Thank god for ASAP rooter & plumbing ! My mom moved into an older house that had plumbing issues constantly!! But I called and Christian and his team came out right away !! They were so quick to come out and find the problem, they were patient and kind and EXTREMELY efficient! I would highly recommend them!
My kitchen's sink leaking like long time. Well, it's made our life so difficult. I checked the yelp for this company. and also I called the phone number at 7:30pm. But Christian-the boss answered my phone call at that time. He made a appt. for me for next day. He came to my house on time. Also he is really good worker!! 1. He has good skills. He know what his doing. He makes so clear for us! 2. He doing faster than my thought! 3. He has really nice work attitude! We like this guy a lot! So we highly recommend him. ASAP was great, honest, and fast. Our renters called tell us that their sink and showers and everything were backing up we called him and within an hour we had someone at thehouse snaking the drain, and this was even after hours.
ASAP will be our go to plumber from now on.
I have to start by saying I don't have a talent when it comes to plumbing issues in the home so i really depend on quality and dependable service. Our water heater recently went out and the gas company could not come out for 3 days so i had to get a plumber ASAP! I called Christian directly and he was able to come out the same day I called to look at the water heater. He right away let my husband know what the problem could be and also looked at a water leak we had in our bath tub. Christian came back the next morning and fixed the water heater and water leak in such a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend him for any plumming issue you may have. He came out ASAP and did a perfect job!! This definetly was higher than 5 star service.. thank you Christian and your helper for coming out in such short notice to take care of the problem. With a 2 year old and 4 year old in the house, i definetly needed the hot water back in the house and am truly grateful.
I was having trouble with a toilet backing up. Called ASAP Rooter & Plumbing because they were local. Within 20 minutes Christian arrived, scoped the sewer line and cleared the blockage. I cannot say enough good things about ASAP Rooter & Plumbing. Christian is honest, dependable and has a great disposition even after receiving my call for help at midnight. He was at my house promptly at 7:30 am the following morning. Our gas water heater had a leak and after searching and contacting several local contractors we settled on ASAP because of the reviews. Glad we did. Christian responded immediately to discuss the problem over the phone and he scheduled to come take a look the very next morning. He arrived on time and he assessed the issue thoroughly with me which ended up being that it needed to be replaced due to rust. It was not the diagnosis result we wanted to hear but nevertheless he made the replacement process easy by taking care of all parts and labor at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using ASAP again for any future plumbing needs and will definitely recommend them to anybody.
We had a tub backing up that we couldn't clear on our own. Chris came out the next day...and was even early! He cleared the backup quickly. He cleaned up after himself and even provided a 30 day warranty on the service! Super nice and straight-forward guy. Great service!

Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.
Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point!
I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!
Christian offers great service , goes above and beyond. He efficiently and quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem and resolved the issue. We will definitely call Christian again when needed and will recommend his service.

Had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up into one of our showers... Christian showed up in about an hour an a half after I got in contact with him and resolved the issue in minutes...
I called Christian to get a quote on a water heater installation and was impressed by how responsive and professional he was. Next day he was at my house and got to work. Christian and his crew did an amazing job installing my water heater and fixed another issue I had that same day. We found our Plumber now, we will call him up for all future plumbing work and recommend Christian to my friends and family members. Christian is extremely professional, hard working, responsive, and does not cut corners, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right!

I sent out a yelp request for a plumber to install a new kitchen faucet, as the one I had started leaking in the evening. I was fortunate enough to get several return responses and several quotes through yelp. I decided to go with Christian and it was the right choice. He did a quality job for a fair price, he was on time and came over the following day after my initial call/discussion with him on the issue. I would definitely recommend using Christian for your plumbing issues, hopefully I won't have any more but if I do, I'll give them a call.

Clogged kitchen drain in a condo. Plumber arrived early and worked efficiently (On a Saturday no less). Charged the agreed upon price, and no real up-sale (very reasonable pricing). Didn't leave a mess. He also checked with the unit downstairs to ensure that the clog didn't just get pushed down. He did state that we will probably need a hydro-jetting later because it was just buildup and not hair, peelings, etc. He also gave some tips on how to mitigate build-up in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Called him cause I needed my faucet put in and a drain unclogged. He came out when he gave us his word and realized the faucet we had bought was the wrong size so he went and bought the right one and installed it for us. He was friendly and kind. And did a good job. Will call again.
Chris and crew tackled a really tough exterior drain job at my home. They were ultra professional, thorough and I would highly recommend using their services.
Christian was referred to us by our regular plumber because our drains were backing up in a house we recently purchased. He used a camera and did as much hydro jetting on the line as he could take (without risk of doing more damage). He is honest and tried every course of action until we needed came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the whole sewage mainline. He was upfront about the severity of the damage from the beginning. Worked well with our insurance company when we filed a claim, and came out repeatedly to prepare and replace the mainlines within a few days. Him and his crew are friendly, honest, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.... doing an impeccable job. He used a trench less system and our front yard already looks back to normal. We will use Christian for all our plumbing needs from this point forward!
We had a leak in our front yard planter. We didn't discover it until a Thursday evening. Called that night and got a general quote over the phone and they came out first thing the next morning. Extremely pleased with the work Christian and his crew did for me. I initially called Christian to have him jet blast my main sewer line. Using his camera, we quickly realized the main line needed to be replaced due to age/deterioration, numerous cracks/shifts, and root invasion. Christian offered a very reasonable rate for the job and said he could start immediately - and the job would be completed by the next day with a 25-year warranty! While he was there, we also discussed my need for additional lawn sprinklers. He offered to do that job at the same time and again, gave me a very reasonable rate. Both jobs were basically completed in a single day, thanks to Christian, Gabriel and Eddie. I did not hesitate to recommend Christian to my neighbors - who hired them to do the same job the very next day!

