Quick, professional, and friendly. I needed service for a gas leak and they came within the hour. They were reasonably priced and patient while we worked with insurance. The work was extremely well done and I would definitely recommend.

Stay away, promised to come in on Monday, I took a day off, he never showed up, he didn't respond to my messages. 3 days later this was his response: Not available.

Dave helped us with our sink replacement when we were putting granite on our counter kitchen counter tops. We were on a tight time line as the granite installers were coming in 2 days and we needed to get the sink in before we could proceed with the other things we needed to do to get ready for them. After calling and leaving a message he called us back within a few hours and made time for us. He showed up on time did the work, offered some suggestions we hadn't thought about and was very easy to work with. We needed to do some more work some so he did what he could and we set a time for him to return. He came back again right on time and finished. He said he'd be back after the granite was in to hook up the faucet and even though we offered to pay him he said to wait until the job was finally complete and we could pay him then. Wow! Who does that these days? Can't go wrong with Dave.

Just had Mac's plumbing come out here this past week to install a Hybrid Heat Pump water heater and it was a great experience!

Some background, I found Mac's through SMUD contractor network as I was planning on using the rebate offered for new water heater installs. I had contacted quite a few contractors and Mac's was the one I ended up going with. To start, my first interactions occurred with Steve, the owner of the company. Steve came out to provide me a quote and give an idea of the what they would need to perform. He was extremely thorough in the process and provided a quote right on the spot. One of the key things that helped me pick Mac's was that Steve provided great detail in what they would need to do. Steve also came back for an additional appointment and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process.

My next interaction was with the office manager Kristyn. She walked me through the process of completing the documentation and moving the process along. I had some extensive questions and some minor paperwork issues, but she was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process.

On the day of installation, I dealt with Ed and AJ. They provided a time frame of expected job completion and they were right on the money on expected completion time. There was a small error in the work order but Ed out my mind at ease and told me not to worry about as they would get it fixed. This was big deal as he was determined to resolve the issue and didn't just brush off the issue. After installation he explained how the new water heater work and provided a lot of important information. In the end I ended up with my new water heater with minimal amount of work on my part.

Pricing was they came around the mid to low compared to other contractors but the service was definitely top end. I have some future work in mind and they will definitely on my contact list! Thanks to Mac for the awesome work!

All Trades updated our kitchen lighting as well installed an ice box for our refrigerator. The owner came out and gave an estimate, we scheduled the remodel with them and they committed to the date they promised. They were very professional and very good. This was done about 3 months ago and I honestly thought I already reviewed. I would highly recommend.

I live in Elk Grove & read most of the positive feedback regarding this company.  I had called to get an estimate for our home & was told I would get a call back.  A few days had passed, so I called again & was again told I would get a call back.  I never did get that call.  I really try to work with local companies within Elk Grove, but this experience had us contracting the work from outside of Elk Grove.
I wish this company well, but a follow up call back from the receptionist would have been nice.

Found water heater had been leaking for couple days. Mohammed responded promptly,  assessed the issue and had to retrieve another heater, because the one he brought would not fit into the space. From the time he first arrived to the end took 3 hours.  Top notch installation; did the job the RIGHT WAY !

10 STARS, 20 STARS!!,....if it was possible to do that  here,...but it isn't. For the most incredible experience in service, integrity, stick-to-it-ness, dogged determination, and even keeled behavior in the face of a most difficult situation from a contractor I have ever experienced...Read on,. Its worth it. It's Super bowl Sunday at my duplex, the tubs, sewer line backs up, we all know the SB is a De facto holiday and I called the main local and reputable companies and was greeted with voice mail which was no surprise. I called Chris at Finite plumbing and he answered and said he would be out the next day. Halleluiah, a family of five is next door and luckily the tubs drained overnight and we were ready to go...Chris knew just what to do and that's what we did, run a snake down the drain line to clear the obstruction,...sadly the snake head broke off in the line but the obstruction was cleared restoring normal plumbing infrastructure. But how to get the broken snake head presented a potentially serious and a more imminent problem,. Kind of like a time bomb. There was no immediate solution but acting on experience I arranged to have the line camera'd the very next day and while the line was clear of water and effluent, I asked that company to tell me how this needs to be fixed and when it could be done which they did do and the very next day,. These solutions were in the thousands of dollars and would have left my circa 1963 plumbing in a better state than when Chris found it, I called Chris, he came back and we looked at the site conditions and Chris said that he, as a one man shop just wasn't able to do an excavation job,. Totally understandable. Chris offered to pay the cost to have another company do the work, handed me in cash the cost to have the line camera'd...I was blown away and told him I would not let this father of 7 kids with another on the way eat this entire cost. Tired of reading this review ?? Better not be because this is where it gets special, Chris asked if he could think about a way to get this hunk of metal out before we did any other work,...over the next 3 days Chris came back and utilized his ingenuity, knowledge of metallurgy, Harry Houdini, and MacGyver cunning and together, ( but mainly Chris)  we got this hunk a metal outa there! This cost Chris money and time and never a hint of disappointment in his demeanor, body language, and impossibly polite and calm. He wasn't going to be beat by the situation,. Sure it  saved us both a greater amount of money had we taken the other path but the elation I think we both felt was akin to completing a mission. I told him I would be lucky to be in a foxhole with him. I wish I could bore you some more with the details of this story,...but I wont. You cannot go wrong with this company. The entire team, from the members of the office scheduling team as well as the owner and all of his technicians are very customer service oriented. I have never dealt with a more trustworthy and dedicated company in my life. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend this wonderful business. You will be more than satisfied.

