This company is awful! A police report has been filed and report #T16004105. They kept charging me months after the job was completed. After several attempts to contact them, of course they would not answer my calls and would only communicate via text message. I had to file a fraud charge with my bank and turn off my debit and credit cards which is a major hassle.
Do not use this company!
Emergency!!!! Active leak in the ceiling! Got on yelp to find a knight in shining armor. Started to go down the list, no one could even get out to my home for at least 3-5 days until I called Brandon at Better B. Even though he couldn't get out he at least was concerned enough to call one of his buddies...that has his own business as well!! Ty was out within 2 hours!!!! Professional, knowledgeable and a great guy! Climbed into the crawl space above the garage.... sifted through our junk up there and immediately found my problem! Who knew the water hose from the fridge could cause that much trouble in a short period of time lol. Did a quick and efficient repair job at an extremely reasonable price! Thank Ty!! Big shoutout to Slaton plumbing and Better B!!! I know who I will go to FIRST future plumbing problems!!!!

We love Better B! I own a business in Midtown Sacramento. Over the years we've had a handful of plumbing issues. Better B is always super accommodating and has been able to come same day each time. Their technicians are friendly and always get the job done quickly. We are so grateful for them. Highly recommend! We only use them.
Me and my very pregnant wife are first time home owners and weeks into our new home, the sewage starting coming into the bathtub (definitely not good). We called pocket plumbing and after explaining to him what was happening and finding out our home is a older home he referred us to Better B. We think it was meant to be for that to happen because without Better B we would be in some deep sh*+, seriously. He is honest, hard working and dedicated! He gave us options, his prices are the best in town, he is quick, clean and then most positive and friendly person you will come across. His helper (Curt) was also amazing, had great customer service, they followed up and made sure everything was ok (did I mention this is when it was hitting 100-110 degrees out!!). You seriously should not even hesitate to give Better B a call if you need anything plumbing done. We can't thank you enough B!
I tried installing a washer drain pan myself and ran into an issue. I called Better B Plumbing and explained the problem. They offered to come out and install it but noted that I was just one step off. Instead of charging me for a job that was already 95% done, they just told me how to fix it. They said that if I had any other questions to just call them back. They were willing to come out if I still wanted but really tried to look out for their customers.
My Main line clogged in the middle of the night and caused a severe flood in my downstairs bathroom. Better B plumbing came and literally within minutes had the line cleared and even educated me on signs to look for to avoid any future problems. Prices were affordable!! Thank you so much Better B plumbing for not only responding quickly but for working with professionalism and most importantly with a sense of urgency!! I will most definitely refer anyone i hear that needs plumbing work to you!
They left a coupon in our mailbox, any drain cleaned, $99. I called, a fellow came out and said it was $350! I said no, forget it, then he went on and on about how cheap I am, so careless, irresponsible, etc. I still said no.
He called his office and then said OK, $99. He did it, took about 5 minutes to clear the drain (that's about all it ever takes, I'm sure he knew that too).
It's very rare to find service like what Better B provided for my mother's plumbing problem. Came out on a Sunday, immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Brandon spent the better part of a Saturday figuring out a tricky clog in our old home's pipes. We called Saturday morning and were grateful when he arrived just a few hours later. He tried several different approaches and really thought outside of the box to help us avoid replacing our old sewer line. He was professional and explained the whole process and tried to diagnose the root of the problem. And when all was said and done his fee was very reasonable for spending several hours with us on a Saturday afternoon. He really went above and beyond, would highly recommend!

Not sure who I spoke to at 8pm on a Saturday, but long story short I tried to replace my fill valve on my toilet and screwed up. Then the water line wouldn't stop leaking and I sent a video over iMessenger and got a call back letting me know exactly what to do to stop the leak. It worked.
He didn't want to charge me $250 for an emergency repair for something amateur that I was doing (you all know what I'm talking about, first time home buyer rookie mistakes).
Anyway, I got my leak to stop and will take a break and try again another day...if I can't get this issue fixed on my own, I know who to call (non-emergency wise). Thanks for your help!
My long-time plumber is retiring and I've been looking for a new person. Brandon was referred to me by another great plumber I found on yelp, Charles at Pocket Plumbing. I've only called Charles once and he did a great job, but he usually stays busy in the pocket area and went out of his way to do that one job for me. He would have helped me this time as well, but was working on a long term job when I called this second time. I needed a plumber quickly for one of my apartment sink drains, and Charles referred Brandon. So, Brandon came and did a great job. He was very pleasant to deal with, competent and professional, shared information, offered suggestions of how to keep the drains clear, and left the place neat and clean. I enjoyed the visit and getting the job done quickly and well, and being charged a reasonable fee. They replaced an outside valve with improper material that wasn't strong enough for the water flow. Blew a hole in my garage and it flooded overnight. They would not cover damages and avoided my lawyer's letters multiple times. Best to avoid this company.

