Best Plumbing Services in California

First let me say, Crandall's plumbing is very curteous. That being said, I called them to check a leak that was underneath my house. After searching, the plumber stated he could not find a leak and that it must be coming from the sprinkler system. Long story short: there was a leak in the house, not the sprinkler system. I spoke with Mr. Crandall who admitted they missed something their first visit around and was more than willing to give me a discount for the trouble. Unfortunately, when the issue is plumbing and possible water damage and I pay for a leak detection, but detects nothing, all the time spent looking elsewhere caused more water to go underneath the house. Like I said, they were willing to give me a discount for the mistake which I really appreciate, but on that same token, I cannot give a perfect 5 star rating if I did not receive what I paid for.

My fiance reached out to AAP Home Services, and before he could even tell me he had done so, Rudy called me to set up an appointment. The girl who set up the appointment gave me a 2 hour window for the next day from 9am-11am, and I had asked to have Rudy call me back so we could discuss exactly what he had spoken with my fiance about, just so we were all on the same page. Rudy called me back within an hour. To say I was already impressed with this company was an understatement. Edward showed up at 9:15 and was very polite, listened to what my issue was, and told me exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. He told me what he thought the issue was, gave me prices on a replacement water heater that we will need soon, but wasn't pushy about getting something done ASAP.

We had a horrible sulphur smell in one sink, Edward thought it was a bacteria issue in the pipe, but also flushed the water heater in case it was that and not what he thought it was. He gave me an enzyme gel to pour down the sink to get rid of the smell. He waited for the city to arrive to close the water main at the street. When we need additional home work done I know who we will be calling!

Same day service to clear outside drains. Finished within an hour.

Will use them again if needed.

Alan was very knowledgeable plumber. I've learned a lot talking to him while he was there fixing a shower tub spout. I highly recommend top tier plumbing and will use them if I ever do come up with something I'm not confident in doing myself.

Installed new showerheads in both my master and the kids bathroom. Joaquin was timely and clean. He was also really responsive and easy to schedule a time. Both work great.

my AC broke down. Originally, we had appointment with Mitch, who kept changing the appointment and was not professional. He finally completed the job but it didnt work. we made another appointment for him to come out, and the day before appointment, he cancelled on us, citing emergency again. Hes entitled to that, especially when he is the owners son.  That turned out to be good for me. A different employee named Jefferey who was professional and friendly came out, did a thorough job, and fixed the problem. If you are going with this company, request Jefferey

Great company.Top shelf in my book... I reached out to multiple companies for a price. These guys were quick to respond and come out and get an estimate with straight up answers. I should have went the extra step and videoed my sewer line it would have saved time and money but Once I approved of the work they put me on the calendar quicker than expected. They have been there to answer any questions and fix any issues before, during and after the installation of our new upstairs 3/4 bath.
I highly recommend this company and I personally will not have to call any other plumber again as they have won any future business with me.

I was referred to Tony by a neighbor at my previous residence and found a fair price for a job that stood the test of time.

After moving to a new residence I found I needed to upgrade and repair some plumbing elements of the new home. We again contacted Tony and scheduled multiple appointments with him (various elements of work, he was punctual each time).I

I am definitely willing to offer a positive review.  I personally find hiring a contractor, plumber, electrician, ect. to be very stressful.  I am very skeptical of tradesmen (in subjects I am not an expert) and felt very comfortable with Tony. He even provided me a copy of the receipt for the parts so I could see I wasn't being ripped off. I felt I paid a fair price for the work performed and he is personable too.

Pro tip: Tony informed me that the local Chronic Tacos has a bar inside for tacos and tasty beverages. Tip was presented free of charge.

Christian arrived right on time. He was polite and courteous. The pressure of my shower was low, and embarrassingly enough, the problem was only that my shower head was plugged with hard water deposits. He cleaned it out, and then checked my overall house water pressure. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing! Imagine, an honest guy! He didn't try to upsell me, and he could have charged me for the housecall. I appreciate honesty! I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!

Fernando from Tony n Son Plumbing really came thru for us today! We had been without water for 2days due to a leaky pipe...waiting for plumber thru our Home Warranty, only for them to tell me this morning leaky pipe OUTSIDE of house was not covered. We calked a handyman who said the pipe ran under concrete slab under our A/C which would hv to be moved to cut concrete THEN pipe could bd replaced (cha-ching multple times, rt?!)...I was hvg heart failure until handyman referred me to Fernando...he took a closer look at it and found the pipe was actually a line for sprinklers in our backyard. He capped it off n problem solved for fraction of the cost originally quoted and no need move A/C or cut concrete....we highly recommend Fernando...truly a plumbing problem solver and honest customer service!