Had Joedy and his crew install bamboo floors and some bathroom lights and vents. Quick response to my inquiry.  Easy to schedule and everyone arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with.  Added a few more items to the list and they never seemed annoyed or bothered by my requests.  Cleaned up every night before they left and their attention to detail and the fact that everyone was conscientious of their work and took pride in a job well done makes it easy to recommend JAZ Developments. We had a clogged bathroom sink and when my husband couldn't figure out the problem we called Snake 'N' Laterals. Angel showed up within the hour. He was professional and knowledgeable, provided a detailed explanation of the problem and the cost to repair it. Snake 'N' Laterals did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Contacted Frank's plumbing for a price on relpacing a kitchen faucet.His bid was fair and he came the next day (had replacement on order from Lowe's) ,Came on time and was able to remove and replace faucet with no problem.Frank was    knowledge  and very helpful in the replacement procedure.Everything considered he is well worth the price...Wont be disappointed in your choice...

Enrique is very efficient and stands by his quoted price. He is always responsive, punctual, and does a clean job. I would highly recommend his services.

Josh Lizarraga gave great service and if this survey was just about his professional service this rating would be a five. We always used Albritton since 2015 in this house and thought our air conditioner was being well maintained by having their service contract, but that isn't the way the service seems to be working. I feel we've been scammed by their technicians to invest in additional devices that are supposed to extend the life of the air conditioner, but looking at the extra maintenance I just paid for the additional devices are extra money in their pockets only. Future customers beware. I will no longer recommend this business for air conditioning service. Do recommend for plumbing and water heater so far, but do not trust technicians when trying to save you future repairs.

Based on my experience with B and B Plumbing it is a shame that I am limited to giving them only Five Stars. Yes, they are professional, efficient, trustworthy, and reasonable, and this firm is highly recommended.

Ray was able to help me out on very short notice, and did a great job. We had a waterline break, which meant we needed to shut the main water supply to the house off....when I had a crew of painters/handymen scheduled to come in 2 days later...I had another plumber quote me a week before they could come out, Ray got it done right away.

I could not have been more lucky to have used this plumber service!

11pm on a Saturday night and I accidentally dropped a sex toy into my toilet. It torpedoed itself into a rather tight part of the pipes and I was unable to reach my gloved hand far enough in to grab it. When I left to get something to help retrieve it someone else attempted to use the toilet. Getting it really really stuck. I was contemplating about really making a call to get such an item out of my toilet. But it had to be done.

After a different company based from Visalia told me to think about the potential job then call back later I decided to give rotor rooter a call. So so happy I did!!

I was assigned Jonathan p. Valdez for the job. He showed up and I shared the details and after some laughter (on both sides) he got straight to work. He was very professional. After some removal attempts it was decided that it was best to remove the toilet for this bad boy. He tried many different methods for almost two hours!! Two hours of back breaking pumping and twisting! Amazing endurance! He worked really hard. If it were up to me I would give this guy a raise or some serious paid vacation.

When the toy finally came out it was the biggest relief ever. I was planning to pull the toilet on my own before I called. But I am glad I didn't because I would never of been able to get that thing out of there!

After the toilet was cleared Jonathan installed a new wax ring and hardware to reseat it. He didnt stop there though. He cleaned the entire bathroom up. It's like the whole thing never happened! He even did it all at no additional charge past trying to get it out without pulling the toilet in the first place! There are so many positive things I could say about this experience!

Jonathan was a true professional, amazingly hard worker, and did a top notch job. He far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very very much Jonathan and Rotor Rooter for all the help. I'm sure that was an interesting start to his morning to say the least.
