Excellent service from Jose, who replaced our kitchen faucet as well as the faucet in the master bathroom.  Would definitely recommend again!

Due to unforeseen circumstances Matt was a little late but he informed me beforehand and was extremely courteous and professional when he showed. He replaced my shutoff valve and fixed my water tank in about 15 minutes. He did the job right and was efficient, I couldn't ask for much more.

Plumber got back within minutes of reaching out for an estimate  very fast and polite. I could not use him for my additional pluming needs but a very nice man.

My dual sinks were both clogged. They were the fastest of five companies to respond. They did not provide an initial estimate but I went with them anyways because I needed someone fast. I ended up being charged less than 50 percent in comparison to other estimates that responded slower than this company. I am extremely happy with the work / service. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Six stars if I could. I will only go through Troy Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

I had them come by initially for a repeated clog in my kitchen sink and was quoted around $70. They found the pipe was very clogged and I agreed to them cleaning it via a pressure washer basically. The price of the project obviously went up as there was more services being provided.. Cool..

Second time they came by to replace an odd double ptrap into a single one. Quoted 250. Jose was very nice and helpful overall. He moved the garbage disposal to the other side of the sink to make the ptrap correct. Unfortunately this increased the price by another $150.

It seems consistent that the quoted price is way below what is actually paid.

Additionally, on the second visit, Jose noticed the pipe that was pressure cleaned was very clogged. I'm wondering if they did an adequate job during the first visit as it was only two months ago.

Overall I have mixed feelings.

David , wow it takes a lot for me feel to be so pleased that I take the time for a yelp review. He was onetime, professional, and got the job done fast and with serious attention to detail.  As long as David is at Plumbing Tree they have my business for life. Also love there person who schedules the work, she called me 1/2 in advance and really had a great attitude.

Thank you Kenny for coming out so promptly for my plumbing problem. Office staff was professional and was able to assist me with my last minute request. Kenny was on time and did all that he could to help!

To sum it up in one expression...WOW! They were knowledgeable and available right away. They we very courteous and explained what he was going to do and what he couldn't do. If you are looking for a fast, safe, competitively priced and honest company RDZ a great choice. I hope you are as happy with them as I am, I know you will be.

I highly recommend this company as they were prompt, very polite, and so hard working! Ramon was our plumber and he was just fantastic. Went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we were happy. We are very happy with the work they did and they definitely earned 5 stars!

I can't speak about the personnel or quality of work.  I contacted them for a quote to replace my leaky water heater.  this was all done over the phone.  the price I was quoted was $1,400 more than the other 4 quotes I had already received and they were not going to be able to do the job for 4 days which was 2 days longer delay than anybody else I called.

Maybe they were busy and just threw out a high quote but if you're busy, just tell me.  I have no other experience with them so maybe this was just the anomaly and the quote was high for some reason but I obviously went with another plumber who addressed the problem the day I called and charged quite a bit less.

Team did a great job replacing my irrigation drain pipes clogged with tree roots, installing new main water valve and new water softner/filtration system.  Liked most the great communication and being flexible with my busy work schedule.  Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our water heater sprung a leak and needed replacement.  I've never had to deal with a water heater replacement before and momentarily toyed with the idea of doing it myself. Home depot and Lowe's didn't carry the type I needed (power vent) so I conceded to the idea that someone else would have to handle this as I didn't really know where to shop for these things other than the majors.  

I called Bill Howe as they had free on-site inspection/estimates.  The guy shows up and takes one look and says, These models are really expensive then came back with a ridiculous estimate.  I laughed as he quoted $1900 for the water heater itself not including labor and parts which I knew was almost a 100% mark-up having researched prices earlier.

I then hit up yelp and did the request a quote thing to six different plumbers.  Daniel responded first with a quote that shined an even larger light on how gouging the Bill Howe people were.  He even said he could get it done the same day even though it was late in the day July 3rd right before the holiday.  

I accepted and Daniel called and said he'd be here in about an hour which he was, exactly.  He worked diligently and answered all my questions.  He gave me advice on maintaining our new water heater.  What he quoted was what he charged.  He even brought to my attention a water pressure problem we have, which I already knew about and which I'm having him come back and fix in a couple days for us.

From all the other quotes I eventually received later in the day after Daniel was already finished with the job, Daniel's price was the most reasonable and prompt.  I'm not a huge yelper but I'll take the time when I had a truly great or truly awful experience.  Daniel was great and I feel fortunate for crossing his path as I now know who my plumber is if anything else arises.

This business has been extremely quick and efficient in getting the job done for me.

I sent a service request via Yelp and Chris responded back quickly. He arrived within the time frame stated and when he arrived, he quickly went to work.  He is very professional and offered reasonable prices for future plumbing replacements (i.e., faucets in kitchen and bathrooms).  I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Paws plumbing was fantastic!  The guys showed up on time and did the job quickly for a fair price. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
