We called this morning after our shower started gurgling and flooding. Within minutes after calling Fabian and Tim showed up. They spent 45 mins figuring out why our shower backed up, fixed it, gave recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. Extremely professional, fast service. They clean up after they left, AND cleaned the sewer back up mess. Highly recommend them, great service, great results. Could not be happier.

Robert did an amazing job installing our new mailbox post.  He was punctual, professional and reasonably priced!  I was very much concerned about the mailbox being crooked and not leveled because our street is on a bit of a slope but he was able to level it properly onto the curb.  Will use his services again.

I had rooter shooter come to my house in diamond bar where they found a leak in my ceiling of my restroom and a leak in my back yard. It took them less than 3 hours to show up and fix it. I haven't had a leak since! The main guy was friendly and very nice. Also affordable and clean. Thank you rooter shooter!

Jacob came and fixed my toilet that was leaking around the bottom edge and replaced the wax ring with better grade material than what was currently used. He also helped me with my tub spout. Very nice and good with dogs :)

I called County Wide Plumbing of Orange, CA when I had a problem with the shower on my rental property in Buena Park on August 19, 2014.  The diverter in the shower is not operating properly.  When the plumber from County Wide Plumbing,  arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution.  He said that not only that the diverter has to be replaced but also both controls for the hot water and cold water has to be replaced.  He completed the repair in approximately 45 minutes or less than 1 hour.  I was charged $431.40 for less than 1 hour work.  Outrageously expensive for less than 1 hour work !!
I checked with Lowes Home Improvement for the price of the similar plumbing kit that was installed by the plumber.  The Lowe's price for the kit is $59.99.  I also understand that contractor's also get a discount.  Subtracting $59.99 from 431.40 equals $371.40.
Which means that the County Wide Plumbing labor cost for 1 hour is at the exorbitant rate of $371.40 !!!

Although the estimate of $431.40 was disclosed prior to the repair, I think this is only an estimate and the actual cost should be adjusted according to the hours spent doing the repairs.
