Previous owner of our house had done some sketchy wiring in the garage for lights and garage door opener.  Jessie and his partner from Johnny Electric came out today and re-wired in about 2.5 hours as per estimate.  Showed up on time (actually a bit early), completed job as quoted.  Very competent, professional, and friendly.  Would definitely recommend them!

We called armor electric to upgrade our panel along with adding a sub panel in the garage.  Nice clean work.  We called them again when we had to move a ceiling fixture that was on a 16' ceiling.  Again great clean work.  We will call the, again if we ever need an electrician.

My wife and I are new to the area, and just purchased a house in Placentia. We needed some electrical work done but didn't know who to call. So we turned to Yelp, and I'm so glad we did. We went with Jaco because of the positive Yelp reviews, which might I add are well deserved.

Eric showed up on time, he was extremely professional, and very very affordable. He hung my chandelier, installed an outlet outside, installed an outlet inside, and put up a motion spotlight in the front porch. Everything looks seem less. As if it was originally here when the house was built! Could not be happier with the quality of workmanship or the price.

Do yourself a favor and call Eric. He might be a little busy, but which do you prefer. An in demand, honest electrician. Or someone that doesn't do a good job, and it waiting for the phone to ring.

I'm in the apartment business and deal with vendors all the time so I really dislike when something goes wrong at home that needs repairing. I had an outlet stop working and weird light that flashed in a lamp when I turned a fan off across the room. I called United right away, 5am actually and they had Artin at my house by 1pm. It turns out my breakers needed to be replaced (over 1k) but they gave me a discount to replace them all, which I went for since half the panel was fried already. I could smell the burned wire when Artin removed the panel. My house is only 16yrs old but it explains some issues with power over the last couple of months. Artin was really great in working with me (my dog was recovering from surgery) so it wasn't an easy week for me. He was patient, explained everything and had us up in running within an hour. I feel so much better knowing I caught a potential fire hazard and had it done right by a qualified person. I rarely Yelp and only do if I feel someone goes above and beyond, as did Artin. Thank you!

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

I will definitely ask Mouses and his partner Matt to come back. They were flexible, creative, and did great work in a timely way - everything I asked for, even though I had to change the details of what I was asking them to do when they showed up for the first of two days of work because of some planning issues on my part (basically I wasn't quite ready to do what we had talked about, and we went with a Plan B, which didn't phase them at all).

They even did some custom woodwork for a window that needed a specially-sized and -shaped exterior moulding. They took measurements on day 1, asked for the kind of wood they needed, I went out and got it, and they took it home to plan and cut. They brought the custom moulding back the next day (along with the extra wood that they didn't use) and installed it. It came out looking really great, and is a massive improvement. They were able to improvise in this way to great effect - real problem-solvers.

Let me copy the last reviewer by also saying if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

Having read so many positive reviews, I called American Eagle Electrical Services in Culver City. I explained to Abraham that much of our condo building lights had gone out. He said he would be here within the hour...and he was.  He meticulously inspected all the lights and discovered the culprit--a small light in the front yard area that had shorted out, causing a cascading effect. Now all is well. I now have a go-to electrician.

J&M was absolutely stellar! Quick response and got a fair estimate to us quickly and the technicians out early the next day. 100% satisfied. They'll be our go-to choice from here on out :)

What can I say that hasn't already been said! Mike is great! He's knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I had 6 wires, in the wall, that needed to be rerouted, to make way for a new window. He assessed the situation and gave me his option, which was even better that I had imagined!

Plus,  he takes great pride in doing the job right. Even when I couldn't have know about the wiring, or seen it, he knew his initial work needed fixing and he went back into the attic to make it right. I love this! What a great experience. I will definitely call him for my next electrical project.

Always incredible. Been using this company for years and yesterday I had a real problem with my AC breaker. I'm leaving out if town tomorrow and couldn't let my house warm up and kill all the fish in my saltwater tank.  I called and he was able to accommodate overnight. The tech was here at 8am as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within an hour. I had to share how good of a company this is.

I recently hired an electrician to install an outlet behind my wall-mounted television to hide the cables/cords and to move an existing outlet. I can't imagine being more satisfied with the result.

It was very easy to book with Tom over the phone. He explained everything very clearly and gave me an accurate quote for the work. Benjamin was the electrician who handled my task and was wonderful. He was prompt, worked efficiently and even surprised me by cleaning up very thoroughly when he was done, using wet wipes and a ShopVac. He also screwed the pieces of drywall back in very neatly to make the repair easier for the drywaller.

The price seemed a teeny bit high initially but to know you're getting such professional work completed in a timely fashion is absolutely worth it. My father-in-law, who regards himself as something of a jack-of-all-trades, came out the next day and took a look at the work. He was very impressed. I will definitely look to The Tradesman again if any additional needs come up.

Joel wired up a whole house fan for me.  He was in and out in just over an hour.  I had a few other projects that I wanted to get a quote on while Joel was there.  Joel sent me his excel spread sheet with pricing for work he does.  I've saved his number and he'll be my go-to electrician when I have any issues.  Thank you Joel!!
