Erwyn's plumbing was super responsive and came over right away to fix our leaky toilet. Responsive and reliable.

This is a top notch outfit! We had a shower valve go bad on us on a Saturday night(not the end of the world) Carlos called me back within 3 minutes of my call to their hotline. He walked me through the mitigation steps and had his colleague Tim out here in the morning. Problem solved, good service and reasonable pricing. Tim and Carlos were great!

I had a minor plumbing problem and needed a quick quote. I sent pics to several plumbers with strong Yelp reviews. One wanted a $90 visit charge deductible with an on site estimate. Paul at Expert gave me a good quote, sent plumber Igor the next morning and fixed it quickly.
I create Yelp reviews more for myself so I can remember the service people I work with.

Our upstairs toilet leaked and damaged the ceiling below. They made an appointment about an hour later and came through. They discussed with us the root causes of our leak and they were ok with working immediately. A portion of the piping had to be replaced, and the damaged ceiling had to be cut out. Started at 3 PM, were done before 6.

With backup in our sink and poor drainage out of our washer I knew we had a problem. I called Flow Masters in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon - thank goodness! It took several attempts to track the backup point but they found a huge problem with pipe connections that had stopped the flow of toilet paper. They corrected the connections & increased the pipe diameter and we're good to go! The team was professional, polite, kept us informed and were really tidy. I highly recommend Flow Masters.

Ted fixed problems with 4 different doors in my condo. He thought more work might be required on two of them (and a lot of work on one of them), but they're all working perfectly. Can't ask for much more than that - great experience.

Lucky to have found Ken Asire Plumbing. Replaced 21 yr water heater and couldn't be happier. Ken's advice, timing, price, and professionalism all in point.

Danny and Paul were great. Reliable, professional and reasonable. Had toilet issue on a Saturday. Got referred to Advantage and they squeezed me in. Even kept me abreast of arrival time due to other appointments that had unforeseen problems. They were able to clear the sewer after trying augering. Highly recommend!

Christmas Eve and a broken pipe in back of a tiled wall in my kitchen is about as bad as it gets right? I went through 3 plumbers before I found Jorge at Works. Save yourself the time and money and call Jorge at Works first.
He came out and had the problem fixed in minutes without opening the wall and saving me a costly tiling job. Having done construction work in the past I can tell you this guy is the real deal - great hands and a quick mind. He could have soaked me on the price but didn't.
If you need a good, honest, smart, neat plumber call this guy!

Called to get a quote for a plumbing repair job at my house. Another company took a look and ran a camera and gave me a quote (no charge). We looked at the pipe on the video screen and clearly a section of my pipe needs to be replaced between the house and the street where there was a hole at the top of the pipe and roots coming into the pipe. There is a small shrub (a gardenia) located right above that spot and that is the source of the roots. Someone must have cracked the sewer pipe a few years ago when it was transplanted in the yard.
So called Just-In-Time for a second quote. Lots of questions but Justin told me he didn't want the job unless I'd tell him how much the other plumber had quoted me. I offered to let him come out to the house and examine the problem and give me his own quote, but he told me he didn't want the job because I won't tell him the other guy's price.
Maybe he was having an off day.

Response to Justin's comment:
I stand by my comments. Justin said several times he didn't want the job and would't come to my house unless I disclosed the other bids, which no savvy customer should ever do.
I went with E&J Plumbing. I explained the problem and they came over this morning and put a camera in my sewer line then quoted me a price. They didn't ask about the other bids. They just gave me a quote and then fixed my sewer line.

I absolutely 100% recommend Jorge and crew, and they're now my go-to people for everything plumbing.
My experience with them started on a Thursday evening, when my partner found sewage bubbling up into our upstairs shower, and water leaking from upstairs into our garage. While I scrambled to move stuff out from underneath the leaks, she found JJ Rooter & Plumbing, and we gave them a call.
Jorge and Saul were able to make it out quickly; after we described the issue and showed them the affected areas of my house, they gave me a preliminary diagnosis. They confirmed the issue with a camera inspection (for a fee, but which was used as a deposit against the work- all of which they explained clearly before starting). They pointed out a number of issues and gave us an estimate for the work- but earned our trust when they pointed out that we could save a couple thousand dollars by trying to get the city and/or the plumbing company that did the previous street work to come back to fix some of the issues they found there, and provided guidance on how to go about doing that.
Over the next two days (Friday and Saturday), Jorge, Saul, Carlos, and Eduard worked to replace a serious amount of corroded piping throughout the house. They did so with minimal disruption to my partner and I (we're working from home due to the pandemic), were polite, and clearly explained everything they were going to do and confirmed the work and price was acceptable before starting. They also wore masks the entire time (this wasn't as big of a concern for us since we learned that we were all vaccinated after chatting with them for a bit), but we appreciated the gesture. They weren't able to replace any of the drywall that needed to be removed for them to do their work (which they explained before starting), but in spite of that they still left the house's plumbing substantially better, functionally and cosmetically, than it was when they started.
I'm really happy with my experience with JJ Rooter & Plumbing, Jorge, Saul, Carlos, and Eduard. They're a laid-back bunch, but they don't mess around, and do quality work. Choose them for your next plumbing project (or emergency!)- you won't regret it.

I'm very impressed with this company! Marco and Mario came here yesterday, a Sunday, when I had a clogged drain pipe. It turned out to be something highly unusual, something Marco said he hadn't seen in his 20 years in business. They skillfully and methodically figured out exactly what the problem was among quite a few possibilities. And they kept at it for more than 2 hours until they fixed the situation. I really appreciate their skills and perseverance. I definitely will use this company all the time now, and I'm happy to recommend them.

We hired Alex to install the double sink vanity and redo the water lines and drain. Alex and his coworker did everything efficiently and quickly. Thanks for your service!

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem. Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly. He also took the time to explain everything to me. Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!

The customer service is super nice here ! Peter was so patient and helpful to help me find out a no logo no brand faucet cartridge. He spent about 30 minutes to help me get the right part, not like other plumbing shops just ignored me and told me to buy a new faucet. A-1 plumbing is great, they have a not big but nice showroom, I definitely will come again for my home remodeling. I highly recommend A-1 plumbing supply&showroom.

After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.
I called 100 companies and many wouldn't touch the project due to the unknowns in our system.
I lucked out and contacted Innovative Radiant Heating and the representative assured me they would get our system back up and running.
I set an appointment for today and within 1 hour of arrival
my system's panel had been rewired and our bath floors were heating!!!
Thank you to the Innovative Radiant Heating team!!! Your efficient, professional and technical skills are top notch. I would highly recommend this company.

I would give Tim 11 stars but they only let me give 5. He's super knowledgable, generous, attentive, flexible, easy to work with & quite frankly fun to talk to. Really appreciate your service Tim, can't wait to need you again.

I recently used Gotelli plumbing for several projects in my condo in the last 6 month. First was a dripping kitchen faucet. Jeff, the technician came out and recommended also replacing the old, frozen shut off valves. He checked other plumbing fittings and recommended replacement of some joints that were really old. The work entailed shutting off the water main to my building. Jeff coordinated with the HOA to make it seamless. While he was working, I decided to seize the moment and replace my older toilet. Nick explained the various options to help me shop for one online. Once I chose one, he had it delivered within an hour and installed shortly thereafter. He came a few months later to clear a backed up laundry line. I am very satisfied with all of the work. Jeff was conscientious and professional. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, and there was no pressure to agree to any of the work. I appreciate that he looked beyond the obvious to address the source of the problem and recommend preventative maintenance, eg replacing the shutoff valves. It was easy to get an appointment with Gotelli.
