I used Wizard plumbing for changing my sewer line from my garage to the city main end of 2021. The technician Mike gave us a good estimation and was easy to communicate and very professional throughout the process. Though due to COVID there is some delay, our job was completed in 2 months (it was originally estimated a week). I am overall happy with the experience and would recommend their service.

Tony is excellent. During the Coronavirus Shelter in Place he was quick to respond. A bunch of us in our neighborhood decided it was time to get our Earthquake gas shutoff valves installed for a number of houses. Tony was helpful with all of us neighbors, dealing with each of us individually for the work and payment, etc. Good communication and collaboration. He and his helper wore masks and kept social distancing. His pricing was fair and he explained it clearly. He treated each house and owner individually, explaining possible issues that might come up (e.g. an old furnace problem, a meter that was under the house--might be better to get it moved out from under first, etc). He seemed knowledgeable and straightforward. He left everything cleaned up nicely. Everybody was very happy with him and happy to find a new plumber as well.

In the middle of installing our gas shutoff valves he also dealt with a sink issue I had at work. He took time out to fix the faucet assembly so we wouldn't have to buy a new one. This was on a weekend! He was very fair about all of it. Very handy and price conscious which I appreciated. I've recommended him to other friends since then and they've been very happy with him as well.

Had a plumbing emergency right before Christmas.  Had to get a plumber to come and snake my line.  He only cleared part of it and recommended some additional work.  Because it was the holidays (Dec 23rd), he charged me holiday rates.
I decided to get some additional quotes as the work the first plumber suggested seemed really high.  I sent a quote request on Yelp and Mark from the Rooter Company responded right away.  It was late but he was in the area and came to take a look at our issue.  He diagnosed the actual problem right away and suggested some longer term solutions.
We decided to go with the Rooter Company for the work.  Mark worked with our budget and absolutely maximized it.  He even credited the work he did on the 24th and the day of the major work he took care of additional things we needed.  We basically got 5 different services/work for slightly above the price that the first guy was quoting me for 1 thing.
I can't recommend these guys enough.  We will continue to rock with The Rooter Company for any future needs we have.

Advanced Trenchless (AT) is efficient and professional. We had to replace the sewer lateral on a recently purchased home and also deal with an old abandoned septic tank. AT handled all the permits (2 from the county and 1 from the city) and they had a crew on site within a week. We were happy that the trenchless process meant that our lawn and garden were not disturbed. The foreman Gil did a great job keeping us updated on progress.

I got two bids for this job, and the AT bid was significantly below the other company's. The final bill matched the bid exactly. AT also provides a 20 year warranty on materials and workmanship.

They made a large and complex project as painless as possible for the homeowner and we appreciate it!!

Brandon was very laid back and cool about helping us replace our shower faucet, which he took the time to find and order since it was such an old/rare model. We needed a water line installed for a new fridge, Ray responded right away with a fair price and was able to schedule it for the next day. The job was done quick and they even fixed the water flow in our kitchen sink while they were here. I will definitely be using Sonic again.

We had a major pipe burst in our kitchen and desperately needed Get Rapid Restoration Service to address the water damage. Ron came out immediately to assess the situation and provided the next steps to resolution. Ron is amazing - he is professional, knowledgeable, and is an excellent communicator. He made every efforts to put our minds at ease, which was very much appreciated during this stressful time. The damages were repaired quickly and efficiently, and the final results look great. Mario and team were prompt and very reliable. We had two separate surprises this month and we were well assured that Mario and team will take care of the issue. The kitchen drain pipes were falling apart as well as the bathroom shower got clogged. Mario and his team were readily available and made sure to take care of the issue right away.

I called today (Saturday) and Mr Kim was out here within an hour and unclogged the kitchen sink drain right away. He also caulked the handheld sprayer for me (which was loose).  Very nice, calm, got straight to work and the young man with him was very polite and efficient.

Called him based on these Yelp reviews, glad I did.  I have some other non-urgent plumbing work that needs to be done, and I'll be calling him to do that as well.

I needed to help a friend with a faucet problem that required a call to purchase replacement parts. I called Moran and spoke with one of their people (Paul, I think) and he was exceptionally helpful - GREAT knowledge, accurate information and he offered two potential solutions in addition to giving me courteous service. I will definitely go back here in the future. Much better alternative than going to a big box and trying to find someone who really knows plumbing...

Called Thomas Plumbing at the recommendation of my property management company. They were able to send someone out within 90 minutes!  Our carpet was mysteriously wet and it took awhile but we finally figured out that the downstairs toilet had overflowed while the shower upstairs was draining. The mainline was plugged. Dale snaked it and we can again use our water but sadly we may lose a beautiful tree because the mainline is full of roots.

Chris from everlasting plumbing helped me out Friday by fixing a leak under my sink. The original installation was done incorrectly and Chris fixed it without any problem. He also helped clean up the mess under the sink. Before leaving he was also able to unclog a drain in my bathroom sink. He did a great job. He was also not only on time but a little early which was refreshing! He was friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Everlast.

We called Sal's at the last minute when another plumber no-showed.  They came within just a couple of hours.  Thomas knew exactly what to do, he not only ran a long snake through our pipe twice, he even checked under the house to make sure there were no problems with the plumbing beneath.  Top quality service!

These guys were great. They found our slab leak that 4 other plumbers could not find. It was $350 but that point we were happy to pay after 4 professionals failed to find the leak. Not only did they pin point the leak but recommended some great guys who were able to fix it the same day. They even gave us some tips on how to get a refund from the water company since we've probably had the leak for weeks. A+ service and highly recommended.

Great service, josh was so polite and easy to talk to. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to talking to people so for me to be comfortable says a lot.honestly give this man a raise :)

I needed a Good ,Fast, Honest plumber. I had a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling, causing lots of damage fast. I first called the Family Plumber in Los Alamitos. They still had about two hours left before closing, but didn't want to come out. Ok... I can maybe understand that if they are busy. So, they scheduled to be ther first thing in the morning. They called an hour and a half late. When they got there, they took a look and said they would be back later. One hour, two hours... nothing. I called Johnson Plumbing. He came right out, gave me a decent price, and repaired it all within an hour or so. Great work guys!

As for Family Plumbing, they called to check in many hours after the job was done by Joe Johnson Plumbing.

Do not hire them they ripped me off and didn't even finish the job don't let them come into your home you might get ripped off too. I had written him a check for $250 then my sister came and let me the $250 cash I asked him for the check back and I left the check on the table and gave him cash then later on he also grab the check took it and deposit the check into his account I did not notice until yesterday when I went to the remember bank and they told me that a check for $250 that clear I called him he got upset and hang up on me I called the police and they told me that there's nothing they can do because I wrote the check myself and it was signed but it wasn't for him to take because I gave him cash instead of a check he's a Thief all together he got $620 for me and he didn't even finish the job and there's nothing I can do unless I take him to small claims court as a favor to me do not hire him remember the name is Chavez plumbing