What a blessing Brandon was today! When every company we called had a waitlist for appointments, he was able to make time in his schedule to fix the problem immediately. I don't think I could have survived another day or the weekend with my clogged sink in my mobile home. If we ever have another problem, I will have his number on speed dial. Excellent service, can't remember the plumbers name but when the drain clean out wouldn't come off he went another route which usually cost more but only charged 15 extra. Also gave me a great wealth of information on what I should do in the future to prevent any backups into my house. (Adding in another clean out) definitely would recommend as he looks out for the customers satisfaction and pockets.
These guys are great they came to unclog the drains and pipes at my house when things started over flooding the backyard. So gross. I called them and they were at my house in a few hours. The roots from the trees in my backyard are detrimental to the pipes. They cleaned it out for $241 and charged me a $50 cleaning fee because I wasn't going to clean that mess myself. I'm so happy they took care of within a few hours of calling.
I'm not sure about what happened with the former yelpers complaint... but I am writing this Yelp to let everyone know how satisfied I am with Better B Plumbing & drain service. It has been a struggle since we purchased this old home which was built around nineteen sixties. The drains constantly clog and we have had various plumbing problems since we've purchased recently. It has been such a struggle finding a reasonable and honest plumber. I have paid out-of-pocket expenses within the past 2 years to several different plumbers that have not been able to help None of them care and are only concerned with a fast in-and-out service for a quick dollar.
I called several plumbers today who could not help me with my simple issues. A plumber came by my home and actually referred Brandon of better B Plumbing... the service guy rushed over right away to fix the problem and even lower the price. The problem actually ended up being a lot less of an issue than what everyone else was saying. The service guy even gave me tips and mentioned what to do for proper maintenance of my Plumbing. He even took the time out to explain things in layman's terms which I would never have even thought of for preventive measures. I was given A6 month warranty for all of the services provided as well.
I am very happy with the service provided and I will be using this plumber on a regular basis as needed. And as a realtor I will recommend him to all of my clients... I suggest that you do the same!
I contacted Better B Plumbing right before 5pm with my clogged sewer line. They promised they would come within 2 hours to make sure my entire family would be able to take showers and do laundry. They actually came within one hour and had my sewer line unclogged within 20 minutes. The price was very fair and reasonable considering most plumbers would've charged me an extra after hours fee to show up after 5. The technician Kevin was very knowledgeable and polite. Thanks Better B Plumbing....you're the best!

My bathroom tub was clog and had standing water with little to no drain. I tried fixing it myself with draino and a snake prior to calling a plumber. I thought I fixed the issue but when I showered the tub backup again. So I called a few plumbers and better B was not only the best price but the quickest to come out! Will definitely use there services again. There technician was professional and informative.

