HISTORY


Established in 1981.
The business was started by Phil Lee and his son Bryan as primarily a commercial air conditioning company. At first, they had to run calls in the day and do paperwork at night. They grew the business to accommodate residential and commercial clients. They sold the business in 2011 to an employee, Tom Howard. The business is now trusted by over 6,000 clients in the Clovis, Fresno, Sanger & Madera areas for air conditioning, heating and plumbing services.

Sean Hickey was professional and on time. He came out a few times to repair a shower and tub, and install an access panel on the tub. He had to come out a few times due to supply chain issues when the parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived, he was professional, quick, and approachable. He ensured that payment would be collected when the work was done. I really appreciated that. Thank you, Sean!

I was in the middle of escrow and needed work done ASAP to close-- I made this known to them from the get go-- nice guy came out on a Monday to look at what needed to be done and I was told I'd have the quote by the next day, by Tuesday afternoon I called to find out what was going on, I was told they didn't have the info yet but that they'd call back the next day - same thing happened Wednesday when I called in the afternoon... by Friday I finally got the quote , I asked if they could do the work the next day but was told weekend appointments were only reserved for emergencies-- scheduled them for the following week, a Tuesday morning appointment since it was during the summer and considering they'd have to be on the roof I figured they wouldn't want to be up there during the hottest time of the day- Monday comes and I get a call in the afternoon - appointment was to be rescheduled to the afternoon- annoyed for sure by now but I figure it's gonna get done, just deal with it. I take off time work the next to be home in time for the 3pm appt-- at about 245 I get a call asking if they could reschedule. Not even joking guys.... I'm not a confrontational person but I was about to lose it. I insisted they show up, even if they came late, I didn't care, the work needed to be done. They came at about 315 and gone by 430- so why did they want to reschedule in the first place I have no clue -- my best guess maybe they were hoping to call it a day or maybe it was too hot to be on the roof -- I get it but that's why I first made an AM appointment. I debated on giving this a 1 star but the work did get done and the guys were pleasant- once they got there -but everything else was just an awful experience.

Working with Lee's Air was great, we will definitely be using them on a regular basis in our new home. Hired for routine maintenance. Got a chemical clean. Work was quick and efficient, Aaron was very courteous and professional, and completed work in a timely manner. Communication was great. Received emails confirming times and even when Aaron would be on the way. Service was also very affordable. Would recommended  this service to anyone.

We pay an annual fee for Lee's Air to come and check our heating and then the AC. The technicians they send out have always been courteous, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of property.

Until last week. The technician said he found an issue with our AC system (which had been working just fine), but had trouble diagnosing the exact issue. He complained about being tired and asked if he could return the next morning at 8 AM. I agreed.

He never showed up, and I was not contacted by anyone at Lee's. Shockingly poor service and I am left wondering why the technician fled the scene. I am in the process of having other AC companies come in to assess the damage done.

My experience with Lee's was that their dispatch operations were rude and poorly trained. Furthermore, they were happy to take my American Express card information but then refused to service a rental property of mine. Despite my living many, many miles from a property I own, Lee's insisted that I be on site during the service call. Completely inefficient system for a Landlord. They refused to allow me to wave that silly rule of theirs in favor of my having my tenants handle the situation. I would not recommend this archaic company. Go with new blood.

With all the preparation for Thanksgiving celebration I have totally lost my mind and just realized I did not share what a wonderful experience we had with Lee's Rep Michael Sanchez. Once again Michael turned what could have been a real holiday downer into an all is well with this house situation.  In the past Michael expertly installed a toilet for us so when we called Lee's with our hot water heater issue it was quite a relief to see he was the one to respond. After evaluating the problem, age and condition of our current one, cost to fix versus cost to replace it was clear it would only make sense to replace it (I forgot to mention this was a Saturday evening). Well as luck would have it not only did he have one in his truck, he took the old out put in the new and stayed until the job was completed to the perfection you will always receive with Michael Sanchez. Two Thumbs up to one of Lee's absolute best employees.

