I had a project that needed some attention. These guys came out quickly and  talked us through the different options. Very satisfied with their professionalism and promptness.

Thanks to Matt for the fast, friendly service! He came in, fixed our under-the-sink valve problem quickly and efficiently, gave us some advice about a possible future issue, and even helped me scoot the new fridge into its home. I would definitely use this company again.

Daniel is amazing and friendly. He was honest and fair and quick to respond.

I texted these guys on Monday after I received a ridiculous quote from another plumber to replace the shower cartridge in my master shower. The water stayed lukewarm in the winter and too hot in the summer. Unlike the other guy This gentleman asked me to take a photo of what I had and was able to identify the brand right away. We made an appt for Thursday. I wasn't home, but my wife was. She said he was in quick went out to get the part and back to finish the job. Total time was less than an hour and was less than 1/3 what the other guy quoted me.

I appreciated the efficiency, professionalism and quick response. I used the shower this morning and had a nice steamy hot shower. Thanks guys!

Submitted my work request & info via their website form on June 16th.  No response after 48 hours, not even to say they were too busy.

I had a huge sink backup and all the plumbers in the area were passing on the job but Rafa from Troys showed up with a smile on his face and eager to get the job done. I definitely wish I had just called these guys in the first place! They were very quick to respond via yelp or phone and both Rafa and the worker bees back at the office were very respectful and helpful, their prices are also very reasonable. I always feel like I am paying a lot for plumbing services but Rafa walked me through everything he did and I felt like it was a great price.
They also recommended some other work that could be done without forcing it down my throat, which I really appreciated.

Would definitely recommend them for any issue you're having around the house!

Miguel and his team did such a thorough job for my old pipes. I had initially called for just a drain cleaning, but he identified a serious problem with my plumbing. Not only did he find the resources to deal with the emergency problem on my behalf, he also dealt with insurance and my landlord, on top of working on the pipe problem itself. Communication was excellent, and they were so diligent, coming first thing in the morning; such a huge problem was fixed in just a few days. I am so grateful that he was able to detect, and fix, something that could have been a disaster for me in the near future.

A week before Thanksgiving we experienced a major kitchen sink drainage problem.  My wife, who comes from a plumbing family, considered it a personal challenge.  She plunged and snaked all weekend.  Monday morning came and she regretfully admitted defeat and we called a plumber.
We Yelp'd many, including one which was recommended on Next Door and went with Plumbing Tree... fantastic choice!  Jerry was out within a few hours and worked about an hour to clear the clog; courteous, clean, professional, and at reasonable cost.
Everything seemed fine, but then the drains reclogged the next day (grease clog).  Jerry and a helper were back within a few hours and worked another 45 min. snaking multiple times... no further charge because of their 6 mo. warranty on their jobs.  Recommended very highly!

Excellent! I highly recommend them. Excellent Customer Service. The Technician,  (James), was very professional and skilled. Arrived on time. Their prices are very reasonable. My regular Plumber was unavailable and recommended them, so I felt comfortable calling them. Glad I did!

I had an emergency, back up clogged drain and found them on Google. Sal quoted $350 for everything, which required snaking the pipes; hydro-jetting and using the camera. Now, at this point I have called everyone in San Diego for their estimates..could not believe the insane amount that they would charge just to come out with the same equipments ($700-$1000 job).

Honestly, these guys did such an amazing job!!!  They were determined to get the drains clear and properly fixed even if it's working throughout the night. Reliable service, very knowledgeable and great price! Save their number on your phone because they are your GO TO, PLUMBER

Our search for a plumber is over, you are getting the best if you choose True Plumbing.  I've been in customer service my entire, long life and I always write a review when I've received excellent service, it's important that a company hear the good and not just the bad.  I had been unemployed for several years and we have many projects that have backed up, it was time to look for a plumber.  I'm a huge Yelp fan and I have used another local plumbing company over the years but the last time we weren't 100% satisfied so we searched for another. My first contact was thru Yelp, Jessica got back to me within an hour. I gave her my list of things we needed to have done and I told her I didn't expect a quote up front due to the nature of the items we needed to have done.  Over the course of several messages, with me being a little indecisive, her patience was great!  She sent out Dave and I figured he would be here all day, he arrived on time at 8:00 and was done by 1:00 and considering the variety of projects we had him work on, we couldn't be happier!  He suggested a few things that could be done differently to save some money and he suggested an extra item for reassurance that was at little cost but gave me, who is extremely terrified of water leaks, a lot more reassurance that we won't have any water leak issues for many years to come, if ever!  Dave was a pleasure to work with, they don't work on commission so they don't try and upsell you on things you don't really need as some other companies do.  True Plumbing is now installed in my phone as a contact as I have several projects that need to be done at my Dad's house in the near future - the search is over, such a great feeling to know that you are working with an honest, well-run company with excellent customer service!