B has done a couple of more jobs for me since my first review and I continue to be very pleased. On time, quick communication, honest, pleasant to deal with and of course, solid workmanship. Will continue to use him and refer my friends.
SUMMARY- Straight forward plumber who told me straight up, no B.S. and extremely fast response time and very competitive cost made this a great experience.
FULL REVIEW- An emergency main drain clog which decided to show itself at 12am. It was clogged with tree roots and other gunk. I called 4 other companies that were advertised as 24/7 with them all saying they don't respond for that type of clog until the next day and all promised a call first thing in the morning. I called this company and a plumber came arrived in 35 minutes and had the clog cleared in 15 minutes. He let me watch the work being performed while explaining cause and procedure of what happens and why he uses the auger attachment he did. I had a name brand highly advertised company do the same procedure 8 years ago, and this company charged $150 less. Plumbing costs aren't cheap. It's an industry standard price tier, same concept at car dealer repairs, so don't be fooled by these large company fancy new equipment plumbing companies, when you can get the same service (as its a simple procedure) done at 40% less. I am a service tech myself and could have rented the same machine at a home Depot or such and have done it myself for $70 plus buying the attachment, but I had to go to work and taking the day off would have costed me $200 in wages lost (I am out of paid sick days) and couldn't just take a few hours off. Factor in time, and hassle and the cost of this repair, and it made sense. Upon arrival, I saw an unmarked white van with a plumber at the door that wasn't the squraky clean and polished type you'd expect from the pictures on the side of the nice plumbing trucks you see on the road, but was honest, respectful, told me how it is, and his clothes told me he wasn't afraid to get dirty. I'm satisfied. Will use again, and refer them to anyone I see who needs plumbing service.
THE BAD- I would have liked to see him wear shoe covers, but I have tile floors so it didn't matter in my case as much. I wish I could have remembered his name so I could post it on here for the review.
We called Brandon with a main sewer backup this morning and he was out to our home within 40 minutes! He cleared it out and we were back up and running again. He was friendly and professional - I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!
Kevin came out and resolved my plumbing problem. He even educated me about plumbing and what I should add to prevent future complications. Great guy with a nice personality. You can teach skills but you can't teach attitude. Btw the while process was quick and easy.

I don't have a review of the work done by this company so I'm leaving three stars as a middle-of-the-road rating. My review is constructive criticism for the marketing team. Maybe don't leave your business card tucked into the window of someone's car that's parked in their driveway. My car isn't the nicest, but it's still not possible to mistake it for an overflowing toilet.

Hired them recently to clear a drain at my rental. Very prompt, reasonably priced, and very professional. Jermaine did a great job,got in got out and cleaned up very well after the job. highly recommend.

Refreshing experience with Brandon. It's rare to feel like a tradesmen actually cares about people and isn't there to take all your money. I had some leaking faucet issues I wanted to get diagnosed and Brandon came out first thing the next day, on time. He was really nice with a positive attitude. He educated me the whole time he was testing. My fixes were apparently very easy for me to fix, and he showed me how. He told me how much he could charge me to replace everything, but told me I could really just do this on my own. Really appreciated him being honest and saving me $150. He didn't even want to take any money for driving out to my house. What a guy. I would recommend Better B to anyone that has plumbing issues.

update! I had an emergency plumbing problem, the city turned off my water due to having a water leak that was beginning to flood my street. he was able to come out very short notice and give me a temporary fix that allowed me to have water overnight and came back the very next day to fix the leak!. no more leak and water is working perfectly. another A+ from me.

fa sho. my dude jermaine came out with a homie and assessed what the problem was. our house is an older 1950's building that wasn't built with a sewer cleanout. so he called another dude and they climbed up on the roof to access the soil stack. they got the problem done (toilet flushing and bathtub draining) and gave me some helpful info and suggestions. friendly & professional. def give the hometown bros your business!

My kitchen sink was clogged and I got their number from the neighborhood app. They were able to unclog the sink but the cost was very steep considering it took about 20 minutes. However, the job is done and I am happy they were able to unclog my drain.
Better B Plumbing & Drain did an awesome job me. My sewer line was backup and I called them to see if they were available today to do a sewer line clean.... being a holiday today they were able to come and clear the problem.
I was very satisfied with there service. I would recommend them to anyone.

he fixed the showers at my job.. we offer shower services to the homeless and they were clogged.. he is fast efficient and very polite.. i will recommend him to anyone as well as use him for my house if need b.
We had been having issues with our toilet for months! We needed emergency assistance a 7:30 in the evening and Brandon came within 15 minutes of us calling!