Our elderly neighbor had a plumbing leak in her backyard. We helped her contact Lees on the weekend and they came out on Sunday. Although it was a weekend rate they showed up and were able to diagnose and schedule a repair for the next day. The individual that came out was very helpful and took good care of our neighbor.

I gave a Real and Honest Review about how bad, how disappointing and how unprofessional Lee's Exoert Technician was.  THE CAN THE YELO RESPONSE FRON THE COMPANY.  They want Me to Call Them. To let them know how to Improve Their Service.  1-Did Lee's cal me?  NO. 2-Is it my job to improve their service?. Do I get paid to analyze their service.?  NO. Is it my Responsibility to Call Them, to help them,  because I gave them an Honest Review?  NO.  I THINK THATS WHY THEY FAIL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  The Blind leading The Blind. It's not the Technicians fault for their unprofessionalism. It's the owners fault for hiring VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.  LAZY MANAGEMENT.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and Corey came and quickly diagnosed the issue. He tried getting the part needed for repair but unfortunately it is no longer manufactured. We pay an annual fee for Lee's air to come and check our heating and then the AC. The technicians they send out have ALWAYS been courteous, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of property.

We had a different technician (Paul M) this time whom went above and beyond in a situation we had.

Thank You Pool Yang.  Excellent service and great customer service skill. Pool came, listen to my worries, wrote down notes then started his diagnoses. Explained how things work and what each readings on his digital tool indicated.  He quickly founds the issues and gave me different options on how to solve the issue. pool did not just stop there, he tested all systems to make sure everything was working fine and advise how to clean the compressor and vent filters replacement.  This guys knows his stuff.  I am a happy customer.  Will definitely spread my satisfaction of your quality of service around. First off. The 5 stars is for our technician only.  We are not happy with our unit purchased from Lee's air. Our heater motor went out again. Second time in three years.  Not good.
But - our technician Severo did an excellent job in getting a new motor, getting it installed, even though it was very late. We told him he could back and he said he did not want to leave us without heat and he was able to complete the job perfectly.  He was very professional and thorough and we would not hesitate in asking for him from now on.

Worst place ever! I got a maintenance plan and Lee's air called me to schedule the maintenance. Made my appointment two weeks in advance and come the day of appointment I'm waiting so I call and they do not even have me on the schedule at all. Worst customer service. Sorry Mr. Howard, but your customer service needs more training. Now my services I paid for is a waste. thanks!

I had a propane leak at my home.  My home warranty people sent out a plumber who basically just turned around and left.  I was authorized to use my own plumber but didn't have one, so after calling around with no success, I called Lee's Plumbing.  They sent Michael out.  He was quick, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and detected the leaks quickly.  After more dealings with my home warranty company they authorized Lee's to complete the repairs. I called Lee's, and the office scheduled me immediately for the next morning.  She was sympathetic to the fact that I had no hot water, heat or stove for over a week. Michael and Ruben definitely saved the day.  I'll use them for any plumbing work in the future.  Thank you Lee's Plumbing and thank you Michael, who never stopped smiling.

Ebert, who came out to check a sink leak, was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful! He wore gloves and a face mask and was very considerate and professional in his explanation of what he needed to do to complete the order.

Don't ever have this company come inspect your house if you ever have any problems. As soon as he walked in the garage he,Ebert, automatically claim I needed a new water heater without even doing a thorough diagnostic. Not only that but he was blaming it on the brand of water heater that was in the house since 2010, saying it was a cheap Home Depot brand they were just trying to get rid of. Without doing any testing he was just going to write me a quote for a new heater and charge me $50 for a diagnostic fee. I refused and said with him just eyeballing was not a sufficient diagnostic testing and I can't take his words. He told his the whole unit needs to be replace along with the gas and water lines need to be relocate because people can panic and turn the wrong valve. I hope people can be a little more honest with their service.

We have been their customers for over a year now, and we cannot express how happy we are with their overall service. They have truly amazing customer service, from the first person to pick up the phone, to the technician coming over to your house, and the follow-up staff. Lee's staff go above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered. Recently we received a visit from one of their techs, Mr. John Arias. John arrived on time and perfomed the work promptly. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit, how everything works, and forecast on future work and repairs due to normal use. He is a great guy, and we are looking forward to having him as our regular tech. John was insightful, with a postive attitude and professionalism, eventhough we made him come on a Sunday morning (Sorry John)! Thank you again for all your help, and keep doing what you are doing.

