Our family is in the process of flipping a house in the Placerville area and we found a leak in the pipes. We found out that the pipes froze and we had to get them fixed. We contacted Murray Plumbing and right away Ryan helped us out. He was able to come out the same day that we called him to look at the plumbing and give us pricing. The next day he was there on the job ready to fix the pipes. Not only did he source better/cheaper pipe material for us, but he gave us great pricing for the job that he has done. He also helped set the bathtubs. He is great to work with and is always on time and ready to help out in anyway he can. We would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs that you have, big or small.

I had a leaking toilet and so had requested quote for this through yelp . Drain pros came back with a very reasonable quote and were very responsive . The guy who came in informed me that an extra part would be needed which was the reason why the toilet leak kept coming back . I like that he was upfront and honest .
They repaired it same day within a short amount of time .

My first experienced with Iverson Plumbing was very positive. They were thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. So I had them come back out to clear a clogged sewer line. Unfortunately, my driveway is too long for their equipment so Iverson referred me to a competitor. Very impressive. Iverson has earned my loyalty and my business. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Well these guys were responsive!  Fair and honest work in a pinch.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They answered the phone and were quick to arrive.  I hadn't heard of them before but found them through search. I had called many other companies but they were the first to answer that had a guy available. The guy was 20 minutes or more early from the estimated time which was amazing. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman was able to fix quickly. I also mentioned I had just had gotten some parts for my other toilet and needed to install. He was able to do that as well. They just charged for the hour. Which was amazing. I expected the price to be more as they arrived so quickly. I called close to 3pm on a Thursday and they were there and done well before 5 pm. A great experience.

I am in 100% agreement with all previous reviews of John from JRW Plumbing, and just want to add that he is genuinely easy going when it comes to accommodating to special circumstances when they arise.

I reached out to Comfort Master because they are certified for Carrier brand units. That was a a mistake, because this company over charges for simple service options. They found that my unit had leaked refrigerant and fixed the leak, all within less than 2 hours. They charged me $1200 total. There was no empathy from Larry, who is supposedly experienced. He had a take it or leave it attitude. With two kids at home, I took his offer and paid the invoice. They charge $85 a pound for refrigerant, which is insane!  Also their labor is $98 an hour. In my opinion, a simple leak fix and refrigerant refill should not cost more than $600. You can find someone else that will give you a better deal, and a better service experience. Although, the people on the phone are nice. Probably the reason why I went with them in the first place. Big mistake

Update:  Thank you for agreeing that you are too expensive. And figures that you didn't address the poor customer service from Larry. I should have not let the guy use my bathroom twice either.

Great service great expertise great people skills.  On time on point and absolute steal of a price.  Willing to come out after hours for what many other charged quadruple the price for.  Another plumbing expert didn't even notice the difference between the city clean out and the resident clean out.   They did.  Replaced the old cap I had with a new one no charge as well.  Awesome.  Lifetime customer.  Heard they also do remodels and decks.  Noted.  Will highly recommend to friends and family (coming from an Asian person you know that's the ultimate compliment, lol).

Called Paul and he responded immediately and was quick to help me out with multiple issues on my property. Having formerly worked in construction but still needing a hand in a few areas I can definitely vouch for and recommend Paul's work and professionalism.

Don't trust them!  My AC repairman purchased a Payne unit through them. It was installed and ran for 4 weeks and the compressor died (internal pressure valve). So now I'm told I have to send the unit back to them and them to Payne and wait 3 weeks.  Oh but they have this replacement unit I could purchase for $600!!  This compressor is under warranty and I have to pay for a replacement.  But they say they'll credit my money if/when Payne says the compressor is really dead...3-4 weeks from now.  I smell a crook!!  It's 100F, so in screwed.  Should have gone with Home Depot!
