My shower faucet was leaking badly and Travis was able to fix the leak and replace the ugly parts without tearing out the wall. He is very easy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I need to.

Had a main line back up and called Touchdown Saturday evening. Scheduled an appointment with Rich for the following morning (Sunday) at 7AM. He showed up on time, snaked the drain (fixed the problem), and gave some great advice as well. Total cost was $94, which is pretty reasonable for a snake job. I've hired a few plumbers over the years and I appreciated that Rich not only gave a great price, but was also very prompt (on a Sunday, no less), friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience all-around.

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! Above and beyond- WAY beyond! I called because Lowe's wouldn't install the new fridge with the water line we had. Curtis came within a few hours and by HIMSELF removed the old fridge, fixed the line and installed the new one! He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even burned a type of incense to immediately negate the smell from the old fridge. Will have these brothers on speed dial for every plumbing need from now on!

Jose is the best! called him at 7pm got to my house at 7:30pm , in n out. He gave me tips on how I should of installed the shut off valve correctly! I will be calling him again for any problem I have ! Worth every penny !

I have had water issues due to slab leaks and bad plumbing in my building for years. The building managment was not responsive in helping identify the cause of the leak. I reached today as it was my official move out day. Chris was able to come out, assess both areas of concern and provide me the proof I need to show my insurance. They did a much more thorough assessment than the vendors the building sends. So appreciate quality work and the effort to go above and beyond. I had an ETA and the information I needed. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone dealing with difficult HOAs or property managers. Its always worth getting an independent inspection.

I have used Central Plumbing, heating and air since I purchased my home 4 years ago. I have always had fantastic service. The last time I needed a plumber, I called the number on my Central Plumbing magnet and got Don from Ideal. He came out the next day and gave us an estimate which included $250 for drywall repair. When the job was done I was charged $300 OVER estimate and paid $250 for someone to come in and throw putty over a hole in the drywall!! Not only that, the hole was only 5 inches by 5 inches and the putty goes 3 feet by 3 feet! You can tell it is not new drywall though because you can see blue paint through the poorly done drywall work. I wish I knew that was what I was getting for $250 because I would have done it myself. I feel confident with no experience or knowledge AT ALL, I could have done a better (and neater) job. When I asked why we were over $300 of what the estimate was, I got no explaination at all. I was offered a discount which I did not accept because I felt that the discount was because I was mad and not because the work was not worth $250.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with. He was wonderful with my family, even letting my 4year old help him, he was able to give me a great deal on the work I needed doing (replacing the pipes under my house) beating the other quotes I had, he worked over the weekend and kept me updated in arrival times when weather had put them behind schedule.
What a great family company - I have finally found our plumber! I would happily recommend them to anyone!

Such a quick response! Garrett replaced an old leaky sink (+air hammer that sounded like a fog horn) within minutes. So friendly, had the right replacement stocked in the van, couldn't recommend happy plumbing more.