Hands down, this company is the best. I have called on Lee's air 3 times for different problems. All were taken care of promptly, professionally, and with great concern for the customer. The young lady that answers the phone (Annette, I think) makes you feel welcome. How nice it is these days to get a real person! The techs that come out are respectful and courteous. Look nowhere else when you need help for plumbing problems.

We've been using Lee's since we replaced our AC unit a few years ago. Since then we've used them for plumbing, maintenance etc. They have always been friendly, informative, and respond quickly to calls and services. I also appreciate that they communicate via text/email to let you know who will be coming out (picture included) and when. When the visit is complete, they always make sure to ask if there any questions or any other things we need help with too. Great experience for us personally!

It was a Thursday and we needed a plumber ASAP and not really knowing who to call my husband said call Lee's they advertise on talk radio.  Yes they also have those funny billboards and I've also seen the trucks in the neighborhood.
I made the appointment but they said Monday that's 4 days! Friday morning I was about to call another plumber when Lee's called and said they can arrive in 20 minutes!  There were two who arrived (one of them is a new guy) both were kind friendly fixed my plumbing issue and left the space clean. What a relief thank you!

Requested an estimate for running a gas line.  My first appointment was completely missed and the second the tech arrived an hour after the time slot I was given.  I had to call in both times to find out what the status of my appointment was, I stayed home both times so very frustrating that Lees wasn't proactive to let me know, I felt like my time was not important to them.  The technician was nice enough with the little interaction I had with him.

Lee's Air technicians do excellent work and we trust them. We've been customers since 2015, first to install a new AC and thereafter for maintenance. I cannot leave a five-star rating because the office staff seems to have trouble setting appointments correctly. I requested a specific day and was confirmed for a window of time (confirmation provided by text). Upon follow up after no reminder being received on the day of, I contacted their team only to find out that the appt has been scheduled for the next day during a window I would not have agreed to.

This is not the first time that appointments have been set incorrectly. One year, an entire AC tuneup was missed. The administrative portion of doing business with Lee's requires more babysitting than is preferable. It's unfortunate because, as I said, their technicians do excellent work.

My mom has had issues with her shower for ages, and Lee's plumbing service came to the rescue at an affordable price! The technician Sean did a great job and handled the issue in no time. Sean had a very friendly, helpful demeanor -- he even looked up part numbers for a different bathroom issue he wasn't being hired to work on, and explained what we needed to get hot water faster at our Clovis home. My mom was very impressed with Sean's service at Lee's Plumbing, and would definitely return to this business for any future issues.

We did a replacement of HVAC, ducting and insulation. All of the individual employees were great. So far the system is working out great. Only three stars because in our experience the coordination and communication was just not there. On several occasions I would get a call out of the blue from someone saying that they had been scheduled for an appointment, but no one told me. Also, scheduling wise the company had our installers shave a day of the insulation which meant clean up and other details suffered. Overall they seem busy and the work is good, so this may just have been an isolated event.

My shower hadn't drained since Thursday. I called Lee's and was told it would be $49 for a service call and that if there were any repairs the service fee would be waved. The plumber came out and all he did was snake my drain to unclogged it and was here less then 15 minutes and we were charged $433 to unclog my shower drain. That price is ridiculous to unclog a drain.

Gouging prices!

They have late hours support and we're the only company that could come out at 7pm when we spotted a broken pipe.

The person who came out to gave the quote was very nice and charming a great sales man. In 20 secs without measuring he gave a quote for 20k for a permanent fix the non permanent fix would be close to $5900. I also had him look at a few clients which I had already suspected needing new seals. Both toilets are only 3 years old and he said one toilet needed be to fully replaced and the other toilet needed a new seal and would be $500.

I kindly declined the extras and all of a sudden they would be thrown in complementary. That seemed unusual to me... I as I do appreciate a deal how can something that cost $500 all of a sudden be free.

