Miguel was very prompt.  He arrived on time and called me to tell me he was on his way.  He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in simple terms.  He fixed the problem and made suggestions for improvements in the future.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
