Vincent and his crew are fantastic.  He came out right away to assess a sewer lateral compliance job at the home I had just purchased and provided a reasonable quote in no time at all.  The team ended up lowering a sewer line below the basement flooring, connecting to the city sewer main, and fixing a leak below the bathroom.  Everything was complete in less than two days.  The work was professional, and the crew kept the job site clean and returned everything to like-new condition.  I will definitely be calling Sewer Master for any future plumbing needs.

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

I'm so glad I found Jac on Yelp!  She came out the next day after I called her and easily fixed my plumbing problems:  she replaced a leaking garbage disposal and unclogged a bathroom sink.  She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very capable!  She even gave me a great sushi restaurant recommendation  :]    I will definitely use Jac again should any future plumbing problems arise.

Great guy.  Did a faucet install in our kitchen.  He was very organized, kept the area nice and clean, did a great job  and was reasonably priced.

Freddy Melendez is awesome. We have had a number of plumbing issues with a home that we bought in San Mateo and used Wizard for a few small fixed. Most recently Freddy was out to install a new drain and instead of running up a huge bill he just fixed it for us... they know that keeping clients happy is more important in the long-run rather than padding the bill at every opportunity. Thanks Freddy and company! Will have you back to install the new plumbing soon.

I highly recommend Alansi's Plumbing, we hired them to help with a shower that wasn't getting hot enough anymore. The first interaction was with the office staff and they were very responsive, friendly, and professional. They asked all the right questions and specifically asked for some photos of the shower to prepare for the appointment. They gave us an early heads up, based on the photos, that two visits might be necessary because the parts for this shower (from a company that went out of business 10 years ago) would be hard to find.

At the appointment they correctly diagnosed the problem (thermostatic cartridge needed replacement) and also provided some guidance on alternative solutions such as complete replacement when we asked about that. We ended up ordering and installing the broken part ourselves, and that fixed the problem right away. All throughout, the people at Alansi's were super helpful and we would highly recommend them.

We had previously had another plumbing company (Heise's) take a look at this problem, and they were more expensive but did not diagnose or fix the problem, just mucked around with the supply valves a bit, which raised the temperature marginally.

These guys are the best! Only company that answered my phone call on a rainy Sunday morning. Another company called me back and gave me a quote triple of what Oakland Rooter gave.
After completing the job at hand, Ygnacio ran to the plumbing supply store at no extra cost to purchase a new cap for my sewer lateral. When I asked why he did that at no extra charge? His reply was priceless Because its the right thing to do! Finally a company that wants and will do what is right for their customers! If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this company to everyone that has a plumbing issue or question.

If I could give them a million stars I would!  they arrived on time, finished on time, everyone was so nice, friendly and explained what was happening, and they were all experts at their particular job. I'm very anal about my yard, but they left it in immaculate condition, in fact the area they had to dig in my yard looked even better than when they started!  and they respected all my plants by not stepping on them and not one single piece of mud or dirt was left on my lawn The crew went far beyond my expectation!  I was actually blown away at their professionalism and the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.  The entire crew was fantastic and they all deserve a raise!

I had a river of water flowing in front of my house. Neighbor's knocking on my door to tell me about it. Lucky for me I had the number of a great plumber. They came out immediately figured out what the problem was (a broken pipe) and scheduled me in as soon as they had an opening . They also left me with a tool to turn the water off and on so I wouldn't waste more water. The two workers who came to fix it were personable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a bad situation made better by a good plumbing company. Thanks Dave Costello and crew.

We needed to replace a water heater and asked around for some quotes. STK was by far the most reasonable and was able to come out the next day. He didn't try to add on any costs or try to bait and switch the estimate which what the other guys tried to do to me. He came in and did the work and everything seems fine all at a price that was very affordable considering the work needed.

I don't write many reviews, but these folks are really good.  Always on time, always reliable and professional, always excellent at communicating about a plumbing problem / job . . . what else can I say?  I recommend them enthusiastically.

3:30pm appointment for estimate - 2 hours past the appointment time, as we were almost giving up, the guy (Ignacio) shows up. Made an appointment for the job the following Monday for 9am. At 9:30am nothing - tracked him down on phone and he says 10~10:30. By 10:30, nothing - another round of texts and he promises 11~11:30. By noon, nothing - managed to get hold of him on phone and he says 3~4pm. At 4pm, the guy calls and he can't come (and we were not surprised). So one day wasted with the job not done - hire him if you like this result. Looking through the short stack of Yelp reviews he has accumulated so far, I can see that I was not the only victim.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Joel and team were exceptional.  I can't recommend them highly enough especially in emergency situations.  

I reached out to Golden Coast Plumbing last night in a panic because the sewer system in my new build home was backing up through the shower in my first floor guest room.  Nightmare.  We were up until 3am cleaning and bleaching the floors and trying to figure out who to call to help us.

Joel responded to my message right away (couldn't believe he messaged me back at 1:30am) and was out with his crew first thing in the morning.  He even rearranged his schedule to help us resolve our emergency.  Truly went above and beyond.

Joel and the team quickly unclogged the sewer line and provided a thorough explanation of the issue and provided me with helpful information to take back to my HOA.  Joel and his two technicians were timely, friendly, helpful and efficient.  Joel was patient with me as I asked several follow up questions to make sure I knew what steps I needed to take after they left.

Lastly, the cost of the service was lower than I had anticipated.  The value for the service was incredible.

Charlie and team reworked my whole plumbing system in a remodel.  new sewer and feed lines for water and gas and new drain vents through the roof.  It was well done with good planning and great interface with the City's inspectors.

soon, he gets to fix the Sump pump problem... pretty much the only thing that wasn't replaced.

Damon and his brother showed up a day after I confirmed the estimate, they did a stellar job drilling a 2.5 whole into a Granite countertop. Cleaned up the dust and wiped off all dirt. I will use and recommend them!

This place is perfect for your rough plumbing needs, more of a b2b shop like for water heaters and everything that goes behind the walls.

Know what you need and communicate that to them and they will have it.

If you don't know exactly what you need then it's kind of hard to shop here .  I been her 30 times in the last two years and finally understand how to navigate this shop.