He was able to call and book someone to come out early the following morning and get started.

This is how I think they get you, your in distressed worried about your home and they can have someone fix it right away. Of course your going to give in and open a credit card to get this service taking care of.

We immediately called other plumbers to come the next morning for an estimate... out other quotes are as low as $2000 for everything. And these are reputable companies who are transparent. Some even said... let me guess.. LEE's is who gave you the high quote.

I feel as a woman I was taking advantage of thinking I wouldn't catch on to the smoke and mirrors and giving in the area and we'll taken care of house we had assumed we were rich and would easily give up the cash. Even if I was rich I'd still compare quotes. Now all of that is just presumption and can very well not be true.

But what is true is that a quote for $6200-$20000.00 easily went down to $2000.00 with other local companies that have been in the industry for years.

My advice.. get multiple quotes.

I rarely write reviews but need to give credit were credit is deserved. Purchase a 16k ac unit for house last year, with new ducting. Lee's did a very professional job and all the employees in and out of house were super professional and knowledgeable. Since that time, Lee's has responded to service calls and questions. It's clear that they care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend if you need ac work done and want it done professional and right.

Francisco came out and was very thorough with everything with our hvac system, including possible things that could wrong in the future. The operator I spoke to at Lee's was also very kind and helped out with us having a new born at home and requesting assistance with our system immediately, actually same day. To begin i would like to give an honest review of LEE's Air.
In addition to that my Home Central Heating and Air is 20 + years old,It does still work well but is in need of upgrade.

So i requested for a Technician to come to our home an preform with what LEE's offers $129.00 Tune -up

The Technician was great respectful and doing his customer service skills were great.
The Customer (phone operator) service was great.
LEE's Air seems to generally promote a great Brand,and they seem to uphold that.

Due to the issues the technician found on my home unit he was forced to shut off my heater. Which i understand an in addition he also explained.
He did itemize the repairs and advised me of the costs but they where never emailed to me for review.

My options where to Purchase a new system or Repair.

I asked for a consultation from a Comfort Specialist. The specialist did a great job in explaining my options.

BUT LEE's Air Final Estimate for install of a new system is very skeptical.
There is no itemization of what your paying for.No transperancy.They give a total amount but dont give the customer
the price of the actual Air Conditioner/Heating Unit but provide comfort in thier brand and service which is great.
But for 20k i would like everything itemized.
But they have the right to practice their business how the choose.

Honesty in numbers i feel is better.
The Estimate did not feel truthful.
The add ons to my estimate made me feel comfortable and taken care off
but to big investment over 17k  i do believe transperancy is very important in modern age of information and easy acces to google( Meaning i could look up actual costs)

What is the cost of the Actual unit and how to install it.?
Let the customer choose what they want.
Your brand is great your customer service is great the Company is very reputable.
The Logo looks great.
But not everyone mabey in the market for a purchase Package that would equal that to the anount of a brand new car.

Given the economic state of california and a pandemic.

The service from Lee's was excellent. From the first call we made to the inspection and diagnosis, everyone was helpful and courteous. Michael Sanders, our technician,  was on time, making sure to give us a heads-up he was on the way. Fully masked and careful entering and exiting the house, he was considerate of our home and our safety. The work he performed was well done and thorough, as he explained what he was doing, what he found, and next steps. We will definitely call on Lee's for our future plumbing needs!

Adin was the Lee's Tech who

I have had Lee's Air Conditioning,Heating come to my house on three different occasions for heating/ac problems. They have great customer service from the time I called,until the time the technicians left my house. The techs are very honest and friendly. They could have told me it's going to cost a high amount to fix the problem, and each time they left with me thinking how honest they were and not trying to rio me off. Wow! From beginning to end our experience with Lee's plumbing was...I wish Yelp had 6 stars. As I was getting responses from other vendors on Yelp about our home plumping inspection many of them recommended I contact Lee's. That was a good sign!

They acknowledged a scheduling error, didn't make any excuses, accepted responsibility and then made it right. Thank you Tom! (Was I messaging with the president of the company Tom Howard?)

