Gil came out to give an estimate and was very informative and straight to the point.  We wanted our overhead lighting in the living room and kitchen installed in different places than the original installment.  Gil and Shane did a tremendous job and were very professional.  Felt like they were never there when they were working.  They also pointed us in the right direction to get the drywall fixed from the original install.  I highly recommend asking for Gil and Shane if using trout electric.  Awesome job and awesome guys!

Owner did not end up being able to do my EV car installation due to the old age of my condo but he was very responsive, friendly & helpful. I would happily hire them in the future when I have a bigger garage.

I haven't received actual servicing from William yet, but I did call him to ask about an electrical issue i was having regarding my bathroom ceiling fan, all the others I called just told me that they had to come in and charge me to fix it. On the other hand, William was very kind enough and honest enough and knowledgeable enough to tell me how to fix it myself, which I did. Who does that? We initially had ADI recommended by our cousin, who had a serious rewiring done on an older house. We had a room where the electric was going in and out randomly after we hired another electrician to install a light. Oscar was very prompt in returning my calls, scheduling a diagnostic, and arrived on the early side of the set window of time. They got to work right away and figured out and fixed all the issues. He kept me informed the whole time and really explained the technical side of the issues. The cost for their well done work was fairly priced. He even told me that our breaker was going to need to be replaced in another year or so, but didn't pressure me to have it done now. He gave me an estimate for the breaker and said that since it's would be such significant cost it would be a good idea to start saving money for it now.  Great customer service! Really felt like they cared about doing the job right and taking care of our home!

I thought I was savvy enough to install some smart light switches, but it ended up being more difficult than I thought. Due to that fact, we lost power to two rooms. Luckily Omega was able to come and help! They were able to restore the power to the rooms as well as install the smart light switches! Total life savors! They were even able to come earlier than initially mentioned!

They were quick and professional and informed me of how the wires worked. Definitely will reach out to them for further electrical needs!

My West LA condo building is managed by Vines Management (now acquired by LB Property Management), who chose Mike Castro at South Bay Electric as our building's electrician over 10 years ago.  We've used Mike multiple times.  He installed exterior motion sensor safety lighting around the building, repaired exhaust fans in our corridors, and repaired fluorescent fixtures in our garage.  Thankfully, we don't have an excessive number of electrical problems so we don't have to call Mike a lot, but he's been reliable, pleasant, and professional every time.  He always makes time for our needs.

This is the second time we've used Accurate Electrical.  I don't think they are the least expensive electricians out there, but they are honest, reliable and dependable.  They show up when scheduled, have extreme respect for your home and do a very professional job.  They wear booties to protect your flooring and the clean up after the job was great.  I had no mess what so ever when they left. They guarantee your satisfaction and will come out if needed.  On our first job I did need them to come out after several weeks and they came promptly.  It turned out to not be their issue but something I had done.  A quick fix and everything was back to normal.  Our first job was outside, laying new electrical for additional outlets.  The most recent job was new recessed lighting in our kitchen. After both jobs I received a call within a few days making sure I was completely satisfied.  This was followed up by a handwritten thank you note. I will definitely use them again.

Jay and Justin were phenomenal! I got a new AC unit installed and needed an outlet changed due to voltage requirements. Other electricians were quoting me $1000-$1300 and 2 week waits. Jay came within 30 minutes and was out within 30 minutes. Super professional and kind. He is my go-to electrician!
