Kyle from Jake's Plumbing was quick to respond to a request to fix our leaky water pipe. He was friendly, courteous, honest, and professional, and completed the work in record time...and for a reasonable price! What more could we ask for!!

We called them on a Friday to diagnose our leak. They came and said it was a 4 hour job to fix the leak.

On the initial appointment booking, they said if we went with them on the repair, they would give $200 off. They did not and fought us all the way.

Although I didn't end up hiring this company I can say I was very impressed with the response time and professionalism.  I won't hesitate to contact this company in the future.

They called me. Pretending to be my a/c-heating maintenance and repair company.  The claimed to have done a repair on my a/c last year. All lies. ALL LIES. Is tRump and Georgia Santo lying becoming a normal business practice in the valley.  We have lying valley republicons and KMJ lying to us every day. Now the valley business's are lying. Be cautious of what they say. I believe they are scamming Valley residents.  This is my belief. My opinions are my own beliefs. Expressed in what is still a free America. Be cautious of these scammers.  Who believe lying is ok.  Bless you balance comfort.  Scamming old folks. What godly people they are. Don't take my word. Check it out yourself.

This company is amazing! We had a leak that forced us to shut off the water main to the house overnight. Called them at 7am and they said they'd be here by 8:30 at the latest. Got here early and were done before then! Max was really nice and explained everything ahead of time, and it was less expensive than I expected. These are my peeps for anything plumbing related from here on out. :)

Chris came on short notice, was down to earth and professional. Best price and did clean work. If you are reading this, this is your plumber. Did not try to up-sell for more $. Honest.

Amazingly knowledgeable, patient and friendly family run store. It's the second time we've needed help figuring out how to fix/replace my parents' outdated 20+ yr old plumbing fixtures. First time we were helped by the father, this time by the son. And they've always come through in spades, thoughtfully thinking through everything we need w/o up selling us anything we don't. They have a nice range of budget to luxury fixtures plus a great sale/clearance bin. We will never go to Home Depot again for plumbing supplies.

Alik was very responsive to my call and showed up when he promised. He quickly got our drains unclogged. If we ever run into an issue again, I'll definitely call this company.

Austin is reliable and very responsive.  He did a virtual quote and we scheduled for the next day.   He fixed our running toilet promptly. He accepts several payment methods and followed all Covid19 protocols.

They were very responsive and professional. Located the septic outlet and performed the pumping in short amount of time. Could not tell they had been here when the job was completed.

I'm thrilled to find a great plumbing company!  Like most people, I probably take plumbers for granted... Until a plumbing emergency comes along.  Not knowing who to call, I checked the yelp, and the reviewers didn't let me down.

I was very impressed with this family run business.  Isaiah and his brother came to help out after they finished a big commercial job.  It was long past dinner time, but they didn't want to leave me hanging until the next day.  They were polite, respectful of my house, very professional, and thorough. Isaiah spent plenty of time explaining my options, and what was causing the problems. They came up with a temporary solution to hold me until the next morning.

When they returned early the next day, they quickly finished the job, and left my bathroom nice and clean.

These guys really take pride in being plumbers! You can tell when they pull up in their clean white van, and when you talk to them. They are very knowledgeable, enjoy their work, and love carrying on the business their father taught them, into the fifth generation.

It's great to have a go-to plumber for any of my future needs!  Thank you!

I hired PR Plumbing for a 3rd time since March 2023. They came out on 5-23-23 to remove old water heater in the garage and install a new one. Old water heater lasted 31 years! The new one is very nice & hot water so much better & heats up faster. The men also had to install new drain pipe etc in the garage as original from 1959 was overflowing & needed to be replaced before anything worse happened. They did an excellent job as usual. I'm so glad I'm now a member of the PR Plumbing family. They are honest, professional and the employees are very nice & respectful. I also give a shoutout to John the AC guy with them as he came by when the problem in garage started & patched up a small leak on my roof on his time at no charge!! Thank you John! Ruben from all weather air conditioning did a great job repairing my faucet in my bathroom. He arrived quickly and had job done in no time. I highly recommend him.

I would give this company zero stars if that was an option.  They came to fix a leak in my wall that was covered by insurance. Once they fixed it they proceeded to jackhammer my living room floor just to make sure there wasn't another leak under the foundation. There was NO indication of a possible leak. They bent the pipe then fixed the new leak improperly. I photo documented the entire mess. We fired them and a real plumber had to replace the entire section of pipes they so called fixed. Stay far away from this bogus plumbing company.
