Guiseppe is a one man electrician who performs great work. I called him out to install a vehicle charger in my garage and he arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job identifying potential issues and keeping me informed through the installation process. He even showed up when the inspectors came for the permit review and the job passed with flying colors.

I am so impressed with Fredy! I sent a mass request through yelp (that's how yelp does it) and Fredy was first to respond, in just a few minutes!! (And it's a Friday evening no less!) I was thinking that since we just installed our portable air conditioners and we kept blowing the circuit that we might need some sort of power upgrade! NOPE. Fredy called me and explained how to troubleshoot, on my own, without a service call or a fee or anything!! We need MORE like this guy!! So grateful for the genuine care and help he gave me!

No Limit, Mike,  created two gable vents in my Tahoe residence.  Our house was getting so hot in the summer because there wasn't enough air flow in the attic.  Mike responded quickly to our yelp estimate request.  His estimate was reasonable and we scheduled the work. He showed up on time. He had all the materials needed and completed the job including clean up- all within a couple of hours.  We could tell the difference almost immediately.  Thanks. This Handyman service is responsive, reasonably priced ad does quality work. We will be using them again

After leaving two v-mails without getting any response I am on the verge of posting a really bad review when Al called and scheduled a time.

However, he never called back nor show up so since there's no 0 star, I am giving him a 1 star.

Reasonable prices, no pricing games when on site.  They answered questions and made sure that I was satisfied with questions  and work.  I will call them again for my next electrical project.

I am the manager at a 10-unit apartment complex.  I had some light fixtures and electrical outlets that needed replacing in a vacant unit.  
Franco was so accommodating and he made everything so easy.  He replaced all of the fixtures/outlets for a very reasonable price.  It went so well that I hired him to handle some additional projects in that unit.
I will definitely continue to work with Franco in the future, and we have already discussed some upcoming projects.

Actually tried to help me fix the problem over the phone first, without just trying to charge me money to come out. Unfortunately I was located outside his service area but he still was willing to give me info and help.

Had four under cabinet lights to be replaced.  Advertised it on Yelp,  and Edwardo was one of the first to respond, had a fair rate for his profession and had availability the next day.  He was on-time, and did excellent job and finished in under two hours.  Would happily use him again.

I'm a nervous, new homeowner here, and every job at my place feels daunting and confusing. Aren and his team were exactly what I needed. Not only was their quote the most competitive, but I felt like I could trust them, and they took me through every step of the process with patience, incredible courtesy, and total competence. Came home from road trip to hear water running inside our wall. Texted with Aaron that morning, James was at our place about an hour later. Opened the wall and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Repair completed less than 2 hours later for much less money than I anticipated. Professional, courteous and capable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Having recently purchased a new home and dealing with the stress of needing many repairs, Core Plumbing came to the rescue for my plumbing needs! Not only did they have a quick response, Greg provided an amazing service; walking us through the whole process and providing quality work.

The next week, I noticed the vent attaching my water heater to the ceiling was slipping down and taking some of the ceiling paint with it. I notified Greg and he immediately sent someone (Eli) out to my house to fix the problem. Turns out, the roofing company fixing my roof had knocked my water heater vent out of place. Despite this damage being done by a second party, Core Plumbing offered to not only fix the problem, but did the work free of cost!!

One of our AC units decided to quit after twelve years and we had two companies tell us the entire system had to be replaced.  This would have been a minimum of $4K.

Fred came out, diagnosed we had a bad capacitor and replaced it.  It took ten minutes max and he was done.  He then showed me a few tips on how to care for the system to prolong its life before leaving.

I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend Fred to my friends.

Our community hired TL to redo the cast iron pipes in our garages. We looked at multiple plumbers and decided on TL because of their thorough bid, prompt replies to our messages, and a reasonable price. Some plumbers gave us outrageous bids without any details, however TL was extremely professional and prompt.

The specific plumber we worked with was Manny. Great guy, he responds to all our texts, he let us know promptly about any issues that came up during the re-piping, including problems and we were able to solve each one as they came up.

Manny and his team was also prompt about the post install testing and tightening any pipes as needed.

TL will be the first choice plumber for our future needs.

These guys are awesome. They were able to fit me in on a same day appt on a Friday and fixed not only the original shower that had an issue but our upstairs shower as well! All for a very fair price. Oh and as a bonus, or frenchie who normally doesn't like strangers totally took to them both :) the work is Choncho approved.
