Jose Came out in like 30 minutes after contacting the dispatcher about my plumbing issue. He was very professional and on point on the arrival time. Gave me a great estimate. Will use for future issues on my plumbing. The best thing about him was that he was very upfront and HONEST.

Matt came to my house of Feb 18 to replace the previous water heater - this was done through a claim with my insurance company.

Matt was on time, courteous, and professional.

This was a 10+ visit from a Lowe's contractor.   After Daniel made an initial phone contact, he was out to my house in less than two hours to install a toilet purchased from Lowe's.  He corrected mistakes made by two different contractors and performed the installation with incredible attention to detail.  He put footies on to protect floor and explained the mechanics of the installation along the way.   I will definitely use him again for other plumbing needs.  He quoted some pricing for other intended projects with very reasonable pricing.

I received an estimate from a well known plumbing company in San Diego to replace the pressure regulator.  While he was there he said the hot water pump showed signs of leaking and should be replaced. I thought the estimate was rather high and decided to get another opinion, so I called Eastlake Plumbing because it received a five star customer rating on Yelp.  Eddie came out a few days later and agreed that a new regulator was, in fact, needed. however he did not feel that the hot water pump was leaking or in need of repair. He was thorough, professional and friendly, patiently answering all of my concerns. But here is the really good part: his estimate was half the price of first estimate AND he didn't try to upsell me additional repairs and services. The work was done immediately and efficiently. I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased. When I called a week later to ask if I could increase the water pressure a little, as it seemed a bit too low for our purposes, Eddie actually came to the house a half hour later and cheerfully resolved the issue, making sure that the pressure did not get set too high. Wow! What superlative service. Folks, we have found ourselves a trustworthy, reasonably priced plumber!!!!!

Kelley did a great job on my shelving/pantry project. I have a strange closet in my kitchen that I wanted to convert into some better storage space, and Kelley did a great job. She listened to what I had asked for, and was great in having an open dialogue with me to help set expectations and make sure we were both prepared. Kelley for what she would be working with, and then me for what to expect when the job was complete. I dig what she was able to do in my kitchen, and I would certainly call on her again if/when I need additional work done at my home. Thanks, Kelley!

Do not use this company. They broke my plumbing and would not respond to calls or e-mails. Dishonest, unresponsive, just plain BAD!!!

Found an original construction gas pipe for a gas fireplace that was removed decades ago in the wall. The gas pipe was in the way of a new electrical project and it had to go now.

I contacted Omar and he sent Jose to my place within an hour. Nice guy, lots of energy, answered all my dumb questions and got the old pipe capped off and removed.

Very happy with response, communication and price.

I was in need of help with a clogged pipeline underneath the house. Miguel who responded to my call schedule me within an hour. Angel arrived on time and he was very thorough with his work. I am pleased with the service that I have received. Thank you.

We used Team Rooter today for our area drain issues in our backyard, my husband and I were very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge that Enrique and Dennis put into our job. They didn't give up, they kept troubleshooting to help us find our draining issues. They did a great job Hydro jetting several of our drains. I would recommend Team Rooter to all. Needed to get a hose bib fixed fast.  RDZ was able to give me a quote right away and got a guy out here the next day to fix it.

Elite Rooter saved us from an inconvenient and expensive pipe replacement that a competing plumber wanted to do.   Our landlord called Elite Rooter after the competing plumber wanted to charge for additional services after not fulfilling on their guarantee that their hydro-jetting would fix our problem.  Elite Rooter brought their drain camera in and diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly.  No pipe replacement was needed. He snaked and plunged correctly and the toilet flushed! I also got an A+ 1 hour plumbing education. What a night and day difference from the competition. I Highly recommended... Thank you Elite Rooter!

Called to have a broken top mount sink replaced.  I provided the same sink.  Just remove the fixtures and drain plug.  Cut the grout, remove the sink.  clean up the edge.  Drop in new sink and put pack the fixtures.  Re-grout.  

Seems simple 1 maybe 2 hour job.  One new pop up plug would be needed.  

They came in an told me $750.

For this particular service, George arrived on time, assessed the situation and was able to fix the plumbing rather quickly.