Upon arrival, Jesse Marquez & Brandonn McCullough provided prompt service, crystal clear communication, and went above and beyond the call of duty (see the pic of Brandonn crawling in crawl space - bro you rock!)  As result of their patient explanation to my questions they gave my wife and I the confidence we needed to proceed with the purchase of this home.

I want to thank Ebert and Ben for their excellent customer service and expertise. We had a toilet that had some mysterious issues. Ebert diagnosed the problem immediately and went above and beyond to make sure all was fixed before the weekend. Ebert had helped us another time with our hot water heater so we already knew how trustworthy he was. We totally recommend Lees for both plumbing and air. They might be a little more expensive, but they totally stand by their work and usually have parts (including hot water heaters) with them.

I do not recommend this company to anyone for plumbing. The representative who came out was very short with me, declined to explain when I asked questions and attempted to get me to sign a contract without allowing me to read it until I refused to sign without reading.  I asked about a break down of the $726 he told me was the cost, after being in my house for only 3 minutes, and he offhandedly stated I'll get it as an email later. He still declined to answer where the breakdown for a $55 part equates to a $726 service. It felt like he took one look at a single woman and decided I needed limited Information about my plumbing issue and to just pay whatever he said. I have never been treated so badly by a company that should want business and future recommendations.  The commercials are not accurate according to my experience with this visit. If I could give no stars I would.

Update:
I thought this was going to be a regretful outcome, BUT I was totally wrong.  Being honest I was not too happy with the furnace noise, it was loud and would keep me awake at night, due the fact the furnace closet is in the middle of house and next to the master bedroom. As it turns out I was totally surprised that they were the ones who contacted me and assured me they my satisfaction was their priority and that they would fix the problem, Lee's was very patient and explained all the different options they were considering to eliminate the noise. They were extremely professional and staying with their core value of customer service.  They ended up taking out the unit and insulate the furnace closet and reinstalling the unit (they didn't settle for a quick fix).  The crew Ruben and Cory did a fantastic job, not only were they knowledgeable but they of very polite and easy to communicate with, and also keeping the mess to a minimum. The final job was phenomenal they did a fantastic job, their attention to detail and concern was exceptional.  Ruben invested the time to ensure the fix was properly done, and took the time after wards to show detailed before and after photos. I would absolutely recommend them, Lee's is definably a very customer-oriented company.

A/C kept tripping the breaker. Set up an appointment online. That didn't work out. But they called me and set up an appointment with an operator. Tech came out quick. Gave me detailed information and several options. I opted for a new unit. In an hour a rep came out. Gave me several options on units and accessories. An hour after that a guy brought out two temporary A/C units and set them up for us. ONE WEEK after the technician came out our new A/C unit is in and running. Waiting on inspection to finalize. If the website appointment had worked it would be 5 stars.

I used this company a few months back.  Estimate of $200 turned into $1000.  When I complained and told them about their tech who in my opinion was inexperienced, they claimed he is no longer with the company and they would refund me $500.  You guessed it, no refund was ever made. I hope this review saves someone else to become a victim.  I plan to post a few more reviews to save anyone.

We needed our air conditioner serviced for the summer. We called Lee's and they were able to fit us in right away. Luis came out and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. I was very happy with the service I received, also the coupon that was in our mailbox made the whole experience that much more enjoyable we have worked with Lees  before and will continue to do so.

They are the best !Pedro came by checked out my unit (there was a smell) and spent the time explaining and answered all of my questions .  He went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe . During his visit I found out about their membership program that will allow me to have my furnace and air conditioning check up and a free plumbing review .  I also found out about a system that cleans the air as it comes out of your system and eliminates the need for all of the air purifiers.  Thanks lees your guys are awesome !

We had a leaking 20 year old water heater. I call them late morning and scheduled an appointment the next day. Asked them if they had a cancellation if they might be able to come out today. Received a call a short time later and said they could come out to look at it today. They arrived early but called to asked if that would work. 1 hour after agreeing to the price they came back with new water heater and got it installed. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

On June 27th our  3 ton air conditioning unit finally gave out. We called our house warranty company and they said they wouldn't be able to have someone come out until Wednesday so we decided to call Lee's and they promptly came the same day and gave us an estimate on what it cost to repair. We would like to complement the service man Orlando for giving us excellent service he was honest knowledgeable and the job only took an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company I can honestly say we've never gotten better service in the last 20 years here in Clovis.

