Our water heater broke and we got multiple quotes on yelp. Some places were clearly trying to take advantage of our emergency, but this place was reasonably priced and responsive. He came the same day and replaced our heater quickly. Honest, fast, and reasonable pricing: what more can you ask for?

Kelley is a pleasure to deal with! First, she's responsive: I contacted four different handyman services asking if they can help me do a couple of small things around the house. Two of them haven't responded at all, and one said I should call but then he never picked up the phone. Kelley responded to my messages even though she was out of town that week!

Most importantly, she showed up on time and finished all the items on my list: from filling wall holes to installing power outlets and a new shower. She's skilled and efficient, she cleans up after the work is done, and also she has a great website with all the relevant information (e.g. rates). It's great to know a reliable person like her when you're new to home ownership :) Will definitely call Kelley again if I need anything else done around the house!

I've had a dripping faucet for over a year and was hesitant to contact a plumber repair due to difficulty in finding a Plumber I could trust. When I contacted Troy plumbing and repairs I was immediately comforted with their communication.
I was recovering from a recent surgery and Greg was very flexible with the scheduling and rescheduling of my appointment. When Richie and Raphael came to the house, they were very professional and provided a thorough estimate. Although it was a little more complicated than I had anticipated, they showed me the work that they needed to do and why. I trusted them. They even sent me pictures from Home Depot so that I could pick the faucet that I wanted to install. Richie and Raphael were wonderful. When they were completing the work, they found a couple other problems with my old pipes and had to make another trip to the store. Nevertheless, they completed the work at the exact estimate that they have provided.

For those homeowners leery about hiring a plumber, you can put your faith in this company. I highly recommend them.

Omar has done work for me before.  So I reached out to him for my tankless hot water heater system problem. Error codes difficult to identify and a potential combination of problems.  Most places won't even touch this.  We set up next day service call! Jose came over and worked continuously on it.  He did the research and fixed the unit!  Great job, very friendly and personable.  Jose works on your stuff like it's his.  He really takes pride in his work.  I enjoy having service done from people who focus and do their very best!  Thank you!

No one likes dealing with plumbing problems, but it is so nice to know that you have a plumber you like in case anything does come up.  I had an urgent issue with my gas line and SDG&E turned off the gas at my house.  I had three plumbers come by to check out the situation, including Plumbing Tree, and these guys had the best approach and were able to get to the repairs most quickly.  Had I gone with the plumber that had been recommended to me by my realtor it would have cost me literally thousands more as they wanted to dig up the entire pipe, which Freddy did not think was necessary.  The team was great to have around, efficient, very tidy, and the repairs passed inspection with no problem!  Great experience.

I had a toilet suddenly stop flushing this morning. Thinking it was a common clog, we spent hours unsuccessfully trying to unclog it ourselves with a plunger & auger, before deciding that we needed a professional.

Team Rooter was able to get a technician (Aaron) sent to us in less than an hour, which was awesome on a Sunday. Aaron went above and beyond to rule out possible causes for our toilet's flushing issue. At every step of the way, Aaron clearly explained what he was doing & what the results meant. Ultimately, we were able to narrow our issue down to the toilet itself, which needed to be replaced.

Overall, I felt Team Rooter was always upfront & honest with us, while providing fast service at a more-than-fair price. I'd absolutely use them again for my next plumbing repair.

I needed a drain added immediately,  RDZ came to the rescue.  They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work.  It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked,  so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work.  RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

Called Mike a couple of hours ago on a Sunday. I thought I would just get a VM and would be scheduling him to come out during the week. He answered. I told him my issue (which was minor but we were without water until we fixed it). He told me that local home improvement stores have a tool which would solve my problem. Went to HD and bought it for $10 and it worked! We've been lucky enough not to have to need a plumber for major problems but I was very struck by his professionalism and candor. Thank you Mike! I will be calling back when we actually need a plumber.

Broken garbage disposal was replaced within 2hrs of placing a call. Called in, got appt, Mike got gave a heads up call, came in on time, within 45min everything was replaced and fixed. Headache gone before even started

Amazing Service! I am completely satisfied with my drain services. I received polite and professional customer service. Arturo was knowledgeable and  quick. He showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He wore a mask and shoe coverings to protect my new floor. Overall great communication and customer service.

Fantastic Work!

We needed about eighty feet of gas line ran to our kitchen all the way from the meter. Other contractors had recommended going right down the outside of the house but Scott suggested an alternative route through the attic that saved on materials and exposed less pipe to the elements.  He and his crew were always on time and got the job done quickly and with no mess.  The result was a very neat and clean installation that promptly passed inspection.  We're new home owners and, based on this job, the next time we have a plumbing project we'll be calling BMP.

Doesn't get better than this. Simply couldn't ask for a better plumbing service; on time, professional, honest, and incredible workmanship. Aaron definitely knows his trade with close to two decades of experience and is my go to for plumbing needs. Thank you California Plumbing!

Daniel made replacing my hot water heater completely painless.  He found a couple of options that would fit my space and after deciding, took care of the rest.  Daniel did all the work to current code and even cleaned up some of the copper pipes and checked the water pressure.  Price was very fair and communication excellent.  You really can't go wrong with ProMax for a water heater install.
