We were fortunate to have Daniel, the owner himself, help us with a backed up sewer line. Not only he cleared the backup right away by snaking close to the trap, he took care to run extra water from the offending drain. He then inspected with camera the main connection far under the street and went right and left there. When I asked him to do jet cleaning of all the lower sewer drains he was super thorough: He patiently guided the snake/camera/jet upstream into the building 30-35ft with hot water cleaning and rechecking carefully. Great to see someone have this level of skill and put in the effort. The charge was reasonable and Daniel gave us a 6 month warranty. Highly recommend!

Leo's awesome. He's so responsive! Even if you don't get him on your first try he's always prompt to return your call. He replaced the sewer pipe in front of my house and also did some plumbing work for a rental apartment I own. Rates are reasonable and you can tell he's not trying to squeeze every penny out of you.

I contacted him because i heard great things about his service however when i called to request a quote one of my properties Gene answered the phone and immediately began pressing numbers in my ear for a minute straight until he disconnected the line.  I attempted to call back and when Gene finally answered he persisted to curse me out telling me to go F*** myself.  I do not know what bothered him so much although i was call him to request his services and put money in his pocket.  

I would not recommend Gene to do work on anyone's home  if he cannot answer the phone act like an adult when speaking to potential business.

Remember everyone deserves respect especially your customers who keep the company's lights on and food on the table.

Thank you Yelpers!!!  I gave Paul a call but got his voicemail but got a text back from him within the hr.  Schedule for him to come onsite to my house to help out with installing a new kitchen sink, install a Nest system, stucco work on the house, and seal up and old dryer vent.  I like how we worked through texting since I am usually in the phone and respond quicker by text so this was a plus!!!

Paul came over on time and as scheduled. He is a friendly person who took time for me to go over details on what I wanted him to do that day. My old contractor flaked out in me for the kitchen project -  Paul just stepped in and started to work on it. I was a bit worried at first since it appeared that removing the kitchen faucet was harder then intiallu expected but Paul persevered and eventually got the stripped screw to come off for him to complete the work.  Paul was courtesy and conscience of who I had at the house but just went straight to work, didn't take any breaks, didn't stop for lunch or anything.  Hard worker!!!

I am going to be using Paul for other projects around my house and glad that I had an opportunity to work and trust the reviews given about him.

We recommend Marin for any task you need done and we will use him again ourselves. No fuss no drama, just got on with the list we gave him. He came with his own large bag of tools and knows what additional items are needed to complete the job. So far we have asked him back 3 times in the last 6 months, to disassemble a Cal King wooden bed, disassemble a large 8' IKEA wardrobe, moved furniture to our friends' places, sweep the roof, fix doors that scrape the wooden floor, and most recently fix a non-working USB outlet and replace a bathroom fan.

Was in a bind because my water heater blew. I looked for people in the area and heard of water heaters only. This company is super cost friendly and professional. I had someone out to my house the same day! I definitely recommend them when you're in a bind.

I didn't use Honrath because I had committed to another company, but was very impressed with Joey's responsiveness and helpfulness. I will keep them in mind in the future.

Easy and good. Alex, the technician arrived on time and came back late into the evening to install the replacement part so we did not have to go another day without hot water. Highly recommended!

Sunday evening, hot water spraying out under bathroom sink. I was looking for a 24 hour emergency plumber. I am 70 and unable to get water turned off. I called and he informed me that they were not open on Sundays, but give him a few minutes and he would be right over in less then 10 minutes.  Here comes this wonderful man named Michael and fixes the problems right away, I felt so bad taking him away from his family at 7:30pm on a Sunday. a Fantastic man, there to help, showed me where outside off valve was and suggested that due to the age of the valve it really did need to be replaced, but he didnt pressure at all. I will be having him install a new valve and also have a few other projects around that I will be having him do also.  It is wonderful to see that there are still people that really do enjoy helping others in need.  If you need a plumber for anything, give Michael and his company a call, you will not be disappointed. They really deserve way more then 5 stars!!!

We received great service provided by Denver. We had a clog in the main drain pipe. Denver showed up on time, professionally assessed the situation and presented us with the service options. While working on unclogging the pipe that runs between the sidewalk and the city line, he encountered quite a significant amount of roots inside. When we asked to run the snake a few more times to better clean the roots, Denver happily provided us with the curtesy demonstrating excellent customer service. Before, during and after the service Denver documented his work by taking pictures. Upon finishing the electronic documentation he mentioned the availability of a senior discount that was applied to our bill. I hope we will not need rooter service anytime soon, but if we do we will ask for Denver.

How long does it take to email an invoice/receipt? I asked twice and it's been more than 3 weeks but nothing so far!  I don't see what the problem is unless they have horrible customer service or they are  trying to hide their revenues by not issuing receipts.  Do you really want to give your business to a company like this??  Also, they are really not open 24/7.  I called around 10pm and they didn't have anybody available to send out until the next day.

Nathan Dupre did an excellent job explaining the challenges of our dated electrical system and the options for upgrading it. He promptly provided the written estimates. Smart guy! We appreciated knowing that Ongaro is a family owned and run company. Thanks.

Jin has been our plumber who build the house we live in - and we are so grateful for his expertise.  Weird situation where the hot water was mixing with the cold -- and also the shower and other faucet's water pressure all messed up.  He was on time, helpful and really wanted to make it work.  We feel so grateful!  Thank you Jin!

Valentino came in and did a second inspection while we were selling our house. He was able to show where any problems are and put the buyer at ease. He was able too see more then the first company that came out and explain what was happening.

Best plumber in the city. Larry is great. Resourceful. Insanely priced. Loved this guy.

Be carefull with this company and new work  they live up to their guarantee. Cost me an additional $700. 00 to have their work brought up to code.

We had the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor of any kind!
We had an appointment set, which the plumber never showed and never called.
When we called, we did not receive a call back.
We had to hunt around to find someone else at the last minute and pay a lot more!
This was for a rental over 1 1/2 hours away from our home, so, that made it even worse!
We understand things can happen, but in this day and age, there is no excuse for not communicating!!
Maybe, in the end it was a good thing.
What if we had a leak, and couldn't reach
The plumber again?
Don't call this company!
