Rigo Castillo came out, took necessary time to review our complicated electrical issue and fixed it. He was reasonably priced and good at his job. Will get him to possibly do more work for us.

Dan is outstanding!!  He responded right away to my inquiry, set up an appointment for the next day to give me an estimate, arrived on time and completed the job the following day - on a Saturday!  He took his time, evaluated all of my electrical connections, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and did a superb job - including clean up.  And, his fee was very fair and reasonable.  As a result, I asked him to give me a quote on another job in my home.  I highly recommend Dan and will use him now for all of my electrical needs.

We bought an old house and had to rewire the whole house and upgrade our panel.  These guys are amazing.  Very clean, percise and professional.  I dont usually do reviews unless some is absoultely awaful or absoultely amazing.  Angel and his guys were amazing.

-super communicative (will respond via email or phone) Ara responds so fast sometimes it surprises me (I get off work pretty late so I tend to email him late sometimes with questions and he'll respond same day if not the very next morning)
-being a super busy person especially trying to move to a new place, their team did it so independently but considerate of what our needs were
-realistic: not just trying to take your money or get your business, but felt genuine and gave great advice

What they did for us:
-new circuit breaker
-wires going from house to garage was out of code (too low) so they fixed that
-added outlet in garage
-rewiring of our whole unit (we decided to do this after all the great work he did with us)
-added shower recessed light
-helped add GFCI outlets
-install light fixtures both inside and outside the house
-install security cameras outside the house

And I bet I'm still missing some stuff! Definitely will be calling this team for any future electrical needs! (:

Really unfortunate. Did not show or call for appointment. Wasted my time. I made a special trip to my new house for this appointment because I'm not living there yet, I only came to my new house for this appointment this morning.

We had an appointment at 9:15 this morning (not a window of time, but 9:15). We scheduled it via Yelp messenger. At around 9:25 having not had anyone come or received a call, I sent a message on Yelp indicating that I needed to know if he was coming because I had to leave shortly for another appointment. I waited till 9:35 for a response and then called. The person who answered said they could be there in about 20 minutes and asked if it was okay. I told them it wasn't. Being 40 min late and no attempt to contact me is not good business. I respected their time enough to drive to the new house to meet at the agreed upon time rather than cancelling short notice when I realized it would be inconvenient for me and the business didn't respect my time enough to honor the appointment time or contact me.

To express my dissatisfaction with not being contacted, I asked if they had tried to contact me to tell me they would miss the appointment time. The person on the phone said someone tried to call but there was no answer. It was not believable to me and I told him I had no missed calls or new messages on Yelp. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him that I would find someone else to do the work. I'm so busy right now and it's hard to woke with someone who isn't respectful of my time.

My interaction started with Johnny who gave me the quotes and details of the job. He was by far the fastest to respond and the most professional. When I was ready to make the appointment his office handled the details very professionally. Then came the day of my EV install. The electrician was simply wonderful and very knowledgeable and before I knew it he was done. Overall excellent experience. I'm glad I found this company. I will be turning to them for any electrical work in the future. Thanks Johnny & team!

Randy came right on time, as expected he would.  He gave us the very best quote on our electrical problems and when he sent 'junior' to do the work, we were so pleased !   They did an excellent job and over and above.  i can totally recommend them to anyone needing great, caring work by absolute professionals..      Great work.

We hired this company for several small repairs and they were wonderful! Flexible with us as well as on time. We will continue to use them if any electrical needs are needed !

My water bill went WAY UP and since the ONLY Thing that seemed to be leaking
was the toilet--which HAD BEEN LEAKING for awhile, but who knew...I mean it
was just a little....well serves me right. THANKFULLY, Sergei who was as
knowledgeable as he was cute (you know Russian blonde men, blue eyes, etc..)so
I immediately felt at ease when he diagnosed the problem right away. And did
not laugh, not even when I had to run up and down the stairs TWICE to figure
out where I'd left the credit card(downstairs).  ANYHOW, yes UNITED comes
thru the Home Warranty and yes, I have trepidation about dealing with people
when I am at their mercy, but once again, UNITED PLUMBIING AND SERGEI
were as good as I could possibly hope.  NOW I have to wait for the next
water bill..............(and btw Sergei said, yes, even a little run in a toilet could
indeed increase the bill by quite an amount).  THANKS U.P. and SERGEI!!
(And they did make a same day appointment and showed up within the
framework allotted).

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

Movses was am absolute professional. Traveled quite a distance to get here, worked hard Non-stop and put my fabulous yet difficult king size bed together! His rates are really good too!!

Let me copy the last reviewer by also saying if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

Very professional service and timely! Came within just a few hours of calling to install two outdoor lanterns and hanging tree lights. Prompt service, knowledgable about residential electric, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I had a GFI plug replaced in my kitchen a few months ago. I really like how he even gave me a quick how to change it out if I ever wanted to do it myself =) His communication was great and kept me inform if he was running late. I would definitely use him again and have been referring my friends to him.

Great work! Very fair price and will not hesitate to use eon again for future electrical projects at home. And he is a long beach local, we have to take care of our own.

I contacted Tradesman Electric after I had a circuit breaker trip and was unable to reset it. They were able to send someone out a couple days later. The technician was very friendly and helpful and fixed my issue promptly! He was also willing to wear a mask indoors which I appreciated.

Communication was both timely and good.

The guy arrived precisely when they said he would. He was clean, friendly, polite, and professional-- everything one would hope for.

The electrician showed me where the problem was, why it was a problem, and offered two approaches.

The problem was resolved, and it was done quickly.

The price quoted was fair, and the price charged was the same plus materials that could not have been foreseen.

I'm knocking off one star because of the payment by card situation. It is not difficult or expensive to get your guys Square readers, the app is free, and it's a lot better than doing the payment remotely by phone.

This was a great experience. I purchased an electric vehicle and needed to install a charging plug. It was done in about 1.5 hrs and he showed me how to use the unit I purchased as well.. Thank you so much..
