He said he wasnt the one to help me with my problem and when I asked to speak to someone who could, he told me not to call back ever and hung on me. Im confused how secretaries are allowed to speak to potential customers any way they want to at this business....I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

Shaun from Arnold's Plumbing helped me replaced a water heater at my rental while I was out of town. He made the process very easy for me and was able to take credit card payment via phone (using Square app). Shaun picked up the water heater from Lowe's and did the installation and haul-away promptly. He also took care of some minor work my last plumber left behind and again made it easy for me. Professional service and great communications, would hire again and recommend.

Antonio did an exceptional job helping unclog my sink after my son had dropped something down the drain. His fee was very reasonable for the work he did. He even took extra time to educate me and consult on another plumbing issue I have and did not charge me for this. I will definitely call him again!

We had a new well drilled on our residential property and I needed the pump transferred from the old well to the new.

After several failed appointments with other pump companies, I contacted Chris. He was refreshingly professional. While other companies were scheduled out for months (some were so booked they flatly told me no), Chris was on-site within a week!

The day of the appointment I had a message from Chris that he needed to reschedule because he had recent calls from clients who were completely out of water. But when he learned that I had taken the day off to be home for the job, he made arrangements and was at our home within an hour.

He's happy to do the job unattended, but was also ready to explain and re-explain.

* I rented a trencher and dug the trenches for the new pipe myself, which saved us hundreds of dollars
* Your appointment may be changed last minute if more pressing customer situations arise

Where do I start. I purchased a 4-Plex in midtown Sac last year. I began a complete remodel shortly after. The piping was all galvanized steel and needed to be completely replaced. I met a couple people and made the biggest mistake of hiring someone unlicensed to start the work. What a disaster. After costing me thousands of dollars and numerous blatant errors, we parted ways and I reached out to Walter from Crown Plumbing via a referral from another contractor. When Walter came to do a walk-through, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did Walter have to correct the mistakes of the previous plumber so it can pass inspection, he still had a complete remodel of the bathroom. After contracting Crown Plumbing to finish the work, we found several more issues along the way. The center wall in the bathrooms had been destroyed from repipe jobs over the last 70 years and needed to be completely demo'd and rebuilt. Walter had a solution, he called his framer and they had the 2 walls rebuilt in a day. Crown Plumbing also had to move a toilet across the room, working with limited space to maintain grade as well as structural members in the way. Walters crew was able to seamlessly navigate the problems and we were able to pass the inspection the first time. The crew was very friendly and were very easy to get along with. Walter supervised the project from start to finish and ensured that the work was done to code and that it looked professional. There was no request that I had that Walter and his crew wasn't able to deliver. While Crown Plumbing's prices are not cheap by any means, they are also not as expensive as others and Walter is very fair when bidding the job. I have just finished my final inspections and they passed with flying colors. I am incredibly happy with the quality of work that Crown Plumbing provided. I will absolutely be using Crown Plumbing for any plumbing work I have in the future.

I dread dealing with appliance repairs but Jeremy made it pretty painless!  My 3 yr old Whirlpool fridge decided to stop keeping our food cold. What a stressful thing trying to get all your stuff in ice chests and begging neighbors to take your freezer goods because of course we had made a Costco trip and had a loaded freezer. I  called him about 5:00 pm and didn't expect to get anyone after leaving a message. He called me back within 2 minutes and asked many questions to try and pinpoint the problem. He even suggested a fix to try that would not cost me money- I thought that was a pretty good gesture! He came by the next afternoon and had the problem diagnosed and fixed with the hour  and it was exactly the problem he thought it was and the price was exactly as he said it would be. Nice guy and very professional and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend Jeremy for your appliance repairs!

I had a job at my rental property and needed to get it taken care of pretty fast since I had tenants moving in. Jesse came out and took a look at the job the same day I called him! He gave me a quote and was working on it within a few days. It was a pretty big job replacing a sewer line so I was very grateful that he was able to get started and finished so quickly and not effect my renters moving in. They patched the concrete so nice you can't even tell they were there. Great communication he was updating me constantly.  I certainly recommend them and will use them again.

You must call these guys! We called rooter hero for a pipe clogged with grease and they were quoting us thousands of dollars. We called affordable Trenchless and they came out, told us what to do and fixed the issue for hundreds, not thousands. They didn't even charge for their initial visit to scope anything out. Hands down will use them again and refer the. To everyone I know. They are thorough and honest. I wish every company ran like this one.

The plumber who came to my house to unclog my drain did a good job at that. But he failed to make sure that the plastic pipes under the kitchen sink, which he disconnected, did not have any leaks. I spent the better half of 2 hours going back and forth to Lowes to get the equipment I needed to fix it. Considering the price they charged, you would think this would be included.

I had a house full of family and friends over for Thanksgiving when my toilet overflowed and wouldn't flush. Pro Rooter & Septic sent a very friendly plumber who had me us up and running quickly. They charged a reasonable amount for holiday hours too. I'd highly recommend!

We recently had them come out to do a tuneup for two units. The gentleman came out and ended up needing $2000 per unit repairs plus another $4000 repair that should be done sooner than later. They also scheduled an appointment to do the repairs without talking to us. I ended up having A second opinion and all that was necessary were two capacitors they need to be changed. I ended up spending a little less than $100 to have the two units back operating properly. Shame on you Gilmore and sending a tech who had the balls to make up readings to say that our unit needed to be repaired and or changed. Be advised that these technicians are paid to up charge and make the necessary repairs to pad their pocketbook. I would never use these people ever again and if you find this review pregnant please pass it along. Oh by the way, it cost me $258 for this aggravation.
