Needed a pro the day before Thanksgiving. They were very quick in responding to Yelp request and sent someone over within the two hour window. He was professional and pleasant and promptly completed diagnosis of and replacement of garbage disposal that had failed and was leaking. I would recommend.

I needed help connecting outdoor kitchen to the hookups (drain, water, gas). They came
in time, provided a reasonable estimate(significantly below the other two I got), and then came another day to do the job. They did a quality work, always on time as promissed. When I called them to ask them to come back to address one issue with the gas connection they made, they came back a second time and addressed the issue. I would recommend them.
One area for improvement is the cleanup after the work is done. Having in mind the price and the quality of the work they provided, I was OK with swiping the floors afterwards myself.

Plumber got back within minutes of reaching out for an estimate very fast and polite. I could not use him for my additional pluming needs but a very nice man.

Resolved our clogged drainage issue in no time. Up front and honest about pricing. Couldn't be more pleased.

She repaired the fan in our bathroom and it works better than I remember it ever work. Additionally, she replaced the ceiling fan and light fixture in our front room. We had been without a fan for nearly six months. As the days are getting warmer, we are so grateful to have this working now. This is not the last time we will contact her.

We used Troy Plumbing for emergency repairs to the sewer line at a rental home. They were very responsive and worked with us to expedite the job since the tenants had to move out. They replaced broken cast iron pipes under the house and a large section of the main line outside, which required tearing up and replacing the walkway. It was a large and expensive job, but they kept in touch daily and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very easy to work with.

Omar responded to my request on Yelp to open the shower drain and he responded with few minutes. He took care of issue the next day. He was on time, efficient and nice to work with.

The guys at Plumbing Tree are definitely as good as it gets. Prior to them, I went through around 8 plumbers, asked them for pricing and 4 of them made it over to give my tenants a quote. I'm based out of the Bay Area, so I rely heavily on my gut instinct and what my tenant tells me.
My tenants have been having issues with hot water in the showers, along with the toilets flushing intermittently.
Plumbing tree gave us a competitive estimate, lower than most of the bids I received and tried to explain everything to me as best as they can to someone who is still learning about this plumbing world.
I got a good idea after going thru half a dozen of technicians trying to tell me what the problem is and what I need to do. So by the time Freddy at Plumbing Tree explained to me what we needed, I understood maybe 70% of what he was saying.
Long story short, they came Saturday morning and left around 40 minutes later than expected, and my total cost was only $50 more than what was given in the estimate.
The total price was still lower than the other 3 real estimates I got from other technicians. Not to mention, the other technicians were mentioning about the possibility of having to drill holes through walls and changing the plumbing from plastic to copper tubing all throughout the house (wait, what?... no.).
Anyway, this was a very stressful process for me trying to manage this out of town. But, luckily with the helpfulness of my tenant's feedback along with the helpfulness of Freddy (although at first I was very skeptical of him from experience with previous technicians), we were able to get the job done seamlessly and everything happened almost exactly as Freddy estimated and planned.
My father and I are happy to have found a plumber that we will definitely be using for our future plumbing needs.
PRO-TIP: Pay with check, otherwise they charge a 2% service fee on credit cards.
Thanks, Freddy and Chris!

This review is solely based on our experience with Kenny, who came out to look at our clogged drains.
He called us about 45 minutes prior to our appointment to let us know he was coming and from where so that we were aware. When he arrived, he had on his mask, gloves and booties readily available to wear before entering out home.
He inspected our sinks then thoroughly explained to us what was going on with the drains and what needs to be done in order to fix it.
He provided us a quote and business card, asked us to go ahead and do our due diligence then let him know what we decide.
Kenny was extremely professional.

I am so glad to get RDZ helping me unclog a few water drainage pipes (very old, 27+ years, pipes laid under the ground). The pipes were filled with muds and rocks all the way. They showed up at my place in an hour after I called them and took care of the matter in half an hour! Very professional and trustworthy. I am really grateful for the service they provided to me.

Hi, we used True plumbing for our 2 clogged drains yesterday. The gentlemen showed up ready to work and was very professional with good attitude. He explained the process completely and was very patient when asked questions. He tried his best to open the first drain but seems there is a pipe break. He even tried to use some water in the drain to see if it helped, but it didn't. He explained was the problem was and did not try to up sale the work.
He flushed the other drain with water and it seemed to be clear. When we saw the other drain was clear he did not try to snake the drain for no purpose.
These guys are the most honest company we have worked with. We have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies that were not honest and tried to charge for unnecessary work.
True Plumbing even gave us the name of another company that uses high pressure water to clean the drains.
We will definitely use these guys again.
Thank for everything

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Burtech plumbing was the only company (out of 5), who gave a upfront cost estimate for unclogging it.
Unfortunately we weren't able to schedule them initially and went with another plumber. They failed to unclog the sink after spending about 2 hours at it. As a next step, they recommended more drastic measures like opening up the ceiling of the garage (where the kitchen sits over) to look at the pipes.
We scheduled Burtech plumbing for a second opinion. Jose came by on a Sunday and unclogged the sink in less than 30mins. Quick, effective and reliable. Thank you Jose and Burtech plumbing!!

I had a leaky corroded pipe that needed fixin' & I was very satisfied with Elite Rooter's Senior Technician Robert Welts. Robert was friendly & very professional. He explained what was needed to fix our problem & was able to execute the repairs in a timely manner. He also kindly informed me of potential pipe issues I could choose to fix in the future to prevent more damage to the property. I appreciated his knowledge & craftsmanship & would highly recommend Elite Rooter & Senior Tech Robert Weltz to others.

For 15 minutes of work to install a gas valve, they charged $225 which was a total rip-off. They refused to give a quote over the phone despite sending a clear picture of what needed to be installed.

We tried to replace a leaking shutoff valve under the sink and found out we were in over our heads. Benji got here in *under half an hour,* meaning we were able to get the work done right away without scheduling a second water shutoff with the water company. He used the parts we had already bought and took the time to explain what he'd done. We've now gotten the water turned back on, and the valves are holding perfectly (unlike when we tried to do the work ourselves, which caused hissing, bubbling, and dripping in the valves.) The price was fair in general and was fantastic if you consider that they came on such short notice. Thank you! We're so happy to have this done with.

Excellent service! They replaced my 20-year-old tankless water heater. Arrived on time and were always very courteous. Very clean and with a great attention to detail. Provided clear explanation and options for the installation. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Professional and prompt! We had a crack in our main line and they diagnose the problem right away. They used state of the art camera equipment to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. Their quote was the most reasonable and I was so glad I chose Almighty Plumbing. Highly recommend them!!!

Chris was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do with most all concerns at hand. I called him at last minutes notice due to ARS Rescue Rooter couldn't make the scheduled appt they gave me after waiting all day. Chris arrived even quicker than he indicated, which was an A++ in my books, and he reccomened some other things I should do with my laundry room plumbing and was nice enough to say he'd do the work upon request. I'm very confidant he'd do a great job. He's extremely reasonable in his rates as well. I will most definantely use him again.

Very responsive, sent a plumber out for an estimate the same day. Unfortunately the estimate was for 600+ when the only problem was a minor leak. Probably just a faulty o ring or a part that needs replacement but the plumber did not look inside the faucet to determine. Maybe a recommendation to replace the entire sink is the right call but it was not at all clear that what the suggestion was based on.