Within an hour of calling Brandon on Easter, he was at our house clearing the main. He was profession and quick. He showed us what the problem was, explained why the main lines typically clog in our area, and how we could remedy it. We could not believe how lucky we were to have found him. I would definitely use him again.
UPDATE: Brandon also provided a warranty on the work done. We ended up having another clog in the main line last night. Brandon made it out the next morning and cleared the line at no cost and no hassle as it was still within the warranty period. The problem was exactly the same as he had described previously (this bridge device that was installed when the houses in the area were built that was designed to help plumbers snake one direction and then the other. This is were the clog was both times). Definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing expertise.
I have several rental properties and I'm always needing the drains snaked. Better B plumbing was my go to plumbing company for a few years. I was able to call the technician directly and he would visit within a few hrs AND he had reasonable pricing. About a year ago I noticed a middle man was involved and the price to snake my line was $125 more than what it had been in the past. About a week ago, I called for service and the price, again, was too high so I decided not to proceed with their service and hired another plumber to visit the following day. Without my authorization, Better B Plumbing still sent their tech to my property and snaked the drain. Since my renters had seen this plumber a few times in the past they let him in. The following morning I received a bill from Better B Plumbing for the amount I never agreed to. I contacted the middle man and he acknowledged that I never agreed to using their services, and forcefully told me I had to pay them the amount they wanted. To top it off, he started insulting me and went on a rant about how i'm taking advantage of him, even though I NEVER agreed on the terms and didn't ask them to service my property.
They were charging me $450 to snake the drain and $550 if they had to remove the toilet to snake the line. A week later they left a flyer at my door for $99 to snake any line.
I was a loyal customer for several years but prices have gone up and are inconsistent. The staff is unprofessional and customer service is horrible. After shopping around I learned they are extremely over priced and there are many plumbers who will snake your line for a lot less!
My roommates and I called Better B Plumbing on Friday afternoon and Brandon came out for a non-emergency situation early on Saturday morning. Better B was the friendliest, most helpful, and cheapest company we contacted to fix our bathroom sink issue. Brandon was very courteous and cleaned up after himself before he left. He did a great job. We will definitely request him next time we are in need of plumbing services.
We used Better B for the first time and it was an emergency on a Friday evening. They not only showed up on time. The young man was efficient, courteous and professional and did a great job. He never came into the house but completely resolved the problem in our main line. I highly recommend them. My neighbors have also used the service and highly recommend them for their great work. Amazing.

Local. Prompt. Great service.
Needed to clear out our main sewer drain after attempting to unclog it myself. Realized I didn't have the right equipment to get it done, so I called Better B after reading the other reviews.
Brandon was upfront about his availability and cost. Service charge is fair, and I'll be recommending him to others.
Clog turned out to be tree roots again, and he provided some helpful advice. I'll be calling him again!
Better B literally saved our lives!!
We are first time home buyers and were startled when we returned home from work one evening to find an immense amount of waste filling our guest bathroom toilet to the brim. We attempted to pump the toilet (in between fighting the nauseating smell) and after a few minutes we realized that this was not something we could fix. It was 7pm in the evening and there was no way we could let that filth sit all night so we hoped someone would take pity on us and come out for a night call. On top of that, we hoped this wasn't a major plumbing issue that would cost us a fortune considering we've lived here less than a month and haven't even paid our first mortgage yet.
The first company I called didn't even answer my call but sent me a text 30 minutes later telling me to call for an appointment tomorrow, the 2nd company told me they don't dispatch after 7pm because they stopped working by 8pm and my problem didn't sound like an easy fix, the 3rd company I called told me they worked by appointment only and had no appointments available until Friday.
After lighting every scented candle I could find, I decided to make one more call before accepting defeat and sleeping in a gas mask. B answered the phone immediately and after listening to my disgusting description of what the problem was, he told me he'd be here within the 30 minutes! B was extremely professional and made sure I understood what he intended to do as well as provided me with a very reasonable quote. Within 10 minutes, B had our guest bathroom back to smelling flower fresh! There was no mess and he even took some extra time to explain what could've caused the clog as well as provided tips on how to prevent it in the future. What plumber gives you tips on how to prevent clogs when their whole business is built off clearing clogs?? An awesome plumber, that's who. We were petrified of it being a major plumbing issue but thanks to B, our minds were quickly put at ease. I will absolutely be using B again for all my future plumbing needs.

I am writing the most glowing review of Brandon, who was a lifesaver yesterday! We had a faucet that would not turn off and very little time before catching a plane. Brandon was just finishing a job and arrived within 20 minutes. He took apart the faucet and identified the problem, showing me each step of the way what needed to be done .... even going the extra mile to locate the part needed to replace the original 1959 design. Since my son will do the work, he didn't even charge me for the visit! How is that possible in today's world? I have never written a Yelp review before, but could not rest if I didn't write one for Brandon. He is a rare plumber and I highly recommend him.

