D & H Electric is amazing!   They were recommended by a close friend of mine and I must say I couldn't be happier with the work done in my home in Aptos.  Armando is highly skilled, respectful, professional and a master at his craft.  I had him upgrade the electrical for our master bath remodel and add several additional breakers to our panel.  His attention to detail (clean & organized wire routing), great work ethic, cleanliness of workspace and job site, excellent communication skills and punctual for all his commitments with us make him our new go to guy for electrical work!  I highly recommend Armando and D & H Electric for you next job.  I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have to give him some credit - I found it a bit hard to get an electrician to do work on a pool at all. Supposedly some of them have pool work explicitly excluded in their insurance. Gonzalo showed up as scheduled, gave a reasonable estimate, was appropriately COVID-responsible, and finished promptly.

But the quality was sloppy - see photo. Will not be using him again.

The photo shows conduit connections that were at a box that I provided. (I provided it myself because I wasn't sure an electrician would necessarily have a weather proof box on his truck.) But I didn't tell him to put the 2 conduit connections so close together like that. I'm not even sure that - installed like this - they actually both make weatherproof seals. And yes, the plastic nut at the right does look like it was chewed on by rodents. It wasn't, that's just how he put it in.

Very good company, got my water dispenser and ice maker to work again. Also checked out the refrigerator in the garage- time to get rid of it and checked out my heater.

We had MEL out to help with putting in an outdoor outlet for a hottub. They did a great job running the conduit from the other side of the house. They worked quickly and were very professional.

They call themselves Stalling's Electric but they are capable of doing almost anything in any trade. I have hired them for small jobs to complete remodels and their work is always exceptional. They show up when they say they will and charge the price they quoted. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Stalling's Electric!

Zack was awesome! I found him on Yelp since I like to support local whenever possible.

I called for a problem that I thought was a bad circuit breaker. Zack arrives in the time window agreed upon, I show him the breaker box and he rather quickly noted it was not the breaker, but a problem along the line since I told him we had just changed out our light switches. He found the faulty wiring (ground wire ended up incidentally touching a live screw) & with a quick readjustment the problem was solved!

Since that was resolved quickly, I asked if he could change out a couple of outlets I wanted done. Of course he agreed. One outlet ended up not being so easy to do, but wanting to make sure he did it correctly the first time, he took the time to troubleshoot the problem and install the new outlet right.

Zack's many years of experience shows in his knowledge & ability to explain what he found to be the problem as well as the solution in lay person's terms. He put me at ease that I was getting quality work. I would not hesitate to contact Zack again for any other electrical needs, which may be sooner than later since I just moved into my condo. We had a home improvement gone wrong situation that caused our power to be out in part of our home. I sent a request for a quote through Yelp at 5pm on a Saturday to several electricians. Hormoz responded within 10 minutes. I called him immediately to schedule an appointment hoping he would have availability in the next couple days. To my surprise, he told me that although he wasnt really available in the next week, if i was okay with him coming late that evening, he could fix the issue. He quoted me a flat fee. He told me he could come by 6:30pm that same evening! He came promptly and fixed our breaker quickly.

Fantastic service. We needed to replace 3 light fixtures and we had a non-working doorbell/intercom system for many years. Every other electrician said they don't do doorbell/intercoms except Fuse. Michael came and was so gracious and courteous and got us 3 nice fixtures and installed them perfectly. The real surprise was that he didn't give up on the doorbell/intercom which a prior electrician said was unfixable and needed to be replaced. Michael found the problem and was able to fix the doorbell/intercom and saved us from having to call in a different contractor who would have probably made us replace the whole system. I was looking to upgrade my old electrical panel and install an EV level 2 charger. Ken did a fantastic job. He gave a quick estimate, got permits and finished the job on schedule. He kept me updated when things came up and kept things moving. Electrical downtime was minimal. My family was staying with me briefly and he was kind and polite to them. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Altap today, and will definitely make them my goto contact for future electrical work.  Bahram answered my call directly (no leaving messages and waiting for a call back), gave a very reasonable estimate of charges over the phone and was at my house in less than an hour.  Bahram seems to be a very experienced electrician, explained things in detail as he worked, and he made me feel very confident in the work he did for me.  I definitely recommend Altap!

Wow! is not enough to say how ETHICAL Kevin the electrician is.  I mistakenly left a portable heater on then used a blow dryer at the same time...you guessed it....tripped the circuit breaker.  Power out instantly.  I then tried to reset the breaker but it didn't work.  I called Kevin because of the great reviews on here.  Told him the problem.  He then asked me to text him a picture of the circuit breaker panel.  After looking at the picture, he told me exactly what to do over the phone.   Then Voila!  Power came back on.  He told me he is not someone that will come out for a job knowing it's something the homeowner can do safely.  He refused to take my money when I offered to pay him something because he spent his valuable time on the phone with me.  Kevin saved me a few hundred dollars, and most importantly, he has gained a new grateful loyal customer.

Responded to call within a day and were able to come within a few days.  Communication was good and they arrived on time with a mask.  Work was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure work was to my satisfaction.