Our heater unit wasn't working so we called Lee's, who had performed some work for us in the kitchen earlier this year.

They sent us John A. who is without a doubt the best we've had in over 20 years of living in our house.

He expertly discovered that our previous air company (Albritten) had shut off the gas valve so they would have to come back in and service our unit for an additional cost!

John was able to to have it back on and running in no time at all! He also gave us a complete tuneup and filter change for no cost at all!

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night on the first day of a heat wave. I called Lee's Air at 7am, and the technician, Tom, came out within a few hours to diagnose and repair. My air conditioning was back up and running within 4 hours of calling them.  Yay!!

I very disappointed that I have to write this review.  I am a 20 plus year customer of Lee's.  Just in the last 5 years Lee's has done over $30,000 worth of work at my home and rental and have always done a great job.  Called last week to get a quote to install 2 toilets I had purchased for my home.  No new plumbing needed just remove the old and install the new plus dispose of the old.  Told they would have to send someone out and charge $49 for the quote and this charge would bee waived if they do the work.  Person showed up the next day on time but did not go inside to do the estimate.  To my shock the estimate was $1,100.  Thinking this was extremely high I requested quotes from 6 more licensed plumbers to see if Lee's was in the ballpark.  Results were 4 bids between $270 and $400, one at $800 and the last wanted $89 to come out like Lee's did.  Called Lee' Friday to question the outrageous quote and was told a plumbing supervisor would call which he did.  Voiced my concern and he told me he would review the bid and get back to me on Monday morning.  Supervisor called on Tuesday and sent me a revised bid of $794.  Supervisor said he would have the Gm call me since I was pretty upset, but no call as of today.  Hired another plumber Monday and he installed both toilets in 1 hour and 45 minutes for $350.

Update:  Chad the GM called and explained that some jobs are flat rate priced but if I have an issue with pricing to reach out to him personally which I will do.  I want to make it clear that Lee's provides great customer service and do a great job.  Just a word to the wise to always get as many bids as you can for comparison.

We had a leak in our air conditioner in the attic.  It started after the previous biannual service but just started dripping through the ceiling  to where we noticed it.  I called Lee's and they sent Yee out to see what was going on.  He put us at ease and found a broken pipe that appeared to be damaged during the previous service.  Without question Yee fixed it and Lee's stood behind there guarantee.  Yee is a very honest individual and I would recommend him working on my conditioner/plumbing anytime.

We sprung a leak in the wall of our guest bathroom and had to turn off the water to the house. I called Lees plumbing around 11 am.  Brandonn showed up to find the leak, explained what caused it, gave us a quote, then made the repairs. He was polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable.  He even cleaned up the area upon leaving. Would highly recommend Lees plumbing.  There is a nominal fee to come out, which is then applied to the charges if you choose to have them make the repairs. They charge by the job and not by the hour. Their rates are extremely reasonable.

We were drawn to this company because they were listed under another company. The company that we thought we were calling, apparently went out of business more than five years ago!!

This company's technician did terrible work and probably did more harm than good to our heat pump system. It seems that they charge the up front fee to keep their company in business, because after the botched up job in over, you won't ever have them back, nor refer any one to them!

I bought a new stove but the company wound not connected it. I had trouble disconnecting the old one and connecting the new one so I went to Angi list. Put in my information and got a call with 15 minutes. Set up the appointment for the next day since my stove was being delivered the day they called me. I can say they are fast to respond, I should have know something when she could not quote a price. Raul was my technician, he did an awesome job. My problem is that he states they are a flat rate company, which was not told to me when they called me the day before, not an hourly company. So it took him 46 minutes to complete the job & it cost me $506 for him to disconnect the old stove & connect the new one. To say I feel cheated is an understatement. That's why I gave 4 stars. NOBODY like to feel cheated on a service. So you might want to shop around before going with them if you want to save money. I have 5 kids in my home, I had to have my stove or I would have waited. But they were fast and friendly.

