We had great customer service from Junior at the TV Mounting company. He responded very quickly and I was able to get an appointment the next day. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions about getting the right mount. The one I had purchased at Costco wasn't the the best to work with but he had one on hand that I was able to purchase at a good price. Overall very good service.

Call Jason for any electrical problem.  New Years Eve, 2014, called at 2:30pm with a fried CGFI outlet in my kitchen.  I was expecting to pay top dollar being so late in the afternoon and on New Years Eve.  Today is just another work day for me.  No extra fee and was at my door in 15 minutes!!  Done repairing the burned outlet in another 15 minutes.  Cleaned up any mess he made, was polite professional and explained everything he did.  The other Yelp electrician I called first didn't call me back until Jan 3rd!  I will only call Jason for any future electrical problems.  Thank you for bailing me out and Happy New Year!

Was very straight forward from my first call to them, setting up appointment, getting a quote onsite, to installing a ceiling light/fan in a rental unit of mine.  Justin was the tech on the job.. very professional.  He removed the previous light/fan and installed a new one right out of the box that I had purchased.  Took about 1.5 hours.

Amazing!  We have owned properties for many years and found it difficult to get a consistent electrician who is not only talented but arrives on time.  Well Grounded Electric was recommended to us by our insurance carrier.  Bobbie was remarkable!  He arrived early and seamlessly went about his work, advising us what things were necessary to bring one of our properties up to code.  We highly recommend the organisation and will use his services again.

Horrible Customer service will never do business with a guy that's so pushy and it was nick himself says I'm wasting his time for him to come out and do a trouble shoot quote when I am a few exits away from riverside and your the number one on Yelp when I search in my neighborhood if I knew what the problem was I would have fixed it myself and not called you I have other people coming out today gladly to give me a quote how do I know I like this guy or if he's not ripping me off I'm not just going to say yes come over and do the job  what he said on the phone I don't have time to do a quote only the work so you want me to do the work I had a big job to do and will go with someone else that actually has time to do the work properly And be not rushed

This is how service businesses should be.  Straight-forward, no upselling, quick to respond, on time, quick work.  I sent message on Yelp over the weekend for a quote not expecting a response until Monday, but I got a response almost immediately.  Explained my problem, was given a straight answer and quote.  Quotes were comparable to the other responses I got, so I decided to just make the appointment with WC since they gave the most straight-forward and quick response.  Requested Monday morning appointment at 9.  Arrived early at 8:45.  Quick work.  Explained everything.  Will definitely use WC again when I need electrical service.

When we called ADI the day after thanksgiving about our circuit breaker box not working he came - when several other electricians told us to wait until next week. Ron came because he was concerned for our safety and understood the potential fire risks in our canyon. THAT is the caliber of responsible professionalism that IS ADI Electrical. Long story short his team worked through the weekend and into the night to fix our problem. Even when Verizon refused to respond Ron found a solution! He is knowledgeable and experienced AND his integrity is beyond reproach. We were so impressed that we had him rewire our home and now we see seeing decreased electrical bills and improved internet. We were having an electrical EMERGENCY at our restaurant so we called Oscar to come to our rescue. I couldn't believe how quickly he responded. I don't know how he does it. The work he did was clean and organized too. Communication through out his installation of all new light timers was perfect. Follow up awesome as well. He made sure we were not only satisfied but impressed as well. Thank you Oscar!

Bought a Ring Pro camera for a year and couldn't install it because the wire of my previous doorbell was too short to connect. I yelped many electricians and Owner Nelson at Omega responded quickly and gave me the best a quote upfront. Two electricians came wearing personal protection mask. The biggest issue with my existing door bell is that it was connected to our central control sound system, and they had to install a power generator behind Ring Pro in order to keep it running. They were able to fix all issues after 3 hours of hard work. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service.

Quick quote response and offered the best price. Both workers that came out were extremely professional and polite. My wife and I were a little disappointed in the prep and clean up. They didn't put paper down or cover anything with plastic. The dark wood floors and living room were left with white dust. They offered to clean up but needed to use our broom for it. Solid 5 stars if they work on that part.

Called on a Saturday and talked to Mike.  Very pleasant on the phone and was able to get him to come out to check out my fuse box.  Fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and was able to advise me on future solutions if the problems occurs again.  Will definitely remember his service and call back if I need to

My electrical box was arcing.  It was pretty startling and I called and they came right away to check it out and made sure it was safe.  They neatly installed a new box and in the process fixed other issues I was having with the electric on one wall.  They worked with me and my landlord for payment.  I will be recommending them to my neighborhood!

Recently had Accurate come out and service my AC.  They responded to me quickly and were able to set up an appointment that was convenient.  The service wasn't inexpensive, but the Tech, Rick I believe, explained everything very clearly, gave me options on how to best fix the problem, and they were able to complete the job the same day.  I felt very comfortable with the Tech, like he was honest about what he was telling me needed to be done and the AC is working better than ever.

It's Sunday, it's Easter, and we were without electricity. After 3 hours of texting with various companies who weren't able and/or willing to help at all on a Sunday, and a few who were limited to helping later in the evening, I received a response from Jay at JMJP through Yelp. 30 minutes later he was here assessing the situation and 30 minutes after that we had some new circuit breakers and, most importantly, power. Jay did what needed to be done in an emergency situation and we are very grateful! Five stars, two thumbs up, highly recommend.
