, with gutters. Very professional, and well spoken contractor, did everything on the contract, and explained all details to us, Londono construction also repaired/replaced, windows, and sections of siding on the house, and painted the whole exterior, we received many compliments on the work. I mean do your homework, but I would recommend Londono construction, this work was done about five years ago, all work is holding up just fine

Called me to come by without notice. Though I was planning to head out, I decided to wait since I am getting quotes for painting and some additional work. He shows up, looks around, takes pics of my house (inside and out), then does not even give me a quote or answer my questions on the work, etc. He says he needs his foreman's input and I told him to schedule a time with me when I will be home, then (wondering why HE bothered to come out at all then). He wanted me to let the guy to just stop by and wander around my property whether I was home or not. I said no. Waste of time, unprofessional, does NOT seem trustworthy at all. The entire experience made me very sure I will not hire this company for any work now or in the future. Also, why do they have 2 Yelp listings..?

I was impressed at first when Frank Jr. came out and took a look at our roof. Materials, photos, his responses all made sense. The roof needed to be repaired and obviously had two roof layers from previous roofing jobs. So the estimate came in and only included (1) layer to be removed. Makes no sense and his excuse was he does not charge until he knows for sure there are 2 layers but from many locations around all the edges to open spots there are in fact 2 layers. But the catch is (once they start and you've already signed to agree to the job) they then add $600 bucks to the job for the second layer. This is in a way fraud to get a lower estimate which later they can change. I find this underhanded, wrong and dishonest. I had 2 other roofers come out who did not play the same game. Both made it clear there were 2 layers of roof already in place. I don't buy the We had a conversation about this while I was there. This is why things are in writing. So Beware the low estimate you get from these guys may be just a way to get you to buy in later to find out they're much more expensive.

This company is very honest. I was referred to Frank through a good friend of mine. Word of mouth is always the best referral to me.
I called Frank Londono Construction and scheduled an estimate, his son Frank Jr. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest in regards to the project that I wanted to do on my house.
I've called other contractors for quotes and a lot of times either you don't get a call back or they don't show up. Frank not only showed up but he did an amazing job, they're not cheap but they do quality work.
I will definitely call him for my next project.

I was very impressed with Frank and his company. They paid great attention to details and clean up. I had several questions as a new homeowner and Frank took the time to explain in great detail every step of the process. I will be hiring Frank again and will be referring him for his expertise.

A year after the original work, I had Frank do some additional work inside my house. Despite the many wind storms and harsh weather, my roof still looks like it was freshly put on. Each time I've had Frank come out, he is very helpful with explaining the process of work and breaking down the cost for each job.

After being really dissatisfied with the service of other contractors, a friend referred me to Frank Londono Construction. Since then, I've used them for a number of major and minor projects over the years, and I would never even think of going to another contractor for my needs. They've always been extremely professional, quick, and fair. I usually go through Frank Jr., and he is always reliable and easy to work with. I also appreciate that it is a family business that puts their name on their product, and backs it up with quality work and service. Give them a try, you won't regret it!