We had two visits from Lee's for plumbing situations. One was an estimation on a laundry area that Jesse helped us with. He was very good at telling me my options. I wanted to just place a quick drain for my waste water off my washer and he saved me a ton of money by giving me multiple project potentials, as well as a quick fix until we can afford the bigger projects. We will be calling back later with one of the suggestions he offered. A little more expensive but options that we are seriously considering in the future.

Ben came out the next morning to help us with what we thought was an emergency. We turned off our main water line after installing a faucet when we realized the hot/cold water valves needed to be replaced with 3/8 valves. When we removed our valves we thought that the pipes were corroded which was preventing us from rethreading our new valves (it was late and we were exhausted). Ben came to our help the very next morning. Helped us figure out the problem, that turned out to be very simple and easy! Pipes did not have to be replaced! He assessed us free of charge because the work was minimal. But honestly I would have paid hundreds to hear such amazing news. I am so relieved and thankful. Lee's will be a first go to whenever we need projects in the future. With both visits they came out ASAP and gave me multiple ways to fix my problem. I am SO grateful, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Dustin Martinelli was great! He was very knowledgeable, patient and nice. The first visit he came out for a kitchen sink leak. It was a major repair. It took him about 4 hours. He found the leaks and had all the parts to fix it. I called again cause I thought it was still leaking but thank goodness it takes time to dry out particle board.
I am very happy with Lee's Air Plumbing and Heating, especially Dustin Martinelli.
I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

$1700 to clan and add 2 lb of antifreeze ($375 lb) to my AC is crazy expensive.  I had to add it because I was $1000 for the clearning. I was told it would cost $5000 to $7000 to fix my leak antifreeze tank because if I want a new AC it would be $30000. If your AC goes down call a AC specialist. Saw some of their review and it seem ok.

Extremely disappointed. Lee's comes so highly recommended and a good friend of mine has a relative that has worked for the company for years so it was a no brainer when we decided to have our AC unit serviced.  We just bought this house a month ago so we wanted to make sure the air wouldn't give out on us during a heat wave. It's always blown cold air, but in these heat waves it has a hard time keeping up with the thermostat.

First they were late. It's summer time in Fresno so I figured they're really busy and didn't mind. An hour after our window passed and my husband reaches out just to make sure they were still coming. They let us know our technician/specialist is running late and he should've contacted us.

He arrives and gets to work. Tells us there's no leaks but the unit is older so he recommends replacing it. We could also recharge it but he doesn't recommend that and doesn't have the Freon so we would have to schedule another appointment for that. We explained we would like to think our options over and we'd get back to him.

Not even an hour passes and our AC is now blowing out warm air. We reset the thermostat and waited it out. This morning we decided to reach back out and see if we could get some help or understanding why our unit is in worse condition than before it was serviced. We got the run around all morning long. We were told it has a leak, then a micro leak that can't be detected, even though the technician said there were no leaks. Then we get a call from him saying that if we wanted him to check for leaks it would've been an extra charge which wasn't explained when he was here and also confuses me further since he told us we didn't have leaks. My husband asked if it was possible for refrigerant to leak out when he tested the levels and he said no because it was sealed and he made sure to replace any refrigerant lost. But I thought he didn't have refrigerant with him? They clearly weren't going to do anything about this so we gave up with them.

We went to go look at the AC unit in the backyard to see if anything was off and noticed the coils are now freezing over which also was never a problem before it was serviced.  It felt like they were trying to force our hands to pay for extra services. When we contacted them this morning, I wasn't expecting them to refund us or get extra services for free. I just wanted my AC back to the working order it was in before they touched it.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyone else.

