Travis was polite, accommodating and worked until everything was fixed, even knowing we were headed back home, he wanted to make sure it was working properly before we left town. He didn't cut corners and made sure we were taken care of before he left for the day. He was responsive and thorough and we would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing resolution.

I have used Scott from Twin Plumbing for a couple of decades now. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.  He always arrives on time, does a great job and does is RIGHT the first time.  Plus Scott charges reasonable prices.  Twin Plumbing stands behind their work unlike some other big name companies whose paper-thin guarantees would shock you. Scott gives great honest advice and cleans up the job site when he is done.  I trust Scott and Twin Plumbing completely for all my plumbing related matters.

I am absolutely impressed by the service I got from Carroll Plumbing.  I recently bought a house with a old water heater installed haphazardly and some water damaged subfloor in the upstairs bathroom.  Mike helped me diagnose the problem upstairs over the phone.  Jevat came in person and ran some tests and gave it the final blessing in person.  Jevat also installed a new water heater at lightning speed and hooked me up with some great advice.  Jevat went over and above installing everything I needed a catch tray, a dirt trap on the gas line, an expansion tank, all new hoses etc.

I definitely found my new plumbing service for the future when problem with my new house crop up.  Cant thank Mike and Jevat enough for their friendly demeanor and for going over and above to help get my problems sorted out.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I had a slab leak and called By the Book to get a leak detection done. I made it clear that leak detection was the only service I needed from them that day, as I was going to weigh my options for plumbing. Leon came out and immediately was very condescending right off the bat. I get it, I'm a girl, I look young, but assuming I'm dumb is a bold move. I ask for leak detection, and Leon is already giving me the go around about why he can't do that. He tried telling me I don't have any water damage, even though I felt warm spots underneath our entire kitchen (meaning water was leaking and spreading under the vinyl). If I listened to Leon, we would have severe mold damage under our floors. I also knew there was water flowing in our bathroom and Leon said he didn't hear anything and implied I was just making up the noise. After not doing what I requested and instead doing a walk through of our whole house, Leon said he would be back in 5-10 minutes. He came back a full HOUR later! I had no idea what he was doing as I thought he was maybe preparing his leak detection equipment. Instead, he was ignoring my request and coming up with 10 different plumbing options to repipe the entire house. I was annoyed because all I wanted was a leak detection and Leon was refusing to do that. I quickly told him I wanted him to leave and he got visibly upset and threw a tantrum! I've never seen a professional old man do this. He told me I wasted his time, which I quickly reminded him that I never asked him to sit in his car for an hour. After throwing a fit, Leon finally left and I still had no leak detection done.

I called a different company, Mastercraft, and they came out, detected my leak, and showed me that I had bad water damage under the floors. They were very kind the entire time during the water remediation process and told me how to do everything through my insurance. I then called California Repipe and Plumbing to take a look at the leak and they had a very quick response time. They were extremely patient explaining the entire process to me and gave me very reasonable prices. It was clear they were not trying to take advantage of me and were there solely to help me.

By the Book Plumbing clearly does not train on customer service and they leech off people who are desperate for fixes. Be smart and do NOT hire this company! They will take advantage of you and be condescending the entire time.

There is a reason why all the reviews on here are all 5's. David is a true professional that is only interested in making sure that the work he is completing is perfect and to the total satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond for customers. We just bought a home that was remodeled (as far as the eye could see) but the plumbing is still from 1956 so my concern for plumbing issues is high. David came over to change some faucets for the garage sink and washer and in the process I had him check other concerns which he completed without hesitation and/or extra charge. He recommended I get new washer hoses and told me what to buy and said, next time I come I will change them for you, no charge.  He quickly identified other issues gave me a quote and we set a time for him to return. David arrived on the set time (early) began working and completed the job quickly. After that job (that he was getting paid for) was done, he proceeded to change the washer hoses and re-arrange my washer hose setup which I had done but very poorly. He then proceeded to the bathrooms as both shower handles had not been calibrated properly, he fixed the issue and again, no charge for the extra work. I cannot say enough great things about David but know that I am a very particular person that likes work done right and clean regardless of the price. David does it all, good, solid, clean work and his prices are incredible. I would recommend David and his son to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. I already have other projects for him to comeback and complete.

Touchdown responded quickly while other companies were on weekend/Christmas break. Showed up early Saturday morning and solved our kitchen sink backing up.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

This is the third time that I have used this company and every time I have received on-time service and perfect resolution of the problem. If I have any complaint at all it's that I can't seem to get the same service man out each time. I would love the continuity to have somebody know the problems of this 1935 building with ancient pipes. I feel very confident in recommending them

All around excellent customer service. It's not very often you find someone who is really driven by principle and I believe these guys are. They were honest, prompt, fair, and knowledgeable. I would use them in the future without any hesitation. Thank you, Troy, for being awesome!

Chase is now my guy' for plumbing. Toilet install, drain clearing, pressure regulator repair. Skilled, prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

We have to tell you, Raul was out to put in a new garbage disposal and was in and out of here in no time and did an amazing job.  What a wonderful guy he was.  Personable and funny and treated us like we were not a dollar sign.  The price was great.  Please use this family owned business as you will see the difference.

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!

I highly recommend!!! They're very professional and really took care of my issues when called. Very responsive and great company overall!

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

Update: I received a call from the manager, Joe, who was eager to remedy the issue. We had a great conversation and he cut the cost in half. I'm very pleased with the customer service.

For my first time going here, I'm not happy at all. I was referred by a friend and when I called, they answered and scheduled me right away which seemed great! I called because my bathroom sink was completely clogged. The plumber was in and out in 5 minutes because the problem was the stopper was clogged. They charged me $160!!! The plumber said it would only be a service charge which is $30. But the woman on the phone wouldn't budge. I won't be calling them for another service.

I had some issues at home with my drains backing up and I called 805 plumbing and explained my issue and Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and knew what my issue was. His company has a very quick response time and I appreciated that. The problem was fixed within an  hour !! I will definitely be using his services in the future!

Great! Clint was prompt and was able to fix the issue with the kitchen sink drain/pipes, and was diligent and super fast. I've had issues calling plumbers, they book a time and then don't show up and when I call or they call me, they say they had an emergency and try to rebook another time. Happy Plumbing and Clint provided me with a text that he was on his way and I could track when he was arriving! Excellent experience