I am very disappointed with Burtech plumbing that has all 5 reviews since they do not provide 5 star service. The business seems to take advantage of elderly clients who depend on the honesty of their service providers. My parents who are both over age 85 contacted them to fix a simple problem -- a toilet that was continuously running into the toilet itself with no leaking outside of the toilet. They received a quote for $160 to fix the problem, but instead charged $269. A week later, the problem returned and then they sent a different plumber Gino who charged an additional $190 to fix the same problem.  However, a few days later, there was water all over the bathroom floor since the toilet tank now started leaking. I went over to their house in the middle of the night to assess the problem and temporarily emptied the toilet tank to stop the leak. The issue was clearly due to the improper attachment of the toilet tank that was caused when Gino had to unscrew the toilet tank.

However, I called them on Monday morning to try to have them fix the issue and the receptionist said someone would return my call right away, but a few hours later, I still did not hear back. When I called again, the receptionist told me that no one was able to come today (even though I called at 7am) and they would potentially charge my parents for another visit to asses the situation the next day. I think that is unacceptable to charge elderly clients 3 times to fix the same problem and another problem that was caused by one of their own plumbers.

I would not recommend Burtech plumbing due to their poor customer service.

Carlos was incredibly helpful and extremely reliable! He explained everything he was doing and even gave us tips on how to prevent future plumbing issues that would save us money down the road. He was very polite and personable. We will definitely keep him on speed dial in case we have any other plumbing problems.

Can't thank Black Mountain Plumbing enough! Had Travis come out to change the kitchen faucet connections and extend a sink drain pipe that we had cut during remodeling. A+ service! Clean, punctual and very helpful. Thank you so much!

My bathroom sink was clogged, I called at 4pm and was able to get an appointment the next morning, quick service! The deduction of stars is due to the receptionist  trying to charge me a fee for a plumber to come out. On their website it stated free estimates. The receptionist then said she would ask her manager if she could waive the fee when I said never mind I'll go somewhere else, and then came back on the phone to say they could waive the fee .
However, the plumber that came out-Robert was awesome. He deserves 5 stars. Robert took the time to explain how to resolve the issue and best treatment.  He didn't try to upsell me or overcharge me. The price was reasonable and the problem is fixed. Robert was great and I'd call again if I had another issue.

My garbage disposal went out and started to leak. Daniel (the owner) contacted me quickly and got one of his guys out within an hour with a new unit. Great service, great response and inexpensive. Great all around.

Dave & Ivan did an excellent job repairing my toilet. They were both efficient and detail oriented. Dave also fixed by Mom's shower value a year or 2 ago, and it has worked perfect ever since. Thank you for the Great Service! Robert R.

Chris is the owner and the absolute model of a hardworking, skilled American.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs ceiling. When I asked for a quote on yelp, Chris was the first to reach out, explain that he didn't do any of the damage control, coordinated a water damage company to call us and get the process started.

Once everything was opened up and dried out, he communicated clearly with the wife who was home during the day, came out, fixed the leak within an hour and was on his way. All the while explaining what he was doing so there were no questions.

Unluckily for us, there were MULTIPLE leaks. Again, he coordinated with the damage control company to open the walls up further, came out and fixed the second leak within an hour again..

And lastly, while the subfloor was exposed in the upstairs bathroom, the kids were taking a bath and we started getting more water leaking to the downstairs. Chris came out with less than 2 hours warning on a Sunday night just to find that the kids had been splashing and it had leaked down between the toilet and the exposed subloor, not plumbing at all.

Chris is a rare breed of person who is looking out for you and takes pride in his work. Hopefully a long-ish yelp review encourages you to contact him for any type of plumbing work you need because we definitely want to see him succeed as much as he wanted us to be happy with his work and we are DEFINITELY happy!

We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.

All around top-notch service, great pricing, and an unclogged drain!