They really go the extra mile. They have a service person tracker so you'll know exactly when they will arrive. We had a Roman tub faucet that was loose. Stay away from these crooks.  Installed at a premium price a high efficiency HVAC roof-mounted unit which turned out to be 14 SEER (the minimum efficiency you can install in CA,) which I only just found out from another contractor who was up on the roof for me.  But wait, there's more.  Recently came out to our house to check out an issue of an upstairs faucet not running and their proposed solution - not making this up - was a $60,000 retrofit of all the plumbing in the house.  All other water fixtures inside and outside the house work fine.  And this was not the high end option in a good/better/best upsell.  That was their only offer.  $60,000 to fix a faucet.   Which turns out, thanks to a helpful neighbor, the issue is an airlock due to disuse.  Fascinating that a professional plumber wouldn't recognize that, huh?  I wonder what Lee's Air sales close rate is on $60,000 residential plumbing jobs in Fresno.  Seriously.  Is that even a business?  Dishonest, price-gouging, corner-cutting people.  Recommend you stay away.

I have a second home outside of Clovis and need to have a plumbing and AC crew that I can trust.
I have used Lees for about 4 years and have been very satisfied.
In fact over that time I have gotten to know a couple of the techs
First thing is that they are the same crew but second is we dialog back and forth seamlessly  Luke a team should .

Just worked with Ebert on a plumbing issue downstairs and have to say Thank You. You make my life a little less complicated and a bit easier

Our heater was blowing cold air and so we called the company to see if they could send someone out within 24hrs and to our surprise got someone to check our heater within an hour. The guy was professional and fixed our heater within an hour! Gotta love that kind of service!!!

We received great service today. Called them this morning as I turned on the heat for the first time and it wasn't working.
Was able to have a technician out within just a couple of hours. Eric explained everything he checked and did and gave me a complete run down of what needs to be done. He even took pictures of everything to show us

Luis Estrada was quite knowledgeable about our Fujitsu system, with helpful--and reassuring!--information about the condition of our heat pump system. He was on time and, once here, spent extra time answering our questions. For our next annual checkup, I hope they again assign Luis to us!

What can I say ..... great service, polite and knowledgeable. The technician calls to let you know when they are getting to your house, no surprises who is at your front door. Today was for Plumming issues and Thursday's visit will be to check the heater. Having the units checked twice a year helps me to know that they will work when the weather changes..... higher recommended

We had a few minor plumbing issues around the house that needed to be checked out and/or fixed. Ebert was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me multiple options and quotes. I didn't feel like I had to purchase anything on the spot, but gave me ideas for future upgrades.
He fixed our tub and looked at several other appliances. Thanks Ebert!

Just had my air conditioner serviced. Jesse was on time showed me everything he did on i pad, was extremely nice and knowledgeable.  I opted to do a yearly service with lees air. I also found their prices reasonable .  Extremely satisfied

Awesome service! They went well and beyond to service our plumbing. Kind, friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family! We had a problem with our air conditioner that 'rattled' when it shut off.  On the third visit, it was discovered that the plastic logo on top of the unit had warped which caused the rattling.  Samuel Gonzalez applied thick weather stripping to the underside and it was a simple fix.  Great job, Samuel!!!

it was time for a new HVAC system and we called Lees for an estimate along with two other companies.  Jeff thoroughly inspected out entire unit, took many pictures, checked out solar situation and made 4 recommendations with estimates.  After all other estimates were in we decided on our new heat pump/air conditioner and installation began 2 days later.  Rudy and Eros installed in 2 days a completely new system, removing the old with care and respect for us and our property And taking more pictures for us to see the new system.  All 3 personnel kept us informed and worked full days, in fact the last day of installation Rudy and Eros put in at least 10 hours, no lunch break.  The new smart thermostat was explained very well, Wi-Fi hooked up and system up and working immediately.  We love this company and will call again if needed for any plumbing or hvac issues.  Thanks Jeff for the information about heat pump, explanation on how the entire system works.  Thank you Rudy and Eros for working hard, going above and beyond.  You are the nicest young men, professional and respectful.  It was truly a pleasure to deal with this company.

Michael Sanders.. came to my home today & he is very friendly and professional ..He diagnosed the issue with our plumbing and gave us a quote.. So yes we will have him come back to do the repairs.. We really appreciate his knowledge and providing us with all the information and pictures to prove his diagnosis on our plumbing issue ....
