Mascorro Plumbing

This was my first time having to need a plumber. It's a nerve racking experience but Mascorro Plumbing really put me at ease. He was super professional, punctual and got the job done  I was sooooo happy with his work I highly recommend for anyone in Porterville!

I have had a leaky toilet for quite some time and we were turning off the water behind the toilet after each flush. we attempted to do it ourselves and replace the toilet kit and ended up making a bigger problem for ourselves. We ended up having to shut off the water for the entire house until we could get it fixed. I contacted John the following day in the morning and after a few pictures sent he was able to see what we needed. His response time was good and we had our water back on sooner than we knew it. He was professional and got in and got the job done. he also suggested some things we could purchase on our own to further upgrade our system last longer. He helped us out and on his lunch break at that! We will definitely be calling him again with our plumbing needs I highly recommend him. I have attached some before and after pics. Everything is running great.

unidentified man who answered the phone was very rude. He said he wasnt the one to help me with my problem and when I asked to speak to someone who could, he told me not to call back ever and hung on me. Im confused how secretaries are allowed to speak to potential customers any way they want to at this business....I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

We were in dire need of plumbing services and mr rooter was the way we went first... First, the quote was late, then was empty and last it did not include tearing on the wall... Who gives a plumbing estimate explaining they are not responsible for any wall tear? leaving us to have to outsource for someone else to come fix for them... NO NO NO... SO Found him on a google search since we are 5 hours away from our property in Porterville. We got our estimate along with a very detailed description of what needed to get done. He made sure to take before, mid and end of his job. We were very pleased with the services. He is our GOTO person.

Called on a Friday night -- John answered the phone at a football game! He was polite and accommodating over the phone and arrived at my home bright and early Saturday morning. John is a skilled professional and very reasonable in his pricing. Highly recommend

A couple of weeks ago we found out we had a gas leak in some of our basement pipes. We called Mascorro and they were able to come out the next day and John and his sons took care of everything. Nothing over the top or pushy, they just fixed what needed fixing and were super friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was right. While we always hope we never have to call a plumber, we have definitely found the one we'll call again when we need them. Thanks John(and your sons!)

We had a pipe burst outdoors and called Macorro Plumbing on very short notice.  Assistance was immediate, customer service was excellent, work completed very quickly, and price quote was extremely reasonable. I set a time and date for service and he never showed.  I attempted to follow up and see if he was coming.  I never received a call back,  highly unprofessional.

I had a plumbing problem on a Friday but I was leaving out of town at 9am and they came to the house at 730 in the morning to fit me in on my schedule. Much appreciated and very professional. A plus is when you talk to him it's not like talking to a big company and it's nice to support the local guy. Appreciated

They were here quickly and found the problem with my gas water easily. Told what parts to order so I could keep my parts warranty. Then came as quickly as they could when the parts arrived. I really appreciate their work ethic and honesty.

I had a gas leak in my water heater, I called and they were able to send someone out to check and install a new water heater that day. Very professional, very nice, quick and reasonably priced!
