Shaun from Arnold's Plumbing helped me replaced a water heater at my rental while I was out of town. He made the process very easy for me and was able to take credit card payment via phone (using Square app). Shaun picked up the water heater from Lowe's and did the installation and haul-away promptly. He also took care of some minor work my last plumber left behind and again made it easy for me. Professional service and great communications, would hire again and recommend.

Our Rinnai tankless water heater had a persistent error 11. I tried flushing the system a few times and it didn't help.
I texted the issue to Shawn and he got back to me back pretty much right away.
He came within the hour! He cleaned the flame rods and explained everything to me. Got my water heater going within 10 minutes.
Responsive. Friendly. Fair priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.