Firstly, they answered the phone. I hate having to call and leave messages and wait for the call back. They were willing to come out quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable. Im very satisfied with their service.
Our utility and kitchen sink were very backed up. Called in the morning and they were quick to send Kevin out. He was friendly, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend this company. Update - I just ran a load of laundry. Since buying this house 2 years ago, the utility sink always drained slowly, and I guess I accepted that as the way it was... It just drained immediately.

I was very very pleased with their work. I had called bonny plumbing earlier that week they can out n said they couldn't do it because the machine won't fit in the house. I told them about the garage n there's a 4 pipe there n they said sorry we couldn't do it they were too lazy they wanted a easy fix n get to clean out. So I called better b they came out in 2 hrs snaked from the garage n cleared it out in 10min and they also gave me a warranty if it happened again along with one free drain clear. My garbage disposal broke so I called Better B for an estimate and they showed up at my door soon afterwards ready to do the work. We had an emergency where stuff came up the toilets and baths. We texted him and let him know it was an emergency and he came was here in about 60 minutes. He fixed things quickly, but what I like the most is that like that he took time to explain things to me. Hopefully, we will not meet to contact him again for an emergency, but we will contact him for maintenance.
Branden has been great at fixing everything from a broken disposal to a leaking water main. He is very efficient, explains everything and responds to calls/texts in a timely manner. My drain was clogged in the evening. Found Better B on yelp cause they were 24hr service. When I called him, I had someone come out to my house within the hour and got it fixed. Great service and very convenient!
We had our toilets clogged after my toddler flushed a sock down the toilet! I had another company come out and after inspecting our plumbing, said they couldn't do anything for us. Our plumbing at our house is very complicated because they had to get in our roof. I called Charles at pocket plumbing who was busy at another job. He referred us to Better B and they came out within 30 minutes. After a little while they had our toilets and plumbing back in service!! I couldn't be more happy with their services, they were knowledgeable and kind. Our plumbing has been working for months now, after they came out!!

I live just outside of Sacramento and had overflowing toilets. I tried calling around and no one would help me. I called Better B, they picked right up and were out within a few hours. They snaked two separate lines quickly got the water flowing again. Very fast, very professional. The price was reasonable but a little over what I had expected, but I give that up to me mishearing in my excitement that someone would help me. So I looked on yelp to find a plumber who had good reviews and came across this business. My husband called and the person he spoke with was unprofessional, his tone was upset/annoyed and my husband felt like he was arguing with him. All he wanted was a brief quote and when he asked more questions this was the reaction. Not good customer service, we went with someone who was helpful.
They came out right away and fixed the clog in my faucet. Something happened to the dishwasher possibly related and they came right back and fixed that too. Great work, for a great price .

Better B was Very helpful with my plumbing problem. Before they even came out, he walked me through some steps to see if my problem could be resolved by me ( I'm not very handy). Low and behold, it worked. Most would send a technician out for a charge to fix an easy problem. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend them. Branden was very prompt to responding to my request, I just moved into the neighborhood and I needed new gas lines installed for my cooktop and dryer. What I thought looked like an impossible task, Branden made it a smooth job. Branden from here on forward the go to guy for all my plumbing needs.
Woke up to the nastiest mess ever and it just had to be on a Sunday, who do we call? Better B just happen to catch my eye from the moment they picked up the phone nothing but great customer service I did not catch the man name but he was straight up and said he would have some one there in 30 min the price was unbeatable I do k is that plumbing can be expensive. Jermain was very nice upon arrival he got straight to work I can say this guys are awesome and will recommend their services if your ever in need of a plumber call them first.
Worst experience we've ever had appointment at 11 doesn't show up until 11 looks like he's been drinking stumbling before I even comes into the house already has an attitude and we asked him to explain something he just walks away saying I've been doing this for years and left. Tried to price gouges saying it's a $700 fix when it's just hooking up a water line what's up probably $10 part stay away from this guy he just seemed like a young punk yeah that kind of attitude

I called him for my dishwasher and washing machine backing up into my kitchen sink. I just bought my first home and I'm the first to admit that I don't know too much about fix it stuff. I had a leak under the sink and Brandon showed up the next day and took the time to show me and explain to me the simple steps to fixing my problem! He showed me how to shut off my water and walked me through the steps of fixing my leaky sink! He's super honest and reasonable with his costs. He even gave me one of his tools as a donation to the fix the leak. I ended up running to the store that he recommended and I fixed the leak myself. Anyone else could have walked in and charged me an arm and leg to fix my problem, but Brandon taught me a new skill and saved me a ton of money! Give him a call, he's legit!

