This is the best plumbing company!  They really have that family feel.  From the moment my plumbing problem started, we were treated very well.  We reached an answering service first, who delivered our message right away, and then we were contacted by the nicest dispatcher who understood our needs. Our Service Technician, David Soule, arrived immediately (on a Saturday) and worked hard fixing the problem. David was extremely knowledgeable and shared his expertise with us. I will definitely use this company for my plumbing needs in the future, and will especially request that they send David again if at all possible.  You can't go wrong calling The Trenchless Co.!!!

Very prompt and professional service. Called  at 0800 and they were on site by 0915. Mario was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Also on a side note, when Mario entered into the house he put on booties over his work boots.

My phone call was answered in a timely matter. Appointment was scheduled and I was called again to verify time and a call to me to let me know they were on their way. OK, thats not plumbing, BUT shows the professionalism and dedication to customer service. The problem was fixed and done with  a happy friendly attitude and helpful suggestions to prevent further problems.. I will definitely use them again!

Our pool valve was leaking so we called to see if somebody could fix it as soon as possible. We were shocked when Richard from Pipeworks was able to come out the very next morning, and it was scheduled for 10 AM and was even early. The price was right very satisfied.

Never responded to my inquiry, whatsoever.  I do freelance work too, and if I am busy, I let the prospective customer know and they have the option to wait or seek another business.  Ignoring is just plain rude and bad business!!

Update: I am raising my rating from one star, Methinks not to 2 stars, I've experienced better. I received a call from Chris Purcell who had read my very negative review below.  Chris told me that he did not mean that I needed the flush kit, but rather the valving to attach the flush kit. Apparently plumbers also refer to this as a flush kit. I watched a Youtube video and, indeed, they said, if you don't have this installed, you can't continue. This was not made clear in my original conversation with Chris. I indeed do not have that valving. Why the builder would not have provided flush capability, I do not know. Also, I have now found many vendors available who will do this work for much less money. I have no doubt that Chris and his team can flush a tankless water heater and clean the burner with no problem, but you might want to shop around.

I got a flyer on my door from CK Plumbing that said they could flush a Rinai tankless water heater and they would give 10% off with the flyer. Chris quoted me $275 minus 10% to flush the water heater and clean the burner. When the technician came out, Chris called me back and told me that I would also need a $225 flush kit. I told him to forget it. He told me he would have to charge something for the technician coming out. I told him to go ahead and if I got a bill I would not pay it and if a collection agency contacted me, I would contact my attorney. He quoted me $275 and did not ask if I had a flush kit. From what I can tell from the internet so far, flush kits are re-usable for any tankless hot water heater. Should I have to buy pipe wrenches as well?

I've used Johnson Plumbing several times with great results. Recently had a problem with my gas water heater and the technician (Manuel) went the extra distance to ascertain that my problem was covered by the warranty by contacting the manufacturer.  I just assumed any warranty was gone. They are prompt, courteous and there work is spot-on.  Highly recommend. Techs are professional and know what they are doing.

Our technician was Tony74.  Our shower head wasn't working for years.   Once he inspected the shower and discovered what he needed to do, he told us what he needed to do and kept us informed every step of the way.  Tony74 fixed the problem without delay and the best part, he was educating us about how to do it ourselves.  WE LOVED THAT!  I recommend this company!  Ask for Tony74.  He's your guy!

This company was recommended by a neighbor and I was optimistic that they would provide good and reasonable service. The father and son team are very engaging and seemed knowledgeable. I needed my water spigot to be moved away from the electrical panel - solar installation - so they came up with a way to accomplish this. It took them all day and they charged me $1,600.00. I tried to get reimbursed from the solar company (long story - don't ever use Empower solar) but they told me that the amount I was charged was astronomical.

I believe that I was overcharged and that they were not completely knowledgeable about how to do this job. I did like them.
