After confirmation of the diagnosis, Mike explained what they plan to do. Mike and his crew arrived on time, came up with the best possible solution to the issue, considering the circumstances. We had really excellent service from David and his assistants. He came out to assess a questionable gas line extension at our newly purchased home. He and his assistant did a very thorough and free estimate. He offered several possible solutions, and suggest that we first find out if the work was permitted before he did anything. We were able to find out that no permit had been pulled, so David cleanly and safely capped off the line on both ends, giving us needed peace of mind. He then installed an additional outdoor hose bib for us, and added an connection for a future irrigation system. He designed a very secure mounting system for this, and made sure that the connections will last for years and years to come. He was courteous, on time, and performed the work at a very competitive rate. I highly recommend Extreme Home Service for your plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again in the future. I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

I came home from vacation at 11pm  to find my sewer line blocked.  No fun.  I called early the next morning and Ryan was at my house within 2 hours.  He cleared it, showed me what was going on on the sewer camera, told me hydrojettjng would be a good idea. He was honest and didn't pressure me, just gave me his recommendations and told me why.  So now my sewer lines are very clean and I can rest assured this won't happen again anytime soon.  I like the fact that this company just does drains.  They have the right equipment and expertise.  Thank you!!!

Recommended by a friend, I called Troy and and discussed by problem faucet for a few minutes and he gave me instructions on what faucet to pick up for the install. Curtis arrived on time the next morning and replaced the faucet no issues. After dealing with various plumbers through the years, it's refreshing to find someone that is able to do the job correctly the first time, reliable and with a great attitude. This was my second time hiring Darell and again he gets 5/5. This time, I had an outdoor water pipe (above ground) which had a pinhole leak due to rust at the connection site. I called Darell to ask if this was something he could repair and he said yes. He came a few hours later and even though it ended up being a bigger project, he stayed till the end and finished the work. I am super happy that he was my first call.  Just like the last time, he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Chris came even on a holiday weekend. He was able to detect the water leak efficiently and explained very clearly to us the issues. He is very reliable, professional, honest, family oriented and cares about his customer. He helped us contact plumber and water mitigation company and even willing to support for after care services. We were referred to Ideal Plumbing by my father in law, who is in the SD Executive Association with members of Ideal's ownership and staff.  We have attempted to use them on 3 separate occasions for our home A/C and heating repairs, and have had problems 2 out of 3 times, not with the actual service once they show up, but most times they have not shown up on the service date/time.  The most recent experience was today 7/23/09 when we called Monday 7/20/09 to schedule someone to come take a look at our A/C.  This is especially frustrating b/c my husband or I have taken off from work to be home during the estimated arrival time, only to be stood up with not even a phone call.  I guess we have bad luck with Ideal, but the third time is it for us, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

If you are reading this, you are in trouble. Something is clogged. Something is bubbling over. Something won't drain. Bad things are happening.

Don't waste another minute, please call Happy Plumbing. Clint is an absolute godsend. A prince of a fellow. He came to our house on an emergency call on Thanksgiving Eve. When he tested the pressure, water shot from THE ROOF. From the roof to the sky, a vertical tunnel of water like an absolute horror movie.

At that moment, Clint could have charged me whatever he wanted.
Because:
a) Day before Thanksgiving
b) Did I mention water exploding from the roof?

But instead, Clint figured out the issue straightaway, gave me every confidence that he would fix the problem, and gave me a very reasonable price upfront. The problem was a lot of work, requiring 70 feet of snaking and a lot of manual labor. He was as calm as could be, allaying my concerns.
Even the stray cat we take care of, notorious for avoiding everyone, came out to give him some meows, surely sensing a kind soul who saved the day,