Brandon was on-time and very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do & gave me some helpful hints and tips to avoid future issues. Brandon, Jason, and Tommy are a godsend! They fixed my laundry machine drain pipe problem within a couple hours and saved me a lot of money compared to the first plumbing company I had reached out to.
*The Problem:* After running a load of laundry there was puddles of water scattered around the garage floor, but it was unclear where the leak was coming from because there was no clear stream leading back to the washing machine. It looked like it was coming from the walls.
I had originally called 5Star Plumbing to check out the issue and even paid their $150 service fee to go underneath the house to troubleshoot. The plumber said the ground underneath the house was damp and my pipes leaking in several places. He said the fix would be to replace 5 foot of drainage pipe from the laundry machine to the main line drain; all underneath the house. He also said my kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking and would eventually need to be replaced. Total quote for both was several thousand dollars! And BTW he did not provide any pictures/proof of what he said he saw. Everything was based on his word.
I was in disbelief by the sheer high price of the quote so I spoke with my trusted neighbor who highly recommended Brandon for a second opinion. When Brandon and his crew came over, they immediately said what the other plumber had concluded sounded peculiar. When they went underneath the house they took videos and photos which didn't show anything the 5Star plumber had claimed. The videos showed the ground beneath the house completely dry! This makes me FURIOUS and I can confidently say that I will never be calling 5Star back.
*The Fix:* Instead of replacing any of the pipes below the house, Brandon recommended a simple snake through the pipes to clear the debris clogged inside, as well as changing the J-pipe behind the laundry machine to a dual clean-out and J-pipe drain. Total cost for the snake and replacement was a fraction of the cost that 5Star had quoted. It infuriates me that they had proposed a 5 foot pipe replacement that was completely unnecessary!
*Conclusion:* Call Better B Plumbing if you value an honest evaluation and reasonable pricing. In the end you have the choice of who you hire, but you should never have to feel like you are being hustled with questionable troubleshooting and ridiculously expensive quotes. With Better B Plumbing I felt confident in the evaluation and the reasonable quote they provided, as well as ultimately the service they completed to fix my problem. Highly recommended!

Better B saves the day! We recently had some drain back up coming from the toilets and even worse, backing up into the bathtubs (blechhh). My boyfriend and I spent about an hour on a Sunday trying to fix the issue, but when nothing seemed to work and the smell from the backup was literally making the house smell like a litter box, jumped on Yelp and found Better B!
The guy on the phone very nicely gave me some tips to try to see if we could flush the drain that way first and if it didn't work, to text him back with my name and address. Sadly for me, it was no dice and he very quickly let me know they would have someone out shortly! Also, can I say, the phone literally didn't even ring when he picked up my call. Impressive.
Kevin rolled up to the house, fixed the issue quickly (about 45 minute in total)was super nice and also gave some tips and advice on how to keep drains clear and had some super funny stories too! He explained the pricing for me as, that there is a 90 day warranty, and also wore shoe covers when he had to step into the house to plug his machine into an outlet. I myself work and manage a customer service team and Kevin was for sure the epitome of excellent customer service. Also, literally the tallest human I have met thus far lol.
This was my first time ever having to call a plumber and it could not have been a more painless and top notch experience because believe me, I was a stress case. I was so worried that I would not be able to get anyone out on such short notice on a late Sunday afternoon but I am so glad I found Better B. It was worth the $250 I unexpectedly had to drop that day.
While I hope I don't have another unexpected plumbing issue anytime soon, Better B will for sure be the only plumbing company I call and trust!
We had a clog in our in our drain and had called several places to come help. Being it was a weekend, we weren't getting calls back and/or were told we'd have to wait until Tuesday. When we called Better B they had someone out within an hour and fixed the problem (on a Sunday). Jerome was awesome and answered many questions I had regarding the clog and how to maintain better draining in our home, etc. We were also given a 90 day guarantee on the service; which is additional peace of mind. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues that arise...

As a single mom and a home owner , I'm always afraid companies will try to get over on me . Brandon gave me a smoking deal AND extended the warranty from 90 days to 4 months! He assured me if anything goes wrong he'd take care of it.
I felt bad having to have someone come out and do dirty work on thanksgiving giving but Brandon carried a great holiday spirit ! I still have some plumbing work on my never ending homeowners need to get fixed list and I will definitely be calling Brandon back to take care of it.

