If I have an option of giving them no star, I totally would. Very disappointed about their luck of professionalism. They did come for the initial diagnose, but as soon as they found out that it was a small job, they never got back with me. So then I called Coastwide Electric! The owner, Mikey was really nice to send one of his guy to address my problem right away. They will treat you fairly whether its a small job or big!! Now I'm thinking about using them for the renovation on my house!!

Michael was a really nice friendly tech. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. Got my heater up and running within an hour. Would highly recommend this company and Michael for HVAC servicing. Their online chat was a surprisingly pleasant experience to obtain my information and needs.
