Rigo was clean, professional, and very knowledgeable in repairing the electrical short at my house. I am a retired telco repairman so I know what is required when entering a customer's house. Rigo promptly assessed the problem with my swimming pool relay circuit tripping.    It turns out that a corroded wire in my underground conduit near the pool pump was the problem. Rigo repaired the fault and installed two Ring floodlights . I highly recommend his company for your electrical needs.

Dan came over to fix our outlets that weren't working. He was professional, prompt and was able to fix the issue the same day! I will definitely be using him in the future to put in some new lighting!

Apple Plus Electric is amazing!  I'll never use anyone else.  Ara was truly a pleasure to work with- he was always so pleasant, quick to respond, and super reliable.  His prices were incredibly fair.  We used him for work big and small: Ara upgraded (and relocated due to rules by the LADWP) our old electrical panel, installed an EV charger, replaced some GFCI outlets outdoors, safely enclosed some exposed wiring in our attic, and did some other various jobs throughout our old Atwater Village bungalow.
Just this morning, the DWP inspector came to approve the panel upgrade & relocation and even HE made it a point to compliment how well the job was done!  That's a first in my experience.  I can't recommend Ara enough.

Bad customer service. This individual confirmed an appointment, never showed up at the time indicated or bother to call and say that he was running late or not showing up. After I called him two times, he answer and seemed like he forgot about the appointment. Be careful, not reliable, wasted my time waiting for this electrician to show up.

I called Johnny because I was told by Cox Communications that we needed to have coaxial outlet installed in our house. Within just 3-4 hours, Johnny was at our place to check out the situation. Within just a few minutes, Johnny was able to assess the fact that we had the right outlets installed. The problem was with Cox, that they needed to activate our network. Still waiting for Cox to resolve the problem, but we didn't have the no-how to figure out what the issue was.

The great news was that Johnny was helpful and generous with his time. He arrived gloved and masked. Thank you, Johnny Electric! Highly recommend!

Needing to find an Electrician to do a big job at my daughter's new house, I searched the internet.  Armor Electric was one of the local companies I called for an estimate. Randy was responsive to my request for a quote, prompt to our appointment time, friendly, very knowledgeable and competitively priced. Given the size of our job, I corresponded a lot with Randy prior to the job even starting.  He was always available to answer my questions and suggestions options. When the 4 day job started, I met Junior who was equally as accommodating and knowledgeable, not to mention doing top notch work. I would highly recommend reaching out to Armor Electric if you have any electrical needs.

Eric is very responsive knowledgeable and responsive.  I got quotes for ceiling fans and recessed lights throughout the house.  Total of three quotes and Eric was most reasonable.  I am glad I went with him for this with work.  Eric installed and retrofitted all the lights and switches in the house.  He installed the led lights throughout the house along with three fans.  He came on first day and was ready to get started with the work.  I am satisfied with his work.  I will call him for my next project and recommend him to any one who is looking to get recessed lights.

Had United come out for an estimate to swap out one outlet, no major work - just a three-prong outlet for a 2-prong, no rewiring needed, probably a half-hour work with a new box, 5 minutes if not.  Estimate: $180-$230.  That's way, way more than what it should cost.  Electrician was apologetic, said he couldn't do anything about it, that's what they tell me to charge.

So, no, didn't have them do it.  One star for free estimate and showing up when they said they would. That's it.

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

Valentine's Day 2014!   I called American Eagle Electrical after reading a few reviews on yelp.   Obviously one never knows what to expect when hiring an outside source to do repair work.   I gave American Eagle five stars for a few reasons:  It was so easy to make an appointment, which I made the day before.  He was punctual, which is gratifying to experience.  I had a buzzing, old outlet replaced and then also replaced all others in the same room.  He replaced old wiring for overhead florescent lighting and the four bulbs and put up a new cover.  He also installed four outdoor motion detector lights.  Lastly he replaced my old bathroom light switches with modern ones and a new outlet and a very old lighting fixture.  He and his helper were very patient with my going to Home Depot to get parts three times.   Overall, they were friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional.   They were a little more expensive than I expected, but I really don't know anything about electrical services and I just wanted the job finished in a competent and trustworthy manner in an expedited fashion.   I will definately be using their services for all my electrical needs.  I told him I will be calling him in the future to make an outlet for my outdoor area and to install a TV to my wall with hidden wiring.   I was not disappointed whatsoever in this company's service and if you use them, I hope you are not either.   They were so nice to my little dog even with my dog nipping on the co-workers pant leg for attention.

Speedy to answer the phone and send someone out. Told it would be 2-3 days for an estimate, and received nothing. No email or call back at all.

Mike came the same day and did a solid job. He charges $150 as a base rate and then any materials and or labor costs on top of that.

For me he installed 2 led garage lights and a WeMo home automation light switch. The light switch required some custom parts and Mike happily ran to the local electric store  to resolve the issue which was great.

Easy to work with and fun to talk to with a great sense of humor. I would hire him again. Thanks Mike!

Cory was referred to me by my appliance people Don's Appliances. He was on time. Did a great job right there and then. He replaced fixtures and outlets. Cleaned up and the price was reasonable. Great job.

This is not the first time we have used the Tradesman Electrician. Tom does excellent work. This time was more of a safety issue with burning outlets in multiple parts of the house. He was quick to arrive and mitigate the problem in a safe and professional manner. We highly recommend him!

Had them add a line from main panel to a shed in the backyard. Excellent price and high quality work. Everything looks good and works great. Would definitely use again.

This review is long overdue, but Harout and the team at Globecast Electrical Services are some of the best people we've had work on our home. We bought our house (built in 1953) from flippers last November and since then have been upgrading and/or fixing some of the upgrades the flippers and subsequent contractors carelessly installed.

In early July we had our air conditioning repaired and suddenly our chandelier stopped working. Harout went through the attic and pointed out the various code violations people had left behind. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and provided me an estimate for the repairs while giving me time to think about whether or not I wanted to hire him. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty and after talking with my husband we decided to hire him to fix the MANY electrical problems in our house. We felt his price was more than fair considering the work that needed to be done.

The day Harout came out to do the work he was quick, thorough, and kept me informed of what he and his colleague were doing the entire time. We will definitely be repeat customers should we have any electrical needs in the future!