Water was leaking under my driveway and my first concerns was having to bust up my driveway to fix the leaked. Ken saved the day as His experience was worth a ton as he was able to fixed the leak without busting up the driveway. Ken was friendly, labor costs were reasonable, and he explained all my options in detail with estimates before beginning the job. Can't go wrong with having Ken fix all my future plumbing issues.

Brandon is really knowledgeable. So much so, that he wants to share smogs wisdom, and will go out of his way to educate you on home plumbing maintenance so he doesn't have to come out and see you again.
Brandon doesn't dance around issues. He gives it to you straight, and is a perfectionist. I had him unclog a toilet and install a new one. He didn't like some of the original piping stuff, so he went to the store to go buy some other stuff. Typically, service people will make you go get it and they will come back when you have it...not Brandon. He could have easily left substandard stuff connected, and it would have been fine, but not PERFECT.
Brandon is a teacher. I said that already, however he brought an apprentice with him or the job. I loved seeing the interaction between the two.
Great guy, great service. Hopefully I don't see him again anytime soon, but if I do need need a plumber again, this is the guy I'm calling.
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving my kitchen sink drain became totally clogged. Six other companies told me I would have to wait until Friday for service. Then I called Brandon at Better B. He understood right away that I needed my kitchen sink working before Thanksgiving. He arrived several hours later and completely fixed everything. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to write a follow up review for the guys at Better B Plumbing and Drain. I had an issue a couple days ago installing a new gas dryer myself. The connections were not lining up and I was stumped. I called and while I am not sure who I spoke with, they were able to figure out the issue I was having and guide me through what I needed to do to complete the job. I even had to call back a second time to ask another question and the gentleman I spoke with was more than happy to help. The dryer is installed and working and it is all thanks to the help of Better B. You had already earned my loyalty in the past with fast and friendly service but the customer service provided the just reinforces it. You will not find more knowledgeable, friendlier, or more helpful folks anywhere. I cannot recommend Better B more!
Kevin from Better B Plumbing fixed my clogged pipes again after 5 years ago. You can tell the man is a former basketball star. He slam dunked the clogged water out of the pipes. During this process, his former elementary school classmate of 20 years out of nowhere decides to reunite with him. Talk about greatness.

My tenant had a plumbing issue. I received an initial quote of $1800 from a very well-known plumbing company. The representative of the first well-known company said if he fixed it the standard way (for $300) it would return one week later. So he needed to ramp up to a higher much more costly $1800 method for it to be completely resolved.
After receiving the $1,800 quote it was my intention to get additional quotes expecting that they could come in at least five hundred dollars less or even $700 less. My tenant recommended Better B Plumbing and Drain. Before I got a chance to call Brandon was calling me -- from the property.
I told him what the previous rep did/said and Brandon advised me of a certain business practice used by some of the larger companies which leads to price gouging. He then told me he knew what the problem was, could fix it same day and would warranty it for one year. Brandon fixed the problem for only $220, and included a one year warranty.
Needless to say I have added Brandon to our vendor list with stars by his name. Better B Plumbing and Drain will be our new go-to plumbing vender. You just can't beat speed, efficiency AND integrity.

After a failed attempt with another company to fix my plumbing concerns two weeks earlier, I contacted Better B Plumbing. Brandon came out, explained specifically what the issue was and fixed it. This was seven months ago.
We contacted Better B again requesting service with Brandon on an unrelated issue. Again, Brandon came out in the timeframe in which I was advised he would, again explained thoroughly what the issue was, how to prevent it in the future and then fixed it.
We will always contact Better B Plumbing for our plumbing concerns. I highly recommend Brandon and Better B Plumbing!
The Tall Guy aka Chris Bosh lol that's not his name but he's that tall. He was pretty cool. Called and he was here within 15 mins. He cleared my drain within less then 10 mins. Great prices as well. Would definitely recommend!
The tenants in my rental property called me on a Friday evening informing me that the drainage from the washing machine had backed up into the toilets, bathtub and shower in both bathrooms and that they were unable to run any water in the house without overflow. I called Better B and Brandon picked up the phone at almost 10pm on a Friday night. He was over the next afternoon to unblock the sewer main where the problem lay. He was prompt and fast and even showed me what he did every step of the way so that I might be able to do it myself next time. I highly recommend Better B!