Our water heater was long over due for a replacement. Luis at SER plumbing came through with a competitive quote and great options. He was very clear about the work needed and did not pressure with costly add ons. The appointment went smoothly too. They arrived on time, made sure to maintain a clean work area, and hauled away every piece of debris. I'm recommending SER plumbing to all my neighbors and family.

My 96 year old mother needed a plumber to fix a hose bib in the front of her house.  I quickly checked Yelp and gave here 3 companies to contact.   Her first call was to Cross Plumbing and she certainly made the right choice.   Her problem was resolved and she was very happy both with the work that was done and the person who did the work (Mike I believe).  She says she will recommend Cross to anyone who will listen - I will as well!   Thanks for taking care of Mom.

Carlos was professional,knowledgeable and respectful of our home and kitties. I initially gave him the wrong information on what was actually needed, and he still gave us a respectful quote and completed our request within a timely manner. He was awesome! I highly recommend him. We will definitely be trusting Carlos with our home plumbing needs.

Gino was fantastic and didn't even charge me for a minor fix to my backyard door! He was very friendly, respectful and was punctual. He stayed in communication with me and was considerate of my time. Gino will definitely be on my #1 go-to list for any future work I need done around the house. Thorough and honest work--done in less than an hour. Great job to Gino and thank you soooooo much! Andy, my original review wasn't very long. Even in reply you are confused. What does Alhambra have to do with anything? My house is in East LA. You are in El Monte. I didn't search in your area, I searched in mine. Yelp is showing your business to people in areas you don't want to go to. That is something you should probably have Yelp fix.

On another note, I have had service workers from Culver City, the Valley and Orange County. I don't see why my house would be any different from a house in your neighborhood. East Los Angeles is governed by Los Angeles County, where you must hold a license anyways since its your county too. Your choosiness has a rotten smell of discrimination to it. And I think it wreaks.

East LA is 18 minutes away. It takes 18 minutes to have a jog. And opposite direction of what? Utah? My bungalow is in the direction of, you know like Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Beverly Hills instead of you know, your direction towards Utah, Upland, Redlands.

The reason you are giving for choosing to ignore my neighborhood is a lie. It isn't too far. I think the real reason is that East LA is majority hispanic, working class, lower income and that is why you do not come here even though it is 19 minutes away. You think some money is more worthy than other money. Its called redlining.

Over the years, with the old copper pipes built in the 80s, I had spent over $3000 for repairs. So this time when another leak came, which would have costed me $600 to fix, I took my neighbor's advice and called Art on a Wednesday.
He is super nice and professional and explained everything to me. I liked the price which also includes the patch up job. Knowing the urgency, he came the next day out of his inconvenience for house inspection and contract signing and his crew was on site Friday morning. Since Re-pipe Pro has re-piped many other homes within the complex, they knew exactly what they are doing. I left my home and when I got back at 3pm, job was already completed and they cleaned up nicely also. They even fixed a couple of leaks without charging extra! My water has never run as happy as now. Not only I get hot water faster, but also the water pressure and volume is better!! The new shower head works great too!  Then the patch crew came another day and finished the patch work.  
If I knew the re-pipe work can be done so fast and stress free, I should have done it years ago and save from constant repairs and stress. Art promises lifetime warranty for his workmanship so I am really happy I won't need to worry about leaks for a VERY LONG TIME  
Art is a man of integrity and they are truly the PRO of re-piping! I wish I knew him sooner! Call him!

Tom's Quality Plumbing is fantastic!  Tom is my go to plumber.  He is punctual, priced right, and always professional.  
He recently fixed a leaking pipe in my master bathroom (non emergency); however, in the past I have used him for emergency situations as well as day to day repairs.
Tom returns calls promptly (esp. emergency situations), sets up appointments quickly, arrives on time, and his pricing is fair.

They were fast in installing my new faucet.  Would highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

I had a water heater Emergency today over 4th of July weekend. Jay answered right away and came to my rescue within 1 hour! Installed a new water heater and back in action for kids to take their baths! Awesome service! Professional, polite, and friendly. I had called a couple plumbers and Jay was the Best price and he was available to come out within the hour of calling! I'm a customer for life!
