Dan started out okay as the electrical panel and EV charger passed city inspection, but it was the additional work inside the home were he fell fall short and I've began to see recurring issues with his customer service. At first with the city inspections, he asked me to set-up the appointments, I called the City of Anaheim and they informed me that the contractor normally does this, but I didn't mind as I found a quick way to do it myself through their online system. Then when Dan installed some recessed lighting in our family room, he did so hurriedly and didn't cover our furniture which left a lot of debris from his work. I am used to contractors being more careful. I didn't make this a big issue since the debris mainly fell on my TV furniture and the rest we easily vacuumed. However, again I noticed this type of hurriedness in completing work when I contracted him to install chandelier lighting for my dining room. Dan claimed he could not screw in a light bulb because he didn't want to shatter it (fair enough), but when I got home that night I was easily able to screw it in myself even if it took some careful maneuvering, seems like an electrician should have been able to do this. The issues again mounted with the LED dimmers (which Dan himself recommended) he installed and a ceiling fan my baby's room. The LED dimmer did not work properly, so he came back and switched out with a basic dimmer (not LED) and said it was a fan compatibility issue. I paid for LED dimmers because I wanted to save on energy, so I wasn't thrilled that I would have to use regular light bulbs, when the ceiling fan was supposed to be LED compatible.

By this point, the small but numerous issues were getting to be quite annoying. There were 2 other bedrooms were Dan installed the LED dimmers and they both had issues. In one of the guest rooms, the light would stay on (even when it was off) when the ceiling fan was turned on. In the other room, only the light would work and if you turned on the ceiling fan, the ceiling fan and light would stop working and dimmer would spiral into a clicking mode (which clearly indicated something was wrong). I made Dan aware of the issue and instead of apologizing for the repeated issues, Dan instead wanted to charge additional money for the visit to come fix it. This is what showed Dan's true colors. I had put up with his hurried work and numerous issues, and this after I had paid the guy over $6,500 in electrical work. Yet, Dan had the audacity to want to charge me additional money for the mediocre job he had done. Dan again blamed fan compatibility instead and claimed it was not due to his work. Well Dan, you easily lost a client who gave you thousands of dollars in business. At this point I told Dan I would find someone else to help me. Dan tried to apologize, but it was too late, I don't want that type of person in my home ever again.

Also, the problem wasn't the fans. My brother-in-law who is a general contractor with electrical experience visited this weekend from out of state, and he quickly pointed out that it was a LIGHT BULB issue for the baby's room and the guest room where the light stayed on when the fan was on. Sure enough, we bought some different higher quality light bulbs and it fixed the problem even with the LED dimmers (which Dan changed out with a regular dimmer because he said the fan wasn't compatible with the LED dimmer he originally installed). For the other room with the spiral clicking in the LED dimmer, my brother-in-law determined it was a bad dimmer, went to Home Depot, switched it out, and again problem fixed. You would think that a licensed electrician would pick up on these minor issues and address them easily, but not when you're in a hurry and trying to just take money from your client and move on to the next as quickly as possible.

The moral of the story from my experience, is that Dan just goes in, does a hurried job and will not come back to you once you've paid him if issues come up. Disappointed in his customer service and will not hire him again or recommend him to anyone I know. I would have rated him a 1 star had it not been for the fact that the electrical panel and EV charger passed city inspection.

Ara Cares. That's the best way I can describe working with Apple Plus Electric. He has been so helpful in explaining how the process with the DWP works, plus has made himself available when I couldn't be there at our apartments, because I live far away. He's an amazing person, and a talented electrician. I'm really happy, and we're in the middle of the job right now, but I'm confident with what I've seen so far, that this will be a massive upgrade and done right (the most important thing). Don't hesitate to use this team!

My door contractor exposed some unsafe wiring in the process of installing new sliding doors. I needed an electrician quickly to reroute the wiring so the door contractor could get back to work. Luckily, LR Electrical electrician Jose was able to get here quickly and quickly complete the job. Not cheap, but a fair price for an urgent service call.

Good to know people like Johnny are still around.  He personally handled my questions directly and accurately.  An opening was available that afternoon, thanks to a cancellation, so he had an excellent and friendly employee come out and did the job quickly, and at an agreed upon price that was not only fair, but was the best !

If you need to convert to 240 volts to install EV charger, no need to waste your time calling around (like I did) and just call the father and son outfit at Armor.  My job was a little more tricky because my breaker was upstairs and they had to snake the wires through walls and feed it downstairs to the garage.  They also did a very nice job cutting out the drywall and providing the pieces for me to use later to repatch.  

The installation of the EV charger and outlet box was phenomenal. They used a leveler to make sure that the outlet box was aligned to the wall and on the EV charger to make sure it was perfectly aligned to the outlet box. I'm sure most electricians may have eyeballed it and said good enough but these guys made sure it was precise.  I really appreciated the level of detail in their workmanship...and it really showed throughout the installation process.  

And even before starting the job when they came out for the estimate, they helped me figure out my load calculation so that I had enough watts/amps. This helped me to identify whether I should purchase a 24 amp or 40 amp charger.  To save money, they recommended that I go to Fullerton city hall myself and apply for the permit. Because I had already done the load calculation, it was super easy to go to the city and apply for the permit.

Again, great workmanship, super friendly, and really helpful to someone like me that had no clue how to get an EV charger installed.  I totally recommend to anyone looking to convert to 240 volts to install an EV charger.

Spoke with this company on December 1st to help me move my Jacuzzi disconnect box to behind my detached garage. Appointment was made for December 12th. to help determine the best course of action. No one showed up, nor did I receive a phone call saying they couldn't make it or to reschedule our appointment. Will make sure to never call this company again.

I have to say first when I called they were so profesional. The electrition came to our house due to a problem we were having and not only he was suppper nice profesional and sweet he made everything so easy took care of our problem in very little time I had to write this review. U dont find people like this who care and get the job done without headaches.

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

Movses is great. He manages and works on all my apartment complexes. Whether its a small job or a big project he is very reliable. He shows up on time, gives me an estimate up front, fixes on time. I never have to follow up to make sure its done. He coordinates all the schedules with my tenants so i don't have to do all the go between. His fees are always reasonable and i never feel being overcharged.

If i could give 10 stars, i would. Arin is very honest, responsive, and very good at what he does. He fixed an issue with my heating/cooling system and he doesn't even specialize in HVAC's! now have him on speed dial for any electrical requests i have in the future.

We used Eon electric to install some motion lights around our house, an outlet in our garage and a GFI switch. Cory and Ryan were very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I found them and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend using Joel, his crew placed 2 celling fans. They even patch the hole they made in the ceiling and cleaned the mess they made.  I will call them for additional work later in the year.

i called Harry he came the next day to give me a quote and spent one hour trouble shooting to find the problem. he quoted me and came and did the job 2  days later.
he was knowledgeable and clean honest and definitely
reasonable with his prices.
had him come back again and change out my switches too. will definitely  be using him from now on.