My rental property had a leak in the crawl space. I contacted better B because I had met the owner a few years ago. They were prompt and went to my property but when I received an estimate of $930 for an elbow and 18 inches if pipe i was blown away. The technician didn't even have those basic parts in his van. He had to leave. They also found another leak a few feet away and didn't fix it. The last communication I has from the owner was that he was waiting for a video from the tech and he would let me know. Next thing I know my tenant tells me they are gone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Pics of their 930 will be posted shortly.
I would hire these guys again. They communicated well whether by text or call and were polite and professional. Their timing was good and they're pricing is probably the most reasonable around . Thanks again guys!

We needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon right before the 4th of July holiday. We called a lot of plumbers. Most didn't answer the phone or couldn't come out until the next day. I called Better B but didn't leave a message. Even without leaving a message, he called me back and said they could come out in 35 minutes. Brandon arrived right away, figured out what the problem was, and took care of it. In fact he said if he couldn't clear out the pipe, he wouldn't charge us. Kevin was prompt, courteous, kind, efficient and professional. It's a Friday night and We had a disgusting sludge backup in our kitchen sink. Our landlord said they'd send someone in 5 days!!! With a 1 and 2 year old??? Yeah, no, we'll take care of it and you'll pay for it! And Kevin came to our rescue! The cost was very reasonable too. We highly recommend them to friends family and neighbors! Be sure to ask for Kevin the tall guy!
Talk about great customer service!! We called him at the ungodly hour of about 1am. I didn't leave a voicemail and started calling all the 24/7 plumbing companies that I could find on Yelp. Was on the phone with one company that put me on hold and never returned my call and then Branden from Better B called me back- keep in mind, I didn't leave a voicemail or anything.
I will say, he sounded really tired and asked if our job could wait until the morning and it was have been significantly cheaper, however, I am 34 weeks pregnant and my mother in law wanted her toilets and shower to be working because we were visiting. Right when I mentioned that I was pregnant, he immediately said, I'll be right there and surely enough?m, he pulled into our driveway about 10 minutes later.
I had called so many companies that I thought he was coming from a different one and accidentally called him by the wrong name- ooops! But he came in, fixed the problem, told us what we would have to do, so the problem wouldn't occur again, and was prompt and nice during the entire time. He was super friendly, easy to work with, caring and we would DEFINITELY use him again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and know you won't be disappointed with his service.
Plus, of the 6 places I called, he is the only one who actually called back and followed through with coming to the home.

I am so happy to find Brandon. He is efficient, on time, honest and responsive to texts and calling. He snaked our master bathroom sink and then I called him back to install a new bathroom faucet. The faucet that I selected was missing an aerator. He offered to pick one up for me the next time he's at Home Depot and leave it for me on my porch. I would recommend Brandon to everyone and will definitely use him again.

My kitchen sink was completely flooded the Friday before a holiday weekend. Better B was completely amazing! They literally saved my kitchen and my sanity.
Branden was very professional and explained the entire process. Completed it record time and cleaned my kitchen counter and floor!

They called us after our review asking us why we didn't give them 5 stars and was pretty mad about it. I'm pretty sure their reviews are biased they give out discounts on services if you give them good reviews.

Excellent response and service time. Brandon quickly diagnosed our sink problem as an issue with our dishwasher. His straightforward advice was very much appreciated after we had had another plumbing company fail us repeatedly.

We chose this company because of their 5-star Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them. They quoted $80 over the phone. When they came out they upped the quote to $260 because we are a small commercial building. After agreeing to the huge increase in price job was completed and a final bill was presented for $450 . . . What? When my husband asked why he was told that the boss told him since it took him so long he needed to charge us more.

Unfortunately, my husband is not in physical condition to remove the toilet so we could receive a discount on this project that was quoted at $260 after your guy spent time figuring out the scope of the problem. I wonder if a woman would have been presented the same discount opportunity?

Branden from Better B pluming is the best. Had a clog in the sewage line from an old home from the 60's. After talking to several plumbers who really didn't want to come check it because of how old the house is, I spoke with Branden and he gave me some options on what to do. He ended up putting in a sewage clean out and snaked out the system. His CUSTOMER SERVICE is above and beyond and pricing was fantastic.
