I want to update my previous review as after I posted, I did get a very nice call from Cody, the owner.  He apologized for not getting back to me sooner and explained that they had been moving offices so things had been a bit hectic.  He also agreed to reimburse what I'd paid for the service, which I appreciated.  

He does seem very concerned with customer satisfaction, so for that I would give him 5 stars, but I would remove one star for the plumber's inability to fix what seemed to be a fairly simple repair.  Thank you to Cody for making it right.

We had an old leaky water heater and needed a repair. They offered a replacement with a tankless one at a reasonable cost and completed the whole job in a few hours with service next day, too. I was so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency, we hired them for a second job repairing our water shut-off in the front of the house. Great work from honest people! Their number is on speed dial in our phones now. Thank you!

I got quotes on a water heater replacement from a couple other plumbers and ended up choosing Daniel because he had by far the best quote. I found him through a recommendation from my neighbor. The other plumbing companies (one of them over the phone and the other in person) were trying to push their packages on me that included lots of extra stuff at crazy high prices. Daniel told me I didn't need all that extra stuff, even though he could have made more profit off of the parts and labor. He worked efficiently, was really friendly and wore a mask the whole time. It's surprising how often other contractors have to be asked to put their masks on during the pandemic when they show up. I'll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing repairs.

I called because an appliance installation team refused to install my new washing machine due to a water valve that would not completely shut off.

Martin came out, examined the scope of work, and explained exactly what needed to be done.  He took great care in accessing the pipes behind the drywall while keeping the cuts squared and minimal.  The valves were replaced, drywall patched, and a new drain pan was even installed!  The work looks great and valves operate as advertised.

Martin went above and beyond by taking the time to prioritize transparency, communication, and information sharing.  I will be recommending Eastlake Plumbing to all in need of quality service and technicians who take pride in their work.

I called to get a kitchen sink regrouted. Kelly arrived on time and went right to work. She fixed the problem, I paid her, and she was out the door.

Returned home from a trip to find my water heater was done for....leaking like a White House aid who cares. Troy plumbing came through with a quick response and great techs to deal with my potential on Thanksgiving Eve.

I love yelp.  It allows me to find great service like one provided by Freddy at Plumbing Tree.

My tenant's faucet in his bathtub was leaking water so I looked up Yelp and called a few places that had great reviews: one turned out that our schedules didn't work out, one seemed rude over the phone where I got the impression I was more of a hindrance than a customer (I won't name the plumber since my impression came from only one call), then I called Plumbing Tree.  I initially got Freddy's voicemail but within minutes I got a call back from him and scheduling a time was very easy.  I described my tenant's situation and he suggested I send him some pictures of the faucet handle so that he can be better prepared, which I appreciated for his proactive approach.

On the day of the service Freddy was on time, articulated the problem and my choices well, and  and was courteous throughout the whole time.  The whole process took an hour and half due to our run to Home Depot, but it was a painless experience and my tenant and I were happy with the work.  

I am not sure if it was the cheapest for the work itself, but from my experience I assess Freddy as someone whom you can trust to do the job without any type of deception.  And sometimes that is what counts the most.

My mom's kitchen sink got clogged, so we called Team Rooter.  Steve Johnson came, and got started right away.  While asking about maintenance,  he suggested a mini jet washing which would be better and last longer than the snaking.  He was fast, and friendly.  We really appreciated his service.

Hard to review the wrk as they no showed on us 3 days in a row. Each time they never called to say they weren't coming. First time we called and they said they had an issue with their booking system and lost the appt, second time said they didn't have time (courtesy call would have been nice since one has to rearrange work etc to wait for a plumber).
Last chance we rescheduled because they offered a discount on the toilet repair for the inconvenience and then never showed again. Don't waste your time waiting on this company - horrible costumer and disrespectful of your time.

We had an awesome experience with True Plumbing! We got a quick quote and Stephen came to our place and fixed our shower issue quickly. Stephen was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call True plumbing if we have any future plumbing issues.

Carlos was incredibly helpful and extremely reliable! He explained everything he was doing and even gave us tips on how to prevent future plumbing issues that would save us money down the road. He was very polite and personable. We will definitely keep him on speed dial in case we have any other plumbing problems.

This is the second time that we have used this company and again very happy with there work. This time was for work on Shower. Robert was amazing and had completed the work in 75 minutes. Responsive and on time when we needed them. Appreciated the online confirmation of appointment time and notification when the plumber was on the way. Benjamin Escale did an excellent job with diagnosing/repairing our shower leak and even caulked around the plate after replacing the faucet handle.

I found Daniel and ProMax on yelp. I contacted him via yelp and he responded right away. Was able to come same day to take a look at the leaking tankless water heater. He took care of ordering the part from the company (it was under warranty still) and as soon as it arrived, he came over to fix it so that we could get our hot water back quickly! Highly recommend Daniel!

I had a pipe that had been installed a little crazy from the previous owners of my house. The pipe was shooting water out into the water heater shed. So I submitted my job to Yelp and Matt was one of the only people to reply with a rough estimate. When Chris got here he was very nice and explained all that he was going to do. After the job he showed me what had happened to the old pipe, and also showed me the better one he put in it's place. I would recommend Almighty Services to any one in need, and tell them to ask for Chris who can get the job done in a timely manner.

I am new at this but just had to let it be known the Chris is what old fashioned service was.  Friendly, considerate, capable and helpful with ideas on how to make it workable until he can fix the problem.  He came out at 5:00 at night to repair my main line in the front yard that was leaking very fast.  He is a man of his word.  I recommend him for quality work reasonable prices and timely repairs.

I fired plumber after plumber because my toilet was not flushing and one guy even said it's because you're flushing toilet paper....

When I got to PAWS they told my the reason, what the solution was, and how much.

It was fixed... it was affordable... it was awesome!
