Excellent service!!! I called around 1530 and at 1600 Jose helped fix major issues on my new home I bought last month. From fixing my water gage in my garage to two toilets in my home. From one veteran to another I greatly appreciate the quality of work these guys provide and the discounts they give. Couldn't have asked for better service!

We were out of town and needed a water heater replaced in our casita. Matt and I talked on the phone to define the job. He fulfilled all our needs in a timely manner and called when the job was done. We are very happy with his work and would recommend highly.

I called Express Plumbing to help with a broken water heater. Daniel was prompt, exceptionally efficient and very easy to work with. I was impressed with the end result and I will definitely be requesting Daniel's help in future for other plumbing issues at the house. I highly recommend Express Plumbing.

We had a clogged tub that needed repair and I called Eastlake Plumbing for help. I am so happy we did! Eddie came out within 45 min. and was done in about 25 min. at the most! Super Fast service and very Pleasant to do business with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed!!

No stars. Asked for a quote, described job to be done. Never gave me the time of day. Didn't even bother calling back. Shame on you!

I use Yelp a lot, but rarely write reviews. I need to write a review for Omar and Jose. I had a gas leak in the house over the weekend. They came out immediately, located the leak, and immediately fixed it. They are amazing. Not only is their work top of the line, their customer service is unbeatable. It's rare to get great customer nowadays, but their customer service is second to none. Thank you both for taking care of us.

I have been using Plumbing Tree for our rental properties for the last five years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and speed at getting back to me, but David just outdid himself today. He spent 18 minutes on a Saturday night with me walking me through how to turn the pilot back on our water heater. I tried and tried myself this afternoon after accidentally turning the gas line off and couldn't make it light. But David stayed on the phone and we tried it four maybe five times and I was just about to give up when the water heater Status light blinked and showed sign of life and then he guided me on how to turn it gently to low and then to high and then voila!! I heard the fire light and whoosh! We had fire!! I can not tell you how grateful I am for his patience and diligence. My poor 80 year old mom can have a hot shower tonight! I'm a true believer in Plumbing Tree and it's just another example of how these guys go above and beyond other companies to really take care of their customers. Highly recommend them for any Plumbing needs you ever have. Freddie has built a great team of plumbers, I have always been impressed by Freddie, Miguel, Jerry and now David.

Huge shout-out to Mariana, Randy, and Sergio! Mariana came out to assess our clogged landscape/storm drain.  As everything was buried deep in the ground and there was no exit that was readily identifiable by multiple plumbers who came out, she took the initiative to offer to hydro-jet the drain.  This was a critical first step to clear one of the most challenging parts of the drain as the pipes were buried deep below my koi pond and roots of large trees.  Once they felt the vibration from the hydro-jet near my koi pond, they recommended that I dig right below where they felt the vibration and I quickly identified the landscape drain.  Once located, we cut the pipe, but it was packed deep with compacted mud.  Needing to re-route the drain, Mariana came up with an out of the box idea to drain to my back-yard, add rocks to prevent erosion, and recycle the water for the vegetation in my back yard. This was a win-win as it resulted in replacing 70 feet of ABS piping vs. nearly 200 feet which would have been completely cost-prohibitive.  Once we agreed on the plan, Randy and Sergio came out and they knocked out the work super efficiently and were very thorough.  They removed two old lines, replaced and moved two PVC sprinkler lines for preventive maintenance, and made two Home Depot runs late in the evening to ensure that I had running water due to a nick in the main line as they were finishing up.  And once the job was completed, they took all the debris, old pipes, and roots/trunks that were dug up and disposed for me upon my request.  They definitely bat above their weight and are very skilled in their line of work.  I'm lucky to have come across them and I look forward to calling them for my plumbing needs moving forward.  Thank you team!

We just had a wonderful first experience with True Plumbing replacing a pipe on our outdoor fire pit. The technician, Chris, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As we are brand new to owning a fire pit, he walked us through the whole process after he came out to assess the project. He then was able to do the pipe replacement quickly and effectively that same morning. He took the time to answer questions too (and my husband is not short on questions!!).

The customer service was also great. The line was busy when I called, but I received a call back within minutes. I then was able to text photos of the project to the office and within a few hours had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Chris was right on time. The cost of the project was very reasonable as well.

We would highly recommend True Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and pleasant plumbing service and will be using them again whenever we have another project!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Burtech plumbing was the only company (out of 5), who gave a upfront cost estimate for unclogging it.

Unfortunately we weren't able to schedule them initially and went with another plumber. They failed to unclog the sink after spending about 2 hours at it. As a next step, they recommended more drastic measures like opening up the ceiling of the garage (where the kitchen sits over) to look at the pipes.

We scheduled Burtech plumbing for a second opinion. Jose came by on a Sunday and unclogged the sink in less than 30mins. Quick, effective and reliable. Thank you Jose and Burtech plumbing!!

Horrible company. Can't be trusted . The technician was supposed to be at my place at 4 pm . I waited until 5 and called to follow up and was told the technician will be here in 5- 10 min . I again waited until 6:30 and guess what ? They never showed up!

Prompt and courteous service from Daniel. He helped educate me and provided quick follow-up, as well.

Can't ask for a more professional experience, starting with response time to a non urgent issue . Benji was patient with my lack of knowledge and help walk me through what exactly my plumbing problems were, And he was able to fix them in a timely fashion also informing me what I can do in the future to stop them from reoccurring. I need to add some more equipment to my house in the near future and I now have a plumber saved in my phone no more needing to look up anything on the Internet on yelp thank you California plumbing

Got multiple quotes for gas water heater install.  Daniel from ProMax was very helpful, easy to deal with, and had our new water heater installed within a few days of contacting him.  His team was courteous, on time, and professional.  Highly recommend!

Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

I would highly recommend CML plumbing to anyone. Chris called me back immediately after I inquired about a leak issue in my home. He explained all of the possibilities given my description. Though he was extremely busy, he still answered all of my questions thoroughly and even came to my home that same day. He and Jimmy were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They saved my home from further damage due to a slab leak. I can't thank them enough and they are the only plumbers I will ever call!

My water heater stopped working late last night so I reached out on yelp to see if I could schedule something in the morning.  I woke up and a response was there saying they could be here by 8am.  The technician (Keith) showed up on time and was friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had.  He had to go get a new water heater to install but even including that time, he was done before noon.  They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
