Rigo was super quick to respond back and schedule an appointment to provide an estimate for work to be done. 3 1/2 hours AFTER the appointment he called to let me know he would not be able to make it. Super unprofessional should have let me know as soon as he started to run behind.

They've taken care of 2 projects (Ring doorbell install (and voltage increase) and outlet issues (electrical burning inside the wall)). The outlet issue project was done during the pandemic was done cleanly, while wearing a face mask, itemized the work, and I knew what I was paying for. As of June 2021 I have plans to work with them again. They proved themselves the 1st time, and then again the 2nd. I know I can count of Redline, so had no doubts when I came back to them this 3rd time.

I'm so glad I found ProPower Electric!  Angel was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.  He was honest, knowledgeable, and professional.  He was very thorough and organized from discussing the request, to getting a quote, scheduling the service, and completing the work.  Also, if you appreciate having documentation like I do, then you'll love that he provides electronic copies of the estimate, invoice, and receipt.  We had an electric vehicle charging station installed, and the quality of work was excellent.  I'm already thinking about future jobs with ProPower Electric.  I highly recommend ProPower Electric for all of your electric needs!

HONEST AND AFFORDABLE! Had an emergency breaker box issue and was able to get Apple plus to come out the next morning. They were so professional, easy to reach, on time and so affordable. We have had so many bad experiences and Ara is amazing! He worked fast and neat. He cleaned up after he was done and was so nice. He fixed our problem in less than a half hour and he made the price affordable since we had such a tight budget. Highly highly recommend!

Jose is the best! The power was out in half of our house, we called and spoke with Jose. He came out right away and was able to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes! He was friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jose and LR Electrical!

I'm glad I chose Johnny Electric for my last job. I needed a new (second) meter panel installed at my house, so that I could get SCE's special EV rate to charge my car. This involved lots of coordination with SCE, as SCE's crew had to get scheduled, spot the meter, disconnect my service, make some of the connections themselves, install the meter and turn the service back on. Johnny endured all the curveballs that the planners at SCE threw at him, had to reschedule multiple times, special order parts, and eventually complete the job in almost half the time he would have had because SCE showed up late and unprepared.

The one improvement would be if the crew had actually cleaned up when they were done, or tried to keep the area clean while working. My other feedback is I wish they actually asked me where I wanted the junction box (not directly on the stud, of course) and the new outlet (4 feet off the ground, not 1), and let me choose an industrial-grade outlet instead of the $9 kind.

Overall I'm happy with Johnny Electric and would definitely recommend.

We received great customer service. Needed to replace 30 year old built in smoke detectors. They arrived on time and were very professional. JaCo Electric are fantastic!  It was easy to make the appointment for him to come give us an estimate - and we were pleasantly shocked when he sent it to us about 2 minutes after he left - in a super organized, easy to understand, itemized price list.  We had them install several light fixtures, move existing wall sconces, and install our Ring doorbell.  
His team was everything you would hope for: punctual, extremely efficient, meticulous, ubobstrusive, left every work area very clean, and were very patient anytime we had any hesitation or questions.  On top of all that, they are all just very friendly, likeable people!  
Finally, when the work is done, he sticks to the estimate.  No surprises.

Artin was my electrician- he was great and very specific also very quick at fixing our problem! The company did a great job as well to make sure they got someone out at a time to fit my schedule.

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

Movses did a great job at a good price. He replaced and painted the facia board that had been detached from the roof and reattached the cable lines.

Let me copy the last reviewer by also saying if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

This is very upsetting. Scheduled in advance to get recessed lights. I called to confirm the morning of- everything was set, and I get a call an hr before to say he cannot make it. Not reliable, probably will not earn my business now.

If you need an electrician be sure to give them a call, before anyone else. We decided to upgrade our old 1960s zinsco panel, received multiple bids, theirs was very competitive. after a conversation with Jeff I realized unlike other companies they are care about the customers experience along with solid work ethic. We couldn't be happier with the final job and the process of installation and inspections. Props to Jeff, Kevin, Nick& Nick and Skyler. Thank you guys for making this such an easy experience.

I had a GFI plug replaced in my kitchen a few months ago. I really like how he even gave me a quick how to change it out if I ever wanted to do it myself =) His communication was great and kept me inform if he was running late. I would definitely use him again and have been referring my friends to him.

Why?  I had a switch fail in my kitchen and replaced it myself.  When i turned the electricity back on it still didnt work.  So I got out my volt meter and checked and there was no power going to the switch.  I called Tom to come and fix it. He explained his fees to me and after hearing what i did he knew i had some basic ability to fix things.  He said I dont want you to waste your money on something you can fix.  He proceeded to tell me exactly what was wrong, how it happened and how to fix it step by step, very patiently, until he was sure I understood.  Today I completed what he told me to do and, sure enough, it works.  He could have easily taken the call, charged me a minimum service call and made easy money.  What he did just doesn't happen anymore.  Next time I need an electrician i know darn well who im calling.  I hope you will reward his honesty with your business too.

Took over 3 months to install panels...and still waiting for job to be completed.  Was referred by a broker so my fault for not checking on others

Want a nice and well informed person Harroud was. Not only did he give is a reasonable price on the outlets we needed fixing (the best quote so far) but was professional and on-time! He was informative about our issue and was able to immediately pinpoint on how to fix it. I will definitely hire him again!
