We had a water leak somewhere in the front yard. Bullseye came out with their detection gear and were able to narrow down the leak site.

They then provided a quote with details of what work was going to be done and they also handled any issues with the city about digging up a sidewalk.

The techs arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They soon realized that the problem was not as severe as previously though and were able to provide a new, much lower price, on-site.

Throughout this process, the company was able to be easily contacted via email or phone. I highly recommend this company for your leaky needs.

I am doing a very long overdue review.  I have been working with George at American River Plumbing for over 11 years now.  He installed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher at my prior home and I was very happy with the work.  Since then, in my new home, he is still my go-to for plumbing issues.  We recently had to replace the hot water heater and he did an EXCELLENT job and explained everything to me as he was doing it.  I really appreciate that extra step.  Today, I called him as all of a sudden our hot water in the main bath shower is not working (it's trickling).  Hot water working fine everyone else.  I am looking forward to getting schedule to get this fixed and I know he will do a great job.  I have also recommend him to several neighbors and they are also very happy with American River Plumbing.

Called Isreal out twice to clear drains and he's been great. On time, fair price, great attitude, I worry less about plumbing issues now that I have them on speed dial.

Needed a plumber, not a real emergency, but need service on a kitchen sink.  Contacted Bobby with Pain In The Drain, and he was out in 24 hours.  Thank you for coming out and took care of a clogged drain. We would definitely call again if we needed any plumbing services.

We called Tankless Support for an estimate to see how much it would cost to replace our tankless water heater because it was leaking water.  I had a few plumbers come out and give me an estimate, all of them agreed it needed to be replaced.  Henry at Tankless Support got right in their and took a look and said that it appears that if I was willing he probably could order parts for it and have it fixed if I was willing to wait for the parts to come in.  I agreed because it would make sense to replace parts instead of replacing a whole unit!  Henry came back as promised and fixed my tankless water heater.  He was very professional and honest.  I really enjoyed the service Henry offered he has a very calm way about him that I felt as if I've known him for years.  For any other needs that may arise in regards to issues around my house I will not hesitate to give him a call!

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.

Was looking for a plumber a few years ago to change out my water hose bib on my house. Harold picked up the phone and was there with a couple hours. The job was done with 30 min.
Also used him for a major job on my other house. Had a major leak under the house at the kitchen sink. I had gotten two other estimates from Bonney Plumbing & Bell Bros. Wow.... they wanted so much $$$$. Called Harold out and he did it for less than 1/2 the  price the other companies wanted to charge. Had the job done in 2-3 days where the other companies said a week.
He sat with me for 3 hrs and waited for the inspector to sign off on the job.
Just a couple days had him back out to fix the hot water on my bath sink, installed a bidet, changed out new kitchen faucet hardware, fixed a leak in the shower. He & Nate were there approx 3.5 hrs. There work is awesome and there rates are reasonable.
I highly refer them.

I called in desperation on a Sunday and Joe was to my house in 30 min.  My sewer line was plugged, nothing was working in the house. He was very polite, jumped in and took care of the problem very fast, plus cleaned up some areas to make it easier for me..I really appreciated their quick response and the efficient speedy work that was done..
I had called many other plumbers and was told they would call me back, never heard back from them! They should have been honest that they did not work on Sundays.

My well water pump didn't work and Purkey's came quickly and did the job.  They were friendly, and responsive.  I have since used them to help elevate my slow water stream from my sink faucets, they were great again, quick and I have water pressure again!