Christian and his team provide great service at a reasonable cost. ASAP Rooter is my go-to for hydro-jetting the plumbing in my historic (real OLD) rental properties. Christian is quick to respond to quote requests and is typically much less expensive than larger rooter companies who are only looking for the up-sell to more expensive repairs. Recently I hired ASAP to hydro-jet a sewer drain for a two-unit property. Unfortunately, the the jetting could not fix the problem and more extensive repairs were needed. Christian got his team out the next morning to replace a section of the main line and used a newer lining technology to repair the remaining section to the city sewer. All of the work was done expertly and completed within two days.

If you ever need some plumbing work to be done at your house I highly recommend ASAP rooter. These guys did an amazing job on my plumbing/ sprinklers in my backyard. Right away they went to work and got everything done within a day. The work they did overall came out better than I expected. They were very nice and cleaned all their work when they were done. The price that was given was very reasonable. Most definitely will call ASAP ROOTER again.

Called Christian for backed up toilets and tub. He was very professional and showed me what was wrong. Options were offered to guide my decision. No pressure. I ended having to redo my sewage drain due to extensive rooting. The price was fair and the job done cleanly. I would recommend him to friends if asked.

I called Christian on December 11, 2019 for plumbing works (Installing the faucet, fixing the leaking on the bathroom sink and replacing the leaking pipe on the front yard. Christian is very nice guy and very professional. The price is reasonable and he did a good job. I recommend his work to people who need a plumber.
Christian is the BEST. I called him just before 11am and he got here before noon! I have not found anybody that fast. He fixed my toilet in less than 30 minutes, was clean, friendly and explained what was going on. His price was great too. I will refer everyone to him.

We had severe blockage in our buried drain in our front/side yards. AFter thirty years the drain had become blocked due to tree roots. Christian responded to my initial message within minutes. My bathtub clogged. I found Mr. Christian from yelp. His price was the lowest. His service was great, good communication. I will definately ask for his help again in the future.
Finding a great plumber is like finding a mechanic. Someone who is honest, professional, fixing or repairing the problem the first time and not trying to sell you anything more than you need. This is exactly the type of service you will receive from Christian.
I had a clogged pipe/drain and preciously had a contracted plumber through my home owners warranty come out TWICE within 6 months and the problem was still unresolved. The (contracted) plumber only snaked the pipe and only briefly tested the flow. I was fed up with the warranty service that I searched for a plumber myself outside my warranty.
Christian immediately identified the problem and a resolution. I had hydro jetting service performed on my clogged pipe which immediately resolved the problem. Prior to hydro jetting the pipe, Christian showed me why and how the drain was clogged . After the hydro jetting, he demonstrated how the flow and drain of the water is now running.
Not only was he explanatory, he visually demonstrates.

I am so grateful to Christian and his group for their expert help fixing our big plumbing problem. Everything was carefully explained and he showed photos of the problem areas. Got a quote from this company for an exact job (replace thermocouple) on my water heater for $180. So before giving this company a shot I waited for gas company to come and get the pilot in my water heater started and as i suspected the thermocouple needed replacing - the gas company only charged me 50 to replace. Do the math 180 or 50 for exact same thing warranty included. Only difference was none!

Contacted Christian through Yelp, reached out to him to explain the situation with my Water Heater. He showed up on time and eager to diagnose the issue. I showed him the water heater and is told me the TPV valve wasn't working correctly, therefore my water heater was overheating and causing it to eject water and then continue the cycle. He quickly removed the old part and set off to get a new one. Back in 30 mins and had the water heater back up and running in about 20 mins. 90 parts and labor warranty, but im sure i wont need him back for this issues again

It's been a while since my first review. This new plumbing problem wasn't covered by the mediocre insurance company we have. I'm glad I wrote the first review because I couldn't remember the name of Christian's company and I found it on my page. I remember trusting him when he did a job for us. The problem turned out to be roots and a broken pipe. He found the problem, fixed it before dark, and gave us a fair price. We'll need him again for the next fix that I hope won't be too soon, but these are old pipes in our house. His assistant is his nephew. I like using a family business instead of a corporation. They are nice people as well as highly skilled. You can see the hole in the clay pipe. Our bougainvillea tree is to blame.

I put in a quote request around 9am to fix three of my toilets. Christian was the first guy to reply fast. After I told him my situation he was at my house within 40minutes. Quoted me on all three toilet parts replacement and next thing you know all work was done like in 1-hour. Nice guy. Work os done with a 1yr warranty, which is good enough for me. Had a major catastrophe with broken and corroded pipe! Christian was recommended and all I can say is that we were very pleased with his expertise and work ethic! Do yourself a favor and use asap rooter and plumbing. We had our main line hydro jet, and 5 small lines (3 bathrooms, washer, and the kitchen) done. Christian communicated via text and phone call about his arrival date/time.
He showed us where there was blockage (via camera), snaked the line, and hydrojetted it.
Afterwards he and his colleague cleaned up after themselves.
Fair and reasonable pricing. We'll definitely be referring to family and friends.
1 hr warranty for the work he provided! Awesome family owned business!

Wow, these guys are great. With El Niño coming we wanted to be sure our backyard would drain properly. They installed a new drain system in our yard, arrived as scheduled, and estimate was reasonable. After digging up our yard they put it back exactly as it look before they started. Even removing flowers and replanting. We would highly recommend.
